Nice keep and especially very tasty hamburgers with fries that were deliciously seasoned. The music by Five, who were about to play at the Ziggo Dome, was blasting, which was of course a great warm-up for the concert.

The service was amazing, and the food was awesome too.

Ridiculous prices for a simple hamburger with fries. A decent hamburger for €25 is just unacceptable. And then a glass of cola for €4. One after another was shocked by the prices and walked back outside. Imagine having to pay €60 for two people for a hamburger with some fries and a cola.

Whatever you do, don't go here if you're alone, because then you're not even allowed to sit at a table. You are told that two people bring in 50 euros and you only 25 on your own, and that the policy is that singles must always sit at the bar. They won't be seeing me back here again.

We "stumbled" in here for the Bruno Mars concert. What. Good. Burgers! Seriously surprised. Good flavors, generous patties. Value for money.

Watch out when ordering water. They give you a glass and was filled, when asking for a bottle. Make sure you receive the bottle, and they het angry with reviews.

Waiting 15 minutes for cervelas that was like plastic, impossible to eat without removing the skin, disgusting taste.

Hamburgers are always good. For the fourth time in a row. We always have the music of the artist playing at the Ziggo Dome or Afas on the sound system. Turned it up too loud again, though. And the waiting time was just as long as that one Iron Maiden compilation CD they had. Last time I heard exactly the entire Kiss album.

The burger was delicious, the only problem was the attitude of the man who served us, he was incredibly arrogant. We asked for sweet onions and he brought crispy onions with sweet topping on the side. When we asked him about it, he responded in a very condescending manner. I think he needs to take a customer service course.

However, I kind of miss the friendly Asian waitresses who used to work here—they always made the experience feel more welcoming. Overall, the food is still great, but the atmosphere doesn’t feel quite the same as before.

Overprized, mediocre burgers. The staff is friendly, but the place is definitely chaotic during busy hours/events. The music is way too loud, it's not a place to have a meal with others, enjoy your food and hava a good time/longer stay. You cant have a proper conversation without screaming. It feels like they want to get you out of there asap because of the atmosphere/loud music.

went after the Harry Styles concert and not only the food was amazing but the atmosphere and the girl working there were absolutely immaculate

Grabbed a quick bite to eat just before Tame Impala. What immediately stood out was how incredibly loud the music was. Maintaining an "event menu" is also new to me. What is positive, however, is the portion size and the good staff.

We had a delicious meal. Good and original burgers in a unique setting with friendly staff. It's a shame the restaurant closed relatively early. We would have loved to stay a little longer for another beer, but unfortunately, we had to move on.

Great food portions (the Huge B*tch one does indeed live to its name), and the prices are good for the burgers + fries. Also service was rather fast, and the food was tasty + inclusion of free sauces at the table is a nice touch However, that can’t be said for the drinks: 4euros for a puny 200-250ml of soda is a joke, maybe the beer prices were better. Also, not even the standard can size of 330ml? Anyway, one other negative was that the music was really loud which made having a conversation quite difficult Except that, great place especially for a pre/post game meal with friend. 4.3 - 4.5 stars

The burgers are amazing. You can't expect this quality from a fast food joint. Wide selection of draft beer as well. Fast, good service. The fries weren't great, probably re-fried. Otherwise, it would have been 5 stars. The music is also great.

We went to eat there two days in a row and had a completely different experience both times, including the way the fries were prepared. It was very tasty and something different from a McDonald's or Quick, but it lacked some details. Day 1: we didn't get any cutlery and had to wait a long time; our food was almost finished by the time we received our drinks. Day 2: we did get cutlery and our drinks quickly. Overall, it is clean, but you could still see a lot of dirty fingerprints on the display case, and the toilet area could have been a bit cleaner too. We were also left completely alone in the place for about 5 minutes. (We could have had enough time to leave without paying. Which, of course, we didn't do.) I would definitely go back again because the food is good and the concept is nice.

A pretty average place. The burger was okay, but nothing special. In my opinion, a bit pricey for what they offer. Also, the experience wasn't very pleasant: the bathroom was dirty and there was no toilet paper. While we were eating, they were vacuuming, which made it difficult to even have a conversation.

We ordered over 200 euros worth of food. Part of the food was not delivered. When you call, you are told that you just have to call yourself. Eventually, we picked up the food after waiting for 2 hours. I specifically asked if the food was still warm, and it was cold. I would never order from here again; this is terrible.

The burgers are good, better than expected. The service could be a bit more enthusiastic, and the atmosphere... maybe it depends on what time you get there. I was there at 6:00 PM and there was only one other couple, so it was quiet.

Extremely disappointing. We ordered burgers and the meat was completely raw inside – absolutely inedible. Everything arrived almost cold and the burgers were soggy and mushy. For this quality, the price of €90 is simply outrageous. We could barely eat any of it. This was definitely the first and last time we'll order from there. Never again!

The food is delicious and without a doubt I will be coming back again to indulge in the delicious food. But more than the food I return for the staff!! Emma, Saddia, Aimee and Anwar and many more staff that I have just met across two visits had me laughing and smiling on my way with my food in hand. They were absolutely pleasant and incredibly kind hearted. On a gloomy day like today all their smiles just lifted me up in a way I needed. Give them all raise!!! They truly went above and beyond with their warmth

Had a great meal before going to a concert at AFAS Live with friends. The music was phenomenal, and the service was excellent.

The place says it closes at 9:00 PM, so we went there at 8:20 PM thinking there would still be plenty of time to order dinner. To our surprise, they were already cleaning the grills and didn’t allow us to come in or order anything. I understand that staff need time to clean and close, but if the posted closing time is 9:00 PM, customers should reasonably be able to order before then, or at least be informed that the kitchen closes earlier. In the end we went there for nothing and left without dinner. A bit disappointing, as we were actually looking forward to trying the burgers.

The burger patty was overcooked and dry and I found it too salty, Also felt like the cheddar cheese was not the best as well as the bun was not fresh. The fries was also not very good felt old from days before Probably they use frozen fries Generally speaking if you have no other option you can give it try but wouldn’t be the best burger of your life for sure.

My friend and I came here as we were in the area for an event. Looked promising! However, we waited around 40 mins for our food. In that time two other tables who came in about 10 mins after us for their food and were basically done by the time we got ours and had started eating. The server also tried to give us the wrong meals at one point. There was no explanation or reason to what happened - all we got was "something must have happened". No one apologised or seemed to want to put it right. When we did get the food, my friend said her chips were overcooked, dry and tasteless. They also forgot her coleslaw which we had to ask for. The burgers were okay, juicy and rather large, however they are cooked medium which is not stated anywhere, nor were we told or asked how we wanted it cooked. I didn't mind this, but my friend would have preferred the option. Good for the novelty and the aesthetic, however nothing really makes it stand out. We don't live in the area, but probably wouldn't recommend this venue, and also wouldn't go out of our way to come back. The manager was very kind and did alter the check to reflect and apology, so we were happy with this.

Weird misogynistic concept for a restaurant. Food was meh, coffee was horrible, and the service was just disappointing. I would never recommend the vegetarian option to another vegetarian. Overall not good and overpriced. No vegan options.

We went there for dinner today, around 8 p.m. We ordered, and after half an hour the place closed. We had to eat very quickly. They were cleaning while we were eating our food. It smelled of chemicals. They were looking at us strangely. We had to leave at 8:30 p.m., but the restaurant closed at 9 p.m., which was very strange. Another negative: the music was incredibly loud.

I found the room temperature a bit too low. Otherwise, everything was excellent!

Service was awful, waited ages for food and when we went up to the kitchen staff 3 times they either ignored us or were rude , we then told them to cancel our order as we needed to be somewhere and then when we went to ask for a refund they wouldn’t give us it back. now 50 euro down.

Before the concert at the Ziggo Dome, get in the mood with Epica over dinner. It really added a special touch to our day.

Great food and service. The aesthetic reminded me of Spencer’s or Hot Topic in the USA, with the staff being heavily tattooed and pierced. They were all great to talk with though, and took an interest in me being from the states. It was cool to learn there’s a location in California I should check out next time I’m there. They were also very generous with their ice. I’ve noticed restaurants don’t tend to keep much, and they were nice enough to fill me and my manager up with what they had on hand. Would love to go back next time I’m in the area!

I enjoyed my time at Burger B****!!! I went with a friend while on holiday in Amsterdam. We came in for New Years eve feast before we went on to the evenings festivities. We both got the same burger and it was cooked well and the fries were seasoned very well. The burger was juicy!! I personally love fries that are seasoned so you can eat them without sauce!! The atmosphere was calm when we arrived, and I'm sure it got busier later and we saw that as we were leaving. Our server was on point, attentive, and friendly. He was also one of the owners. The staff was friendly In general even the cooks in the kitchen. I enjoyed my first visit so much that I visited AGAIN before I left!!😊 My meal was hot and tasty both times I visited and the service was great both times. I will be visiting Amsterdam again, likely in the summer, and I will be stopping by this burger restaurant AGAIN!!! I can't really complain about anything. 5 glowing stars!!!

Delicious food! However, the staff was clearly frustrated that we clicked "No Tip" instead of the lowest option of a 19% tip. The lady had a slightly different impression of Dutch tipping culture.

The burgers were delicious, and the fries (not French fries 😉) were just right. For €25 to €30, you get a decent meal and drinks. It might be a bit steep for a "burger and fries," but that has everything to do with the location and the event. The music was also cleverly adapted to the upcoming concert at the Ziggo Dome: The Evening of Film Music.

Simply different from your typical burger chain. The burgers here are really good. They play great music with a mix that can be heard at the Ziggo Dome later in the evening. I was there during Simply Red. Just getting started. Really nice place. Fast service. Great beers.

Big portions, funny and unique branding but taste is not good. First of all, cold bread is a big no. Sauce amount inside is not enough at all, it was a very dry burger.

Hands weren't washed after a waitress used the restroom. Very unhygienic. You'll end up with E. coli on your food. I confronted the woman in question about this, and she walked away without a reaction. I find this unacceptable. We used to eat here regularly before a concert, but not anymore starting tonight.

We had a wonderful meal and were very pleasantly surprised. A great menu with vegetarian, chicken, sausage, pork, and beef options for everyone. You can watch them prepare your burger. No hassle with sachets for sauces.

The last time I went was truly unforgettable. The cooks handled everything with their bare hands, and the icing on the cake was an Indonesian guy. Guess what, you've probably seen all those videos on YouTube, right? That guy was sticking his fingers in everything and licking it clean. I left immediately, and NEVER AGAIN!

Pleasantly surprised! It seemed a bit overpriced at first, but the burger was even better than it looked in the pictures. While it's not a smash burger, it still had a crispy Maillard layer and delicious crispy cheese dripping over the grill. A generous portion of well-seasoned fries for €5. Very filling. It was quite empty, and the service was just fine, but they clearly put a lot of effort into the concept.

hygiene nightmare. Lady that was serving was prepering the rest of the materials of the burger without any gloves for the guy to put the patty on top. Wiping hands with paper towel and doing any other task like bringing menus or cleaning tables, and then the next burger. Unacceptable!

You know when you're on the verge of trying to silence the chanting of your hungry little children? Well, I quickly found refuge in this place. My children were fed and, above all, silenced. :) Besides this huge plus, the place remains empty, the waiters lazy, and the food mediocre at an average price... I don't think I'd go back.

The burgers were okay/decent but definitely not as good as I expected. The fries were actually really tasty, probably the highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, the entire experience was ruined by the amount of flies and fruit flies everywhere. They were landing on our food, flying around constantly, and even getting into my food. It was honestly disgusting and completely killed my appetite. Really disappointing overall. Without the bugs it probably would’ve been a different review.

Great place for a burger before a concert. A bit noisy inside. The price-quality ratio is excellent, considering the location. The staff could be a bit louder. Asking if a burger should be rare/medium/well done, and then not actually doing anything about it... ask, don't ask!
