Eindelijk weer eens hier neergestreken. En dit keer gekozen voor de uitsmijter van de chef waar zo'n beetje alles inzit behalve ''the kitchen sink''. Heerlijk. Lief personeel en nee, je hebt geen last van die best wel drukke straat op een paar meter afstand.

Just walked in, nice atmosphere, had a delicious lunch and super friendly and attentive service. Highly recommended!

We sat on the terrace and had a delicious meal. It's a shame that smoking is still allowed while other tables are eating and sitting in the smoke. I don't think that should really be possible these days.

Food arrived cold. I asked for it to be heated up - and it came back cold again. So i asked for some extra sauce as that was hot, so i could heat up the meal with it. When i asked for bill they’d charged extra for the sauce - a tiny jug! And i hadn’t eaten most of the meal. Appalling food, terrible service. Avoid.

Nice terrace, nice varied beer of the month. Terraa is located a bit close to the busy road.

I ordered a tuna melt here and paid 15 euros for it and what I got was not worth it. Two small sandwiches with dry tuna from a can (water based so very dry), with a slice of cheap cheddar on top. Well sorry but that was not worth the money.

Reserved a table and that went well, Started with a cup of coffee, asked for 4 x 4 euro lunch menu and placed our order. 1 x the meatball with fries, which was very salty and the mayonnaise cost 75 cents extra, by the way, fries with mayonnaise cost 6 euros, making it the most expensive in the Netherlands than the tuna salad 2 x but that didn't go very well, 1 x the salad and once the tuna on bread? Has been repaired then 2 croquettes with bread 16 euros but the supplier had not delivered bread so there was only white corn bread while we wanted brown bread, in short it was all very mediocre, been a satisfied returning customer for years, after a disappointing lunch experience I can only conclude that this business is aimed at tourists who walk past once and are more or less ripped off (price-quality is therefore absurd) this year the business has existed for 45 years, the old staff is no longer there, the Customer friendliness has also disappeared, and fries with mayonnaise as an addition to your piece of meat for 6 euros is really not normal. €6.60 voor een stukje worteltaart, waarvan de helft nog onder de taartschep zat. Toen ik daar wat van zei, zei ze ik zal wel kijken...niet meer gezien. Belachelijk duur.

In de middag hier neergestreken om iets te drinken. Wat lekkers erbij... Bittergarnituur voor 4 personen, beetje jammer dat je dan van alles 3 krijgt. Dat is iets kleins wat zo aangepast zou kunnen worden (tipje!). Daarna nog nacho's besteld, erg lekker! Genoeg keuze qua bier en drankjes. Uiteindelijk blijven plakken en ook gegeten. Eten was prima, porties groot en lekker. Personeel heel vriendelijk en vrolijk! Omdat ik erg moest hoesten kwam het personeel uit zichzelf met een glas water aanzetten. Het zijn de kleine gebaartjes die het doen. Personeel heeft ook humor, niet van dat stijve gedoe. Heel prettig!

I had the most amazing experience ever at this lovely bar. For one, I was here watching the feyenoord game and it was extremely enjoyable. the bar staff, specifically one server called hewan were extremely attentive and welcoming, she definitely made our night. I will definitely be returning to this bar when i am next in rotterdam. Thank you for such a lovely night!

Hier wordt je net zo welkom geheten wanneer je alleen maar een glaasje komt drinken, als wanneer je een drie gangen menu met alle toeters bellen komt eten. Voor mij was dit mijn eerste glas Verdejo en moet nog even wennen aan de smaak. Snel maar weer langs gaan.

Super rude service on the terrace. Came for a drink, we asked her to serve us and she ignored us, it took 20 minutes before they took our order (there were 3 tables on the terrace). She was rude and when my girlfriend got hit by another guest, she said that we should relax (the guest said sorry, and she said that we need to “chill”). Will never come back here again. The worst service I have ever had. She should not work in hospitality!!

I went here with a friend for a few drinks, and we really enjoyed it. We started with a hot chocolate with whipped cream – just what you need on a cold day – and then we opted for a hot chocolate with Bailey's. They certainly don't skimp on the Bailey's, which made it even better! The staff were incredibly friendly and provided a warm welcome. What was also striking was how pleasant the atmosphere was among the team itself. That makes it extra fun as a guest to sit there. The service was fast and attentive, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was really relaxed and nice. In short, a perfect place to catch up and enjoy tasty drinks. I will definitely come back here again!

We often come here for lunch and it is always great, until today. Had to wait more than 1 hour for lunch. Meatball which is always fine, was black and hard, few fries. My son ordered croquettes and fries, 10 fries that were also not well done. Two croquettes with bread, bread was rock hard and very small sandwiches. Twice when ordering, I stated that my son did not want mayo, but he did not receive it, but it was included on the receipt. I don't know what's going on, maybe a new chef, but Barclays do something about it, this wasn't good. We won't be coming for a while.

Personalmente creo que esta fue una de las peores experiencias en un restaurante que he tenido. Comprobé en línea antes de ir allí la reseña y me pareció un buen lugar donde almorzar con la familia. Desafortunadamente, no lo fue. Pedí una hamburguesa y medio pollo y la carne estaba extremadamente seca y el pollo no estaba tierno, muy mal cocinado. Teniendo en cuenta el precio que pagamos, 50 euros en dos, la calidad era realmente mala. Incluso las papas fritas no tenían ningún sabor, si tengo que encontrar algo bueno sobre ellas, puedo hablar solo de la mayonesa. Para concluir, el servicio no fue el mejor, esperamos extremadamente largo por lo que pedimos y cuando quisimos pagar tuvimos que pedir la factura más de una vez. ¡No le sugeriría este restaurante a nadie!

I let 3 people beep at the bar and eventually ask for a drink and a starter and if they would like to ask the chef not to add frikandels. Madam gives me such a big mouth. Yes, it is busy, so we won't do it today. Blablabla so much text in a smart way. Madam? I pay 22.50 for a coke and a snack. Just be polite and answer in a mature, decent manner. Don't make me feel bad, be customer friendly, busy or not busy. But without rubbing, no shine, I now sit first class at another business and I ordered delicious snacks and cocktails. TIP: Busy or not busy, be polite. People have food and drinks at home and often order outside for the experience and not to be belittled and you blonde lady of about 45 does it more often.

Ordered sate and coke on the terrace on the day of the (lost) semi-final. The meat of the satay was extremely tough; Chew 100 times to get rid of 1 piece, so to speak. The accompanying fries were only about 10 pieces. Bill a sweet 29.80 euros.... In addition, a TV with accessories was set up for the upcoming semi-final that day/evening. Judging from the discussions, they had not prepared anything and everything around me was tried to see if that was the right setup. Tip: build up when your business is still closed and not while customers are eating/drinking on your terrace.

Was here for a quick bite and a chat with a friend. Unfortunately, we always had to ask if we could order something. Atmosphere was okay service could be better.

Really not recommended. Reception was friendly. Choice of several tables. It wasn't very busy but there were still a lot of dirty tables. Once we ordered our lunch, they forgot the dressing for the ceaser salad. The other a Vitello Tonnato sandwich. When we served it, we immediately smelled a putrid smell. Once told to the waiter, the sandwich was made again. But alas, the sour putrid smell remained. And the taste was terrible too. So not eaten. Ceaser salad was very tasty but nothing special. In between, the waitress came to ask if everything was to your liking, then mentioned again about the spoiled Vitello. The young man said; then unfortunately we can't do anything about it. And just walked away. At checkout we were asked if everything was satisfactory. When I mentioned it again about the Vitello, the waiter said that's a shame. Here is the bill. Not really customer friendly. And not recommended at all.

We were well received. Ordered food (we were not given any cutlery). Food was served and it was only 2 minutes later that we finally received our cutlery when the drinks were brought. Gezellige sfeer. Lekker gegeten en gedronken. Goede service. Heel fijn was dat van te voren werd aangegeven dat het door personeeltekort die dag het wel wat langer kon duren. Dat is beter dan een uur op je toetje wachten zonder dat je weet waarom.

Zoals gewoonlijk weer top service!! Dit keer mijn favoriete pasta iets te machtig bereid, maar altijd ruimte voor verbetering. Ook aangegeven bij ons favoriete serveerster. Hopelijk de volgende keer de pasta met gamba's iets minder zwaar de saus. :)
