The food here is always delicious. It's a lovely local restaurant that I often visit with guests. All the dishes I and the others have had are consistently good. Delicious and reasonably priced. Enjoy the cozy atmosphere inside or outside on the terrace. Good, friendly service. Fantastic! On to the next dish!

It's exactly what you'd expect from a cafe. The service is always friendly here, and the food is good value for money. They have a good menu and comfortable seating, which is also very important. If you just want a simple, tasty meal, this is a great place to go.

It was very hot and there were a lot of flies, when we said something about it, the waitress said "it wasn't that bad here, there were a lot more flies in the kitchen" - not very reassuring. The tataki turned out to be stir-fried beef tenderloin. The service was very slow, glasses piled up and even when we had put them all together ourselves, the hint to clear something away was not understood. The starter took more than an hour, we were a group of twelve, but we had made a reservation and it was really not busy.

Have a nice lunch outside on May 5. Made a reservation at Bruut for this occasion as I had a positive experience here some time ago. Reservations were not necessary as we were the first guests and therefore very quiet. Friendly welcome and nice lounge music in the background. Waitress very kindly takes the drinks and brings the lunch menu. A card with very small letters, and of course no reading glasses, so make your choice via the menu online on my phone. Have three different lunch dishes to choose from, smoked salmon bread, Bruut omelette and an “afternoon bell”. This contains a slice of Turkish bread with ham and cheese (toasted sandwich), a mini hamburger and omelette from the BGE. Missing a slice of bread with this. We really enjoyed our lunch in this attractive restaurant with friendly service and will definitely come back for a meal or dinner!

Super food, prepared with a lot of patience, we wanted to give the waiters and chef something to drink from us, but they politely declined, so we only tipped them €20. We will definitely come back here, even if we have to take a detour.

Had a mint tea and an apple pie with my mother. We sat outside. The service was very friendly, that was not lacking. What I would give as a tip is that if you have nothing to do as a waiter... (this happened quite often around that time) Then use a grab stick and a garbage bag to tackle the litter that swirls around your customers! I felt like I was in a garbage dump. This is also due to the internal corner of that building, so there isn't much you can do about that, but you can do something that you can easily arrange.

We hebben heerlijk gegeten! Het was een fijne sfeer en de bediening was erg aardig en vrolijk. U kunt ook zien dat het onderling goed ligt waardoor de sfeer ook erg fijn is. Een groot deel van de dag staat er zon op het terras en binnen zit je ook fijn. Ga hier zeker heen als je lekker en gezellig wilt eten!

Ben samen met mijn vrienden hier wezen eten om even gezellig bij te kletsen. Wij werden snel geholpen en ook het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Als voorgerecht had ik de carpaccio en als hoofdgerecht de ossenhaas met sambal jus (volgens aanrader van het personeel). En zeker ook een aanrader van mij! Zo mals en zo lekker! De sambal maakte het helemaal af! Ook ben ik allergisch voor bepaalde dingen. Daar hielden ze goed rekening mee! Tussendoor ook genoten van hun heerlijke Watermeloen Bruut cocktail. Als dessert de Tiramisu genomen en afgesloten met een cappuccino. Mijn vrienden en ik hebben een nieuwe favoriete tent gevonden mensen!

Food is tasteless and very substandard for the prices offered. Service is even worse. Even if there are 4 of them, it still takes more than 15 minutes before someone comes along. They are mainly concerned with each other instead of with the guests. They are not asked to take the food and only after 40 minutes the food arrives while it is super quiet and also with fries that were still in the container with mini pieces that are fried and a flattened tenderloin that is tough as a shoe sole. You are not asked if it is to your liking and you pay €50 for that. Ridiculous, we will never come again.

Great tent. The food was good and more than sufficient in quantity and quality. Often nice and quiet and when the weather is nice the terrace is also an option.

The taste of the dishes was good. The chefs do a good job. But…On the expensive side. For all main dishes, vegetables and fries must be ordered separately, with a price attached. It's strange that you can only order fries for 2 people. And the bowl of fries you get is small. The amount of ice cream in the desserts was very large. Why not normal with a lower price? I was also served the wrong white wine. A little. Then the appropriate wine was placed in the same glass. That's not right. It was busy and there was loud music playing. With so much people chatting you have to turn off the music, because it makes people talk even louder.

Onze ervaring bij bruut: Trage bediening Voorgerecht was prima Sparibs portie is te klein, kwaliteit van de sparibs was prima. Friet waren ze vergeten, werd later gebracht. Verbrand . Wij gingen naar huis met honger, en de service was voor de 2e keer niet best. P.s met zn allen roken is ook geen goede zet als je klanten binnen moeten wachten op hun eten. Bediening en keuken bestaan ook alleen uit zeer jong volwassen mensen, die wel iemand in de zaak kunnen gebruiken met enige ervaring en leidinggevende capaciteiten! Er zit potentie in de zaak, als deze op de juiste manier word gerunt. Voor ons geen bruut meer.

A very pleasant place for a tasty, leisurely lunch. They serve a little glass of liqueur with whipped cream on top when you order a coffee which was a nice touch. The food was very tasty and well presented and the staff were really friendly. I will certainly go there again next time I am in Maarssen.

Price quality very mediocre. 20 euros for an ordinary burger without a side is simply not possible. The same goes for the ribeye. 3 shrimps for 12.50 as a starter. For dishes of this quality, it is really over the top. Everything is quite salty and the semi-finished products are also booming. Lead time for kitchen and service is long and the layout of the tent is not logical. The rest at Bison is even worse, but this should not actually bear the name of restaurant. Would go a step further.

Bijna een half uur moeten wachten op drinken en bestellen van het onze lunch. Dit terwijl het restaurant nog niet half vol was. Na dat we eindelijk ons eten kregen bleken de kipgerechten overheerst te worden door rooksmaak. Bij de kipsate was de rooksmaak zo overheersend dat je de satesaus niet eens kon proeven. De patat die bij geserveerd was, was veel te ver doorbakken. Bijna alle frieten waren donkerbruin. Heb dan ook de helft laten staan. Er is wel een melding van gemaakt en het personeel kwam Met de melding terug dat ze ze wel minder lang erin konden doen maar dat er dan geen garantie was dat de friet gaar zou zijn. Dus eieren voor ons geld gekozen. Ook bij het afrekenen ging het niet soepel. De ober zou even het pinapparaat ophalen en kwam dus niet meer terug en ging wel andere tafels afrekenen. Uiteindelijk zelf maar naar de bar gelopen om af te rekenen. Erg jammer van deze ervaring en we komen dan ook zeker niet meer terug.

We had a delicious tenderloin, we regularly come to Bruut for lunch, but both lunch and dinner are great, the service is also great!

Entrecote €20 without anything added. Very pricey. Arrived cold on the table. Indicated. Got a new plate right away, but it wasn't much warmer. No layout plates. Simple. Service was good.

Really tasty and well eaten from starter to dessert, excellent! And the open kitchen is nice, so you can see the chefs working. The ladies who served us were very friendly and made sure that our 2-year-old child also had fun with colors and a coloring page.

Het eten is echt heel erg lekker!! We hebben hier zowel een keer gelunched (bruut uurtje) als een keer gedineerd. Na het diner is de kans groot dat je nog even blijft plakken. Zeker ook door de gastvrije bediening!! Aanrader!

I had lunch at BRUUT more often (business) and a few weeks ago had a dinner for the first time in the evening, about which I (I think) was constructively critical. Last week we enjoyed dinner at Bruut again and that was exactly it: Enjoyed! The young service was friendly and fast. My chosen starter of beef tenderloin tataki was excellent (although the truffle mayo was generously present). As a main course I chose the salmon fillet "en papillotte" and it was also excellent; cooked just right. The dishes were at the right temperature and good portioning. Nice place in the Bisonspoor shopping center, great service and good food and drinks at good prices. In short, what's not to like about BRUUT? Next week I will have a business lunch there again with guests who come to visit our office. Nice that this beautiful business is so close.

The food was delicious, really good. Only the floor was dirty, there was rubbish on it. The service, on the other hand, was really great, very friendly and attentive.

After 45 minutes the waitress came to ask if the main course could be served. We were starving, so yes please. The sandwich with spread was seen as a starter and it was not finished yet. No food after half an hour. When the food finally arrived 1 1/2 hours later there was sauce on the ribs. It was clearly requested without sauce. The waitress indicated that it is not a sauce but sweet. Sweet sauce is sauce, it seems to us. No apologies, just a response. Too bad, it was our first and now our last time. What was missing here was some leadership, if dissatisfaction arises it is nice if the customer feels heard and an apology is made. Now it seemed like it was our own fault because a bread with spread is a starter and the sauce is not actually a sauce because we asked for sweet sparerib without sauce and this is sweet. We simply paid, but the spare ribs were removed and the other food was taken in a dog bag because I thought it would be a shame to throw it in the bin. It's a shame it turned out this way.

Very nice meal here. We requested the meat bleu en saignant and received it that way... perfect cooking. Also a tasty dessert menu. Price-quality ratio certainly ok. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

Had dinner at Bruut tonight. Wrong time was noted upon arrival. Had to wait a long time before we were served (not that busy in the place). Steak was tough and barely cooked, returned, wasn't much better afterwards. Had to wait for fries and raw vegetables. Salmon itself was decent, but floated in the liquid. Complaint was lodged with management and nothing was done about it. Very unfortunate because in the past we have eaten here often. We probably won't come anymore.

Tonight we had dinner at Bruut Bisonspoor maarsenbroek on the occasion of our 57th wedding anniversary. Good atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, the fish dish was excellent, the farmer's snitzel was richly covered with vegetable cheese and bacon, the snitzel itself was too thick, making it dry. Unfortunately, we were sitting next to a door that kept opening and closing, with the wind in your neck being unpleasant. Prices are reasonable.
