Very nice place and their flagship burger is also really tasty (if you don't pay attention to your health ;-)) On a second visit I went for a salmon burger and my girlfriend for a normal burger and to be honest, these were a bit substandard. The burger was fine, but my salmon burger was a real disappointment. Fries are great!

Ended up at Børgør via Social Deal. Super fast service, we had our menu on the table within 5 minutes. Tasty hamburger sandwich with fresh ingredients. Meat was not super thick but tasty. Wow, what a nice place and good burgers. It's time for them to come to other cities too. I would say start in Utrecht. This was the first time I was given gloves to eat the delicious BØF 1949. If I'm in Groningen again, I'll definitely visit you.

Super delicious soft and creamy soft ice cream! Nice cones with a flavour. €2.50, but it is also a large ice cream. Iced coffee also tastes great with fresh espresso! Friendly staff and going to the toilet is never a problem. Perfect for a quick bite. Super fast service, burger was ready within a few minutes. Fries very good! Vegan mayo not the tastiest, but burger is fine with tasty Børgør sauce. Definitely worth it with the social deal! It's a shame that they use disposable plates and cups, although they are compostable. Don't know if I would pay €10 for the burger itself, but definitely the fries.

Very nice tent! Employees are very sweet and nice. Food is ready quickly and the homemade burgers are very tasty. The restaurant itself is neat and clean and pleasantly decorated. Highly recommended!!

Total experience: insufficient. The food tasted good, but was cold. The bun of the burger was a bun like you buy in the supermarket. The milkshake was also not a success. All this while it is still quite expensive. And it also took an hour. Not to be repeated.

Get the BØEF they give you latex gloves it’s real fun

The food in itself was fine, but it had nothing to do with Danish cuisine other than the names. My husband and I are Danish and ate there, but we are unfortunately not sure if they have ever been to Denmark. The hotdogs do not look like the real deal either and the sauce in the ‘Danish burger’ is not at all similar to the Danish gravy. It was a bit disappointing to be completely honest. If the company wants to brand themselves as Scandinavian/Danish fast food, we would recommend that they go there and try the real thing. I think it would benefit the tastes if they do. The employees were nice and quick service. So in sum, we liked the burgers but if you go there to try Danish cuisine, then you will be disappointed.

Nice place with very tasty dishes.

The burgers were mediocre at best. The patties in the burgers and the meatballs have a weird smooth texture to them and don't taste like meat. The fries and milkshake were great though.

The food was great. We had 2* the beef burger with fries and 2 hot drinks. Juicy thick meat patties with chopped pickles and red onion. The buns were big; quite handy when you want to eat a burger neatly. Crispy thick fries; a bit on the salty side. A banana shake and my hot drink got bumped up to an iced coffee without extra cost. So service A+. Very welcoming blokes as well. The scenery was not very special. And unfortunately, the screens in the kids corner were broken? Off? No clue. All in all good for a repeat visit ;) May I also add...We had a social deal coupon. Did not get skimped.

THE hidden gem of Gronginen! We walked in and ordered on the screen, and on our way to the table we already got the drinks, during the short wait for the food we took in the nice ambiance of this amazing restaurant. Food came fast and was absolutely delicious. Service was impeccable and I will 100% be back. Also, the BORGOR sauce is amazing😍

Fast food, but better. Good handmade burgers. Waiting time was short, so it was a quick service and from a friendly stuff. Easy to order at a terminal, which makes it easier. It is a small shop, so it is better to order for take away, during the busy times.

Fijne sfeer en lekker eten. Mijn zoon bestelde een burger en beschreef het als: zo smaakt een perfecte burger! Lekkere friet. De Scandinavische sferen zijn compleet door de Zweedse muziek op de achtergrond.

Personal wwr freundlich und spricht sogar deutsch, was jedoch nicht die Erwartung ist. Essen war wirklich gut, lecker und schnell zubereitet. Eine Empfehlung ist der leckere Eiscafé (Milchshake). Schon lange nicht mehr sowas leckeres getrunken.

Meine Freunde und ich haben heute einen Ausflug nach Groningen unternommen, haben mittags eine Möglichkeit zum Essen gesucht und sind hier fündig geworden. Der von außen eher unscheinbar wirkende Laden bietet genug Platz für ca. 20 Gäste und ist mit einer Spielmöglichkeit für Kinder, sowie einer Kundentoilette ausgestattet. Wir haben das Restaurant ziemlich leer und ruhig erlebt, wodurch eine entspannte Atmosphäre herrschte. Nun zu dem Essen: Sowohl eine heiße Schokolade, Sandwiches, Hotdogs und Burger sind gut angekommen und wurden schon kurz nach Bestellung zum Platz gebracht (knapp 5-7 Minuten). Unsere Empfehlung: Das „Kids-surprise-Menü“ ;)) Wir erlebten das Personal als sehr freundlich und angenehm gesprächig. (Niederländisch, Englisch & Deutsch je nach Mitarbeiter möglich) Zusammenfassend möchten wir eine klare Empfehlung für dieses Restaurant aussprechen, da sowohl das Preisleistungsverhältnis, als auch das Verhalten des Personals und die Atmosphäre gestimmt haben. - Wir kommen gerne wieder! ❤️

Wat een leuk tentje! Heerlijk gegeten. Mooi restaurant en fijne bediening.

Op onze 18 jarige huwelijk besloten we omwille budget, gewoon een patatje te doen. Dankzij socialdeals wat korting bij Børgør om het toch iets anders te doen. Nog nooit binnen geweest. Eerste impressie was goed. Zag er netjes uit, had een mini "M" uitstraling. Keuze uit 6 soorten hamburgers. Ik nam de børgør en mijn vrouw de chicken. Bij drinken wou mijn vrouw iets wat niet op de kaart staat.. een chocolade milkshake. Geen probleem zegt die beste man. Aan een tafeltje was de sfeer tjah een patatzaak sfeer. Het is geen 3 sterren restaurant hé. De burgers, wow wat lekker die van mij was met sju overgoten vet lekker. Liet mij denken aan iets wat ik als kind heb gehad. En die van mijn vrouw was ook goed. Het drinken... Ik had een flesje drinken was net ranja dat versterkte de nostalgische gevoelens van mij. De shake was zo lekker.... Dat ik bijna spijt had dat ik die niet had besteld... En ik ben niet eens gek op chocolade milkshake.... De patatjes waren krokant en toch zacht van binnen. Als we zouden moeten zeuren, mag er iets minder zout op. Maar dat is persoonlijk. Op en top.

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Es ist aber ein wenig verwirrend, wenn bestellt. Die Burger sind anders abgebildet als man sie dann am Ende bekommt. Auf den Bilder sind teilweise Burger mit Käse und andere ohne abgebildet aber generell muss man Käse immer zusätzlich buchen (wenn man ihn möchte). Ziemlich verwirrend .

Voor 16 euro een matige burger maar erg goeie milkshake. De burger was koud en droog.

Best burger I had in a while. I can't have gluten, but they serve it with amazing gluten-free buns. There 1946 burger is, however, not doable gluten-free, but my friend ate it. According to him, it was amazing. They serve it like how it was back in the day. They poured hot jus over it and gave you disposable gloves to eat it with. The price versus quality is simpky amazing, and I for sure will go back there next time I'm in town.

Pommes, Milkshakes are fine but its the third time the burger, patty and bacon was very dry. The sauce on the burger is very thin and quite non-existent. very sad.

As you are looking at the place, you might think its just another fast food similar to McDonalds. But its not! I have to admit, that was a really good, fast served Burger. And you get gloves to not get your hands dirty while eating eat, what an idea!

I loved the vegan burger, you can make a meal of every burger with fries and a drink, the fries are huge.
