Just go! What a lovely restaurant; fresh flavours, good portions and super friendly staff. And the dessert, not normally delicious, mango parfait, to lick your fingers.

When you enter the restaurant you immediately notice the great decor. It is very cozy and stylishly furnished. The service is super attentive, organized and very friendly. Here you can tell that the employees enjoy their work. The quality of the food is very, very good. The combination of different components and sauces make the dishes unique. We would be happy to come back and recommend everyone to stop by this restaurant.

I rarely give everything 5 stars, but these are truly deserved. I enjoyed a high gin and tonic with my two daughters. A very nice concept that they have executed excellently. We got four different gin and tonics with matching dishes. All four glasses were well filled and different in shape, very nice! The dishes were very tasty “paintings”. Between the third and fourth courses we ordered a portion of sweet potato fries, super tasty. We shared two more desserts. We were actually quite full from the high GT, but they looked so delicious that we couldn't resist. In short: delicious food, drinks and enjoyment. We will be back soon for dinner or just for a high gin and tonic.

From the ambience to the last bite – simply an all-round successful evening! The food was not only a visual highlight, but also tasted at an absolute top level. I would particularly like to highlight the main course: tender meat, perfectly fried, on a creamy, aromatic sauce with crunchy vegetables and sophisticated toppings - a dream! The side dishes, like the sweet potato fries with parmesan, were also super crispy and full of flavor. Plus a sparkling drink, served in style. The service was attentive and friendly without being intrusive. A place to which you would definitely like to return – absolute recommendation!

We have been coming to Zeeland for 37 years and have been coming to Brasserie de Zeezot for several years. An absolute must and for us in Zeeland the best culinary experience and the highlight of our holiday. The atmosphere is wonderful, you feel very comfortable. Everything about the facility fits together perfectly. The generosity of how the tables are set up, the light, the music, just very, very pleasant. You get the impression that the people who work here enjoy doing it. Friendly, empathetic, competent and always trying to ensure that the guest has a good time. Big THANKS for that. The food is simply delicious and actually worth seeing. Very tasteful, everything to the point with lots of beautiful components on the plate. This is extremely creative and shows a high level of craftsmanship of the people in the kitchen. The highly recommended fish dishes are always fresh as "catch of the day" and the offering changes accordingly. Many regional products are used, which is modern and very commendable. Everything fits together well on the plate, the many components, artfully arranged, are a highly recommended treat. This also applies to the selection of drinks, which are surprisingly creative. The Brasserie de Zeezot is also highly recommended for vegetarians and vegans. Vegan/vegetarian ones are also very tasty, very creative and the best thing we've eaten "meatless" so far. In everything, the price/performance ratio is great. THANK YOU to all the people who made it possible for us to have a good time there.

Had a delicious meal at Zeezot. The atmosphere is very good and the service attentive. You can choose from, among other things, delicious fish dishes. Add some nice wine advice and you will have a truly wonderful evening. If you are in Zeeland, it is well worth making a reservation. We always do that too.

Wir kommen seit 37 Jahre nach Zeeland und seit einigen Jahren in die Brasserie de Zeezot. Ein unbedingtes Muss und für uns in Zeeland die beste kulinarische Erfahrung und das highlight unserer Urlaube. Die Atmosphäre ist wunderbar, man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Alles an der Einrichtung passt ausgezeichnet zusammen. Die Großzügigkeit, wie die Tische gestellt sind, das Licht, die Musik, einfach sehr sehr angenehm. Man hat den Eindruck, dass die Menschen, die hier arbeiten, es gerne tun. Freundlich, zugewandt, kenntnisreich und immer da, wenn man sie braucht. Großen DANK dafür. Die Speisen, einfach köstlich und tatsächlich auch sehr sehenswert. Geschmacklich großartig, alles auf den Punkt mit vielen schönen Komponenten auf dem Teller. Das ist ausgesprochen kreativ und zeigt eine hohe handwerkliche Kunst. Die sehr empfehlenswerten Fischgerichte gibt es als "Tagesfang" immer frisch und das Angebot wechselt dementsprechend. Es werden viele regionale Produkte verwendet, sehr lobenswert. Auf dem Teller passt alles gut zusammen, die vielen Komponenten, kunstvoll angerichtet sind ein unbedingt empfehlenswerter Genuss. Das gilt auch für die Getränkeauswahl, die überraschend kreativ ist. Für Vegetarier und Veganer ist de Zeezot auch sehr zu empfehlen. Das oben gesagte gilt ohne Einschränkung auch für die veganen/vegetarischen Gerichte. Bei allem ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis top. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Abend in der Brasserie de Zeezot als Höhepunkt unseres Urlaubes.

A fish restaurant where meat eaters also get their money's worth! We enjoyed the beef tartare and the Black Angus steak incredibly well. The service staff is extremely courteous and nice. The drink recommendations were very tasty and all in all it was a very successful evening. We'd love to come back! It's worth every recommendation!

Quality food was delicious. Unfortunately with Indonesian meat meal there was rice. If you put something like that on the menu then rice is a must. The sweet potato fries were tasty but could be less with the cheese. When a bottle of wine is ordered it is nice that it is also poured after the preview.... The ladies of zeezot were also extremely friendly and the atmosphere was very cozy.

We enjoyed very tasty and fresh fish here. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Information about the current fresh fish selection is communicated via an information board and also to the staff.

We booked the restaurant from home for the first evening of our short vacation in Westkapelle and were not disappointed. Great selection of freshly caught fish, a very creative menu, delicious wine and very nice and dedicated staff! Not only because some restaurants in town only open on weekends in mid-March, De Zeezot was our first choice again on the last evening and we were not disappointed again! We can definitely recommend the restaurant; as a passionate hobby chef, I give it 5 stars with critical expertise.

We had a DELICIOUS meal here during our holiday! Daily fresh fish dishes. The sweet potato fries were AMAZING!!! I've never had such tasty fries before (no soggy fries, and very tastefully presented with a perfect amount of parmesan cheese and truffle mayonnaise on top)... Furthermore, the desserts were FABULOUS. the mango dream was a winner and the pistachio tiramisu....ahhhh Heaven on earth. Very friendly welcome and service. Clearly love for the profession. The prices were slightly higher than we are normally used to, but it was well worth it!

Spontan eingekehrt und sehr zufrieden gewesen. Der Service war sehr gut und auch eine versehentliche längere Wartezeit beim Hauptgang wurde sehr charmant ausgeglichen. Wir hatten Vor- und Hauptspeise und alles war exzellent. Obwohl zeitgleich eine größere Gruppe im Lokal feierte, war die Akustik gut, die Atmosphäre angenehm und der Service bestens.

Das Restaurant bietet ausgefallene und sehr leckere Fisch- und ein paar Fleischgerichte sowie vegetarische Gerichte an. Wir hatten 2 Gänge, die jeweils sehr sehr lecker waren. Der Sevice war aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Das Ambiente ist sehr gemütlich und schick. Absolut empfehlenswert!

I can particularly recommend the “bonbons” as dessert, chocolates in different flavors, soooo 😋. Wow, what a great restaurant. Very comfortably furnished. Chic but not pretentious. The service was very friendly and accommodating, we immediately felt welcome and comfortable. The food is incredibly good, I don't know if I've ever eaten better. We had fish soup and haddock with prawns (catch of the day). Quite delicious, the fish was cooked just right. Sauce tasted very good, just like the soup. For dessert we had the crême brullé. The madness. From now on the restaurant is a must when we come to Westkapelle. Great! Thank you for a wonderful lunch!

On our last day we wanted to eat sole and were not disappointed. We had an aperitif and asked for enough time before the starter and that worked out great. Tartar and fish tacos were excellent. This was followed by the sole, which was really perfectly fried and tasted great. Our dog was also welcome. Everything perfect. Highly recommended, thank you.

Beautiful restaurant! We were in Westkappelle for 2 days and had a very tasty meal here (both days), our newborn son was nicely taken into account, we were given a quiet table in the corner, the service is also great! Will definitely come back again

Today we had a great meal at Brasserie De Zeezot in Westkapelle. Super nice waitress Germaine who really managed to turn it into a party. (We were married for 36 years). One of the children had set things in motion. We came in and a table was decorated. The rest speaks for itself. This Brasserie is highly recommended! Will definitely come back again.

Een super goed restaurant, kan niet anders zeggen. We zaten in het buitengedeelte want het was erg druk en wij hadden niet gereserveerd. We kregen kleedjes die we konden gebruiken als we het koud hadden en de warmtelampen stonden aan. Wij hadden heerlijke voorgerechten en als hoofdgerecht een Bavette en Zeetong. Super klaargemaakt, erg smaakvol allemaal. De bediening was goed en snel, het eten was goed van smaak en de ambiance was fantastisch, warm en knus .Hier kun je gerust gaan eten en dat is precies wat wij ook nog een keer zullen gaan doen! Overigens was het prima betaalbaar, afhankelijk van wat je kiest natuurlijk! Tot slot ben je op nog geen vijf minuten lopen van de kust, dus je kunt prima wandelen na het eten.

Zojuist thuisgekomen van een etentje bij de Zeezot, helaas eerder dan de bedoeling was. Het eten, voor- en hoofdgerecht, was echt heerlijk. Helaas arriveerde er vlak na ons een hele grote groep ( waar normaal gesproken iets voor wordt afgehuurd…). Deze groep maakte zo ontzettend veel kabaal dat er van gezellig dineren niet veel meer kwam. We konden elkaar niet eens meer verstaan. Na het hoofdgerecht zijn we dan ook gelijk weggegaan. Zou fijn geweest zijn als we dit van tevoren hadden geweten.

Ate here on November 7 during a short holiday in Westkapelle. More than excellent, both in terms of service and food. By far the tastiest oysters (creuses) I have eaten in many years (I do that regularly, including in Scheveningen and France). Mussel croquettes are rare and were surprisingly tasty. The oriental twist on some dishes, including the steak tartare, made it extra tasty.

Goede bediening, originele recepten. We hebben als voorgerecht de tapas genomen : zeer gevarieerd en een waaier van smaken. Verder namen we de vis van de dag (zeebaars) en de vissalade. Zeer lekker. Attente bediening met oog voor detail.

Magnifique adresse. De l'accueil agréable à l'assiette, ce déjeuner fut un très bon moment partagé. Huitres savoureuses ( l'Umami est une merveille), bonne soupe de poisson et poissons du jour extrêmement bien préparés et présentés (poisson-chat et dorade dans notre cas). Découverte également de l'Auxerrois, un vin zélandais comme son nom ne le dit pas.
