Brasserie Blazer in Jordaan

Celebrated my birthday here with a group of 15 people. They arranged everything perfectly. Delicious food, great service, and plenty of space. An ideal venue for parties.

I've been here several times for after-work drinks. They have 12 beers on tap and a fantastic cocktail menu. Highly recommended.

A great spot for both lunch and dinner. We went to De La Mar for the theater, and this was the perfect choice. Delicious food, great atmosphere, and the service was super friendly.

We can here about two years ago to duck out of the rain and to grab a drink. We loved the vibes so much, we've been waiting to come back. We had a great time last night! The vibes were just as wonderful as we remembered, and this time we were able to dine in as well. The soup was pretty good, with a very bright flavor. It may not be salty enough for some. The burger was good and the fries were GREAT. Love the amazing beer selection here and the staff were happy to make recommendations. Thanks and see you all next time.

It is a place where you can enjoy drinking beer by the canal. I will come back to eat :)

During our visit, we stopped by for lunch. We received a very warm welcome with our 9-month-old baby. We were able to heat up the baby's food there. We found the food very good and they had a nice selection of draft beer. Thanks again to the team!

The coffee here is great! Aswell as the location. The terras of the cafe is located next to the water and is provided with rain proof umbrella's and heat lamps. So it's a good place to sit no matter the weather or temperature. The food is also good here. I had the Calamares, and i'd definetly recommend them to anyone coming here.

We want to write a negative review about a bar employee who spoke English to us while we spoke Dutch to her. It was a clearly biased attitude, as if we were immediately pigeonholed. We ordered a snack, went outside to smoke and drink the wine we had brought, and then went back to order more. However, she ran outside to tell us what we were supposedly not allowed to do, only to go inside and complain about us. It's always those insecure, half-hearted types who clearly don't like their jobs and take it out on customers.

I’ve been coming to this place for years, and the service today was absolutely horrible. From the very first moment, the dark-haired waitress with glasses treated us in an aggressive and disrespectful way. It was clear she lacked basic manners, and her attitude was unpleasant throughout our entire visit, making the whole experience extremely uncomfortable.It’s the first time I’ve ever seen her here, and I’m honestly surprised that a place with such a good reputation would hire someone like that. I will still come back and give the restaurant another chance, because I don’t believe the owner is to blame for having to rely on such incompetent staff.

As an Aussie abroad, this is your quintessential European cafe. In style & vibe. Friendly service & lovely meals. After buying great collectables at the Antique market, this was a nice surprise

I wasn't too hungry so I just got the fries and an apple juice. Both were delicious! Attached to a HUGE antique shop. Be careful, you WILL get lost.

Had a pretty good "blazer" burger with fries and the carpaccio bread. The carpaccio bread was a nice surprise 👍

We just had wine here and was wine not fresh. The lady said it was from yesterday but the taste was like older from that and couldn’t drink it. Place is next to the canal, nice but I would have expected them to serve from the new opened bottle to address this situation

A brasserie in a very pleasant setting, a little away from the touristy areas, making it quiet. The prices are a bit expensive, but the quality of the service makes up for it.

We tried the croquette sandwich and the fries with Parmesan cheese. The products were excellent, and the customer service was wonderful.

A great find with shady seats by the canal. Table service and simple food and good beer. This is just what we needed on a hot day. Inside looks cosy too.

Unfortunately, a real disappointment. The service... if you can call it that, was bored and irritated, and since we didn't immediately know what we wanted, we were ignored. The tables were a bit sticky, as was the menu. The food was unfortunately far too greasy and rather tasteless. The ambiance was okay, but the smoke from outside wafted in.

Jay and coco did a nice service. This is the only one restaurant in Amsterdam where is tab pilsner urquell.

If you want to relax after browsing through the antiques, this is a great place to sit. The staff is very friendly, and you can sit outside right by the canal.

I cane here to have a drink. The terrace is really cozy and fun. The service is amazing. One of the waitresses was Lebanese and handled our table with so much care. Will definitely come back here again.

What friendly, attentive, fresh service at Brasserie Blazer. Nice young ladies who clearly enjoyed what they did and really provided service with attentiveness without being pushy. Very good prices and very nice slafd

The beer costs €8 and is therefore significantly too expensive and the cocktails taste terrible!!! Not recommended!!!

Got sent away because she was about to close (10:30 while closing time is 00:00). We had 5 min to go away. 2 min later 10 people (2groups) came in and she served beers to everyone. No apologies or anything. We were just chilling outside with 2 people. Weird vibe. It’s clear the girl doesn’t understand hospitality.

Really like this restaurant. We had burgers and gin tonic. Service, the food and drinks were good and we had a good time. This place is located back of the Antique shop where you can also visit and explore.

Very good atmosphere and great attention from the waitresses

Stumbled into this cafe with my daughter's after a very long day of travel from Chicago. Staff was very nice and helpful, food was surprisingly good - I was expecting simple pub food but got an excellent salad, charcuterie, chicken and burger.

We had beers. They were really good. I especially liked that all the beers were served in their specific glasses. It must be a standard thing, but I'm not used to it. We had 4 different beers. Passed this place again later in the evening and it was quite busy. There's seating Inside and outside by the canal. There's also food options.

Service is top. Super nice staff, very attentive and quick. Our meal was very good, here they have the best sweet potatoes I have ever eaten. The restaurant itself is very nice and rustic, the seats outside on the canal are also very nice. Feel free to come back at any time.

What a beautiful little place, right on the canal. So cosy and atmospheric. We came for a little light lunch. I had the Fries Parmesan cheese with the truffle Mayo, so good, the only thing I would say though, the fries were very short 🤣 not long enough in size. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. Will definitely come again when we visit Amsterdam again. ❤️

Amazing spot by the canal and amazing food. Food wise : we got the truffle burger and the aioli bread for a start and they were both amazing. Big shout out to the French fries. They were fantastic. Location wise : by the canal, it was amazing. Coming from a tourist I had an amazing moment. Service/price wise : they’re all super friendly, and the price was completely affordable. Definitely gonna come back.

Horrible service. Waitress spilled a drink on the table and our clothes and didn’t apologies properly. She left us with one little napkin to wipe our cloth and the table. Tables around us were shocked too. At the end, they brought the bill, didn’t even compensate us. Avoid this place

Terrible bittergarnituur...basic frozen stuffs that got soft if left 15 min in the plate. Spritz in small glass for a the price of a regular size one. Nice friendly staff and quick service though.

Estábamos luchando para encontrar un lugar para comer y nos encontramos con este lugar. Llegamos media hora antes del final del servicio y el personal nos dio la bienvenida con mucho gusto, lo que apreciamos mucho. El pan para untar estaba delicioso y mi pareja realmente disfrutó de su hamburguesa. Bonito entorno y era encantador y fresco por dentro.

A nice, local place next to one canal and a very good option to have drinks and bites. Food is good - specially the quiche and the carpaccio.

Bonne brasserie à côté d'un marché d'antiquités. Choix de burgers, de sandwiches, de croquettes et de desserts typiquement néerlandais. Nombreuses bières à la pression. Personnel très aimable. Prix raisonnables.

I rarely eat meat but had THEEE BEST Ribs here. It was so well-seasoned. The Truffle burger was also amazing. Wonderful customer service as well.

The smoked salmon salad was incredible. Great spot close to the canal to grab an affordable drink and some bites in a lovely atmosphere close to but not smack dab in the middle of most bustling streets in Amsterdam.

This afternoon we wanted a fresh drink and we decided to have a seat inside. The window was open and a slight appreciable wind was felt during this hot afternoon. Our teenagers wanted to taste the lemon meringue pie and warm brownie with caramel sauce. Our beer and cider were fresh and the service was really great. A great place to visit 👌🏻

Nice terrace along the Lijbaansgracht, a friendly atmosphere. It also looked cozy inside. Especially the entrance to the antique department... Coffee was tasty, staff was 👍🏻 I would say experience it yourself 😀

The staff is so nice! Fats service, great sense of humor and really kind staff working there. I really loved the food omg! So tastyyyy!!! We had the pumpkin quiche, chicken with veggies, and sweet potato with parmesan truffle dip. The only thing I’d say is the portion size is a bit too small for how much you spend, but the food tasted so good and was prepared so well that I can’t give this place 4 stars. Simple lunch of (fish?) burger and croquette sandwich. The fish looked more like ragout with a breadcrumb coating. I couldn't find a piece of fish in it... the fries were tasty. Croquette sandwich was okay. And the cafe latte is just fine. Nice cozy environment with nice seating outside in the summer. And attentive service inside.

Small friendly bistro. The interior is surprising. Very kind staff. The products live up to what you would expect from a snack. All is well.
