The Egyptian employee's treatment is not good

A fast-food restaurant with few seating areas. Their burgers are so amazing we came back for more. The restaurant's Arab and Muslim owners replaced the sauce in the burgers with a halal variety. The menu offers three or four types of burgers, and you can design your own dish. I recommend everyone visit.

On a recent trip to Amsterdam I passed by for a burger, I hadn’t been here for a few years but it used to be an old favorite. Unfortunately it definitely wasn’t as good as it used to be, I went for the wagyu burger, I found it under seasoned and quite average in flavor and the burger bun was dry. The biggest disappointment was the decision to take bacon off the menu and replace it with beef “bacon”. I have no problem with it being an option, but to remove real bacon was a terrible idea. Overall experience was a dry, tasteless, overpriced burger, I’ll be looking elsewhere in the future and hope that the beef bacon doesn’t become a new trend

I don't think Europe is very successful when it comes to burgers. Based on the number of reviews and ratings, I haven't yet been to a burger place that I've been very happy with. This one was pretty standard, but the fries were delicious. Unless you ask for it, they cook the burgers medium-well, which leaves the inside a bit reddish. I'd also say the meat is unsalted.

Got a burger and fries. Got a second burger, because the first one was so good. Staff is super sweet! Got to try a new sauce which was also amazing! Can recommend, perfect for a late night food coma.

My favorite place when i come to Amsterdam perfect burger beautiful friesss !! But this time it was disaster i asked for no onions on my burgers yet i was with burgers. So to the service!! I was shocked i ordered and i waited 30 minutes and someone came after me and took his order take away ( when I said something about it their excuse was like he had no fries and i said it’s not fair they said what do u want me to do!!!!

There was a mouse inside the place, it was running around the floor under the tables while we ate, I told the workers about it and they already knew that there was… I’m disgusted

Taste: The burger is sooo delicious. The fries are so flavorless. The fries — no flavor at all, just eat them out of respect for the food. The service was bad from the staff, which is different from other restaurants where they are welcoming and helpful. The place gets hot during the summer.

When you eat a hamburger, you feel like you are eating real meat. I recommend you try it. Online ordering is available. There are also different options. Only the smashed one is crushed and made. The others are in the form of a normal burger.

Very decent burgers, good price. IMO liked somehow more Dandy's burgers, but this ones are also very good. Plus location is great. Inside it's more like a street food and not cosy, BUT you have Rembrandtplein nearby, so not a big deal. Worse to try for sure :)) Especially good for a quick lunch/branch.. Service is fast

The burger was very, very good! The service, however, was terrible. The place was dirty. It's not practical to order using the only screen they have. The ordering screen is always dirty. The menu selection is very confusing. Opportunity to buy that business and make a great place.

Horrible service. It’s the second time I come to this place and they were very un polite both times. I ordered in uber eats for pickup and canceled the order by error. I couldn’t revert my mistake, but called the store to let them know that i still wanted it. They said it was ok and that they were preparing it. We double checked with them we would be able to get our order and they confirmed it. When we got there they knew who we were, but said that the order was canceled after we called, which was definitely not true. The order was charged and we never got our food. Both people working there treated us poorly (Jun 21st night) They really dont know what customer service means.

Although I wanted to give this review only one star, to be honest, it's a place where you can eat one of the best burgers in Amsterdam — I just hope the owner takes action regarding the service provided by the staff. Today I was extremely disappointed with my visit to this place, even though I’ve been coming here for over two years specifically for their XL burger. I ordered it again today and made it very clear that I wanted the meat cooked rare — just slightly done. I’m fully aware that their standard is medium-well, but as a loyal customer, I politely asked for this small change. The person who took my order was understanding and even marked it correctly on the ticket. However, the chef completely disregarded my request and cooked the burger well-done anyway. When I pointed this out, the chef responded in a rude and dismissive way, telling me “these are the owner's rules” and that he “won’t risk losing his job because of me.” Honestly, a ridiculous excuse — I wasn’t asking for anything extreme, and I almost begged him to just cook it slightly less. Instead of offering to fix the mistake, he coldly said he would just refund the burger, and that was it. No apology, no effort to make it right. Very unprofessional, and definitely not the experience I’ve come to expect after being a loyal customer for so long.

I was treated very well, it was closing and I needed to charge my phone to eat (so not intentionally) and I discovered a very kind person who prepared me this huge delicious burger with selected ingredients in full view on the counter. THIS IS SPECIAL! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am coming here for years already. As a burger lover I must say that this is the best burger in town. And I've tried many burger joints. This one is the best.

Best burgers in Amsterdam period!!!!!

Correct. We had 2 burgers: Smash from Hell and Real Bite. The Hell sauce isn't really spicy, so I liked it. However, the other burger seemed bland compared to the other burger. The steak was too thick. 1 large fries would have been enough for 2. It's still expensive, but you can feel the quality, and the burgers were well-sauced.

Incredibly loud music, lunch deal is a rip off - tiny burger and a incredibly small portion of fries, burgers bland. Would not recommend

Great Burger. Would be 5 stars if they didn't "nickel and dime" you for everything including ketchup but I guess that's the Dutch way. Irish Beef was good, the chicken sandwich my friend had looked delicious and she said it was. All in all a safe bet for a gourmet burger.

Valid alternative when you want to spend little in fact there is the possibility of the launch menu for only €10.90 still good and drink included ... a rarity in Amsterdam

Was always good. Only went downhill when I needed to order with the display. Guy wasn’t doing anything and I still needed to order with the display. And that way you can only order 1 topping. So I’m paying €16 for an hamburger that’s not the way I want it and the guy wasn’t going to do 1 step extra.

The burger 🍔 is authentic with plenty of juicy meat, and the bun is fluffy and crispy. Fries don't have enough salt. Mayo only. The service is European standard, without a smile, and in this respect there is no other country better than Japan.

We had the Irish, Chicken and Beyond burgers. They were amazing. The prices are reasonable for the locality and would recommend anyone coming to the area to check it out.

U can select a pre-made burger or do it by your taste. Our smashed burgers were delicious 😋 i just give 4 stars because of the tomatoes and pickles that we didn't asked for.

We are disappointed!! We don't recommend it at all. The burgers are expensive and not at all amazing. In addition, there is water leaking from the burger, this is NOT NORMAL! We paid almost 50 euros for 2 classic burgers and 2 Coca-Cola... There is no table service, they don't even come to you at the table to find out what you want to order.

I saw the tastiest hamburger on YouTube, so I went to try it. It was really delicious, but the price was a bit pricey, but it was really delicious. You can give it a try.

Absolutely recommended, the people who work there really make an effort to meet all your wishes. It tasted great and the packaging was also perfect for taking away. And you don't pay with a whole kidney here 😂😂. We will definitely come back when we are in the area again 😇.

Just got home with my order for which I waited “10 minutes”. In the end 10 minutes turned out 40’. The chicken deluxe and truffle royale were not what I received. I got some random burgers… Now I eat whatever the guy behind the counter decided… Never again!

It's a great pleasure to watch the burger being prepared: this restaurant takes joy in cooking. This starts with the manual production of the burger patty through to the final one 'Assemble'. The taste is first class, the fries are fresh and crispy. A clear recommendation.

Good fast food but nothing special. It does take around 10-15 mins to come out because they cook and assemble everything right there. They have a self serve ordering kiosk for combos but anything else you have to order at the cashier. I got the lunch special with beef. Burger was good but i expected more toppings (could be my fault as I only briefly read the sign) and fries were well salted. Drink options were only water, coke, or diet coke and any other options costed extra. Decent amount of seating for the place.

The best burger I ate in Amsterdam, the truth is it is somewhat expensive but it is worth it. Super crispy potatoes 🤤 I recommend it if you really want a hamburger, take this recommendation into account before thinking about McDonald's Donalds or Burger King.

Unfortunately, not everything they say about it is halal. You should go because I went to a place where people had pig and cooked it with the same grill. I leaned over the burger and asked him, “Do you have pig?” He said, “No, it’s all beef.” I knew that one day I saw on the menu that there was no pig in it and it was surrounded by the burger 👎

The staff was extremely rude. Our soda was not cold at all and when I informed the server he said “but you already opened it”. Well, how on earth would I guess that the soft drinks that they sell are room temperature?? Ruined the experience for me. After that, the server kept looking at us and nodding in disapproval. Definitely wouldn’t come back or recommend this place.
