Good food, good staff, good wine. Maybe a bit on the pricey side, but this is Rotterdam, after all.

Once again, we had a delicious meal.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Truly a super fun place to have lunch with girlfriends! Brasserie Pierre has such a cozy, French atmosphere that it feels like you're spending an afternoon in Paris, right in the middle of Rotterdam. The ambiance is atmospheric and relaxed, and perfect for a nice, extended chat. What I especially like is that you can order a "indecision sandwich." Ideal if you can't decide, because you can have both halves topped with something different. This way, you can try multiple flavors and don't have to choose between just two tasty options. And everything was simply delicious and fresh. The atmosphere is really one of the biggest pluses: cozy, lively, and at the same time very relaxed. It has exactly that classic French brasserie vibe where you'll want to linger a bit longer with a coffee or a drink. A very nice spot for lunch with girlfriends, a fun date, or just when you feel like a bit of Paris without leaving Rotterdam. Highly recommended! 🇫🇷🥖✨

A lovely brasserie, the staff were friendly and very pleasant. They made an effort to understand us, as our English is very limited, and yet they adapted perfectly for us. The food was simply delicious! I highly recommend it.

As others have shared, I would say the same in regard to the fact that it is a cool spot, has a great atmosphere, and the service was friendly and efficient. The food was good. Just can't give it 5 stars. Caesar salad was tasty but overcomplicated (they looked at me like I had three heads when I said I did not want any prawns or chicken on my appetizer salad), way too many croutons. I will say the whole anchovies in the salad were excellent and of very high quality. The beef bourguignon was recommended by my server, and it was fine; I really can't make a complaint about it, but there was also nothing memorable about it. All in all, I would go back, as overall it was a positive experience.

Nice restaurant with delicous food. Price and flavour was very good especially for the fish dishes. The Belgian Endive (witlof) was really nice, delicious. Only the chicken dish was a bit mediocre; chicken not really tender and could have been flavored better. The service was okish, we were seated quickly, but we had to wait very long before we could place an order for drinks and the food. The food was quick though. I was a bit surprised in the end to find out that the icecream (normal vanille ice cream not with vanille beans) 2 euros for 1 scoop. In the restroom they were out of soap unfortunately. All in all, mostly food, fish was good price, other things a bit pricy. Service could have been better.

French experience in Rotterdam.

Very charming restaurant with a good selections of food and drinks. The service is a bit slow but the servers were very kind and helped me with making a choice of food when I was being indecisive. The quality of food is very nice Felipe the price, and very fresh ingredients.

The service is great, so is the ambiance. The food could be better though. None of the food is bad but it's not as memorable as I hoped it would be. Worth a visit though if you enjoy good service with a smile.

Nice place... good service and food, too bad about the cramped seating sometimes for 3 people... but it's manageable as long as not too much is piled on the table.

The main course was disappointing. The boeuf bourguignon was a pulled boeuf. No sauce, absolutely nothing. Drinks also took a very long time: we didn't get anything during the main course. What a shame!

I would be doing the chef a disservice with a lower score; what an unpleasant welcome in an 80% empty place on a Saturday morning. Actually, I will never come back, but I want to warn you anyway: the food is okay, but don't expect a warm welcome or prompt service.

We had a delicious meal at Pierre yesterday. The staff is friendly and helpful, the food was really delicious, and there is a very nice atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Nice place right in the city center. Service not very good. They put plates on the table uninterested and leave again. Additionally, I ordered sirloin steak and definitely didn't get sirloin steak, but a simple little steak. According to the kitchen, I was mistaken and nothing was done about it. So, 32 euros for a little steak... a shame.

Super delicious food and I think there's something for everyone! Whether you're vegetarian or not, everyone can find something tasty to eat here, like an absolutely flavorful toasted sandwich, avocado tartare, or just a nice fried egg with roast beef. Really great! I also had Christmas breakfast here at Christmas, highly recommended!

The food here is very tasty, it's just a shame about the service. I really got the feeling that we were treated differently because we weren't ‘the usual’ guests. We received the menu with a sigh after asking, an eye roll after we decided we didn't want any more drinks, while other tables were served with a big smile. The food was worth a repeat visit, but unfortunately the service was not.

HELLO, Sir/Madam, What happened? We came as a couple on Monday, March 16th at 12:00 PM. Upon entering, the welcome was lukewarm. The woman who greeted us asked if we had a reservation, which is perfectly normal, but her reaction after we said no was that she seemed annoyed. Never mind, let's move on. We were seated at a booth. We were served by a waitress who, I think, is not in the industry. We work in a large brasserie in Paris with an average of 1100 covers, far too many, a mistake. We ordered saffron pasta and the daily special, "Coquille" (shellfish). The menu indicated that we had a choice between tagliatelle or spaghetti. When we ordered, she didn't offer either. And we hadn't even had time to finish speaking before she was gone. Furthermore, she asked us, "Together?" "Well... a daily special and a pasta dish, yes...? Especially since we didn't order a starter. The dishes were tasty, hot, good. After they cleared our table, nothing. NOTHING. No offer of coffee or dessert. The waitress was drinking every 5-10 minutes with her elbow on the bar, because we were watching, looking for the menu. And no joke, we really wanted to see how long it would take for someone to come to our table. It was 12:50 when they finally cleared our table, and honestly, IT WAS 1:40 PM WITHOUT A SINGLE ONE AT OUR SEAT. We asked for the bill, and to top it all off, not even a glance, a goodbye, NOTHING. Yet, the restaurant was quite empty (15 covers) from the woman who seated us. A disaster. I'm leaving Rotterdam on our last day with bad memories." Too bad, but thank you to the Head Chef for the delicious food and to the guy who served us drinks with a big smile. The only one.

Had a delicious meal with my girlfriend; we had some fish dishes, amazing sea bass, prawns, etc., and the service was friendly, fast, and attentive, which you don't come across very often anymore. We will be back soon!

I would recommend this place mainly for the atmosphere. The food we ordered was alright but didn’t necessarily stand out. The food is also more on the expensive end for what the items are. For example the cappuccinos were also 4.00 euros when most places would be around 3.25ish. But regardless the staff were all very friendly. A big plus for constant refill of (a jug of) water that’s placed on the table. Also on the women’s bathroom there are bottles of deo and hairspray and tampons which are also such nice extra touches that shows care and attentiveness towards the guests☺️ I’ve added a picture of the receipt so the price point of the food and drinks can be roughly gauged.

Eaten there very often. Never disappoints. It's always good. Nice atmosphere and right in the heart of the city.

What a great place this is in Rotterdam. Very much reminded us of our time in Paris restaurants. The food was excellent. Soup & salad very nice & the Pierre burger was delicious. Always a great time at Pierre! I am French and can be critical of French food abroad but they absolutely nailed it. And they also master the French bistro hospitality. I usually always order the steak tartare but I decided to try the beef bourguignon and it was very authentic. My favourite French restaurant in The Netherlands!

Fun, busy cafe brasserie with a bar, two rooms of tables, and bar stools as well. They have an extensive dessert menu, and we loved their warm date cake. The staff are friendly and helpful. Located on a corner, this place has large windows admitting a lot of light.

One of the best French restaurants of Rotterdam.

Today we ordered two Caesar salads, but unfortunately it was very disappointing. The lettuce was not cut and consisted of huge pieces, which made eating it very awkward. In addition, there was a lot of fat on the chicken, which made it completely unappetizing - I didn't even touch it. This is absolutely not how a Caesar salad should be. I would not recommend it.

Wonderful restaurant, always relaxed! Good atmosphere and good food too. Had dinner with a group of 9 last week and everything was good.

The wines and food was good. I liked the beef bourguignon. Creme brulee was good but the top wasn’t really crispy. It’s a shame they didn’t seem to have dessert wine too go with it.

Delicious mushroom risotto and mussels, the cakes were also tasty. Would recommend the chocolate pie most. The interior is lovely, that french bistro vibe. Love that. Very friendly staff, a bit slow and not always noticing you while it was not that busy. But we were not in a hurry, which means for us it is fine for others that might be an issue. There was a small issue with the wine, it was really sour somehow. They were so nice to switch it for another one. Highly appreciate that part of their service.

Received some tasty dishes, avocado tartare, croque madam and chicken sandwich were good, Caesar salad was a bit dry as far as I was concerned, but they quickly added extra dressing and then the anchovies tasted less strange (they don't add canned anchovies in oil)

Pierre is always a good idea! Food is tasty, service is good and steady open, so you can (almost) always go there. The prices have risen, perhaps there is no other way, but I am enthusiastic about a Crodino Spritz for 10 euros each. It was tasty!

Fijn gegeten bij Pierre. Gratis water en brood zie je tegenwoordig niet veel meer. Vriendelijke bediening. Prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding in orde. Aandachtspunt is dat de tafel relatief te dicht bij elkaar staan, waardoor privacy niet gegarandeerd is.

I was waiting first in line, then they decided to help all the Dutch people after me first (I am Chinese) So I waited a lot longer, even though I was actually first in line. Bad experience overall. Would not recommend as a non-Dutch person

Wat een leuke en gezellige plek. Goeie inrichting. Echt alsof je in Parijs bent. Druk maar niet te druk. Bediening attent, snel, vriendelijk. Porties qua omvang goed. Je kunt goed combineren doordat veel gerechten zowel als voor- als hoofdgerecht kunnen worden besteld. En kwaliteit gewoon goed. Al met al zeker voor herhaling vatbaar
