We recently had a nice meal here on the terrace and had drinks with a beautiful view of the tulips with a friend

Had a quick lunch here today. Brie baguette was baked black.... you dare to serve this at all. Of course I sent it back and got a new one. Tuna salad was very simple, nothing home made. Potato salad from Aldi was mixed in, it seemed. Not tasty! Staff is friendly. Nice location for a drink, forget about the food.

Enjoy a nice meal with the grandchildren. Delicious spare ribs and fries with frikandellen and chicken nuggets. Another great evening!

I was reading other people's reviews and that is exactly the reason why I will never go there again. Yes, maybe for a bottle of coke on the terrace in the summer.. DlMy daughter was deathly ill from chicken for 2 weeks, which was not good! She ordered a "mixed grill" and the chicken was pinkish in places. Reported to the service, plate was taken to the kitchen, but came back just as fast; that's how it sounded... She ate it and became seriously ill at the end of that week, and was sent for about 2 weeks. Another time I had a brie sandwich, with a hair on it. Got a new one but I didn't like it anymore.. We received a gift voucher for the food poisoning, but it is still gathering dust in the drawer. Free for the enthusiast.

Had a great meal here. Didn't have a bad experience like other guests. Despite it being fairly full, didn't have to wait very long for the food I had a ribeye with pepper sauce, fries and salad. The meat was deliciously medium-fried and the fries were nice and crispy. My wife's steak tips were also very tasty. The portions were very generous Friendly service and excellent price/quality ratio

Lunch dishes are reasonably priced for an average sandwich. The quick service is a plus.

I was here on Thursday. A cozy place to stay. There is a German menu and the staff are very friendly and accommodating... Price/performance is definitely right and if I'm in Almelo again I'll be happy to come back to eat.

If you order an Aperol Spritz here you will receive it in a wine glass that is half full. You pay €7.30 for that. We are used to Aperol Spritz glasses ourselves. If you speak to the 'half' owner about this, the defense is that they serve the same amount of Aperol Spritz everywhere in Almelo. Then this man should go and check on his neighbor across the street. For 20 cents more you get a 'full' Aperol Spritz glass!!!

Great location, great to see people walk by on a sunny day. Right in the heart of the city Almelo. But the food could be a notch better.

Don't share quickly, but it's really terrible what comes out of the kitchen. A Hamburger is a frozen thing that tastes strange with the texture of frikandel on cheap buns and attached the photo of my ordered Hawaiian sandwich... I really had the same bad experience. Never again

The food was overpriced and gross, a student hobby chef can make better food. The service is lousy and doesn't arrive without asking. Other customers are also not happy with this brasserie. Staff is also very unprofessional. Will never come back here again.

Always good food for a good price

We ordered spare ribs, fries, chicken nuggets, 4 cokes, we lost €35.45 i.p.c. just normal price but not what you get for it. The chicken nuggets and fries were not bad, the spareribs were burnt and the potatoes with the spareribs were not fully cooked. First and last time for us. (Friendly staff!!)

In itself a great place.. latte etc.. two options.. OR top the glass full with foam as far as I'm concerned, OR a smaller glass... filling a glass 3/4 gives the wrong signal.

Love the ambiance. Great food and snacks. Well recommended. Good location. Near to Theater Hotel, a few minutes walking distance.

Rarely have I eaten so badly. Burnt schnitzel from the year jar, camouflaged with an indefinably tasteless red sauce, fries like bullets, a tasteless salad without any dressing. The restaurant inside was last cleaned in the year of birth of the 16-year-old nice girl serving, not one adult manager was seen. Oh yes, the bottle of mineral water and coffee were good.

Food was good. Unfortunately, the service was dramatic.

For all measures with focus, we always eat and drink delicious food, especially the tuna salad sandwich, which is our favorite

Location of the brasserie, nice in the center. Food is well prepared (tasty) and presented. Friendly staff. I think the design is a downside.

Verschrikkelijk. De varkenshaas was uitgedroogd, de zigeunersaus kwam uit een potje en ook nog half rauwe friet. De vriendelijke serveerster heeft t aangehoord en vertelde dat ze het zou doorgeven. Vervolgens kwam ze met de rekening die ze had gekregen van de eigenaresse. Die kon blijkbaar niet de moeite nemen om even naar buiten te komen. Volledig bedrag betaald; nog niet eens een kop koffie ter compensatie. Wat een vreselijke maaltijd. 40 euro in de prullenbak. Twee volle borden terug gestuurd,

Wow ❤️ we had a delicious lunch (chicken satay and baguette half finished), and because it was so tasty, we also went back for dinner. Wow again (Wild salmon and the mixed grill). Big compliments to the cook and the girls at the service (July 21, 2020). Super quality, good price ratio and the quantity is large. I'm used to some food, but this makes me really happy 😋 if we're ever in Almelo again... we know the way 🍀🍀

Lunch here in the afternoon was great. Top sandwiches, ample toppings and a choice of your most favorite dishes. Nice place to sit and helpful staff. Try out the somewhat unknown bubble ice tea!

Fijne plek, mooi in het midden van de stad. Echt een restaurant waar je even een pauze kan doen met een drankje en een klein gebakje, maar ook echt uitgebreid om te dineren met familie bijv. De bediening is echt vriendelijk en er is veel te bestellen. Echt een aanrader dus!

Cozy, informal and nice, fast service. The catering prices in Almelo are fantastic. Everything is affordable here. We haven't eaten anything here yet so I can't say anything about it.

Here you can sit outside and relax. Since it is often very busy, you may have to wait a while to order. Drinks average. We didn't eat anything. Some service staff speak some German. The location is central in the pedestrian zone.
