This place is amazing! They bake their bread fresh right in front of you, and the sandwiches are huge. You get lots of fresh ingredients like pastrami, chicken, greens, cheese, and great sauces all for just 6 to 8 euros! Super tasty and filling.

Fine sandwich, but the bun wasn't baked through quite right and was actually too soft as a result. But I'll be back soon, and if the bun is top-notch then, you'll definitely get 5 stars.

On my daughter's recommendation, I bought a slice of pizza and a pastrami bun here. Insanely delicious! A delicious, freshly baked, soft Italian bun (so much more enjoyable than a bun with a crispy, hard crust) and generously topped with tasty pastrami, arugula, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese... Not a pathetic little bun with two slices of meat and a pinch of cheese, but truly generously filled. And all for an incredibly friendly price! I've regularly paid (almost) double for similar sandwiches that weren't half as good as this one. You can taste and see in everything that the guys at Bolleboos are passionate about their work and do their utmost to make it accessible to everyone to enjoy truly delicious sandwiches. 1000+ stars

Mozzarella sandwich and spicy (not too spicy) grilled sausage sandwich. Well-filled, friendly staff with very fresh ingredients. Highly recommended if you're in the area (even if you're driving from Alkmaar) for some delicious sandwiches!

Fresh bread, enough coices in toppings and overall a good experience. Fresh, warm bread is hard to top and the Pizza slice was delicious also, more like a mini pizzabread. Good to stop bij for a quick lunch or refill with a cappuccino! Service overall was good to, from cleaning the table, to bringen the ashtray, nice!

Just picked up a super delicious sandwich from this place. I had the Palermo sandwich. It had delicious marinated chicken thigh with pesto, pine nuts, Parmesan, and arugula. The prices are very reasonable, ranging from €3.50 to €6.75. The man who helped me was working incredibly hard all by himself and was still very friendly to all the customers. Definitely recommended!

Broodje Bolleboos is one of my favorites. Delicious warm rolls, richly filled, halal ingredients and very reasonably priced. All rolls are absolutely recommended. My favorites are Bol Pittige Tante and Bol Pastrami.

A great value sandwich/bun. I had pastrami and my wife had mozzarella. The buns are warm from the oven and they make the bun there. Two buns cost €11.00. Many regulars came and ordered buns to go. Highly recommend.

Truly a top tent that you would want in any city. Fast, good quality and for a reasonable price. In addition, everything on the menu is halal, which is a priority for me personally. We stumbled in this afternoon after a visit to the museum and went for the grilled sausage and carpaccio, plus two drinks. We received a friendly welcome and had a delicious meal for 17 euros. I would recommend this to everyone.

Delicious fresh warm sandwiches made by the very friendly men Hamza and Ibrahim. I have now tasted all the sandwiches, but the pastrami remains my favorite! Clean, tidy shop where you can see exactly how the sandwiches are made. For anyone who has passed by, go in and taste!

Delicious sandwiches on a special bun. The boys make the buns themselves and are best described as an Italian bun, but soft. Bolletjes are well priced, although the price could be higher for what you get. Every month they have a bulb of the month and also a seasonal bulb. So there was plenty of choice!
