A really nice spot to stop by for a tasty lunch or a drink! 😊☕ The iced coffee here is really delicious and one I would actually recommend all the time. 😍 Additionally, I am a big fan of the toasted sandwiches. Deliciously crispy, well-filled, and with a tasty side salad! 🥪🧀 Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and a place I would love to return to. Definitely recommended if you are in the area! ✨☕🥪

Food Gone down in quality and Service is bad. This is the fourth time that we got bad service, and we gave it enough time to get better but only gotten worse. Food is mediocre, soms not fresh. Coffee is bleh Atmosphere lacks..no greeting no Friendly welcome.. no attention. Food comes late. Drinks get forgotten Salad is questionable and chairs on small terrace are uncomfortable. The tables are dirty. No wiping down after coming to sit . Waitress is almost rude and forgettful. Not many people visiting. Now we can guess why. Years ago it used to be good but even though it's not expensive to lunch there, you would expect some level of courtesy and feel welcome but it's as if they are bothered you came. No hello or goodbye . Sad sad atmosphere and it's gone down drain in ten years. So, we are not going there anymore. If you want a cheaper , not so great place where nobody bothers you amd just want to sit for hours and not be bothered, then go see for yourself. Don't expect to feel welcome or be served quickly or average. So slow and not great but for 2 sandwiches and 1 Coffee and 1 tea, €25 is fair. Just expect slow service with no smiles and no welcome

I said I didn't think it was worth the money for what I was getting, and the waiter's answer was: well, now you know😭🤣

This place has gone downhill!!! Empty tables weren't cleared. We ordered a sandwich, and it took 30 minutes to arrive. The staff was disinterested. Too bad, but I won't be going back.

I ordered focaccia with chicken curry, but instead I got a toasted sandwich with slices of brown bread, pineapple, and chicken breast from Appie with cheese. GOOD FOCACCIA 🤡

One of the most disappointing meals. I got the Wiener schnitzel. This looked more like a fried cutlet than the dish. There was no flavor and it’s normally one of my favorite dishes. I’ve never seen it rendered this poorly. The fries were ok. The place is beautiful and the staff was friendly enough. I would not come back here which is a bummer as it’s so close to me.

Today, October 20th, I went to dinner with a friend. The service was poor; the table was dirty. We had to wait 10 minutes for a server to come. When I ordered, I indicated that I didn't want any capers. When I received my order, I asked what the capers were on the plate. I removed them myself. And then I deducted one drink from the price. I won't be eating there again anytime soon. Even if it's busy, keep the tables clean and tidy and clear everything away as soon as customers leave.

I used to eat spicy chicken here and it was very tasty. But today I ate spicy chicken and it wasn't tasty and smelled bad.

€3.90 for a glass of green iced tea, poured from a large bottle, is, in my opinion, a ridiculous price.

The toasted sandwich wasn't good. The bread had a bit of a tough crust. The croquette sandwich was delicious. Plenty of choices! Dinner, good value for money. The staff was friendly.

Ging voor kleine lunch. Frietje met kroket. Lastig om dit te bestellen maar kon bakje friet en kroket bestellen uiteindelijk. Klein bakje en 1 kroket gekregen alles was vet en te Lang gebakken. Ook mijn flesje Rivella opgedronken en daarna betaald. Rekening € 12.20 ! Reken uit flesje Rivella €3,- Dus kroket met bakje friet doorsnee 10 cm €9,20 gewoon schandalig. En ook nog niet te haggelen. Mevrouw aan kassa gaf geen kik op mijn melding. Dus nooit meer hier naartoe.

We regularly came here for lunch, but this time it was disappointing. Upon arrival at 1 p.m. we received an unpleasant welcome. The waitress, busy talking to customers, shouted from a distance that we should take a 2-person table and continued. It wasn't busy. I just wanted to have lunch with my son (44 euros), not just drink coffee. It felt like we were just a number. After paying, there were plenty of tables left empty, including the 4-person table. Compliments to the chef, but I won't be back anytime soon. The staff looks disinterested, talks about customers and private matters, but shows little friendliness. The service is cursory and avoids eye contact. The atmosphere used to be better, but even without crowds the attitude remained distant – the final straw for me. We have now gone to another restaurant where the staff is respectful and you get value for your money. There is room for a nice conversation here and it is worth a tip.

Hi We wanted to have a bite to eat at Le Duc tonight. We sat down. 2 people serving, 1 of whom was eating. There were almost no customers, 2 people were paying. A few tables had not been cleared. People have finished paying, then chat with the colleague who is eating. We were fifteen minutes further and no one had come to us yet. Then we got up and went. Apparently they don't want to make any money there

"Misleading promotion - disappointing experience" We are regular customers of this restaurant because the burgers are always very tasty. Today we went there to eat with our family, because it is Thursday and they have a promotion: on the "hamburger day" the second hamburger is with a 50% discount. However, when we wanted to pay and asked for the discount to be applied, the waitress and cashier told us that this was not possible. The reason was that the promotion is only valid if the burgers are ordered together with fries. My husband ordered a hamburger with fries, but I ordered one without fries. It is important to mention that burgers in the menu do not come with fries as standard; fries are an extra option. We think it is unreasonable that the discount was not applied just because I did not want fries. This feels like deception and I would like to warn other customers to avoid the same experience. Although we like the food here, this experience was very disappointing and unpleasant.

A cozy lunchroom. Price-wise, a bit on the high side. Friendly service. Our stay was somewhat diminished by parents with annoyingly screaming children. Something could have been said here.

In terms of decoration, it is really neat, toilets are very clean. What the others say: Yes, it is small, but cozy (we think). As I looked at it, it is an existing building at an A1 location and that also comes with a hefty price tag. That others might listen in on the conversations and/or that you can do the same yourself. There is also such a thing as selective deafness. You don't have to listen. In addition, knowing everything does not make you happy.

We had to wait a very long time for our hot meat sandwich, but unfortunately the wait was not rewarded... what a poorly put together, tough and mealy sandwich, peanut sauce that was supposed to be home-made but was just a greasy, salty mess... preparation in the kitchen without gloves and when we complained about the above, we were told that from now on we would have to eat elsewhere. For us as true lovers of a good hot meat sandwich, once but never again... SO NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

After dinner, go to the toilet. To my surprise, the light went out after a short time and I stood in pitch darkness. No way to turn the light back on. That was due to the light sensor and could not be changed, the staff said. If you are in a wheelchair and need to go to the toilet, you can expect problems. You have to leave the business at the back and go to the neighbors to use the toilet. There are stairs in the business to the toilets upstairs. When I made it known at checkout that the sandwich was absolutely not a success, I was told that I should have given it back. As a result, my group would most likely have already gone home. We have always had a delicious meal here, but wanted to eat there last Thursday at 4 p.m. with a social deal voucher, but it said on the door that they would be open from... They were closed at 4:00 PM that day (while we can normally eat there until 7:00 PM on Thursdays). When we were there today at noon, we heard that our social deal voucher could not be handed in during the weekend. Indeed, it states that it is valid from Mon. to Fri., but if they are not open at the times they would be open, the offer will be very limited. So there will never be a social deal for us at Le Duc, since the menu is also limited and only includes soup as an extra.

The hamburger was very tasty but cost € 11 separately, so I expected a larger one. Other guests had been waiting for more than fifteen minutes while the staff was chatting and when they said something, they got a big smart mouth in return. That was certainly not nice. I don't think we'll go back to this.

The staff is rude to each other and there is a nasty atmosphere among themselves. On our first visit, the boss was giving the staff his opinion about their working methods in a nasty way. Not appropriate to do this for all guests to hear. After a second, same experience, we will never come here again!
