Enjoyed Easter Sunday on the terrace boat. Our first drinks were on the table in no time despite the big Easter brunch that was going on. Onion soup with 3 baguettes and melted cheese on top. Hot meat sandwich that was generously topped with Fricandeau and mushrooms. A ham cheese sandwich on tasty Turkish bread. A 12-hour meal with a cup of tomato soup, a croquette sandwich and a Carpaccio sandwich. Everything tasted delicious, was well stocked and served super quickly despite the crowds. What else passed by for other guests also looked good and not small portions. We unexpectedly ended up here during a car trip and that was not a bad thing, we enjoyed the atmosphere, the surroundings and the delicious food! The staff is friendly and attentive!

Ordered farmer's baguette with herb butter This turned out to be a regular white baguette with something that looked like herb butter 😢 and this for 8.25 Then satay, one perfect and the other almost cold (very unfortunate) Taste was good...but few fries Once again a lovely place, but for almost 80.00 you expect a bit more...

Cozy located on the water. Delicious cappuccino and cheesecake. When the weather is nice, sit outside on the quay or the floating terrace. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area.

Very cozy brasserie with terrace on the water in the middle of the polder. Good off-road parking. We had a coffee stop so we didn't use the menu. The coffee was okay. well cared for. Friendly staff. We'll drop by there for a while.

Lovely quiet spot when the weather is nice and the wind is not too strong. Relax outside on the terrace along the water, with a beautiful view. Every now and then a boat passes by, great. They have nice coffee and the food is good too. Definitely come back this summer.

The location is very nice and so is the surroundings. The food is reasonable, but not more than that. Steak was not that tasty, pork tenderloin was tasty. Add salad and fries. The service is not unfriendly but a bit clumsy, they said about a beer in a broken glass: we'll pour it over. Update; had something to drink and eat again. About the food: same as before, not special (good), limp fries but otherwise not bad. A comment about drinking, a large beer (0.5 liters) now costs €8!! Furthermore, all the waiting staff are very young.

We had a lovely lunch here last Friday afternoon. Our guests told us when you enter here you are immediately welcome and feel at home. You can't get a better compliment. And that's the reason we come here.

Gloomy weather and in the mood for an instant mood enhancer, I'm going to eat delicious apple strudl in this brasserie, just like I did last week. The hot chocolate with real thick whipped cream close to the fireplace makes life completely OK. Excellent quality in an attractive location.

It was busy and we had not made a reservation, so we were able to sit in the spacious conservatory. We were helped by the smooth, very friendly staff, we ordered meatball vlietzicht with bread. We enjoyed this dish. It is highly recommended to eat here and would love to come back, just make a reservation 😉.

Came to try it again yesterday after going for coffee in the summer. In the summer we had the same experience as yesterday. The coffee was no longer the same as before. We had said something about this, a new one was brought in but it was still not improved. The staff was busy and had no time or hearing for more compassionate interest. She would communicate it. Left with a less feeling. After a long time we were in the area and thought let's have a coffee, to which my partner said: Hey, but the coffee wasn't that good there anymore? To which I replied: oh well, you never know, maybe today! Upon arrival we sat outside and thought we would enjoy the beautiful view in the sun. Ordered two cappuccinos with apple pie and whipped cream. The cappuccino was weak again, too much milk just not tasty. Something was said about this, and new ones were brought. This one is not good again. Summer flashback. Not satisfied, walked in to pay, coffee not drunk, mentioned to the service employee, who was not interested in it either. Here too she would communicate it again. It should also be noted that this has happened for the second time, that we normally would have liked to come for the place, but that we will not come back. At this point she could have recognized this and done something about it. However, she let this go. Perhaps a matter of limited training or common sense. Sad to see, it is understandable and known that the catering industry is faced with many challenges, but now is the time to promote quality and distinguish it from other businesses. Not to reduce costs and focus on profit. That's how it came across anyway. I wish Vlietzicht much success. We choose a different party.

We have been here in the winter period. It was quiet and with plenty of room to sit. Relax by the window with hot coffee, tea and their homemade apple pie with a view over the serene landscape. We played some games with our son and then took the walking path to explore the neighborhood. Recommended!

Beautiful location, having lunch or dinner on the boat in the summer is fun. Have a beer after cycling or rent a boat. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is not the same in winter, and the dinner menu is also less in choice and quality.

Had coffee today with apple pie with whipped cream. Good coffee and tasty apple pie with real whipped cream, nothing wrong with that. Service friendly, nothing wrong with that Atmosphere is great, nothing wrong with that either. But then pay. 4 cappucino 2 apple pie with whipped cream for 27.70 euros??? Outside the price list I looked again in disbelief: coffee 3.90, apple pie 4.95 and whipped cream 1.10? That's why only 2 stars Yes, I can earn them that way too.

Visit Sunday morning, rented festivity. What is striking is the hustle and bustle, which makes "quiet" communication difficult for the elderly (hearing aids), and the controls are good and clearly present. Beautiful location for a stop along the way when cycling or just for a bite to eat. Highly recommended!!!

I loved it here. We sailed along the canal in a hired boat. We docked at this lovely restaurant on the water. Staff were very friendly and service was good. An added bonus was the sparrows that had nests in the trees that surrounded the cafe. Really lovely!

Nice tent located in an extensive nature reserve in Midden-Delfland. Located directly on a nice cycle route and with a terrace on the Vliet. Easily accessible by bicycle, including with the ferry across the Vliet. Staff was nice and the food was fine. I expected a little more meat from the hamburger, but it was good.

What can you say about MC Donalds? Quality is always good. But prices in Switzerland are extreme.

So far I’ve been here twice for lunch and both times I had a wonderful experience. The first time I was vegetarian and the vegetarian burger I had was delicious. The second time I was no longer vegetarian and I ordered the satay chicken which was easily on par with the best I’ve savoured. The food was full of flavour with evident attention being paid to only using the freshest ingredients. The staff were exceptionally professional and attentive. I would return with family or friends in a heartbeat to enjoy great food in a beautiful and scenic location.

What started as a pleasant evening was already an illusion upon arrival. No welcome, nothing! We were the only ones. Drinks ordered fresh orange juice, I asked, yes, that's right, I was told, no, just from a carton. The waiter who brought the drinks should sometimes take a course on how to make the guests happy, what a grump! Then all three selected a 3-course menu. Starter good, main course 2 x steak with supplement of €4.50 medium cooked, mine was well cooked and mine was overcooked and dry. Left half of it and said I wasn't satisfied. The young man went to the kitchen to report this and came back with a story "that it was from another cow" what should I do with this?? A menu of €47,= and then get away with it?? And when eating it, serve it with atjar on top? and on the bottom a little iceberg lettuce that is part of Indonesian cuisine, and not even made, nothing! Then the dessert was served without asking. The table wasn't even cleared! Even when leaving the restaurant there was no one from the staff, they were standing outside and couldn't say goodbye. Let alone the question of whether everything was to your liking... a fun evening out starts at the entrance! And also at the exit We had to hang up the garlands ourselves, there was nothing from your side, what a disillusionment.... for way too much money!! Would the owner like to respond to this? What a nice place! The terrace is largely located on the water. Boats sail past and you have a beautiful view. The staff is very friendly and the food tasted very good. We had twelve hours and a hot meat sandwich. The homemade iced tea also tastes good, but it tastes mainly like honey. You can also enjoy a nice walk along the water. We will definitely come back here.

Prachtige ligging aan het water. Wij raden aan de salade met geitenkaas uit de oven. En de verse vis van de dag. Die was perfect gebakken. Service is niet top. Van chagrijnig tot neutraal. Setting is eenvoudig.

Service was friendly, but clearly did not see which new arrivals. So we waited a long time until we could finally order something. The location is fantastic, moor the boat and eat and drink on the water.

Wat als een gezellig avondje begon was bij binnenkomst al een illusie. Geen welkom, niets! Wij waren de enigen Drankje besteld verse jus d'orange vroeg ik nog , ja klopt werd mij verteld, nee dus gewoon uit een pak. De ober die de drankjes bracht mag wel eens een cursus hoe maak je het de gasten naar hun zin volgen, wat een chagrijn! Daarna alledrie een 3 gangen menu uitgezocht. Voorgerecht goed, hoofdgerecht 2 x biefstuk met supplement van €4,50 medium gebakken van mijn man goed en van mij te ver doorgebakken en droog. Helft laten staan en gezegt ik niet tevreden was. De jongeman is dit in de keuken gaan melden en kwam terug met een broodje aap verhaal "dat het van een andere koe was" wat moet ik hiermee?? Wel een menu van €47,= en dan daarmee wegkomen?? En sla bij het eten met atjar er boven op ? en onderop een beetje ijsbersla dat hoort in de Indonesische keuken, en dan niet eens aangemaakt niets! Vervolgens werd het dessert ongevraagd opgediend. De tafel was niet eens afgeruimd! Zelfs bij het verlaten van het restaurant was er niemand van het personeel, die stonden buiten er kon geen gedag vanaf. Laat staan de vraag of alles naar wens was geweest.... een gezellig avondje uit begint al bij de entree! En ook bij de uitgang Wij hebben zelf de slingers op moeten ophangen, van jullie kant was er niets, wat een desillusie.... voor veel te veel geld!! Wil de eigenaar hierop reageren? Well, it wasn't worth having lunch there from Zeeland. The lettuce had no dressing on it. Ordered 5 small soups. 5 large soup bowls. Wrong. At any time during the tour, the sliding doors open on the right by controls. Because of the strong wind. (USE ONE DOOR) The lettuce from the oven with enough goat cheese. No dressing at all. Put a dash of olive oil and pepper no fresh tomatoes on the table, no cucumber, but enough nuts, don't miss the pine nuts and peppers, and for the price of 17.95 it's quite pricey, really not worth it..........service friendly, that's not the problem . Few staff. And busy...the customer doesn't care about that. understanding......staff.can't do anything about that.the menu is very brief. No, unfortunately we no longer come here from Zeeland. Shame .

Deze brasserie is perfect voor een gezellige avond samen met familie en vrienden. Omdat ik m’n pensioenleeftijd had bereikt bij brasserie Vlietzicht een etentje gegeven voor familie en vrienden. Omdat er een foutje in de planning was geslopen, had Brian een rondvaartboot geregeld. Daar samen met de familie en vrienden een heerlijk buffet genoten. Super gezellig en heerlijk eten. Bediening was Top, ondanks het personeel veel meer moest lopen naar de boot. Geweldige avond gehad. Brasserie Vlietzicht is echt een aanrader.

We were regular customers here for years when the founder still held sway! We ordered minced meat ball vlietzicht. The ball should not even be called minced meat ball and comes directly from Sligro or the like, a bit of sauce, mayonnaise and fries 15.50. Here the location is fully exploited because people will come anyway. Girls in the service are friendly and can't help it. This is really the last time

We think the place is beautiful. The food is fresh and well prepared. We find the price-quality ratio out of balance. Tuna salad, 2 beers turned out to be over 60 euros. The bread offered turned out to be 5.50 per person. We felt misled.

Left today very dissatisfied. Ok, there was a shortage of staff, but don't let a single father with two bickering children wait fifteen minutes to take the order (ice cream sundaes) and then indicate more than half an hour later that they currently do not have the sundaes! That is simply no communication and no service. I won't be coming here anymore for a while.

Went again today. A long time ago, I drank delicious coffee and later had a sandwich and ginger tea. It was more than good and I sat in the sun. It is a nice place to stay by the water.
