Had to wait over 20 minutes for a Big Mac menu and a Happy Meal last Saturday

We stopped by and were shocked at what we had to pay. It's not normal anymore. We won't be doing that for a while either... What a waste of money...

The taste is the same everywhere, so delicious. Only the atmosphere is gone, like a food factory.

This McDonald's looks neat and tidy. Table service is efficient. Friendly staff.

Crappy McDonald's, First of all, if you order an MC Muffin: Egg sandwich, note: in the beginning, you got a whole egg on it. What are they doing now? They halve the egg. Or they use quail eggs. Secondly: I got my receipt from the machine. I suddenly pulled out a meter of paper. I said to the manager: I think the knife is stupid. She said: really stupid answer. You take off the bottom part and the top part is yours. 😳😳😳 I said: duh, everyone knows this. She just got angry when I said it: Fire it, get rid of it... The coffee is also undrinkable: way too strong, and they say we can't handle it. Maybe get a little less coffee...

Dry big tasty, and got banana milkshake while I ordered vanilla

The sandwich was not super fresh, but I received a super nice warm sandwich as indicated.

Got a McFlury, barely any of it. It's a quarter full, and you pay €4.70 for it. Absolutely ridiculous. This McDonald's should be ashamed. I've called three times now, and nobody answers that damn phone.

One of the better McDonald's locations in Groningen. I did see staff (16-year-olds) walk straight from the restroom to the back twice without washing their hands. In both cases, I reported it to the manager, and as far as I know, it was taken seriously.

Just (22:10) refused in the mcdrive on the motorbike, because no vehicles on 2 wheels are allowed before 23:00. If this is such a fixed rule, communicate it with a sign or something...

I think it is a nice restaurant, young staff, friendly, parking is well arranged, toilets are available and drive thru is also good, feel free to take a look

Ordered a bacon egg there. It tasted good, but so terribly small. 2 bites and it was gone. You don't get value for your money.

It's the Mc Donald's we know. But this place is always enjoyable in terms of both parking and cleanliness. It's very crowded on Sunday evenings, but especially families with children prefer it.

Around the ordering columns and in front of the counter there were 3 order forms on the floor, a little further in the restaurant there were two more order forms and a coloring page on the floor. Even though it wasn't that busy, finding a table was still difficult, unless you're happy with a table with mayonnaise stains, a greasy table, a table with a tray of waste on it, or a table with a few pieces of chips or colored pencils. Also chips here and there (really not 1 or 2 pieces), plastic from the mayonnaise bags and other junk on the floor. The expression "you can eat off the floor" was pretty accurate, there was enough. The biggest hit we found was that the staff walks past the mess on the table, looks at it, and then does nothing about it. When it is busy I find this “not done”, but when it is quiet enough that you have time to lean against the counter with two staff members and have a chat, you can also grab a broom and mop, or a cloth to wipe the tables.

Music has a very high level of piss, it has often irritated me.

Great McDonald's. It was mid-afternoon, so not busy, plenty of free parking. Received our order quickly and it tasted great.

Come in and order and pay yourself via the post. Beautiful system! It's very quiet, I'm the only one waiting. Very often, and now also with this mac, the order is made but this is not shown on the beautiful sign. As a result, 15 minutes later I'm reluctantly chowing down on my much-too-cold order. I'm bummed about that!

What a terribly dirty thing it is. We got here at 10pm, but that shouldn't matter. That's a matter of keeping track. The floor was really dirty, couldn't find a clean spot. Just like the tables, none clean. Apparently they are unable to put a cloth over it. This wasn't the first time I found it so gross there. The last time I went there.

The food is always good. The young staff are genuinely friendly and attentive and that contributes significantly to the atmosphere.

Got an egg sandwich this morning. Both sandwiches were not very warm And bun almost hard and dry. It was baked a little too long. And today I had another egg sandwich. With beef. Only the cook had put onions underneath. Damn that early in the morning. So not good.

McDonald's West has surprised us in a very positive way! In addition to the familiar tasty food and fast service, they have a fantastic charging station for electric cars here. While we quietly enjoyed a Big Mac and fries, our car was able to charge super quickly. It's really ideal if you're on the road and want to take a break. What also struck us is how well the charging station works – fast, user-friendly and perfectly placed in the parking lot. No hassle, just plug & play. It's nice to see that McDonald's is moving with the times and offering these types of facilities. In addition, the location is neat and the staff is friendly and helpful. In short, a perfect place for a short stop where you can re-energize both yourself and your car. We will definitely come here more often!

During the Big Mac for 1 euro promotion I thought I would go again. The food came quickly, but the BigMac was just delivered from the North Pole. All in all, my experience is the same as the price of the BigMac during this promotion.

Sandwiches are smashed together. Buns are cold. Shrimp dry. Then I am not given any opportunity to have a discussion about something I had already paid for, I am also treated rudely and I am constantly put on the spot even though it is on the receipt. HOENDIEP IS THE WORST MC IN THE NORTH.

Cheeseburger were almost cold, we sat there at the table and I started with the Cheeseburger which was cold at a...not the first time...but for now it will be the last...a bit done with McDonalds...

Extremely bad service at Mac Hoendiep. You usually miss part of your order. Last night I quickly got a milkshake at the mac drive and wanted to know what else was there... since not everything is on the menu outside. ....that took so much effort that I finally went for your chicken salad, the boredom dripped from the voice. Then I drive to the payment window...no one there. I'm just waiting...still no one comes. Almost no guests present and certainly no one behind me at the Mac drive. So I drive on to the other window. I see 2 young employees messing around with each other and having a good time. So I ask if I can finally pay... do I have to go back to the payment window in reverse. I immediately indicated that I do not consider this customer-oriented. And that they get paid to sit by that window. I get a cheeky comment about how he had to make himself useful... well, that wasn't you since I had to wait 20 minutes by myself at the Mac drive. For a milkshake and a salad. Food was as you would expect. Expected some more additions of lettuce, tomato, pickle. Fast service, food was ready quickly and delivered promptly. Unfortunately, no playland for children. Which made it busy/noisy because of the children who had to burn off their energy.

Many immigrant staff who do not understand you. Forgot to give a sign with a number, walk away immediately after ordering. Afterwards we ordered ice creams and something to eat. Apparently ice cream was served first and then the hamburger. Ice creams costing over 4 euros were melted when they delivered them. You say something about it and they look at you as if you are from another planet. No manager seen. That's bad.

Like any McDonald's. For a quick bite. I do not order digitally. Takes way too much time. Fortunately, you can still order here via (personal) contact. Bought a MC Flurry on July 20, 2024. What an outrageous price for the small, watery, tasteless soft ice cream. The whole thing was topped off with some crumbs that represented M&M peanuts. One star less 😡

Have had problems with orders 4 times now. Bad quality every time. It's not what it was 1 year ago. Orders very often made incorrectly. You see the combination of being too busy and being lazy every time. Even at 9 o'clock in the evening, when no one is there.

Don't go here unless you have the world of time and check your order before you go because it's always wrong... Just allow an hour to place your order and finally receive the correct one after half an hour

Wait 20 minutes for a cheeseburger and big mac. Sorry, but how is this FAST food? Also only after 1900, so it must be quieter. Just got home from work and can I wait there that long? Not that Burger King is much better. From now on I will make my own burgers, tastier, cheaper and much faster. -_-

Received a very nasty cola without carbon dioxide, returned it and the employee said that the soft drink machine sometimes had problems. Then got a new one that tasted just as gross. Too bad, said this employee. Another employee offered me my money back, but she suddenly disappeared without a trace after she said she would join us shortly.

I'm not a fan of McDonald's, but they do have the tastiest Shakes. And the fries are also delicious... ohhhh then I'm a fan after all 😉

Ordered cheese snacks. Do I get chicken nuggets in the cheese snacks box? Already the 2nd time it has gone wrong in 1 week. Friend of mine same story. The hamburger is also dirty, everything is covered in it. Because I go via the drive, I only found out later. Most of these types of errors with this mac. So people check your order carefully or go somewhere else

Just your standard McDonald's. You come there for breakfast with your broke ass in the hope that you will feel better, but in the end you only feel worse and you have more guilt from the maccie than from the scandalous amounts of alcohol you drank the day before. The service was excellent, and the guys in the kitchen and service did their best, but I really can't give Maccie more than 2 stars.

What a disappointment on a Sunday evening... full of expectations you go to McDonald to enjoy a greasy bite. Apparently people need hearing aids to use the intercom, because they just write down what they think they hear!! Ordered a delicious hamburger, you get a WRAP!!!! It was a miserable Sunday evening, thanks to this McDonalds.
