Borisov in Westelijk Havengebied

Great opportunity for a fun party for many people!

It takes hours for your order to be taken, and then you have to wait hours again for your sandwich. This was the third time I'd been here, and it was the same. I had a takeaway sandwich, and it was almost black because they'd left it in the oven too long. They shamelessly just gave me the sandwich. I'm really unhappy with this place.

It takes them 1h to make a sandwich and 30min to bring drinks. Also unpleasant staff.

We arrived quite early for dinner. The restaurant was not crowded at all and we had to wait for more than an hour to get our food.

What a fantastic little place this is in the Houthaven, where we stumbled upon it! We had a delicious coq au vin and a lovely starter with mushrooms, cabbage, and apricots. The service was also great, and the music was lovely. Highly recommended!

On Friday and Saturday evenings, 2 young promising boys Joris and Colin run the kitchen. The food was delicious, nice that there are vegetarian dishes on the menu. The atmosphere was livened up that evening (I think more often) by live DJs. Service friendly and attentive. Overall enjoyed it.

Super relaxed vibe, chill to eat a sandwich, have a coffee and work until a really good affordable dinner!

To be honest, based on the reviews, the food was really terrible. For that price you get better burgers everywhere. Both veggie and meat. Very nice service, the wine was good Not much atmosphere inside in my opinion. I won't come a second time, sorry.

Good food and staff was kind and helpful. It was quite cold at first when we came in but we were helped immediately and the problem was solved for us. I would like to see a few more options in the menu especially for the desserts and the wines. Parking for cars is available but unfortunately it is payed. It would be great if this would be mentioned on the website.

We couldn't really test the food because there is no chef in the evening and no dinner is served. However, we had a great birthday celebration. With some nice guests behind the bar who also make contact with the people in the business.

Fijn dat er in de Houthavens een lunch gelegenheid is (zeker voor alle bedrijven die er zitten) Er is ruimte voor verbetering, zeker als het gaat om de sfeer binnen, maar het Broodje pulled chicken was vers en erg lekker. Op website krijg je melding dat ze gesloten zijn als je bijvoorbeeld wil reserveren voor lunch. Dit omdat het niet nodig is, maar dan zou dat vermeld dienen te worden.

The Ukranian dinner by chef Sasha was mind blowing! Everything was so fresh, delicious and innovative for me. Special kudos to the potato donut. The wine selection that came with the pairing was great!

Quite expensive wine pairing (20 eur for 1.5 glasses) while they don't even refresh your glasses and pour all the wine in 1 🤦🏻‍♀️ same goes for cutlery... 3 courses with the same cutlery. Yikes. No way to phone them and tell them you are delayed if you have a reservation... the place itself a bit rundown especially the bathrooms. Only the food I came for (a takeover event) was nice.

Waanzinnig leuke plek. De locatie is hartverwarmend en de afwisseling van verschillende pop-up chefs leuk en creatief. Wacht nu al met smart op de volgende pop-up. Hartelijke groet, Sebastiaan!

Enjoyed an amazing lunch with one of their pop-up chefs. Food was exceptional, wines carefully selected. Extremely welcoming atmosphere and staff. Unique and well decorated location. Would definitely recommend.

Had immense fun at the Jollof Club pop-up event. Location and team were great too!

We went for a restaurant pop up, Fuku. I cannot give 5 starts because it was slow, around 30 min between dishes. But I must say that the food was awesome. The ramen was one of the best I have ever tried, and it was pumpkin ramen (vegetarian), sooo tasty and creamy. The food has a 10. I understand that it is a pop up so that might explain the slow rythim, but.. they will open in Oost on February and I cannot wait to go and try in their real space, I have the feeling that it will be a great experience.

Кухня и сервис очень не очень, тесно, салфетку не допросишься - но в целом, такая беда по всем Нидерландам, как я понимаю. Советовать это место я бы ни стала никому

Я просто в шоці і в захваті!! Планую поїздку до амстеру з ізраїлю, бо приїжджають Максим Кейп код і латексфауна, блукала Гугл картами, дивлюсь борисов. Ну припускаю шо наш, але відкидаю цю думку ну бо ж мільйон в світі борисових. Відкриваю сайт, а там таке!!!!!! Хлопці, дякую вам шо популяризуєте наші страви і взагалі нашу культуру, ви круті!

Ми були приємно вражені , як то кажуть смачно як вдома і дуже класна атмосфера в закладі Замовляли: котлети по-київськи, борщ, вареники ,пампушки , сальну нарізку ,грибну юшку і на десерт яблучник І це просто неймовірно смачно , смачно так як вдома )))) Особливо котлета по-київськи , зроблена на голандський лад , дуже сподобалась, відтепер моя улюблена страва тут, обов’язково спробуйте ! І також дуже привітний персонал, а ще й дізнались, що усі ці страви готує українка Ольга з якою нам вдалося поспілкуватися особисто, дуже приємна пані) Загалом тільки хороші враження, усім задоволенні!!! Дякуємо ресторану Borisov, та особливо пані Ользі за смачний і класний вечір !!! Тепер ми Ваші постійні клієнти! І дякую за можливість поласувати українськими стравами в Амстердамі )

Де в Амстердамі можна скуштувати український борщ з салом? Так, - це Борисов. А до нього ще і вареники, пампушки, любимі голубці. Побувати ніби в Україні, дуже раджу.

Вареники супер! Голубці, гриби, пампушки також дуже сподобались. Котлета по-київськи виконана у нідерландському стилі. Все приготовлено по домашньому. Справжня українська кухня в найкращих традиціях. Але не вистачало української музики. Хороша, приємна атмосфера в закладі, привітний та приємний персонал. Рекомендую всім цей заклад, впевнений, вам обов‘язково сподобається.

Взахваті від української кухні в Амстердамі! Котлета по київськи була виконана в голандській інтерпретації, 4 маленькі кульки тому можна поділитись, борщ, пампушки, вареники все відмінно:) Дякую

Booked a table for 15 to celebrate my 28th birthday and... what a night! Thanks to the whole Borisov team, we had a fantastic evening. The food was delicious, the cake beautiful, and the music was on point. Will definitely be back.

Great place. They do offer the possibility to work there .... in Dutch it's "flexwerkplek". In English it's....mobile office... temporary office... one day office?

Heerlijke plek om te borrelen, gezellig te eten en te dansen tot in de late uurtjes, aanrader!
