Unbelievable burger. Beef amazing and crunchy. Then I came back for the chicken after couple days. With confidence the best chicken burger I had in my life. I added the coleslaw and jalapeño to it. The aleole sauces with the fries is some top notch quality. I’m sad I left Amsterdam because I can’t have burger bar

It was delicious and the staff was friendly!!! I went a little before 12 o'clock so I didn't have to wait in line and I was able to eat right away. I was satisfied and the staff was very friendly which made it even better!!!

The location is central and convenient, tucked just off the main tourist zones yet still easy to get to. The place is cosy, with a relaxed vibe that works well whether you’re dropping in solo or with friends. A few small points kept me from giving a full five stars. The seating area is somewhat compact and it felt a bit crowded at times... if you’re looking for a quiet, spacious meal you might feel a little jam-packed. Others have mentioned the limited space too.

Anyone looking for a halal burger can try this restaurant. The burgers are great, and most people order gypsum from there because gypsum is very famous in Holland in an abnormal way. However, the restaurant is located in Daous and there are not many chairs for sitting so you eat quickly and then get up, so it is not suitable for sitting for a long time.

In one of the many busy alley ways in Amsterdam is one of the many burger and fry options. This one also has a chicken sandwich that had so much mayo coleslaw (like thick mayo and not great coleslaw) on it and some other sweet ish sauce that was just thick mayo, I had to take the chicken patty off and just eat it plain with the sad pickle jalapenos, which the chicken was crispy, but also plain. My partners got burgers. One was a hell burger with not spicy, but sweetish sauce again. And the other was the bacon burger, which is why it gets stars, because that was pretty good. It's not like other burgers and bacon, but it was pretty tasty. The fries were good. The sauce was creamy but not flavorful. Service was decent, seating was limited. Overall not horrible but I wouldn't go again considering there are SO many other options.

The food here was amazing. For a tiny price you can get a good amount of food. However some staff members were quite unfriendly and they called several people for the wrong orders. They also put plastic in my burger. To be honest, I would recommend it: get past the service part and you get to enjoy some good food.

BEWARE of this place and KEEP YOUR RECEIPT! My wife and I were there in late August and had a quick bite. Our credit card receipt indicated 23,35 Euros for the meal; but the credit card charge that we just saw on our statement was for 231 Euros. You can bet we're disputing the charge (which requires the receipt).

The best burger! If you're in Amsterdam, forget Burger King or McDonald's and come to Burger Bar. There are several in the city; I personally tried this one and was blown away by the quality of the burgers. I've had lunch there twice, just to try the different types of meat they have. I've tried both the Black Angus and the Japanese beef, both delicious. The best thing is the cooking, as the meat remains juicy and tender.

Found this place by coincidence. It’s a tiny place, and so worth trying it! Their burgers are amazing, full of flavor, a pretty good size too. They are generous when it comes to the patty and they use a good quality bread. Their fries are great as well, hand cut artisanal with the perfect texture. The guys who work there are really friendly and welcoming. The place is so small and it gets super busy, it’s worth the weight.

The most delicious and best potatoes in history. Restaurants specializing in potatoes do not come close to its level in taste and deliciousness. The first in Amsterdam, it is worth a try.

Best Burgers in Amsterdam hands down. I’ve tried burgers all across the world but I always come back to this place. Irish Beef and Chicken are both fantastic. If you’re feeling fancy you could do Wagyu but honestly they’re all amazing. Make sure to add Old Amsterdam cheese to your burgers too!

The smashburger was fantastic. The patties were perfectly carmelized and had so.much flavor I *almost* regretted getting the burger sauce... The fries were probably the best I've had in the city.. I think they twice fry them which makes them crispy on the outside, yet soft on the inside. It's a very small place, but definitely worth a try!

Surprisingly, the burgers were really good, and despite the place being quite narrow, it felt comfortable. They offer different burgers as well as the option to build your own, with different meat and a vegetarian choice. The guy who served us was very friendly, which is not something you usually find in this type of establishment, so we really appreciated it.

Burgerbar is a must-visit if you're craving a great burger! The Smash Burger is hands down the best item on the menu – juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Let's start with the positives. The fries were yummy. The cashier wearing glasses was very nice. The burger was meh. I expected waaaay better. As for the price, it was slightly above average, but that's how it is in Amsterdam. There was a queue, but we didn't wait long. There was a Q, but they didn't make me wait long. There weren't many seating areas. The tables were sooooo dirty.

Easily top 3 in my experience. You should definitely give it a try. Burgers just melt in your mouth :)

I happened to pass by this place on my way home, and even I, who had no intention of eating a burger, stopped in my tracks. The main menu here offers a variety of burgers, including Irish beef, black Angus, Wagyu, and chicken, and you can add toppings such as cheese, bacon, and eggs. When I entered the store, it was clean and equipped with convenient facilities such as free Wi-Fi and credit card payments. The staff were also so pleasant and friendly that I wanted to give it 5 stars even though I hadn't even eaten the burger at the time. I went during lunch time and ordered the lunch set. It is not easy to find this level of taste, quality, and composition in Amsterdam for about 11 euros. In particular, the juicy patty, a characteristic of handmade burgers, was fantastic. The meat was so juicy and cooked well that you could see the juice flowing out from under your hands while eating it. It was so delicious that it was in the top 3 burgers I've ever eaten abroad. In Amsterdam, French fries are as inevitable as kimchi in Korea. Needless to say, the hot and freshly fried French fries are so delicious... haha It's open every day from 11 a.m. to 3 a.m. the next day and stays open until late at night, so it might be a good idea to grab some takeout on your way back from Jungang Station. I have 1000000% intention to visit again and will definitely come here as a must when I come to Amsterdam^^

Came here after an immense burger craving from a long flight and sight seeing. I ordered the classic burger and went XL of course (a man needs his daily protein intake), and their signature Chicken Oorlong fries. Within a short time, I collected my food - I really enjoyed tackling the combination of chicken, fries and peanuts, much akin to satay chicken and chips - a winning combo in my eyes. The burger was pleasantly juicy and well rested with each patty cooked medium (the server didn't ask this but it was welcome). All in all a great burger experience in Amsterdam and I would come again. The only feedback I would offer is potentially the removal of mayo in the fries - not sure if this adds to the combination as I thought the peanut sauce was the real winner. Worth a try if you are in Amsterdam.

Great lunchtime deal until 5pm, burger, fries, drink for 9.95. Lady that served us was lovely and helpful. They make tasty burgers and good fries. For service, taste and value, you can't go wrong here. Only improvement would be wifi, but actually there is one available from nearby anyways.
