Burger Bitch in Amstel III/Bullewijk

I enjoyed my time at Burger B****!!! I went with a friend while on holiday in Amsterdam. We came in for New Years eve feast before we went on to the evenings festivities. We both got the same burger and it was cooked well and the fries were seasoned very well. The burger was juicy!! I personally love fries that are seasoned so you can eat them without sauce!! The atmosphere was calm when we arrived, and I'm sure it got busier later and we saw that as we were leaving. Our server was on point, attentive, and friendly. He was also one of the owners. The staff was friendly In general even the cooks in the kitchen. I enjoyed my first visit so much that I visited AGAIN before I left!!😊 My meal was hot and tasty both times I visited and the service was great both times. I will be visiting Amsterdam again, likely in the summer, and I will be stopping by this burger restaurant AGAIN!!! I can't really complain about anything. 5 glowing stars!!!

Delicious food! However, the staff was clearly frustrated that we clicked "No Tip" instead of the lowest option of a 19% tip. The lady had a slightly different impression of Dutch tipping culture.

The burgers were delicious, and the fries (not French fries 😉) were just right. For €25 to €30, you get a decent meal and drinks. It might be a bit steep for a "burger and fries," but that has everything to do with the location and the event. The music was also cleverly adapted to the upcoming concert at the Ziggo Dome: The Evening of Film Music.

Simply different from your typical burger chain. The burgers here are really good. They play great music with a mix that can be heard at the Ziggo Dome later in the evening. I was there during Simply Red. Just getting started. Really nice place. Fast service. Great beers.

Big portions, funny and unique branding but taste is not good. First of all, cold bread is a big no. Sauce amount inside is not enough at all, it was a very dry burger.

Hands weren't washed after a waitress used the restroom. Very unhygienic. You'll end up with E. coli on your food. I confronted the woman in question about this, and she walked away without a reaction. I find this unacceptable. We used to eat here regularly before a concert, but not anymore starting tonight.

We thought we'd have a burger before a concert, but it was nothing special. We weren't even greeted or asked to go upstairs. The food arrived within 5 minutes and tasted fine. We won't be back.

Simply delicious food, with a cozy atmosphere and fast service. Good value, especially considering the location.

We had a wonderful meal and were very pleasantly surprised. A great menu with vegetarian, chicken, sausage, pork, and beef options for everyone. You can watch them prepare your burger. No hassle with sachets for sauces.

Always go here for a concert in Amsterdam. Sometimes a bit of a wait but it's always okay.

This was within walking distance of my hotel. Food and service were really good, and I LOVED that they are playing all Bob Dylan since he is playing in concert tonight near here.

Great service, creative menu, and the burgers are divine. They were also playing the music of the artist we were attending locally at the Ziggo Dome. A place I'm glad we stumbled upon.

The last time I went was truly unforgettable. The cooks handled everything with their bare hands, and the icing on the cake was an Indonesian guy. Guess what, you've probably seen all those videos on YouTube, right? That guy was sticking his fingers in everything and licking it clean. I left immediately, and NEVER AGAIN!

Pleasantly surprised! It seemed a bit overpriced at first, but the burger was even better than it looked in the pictures. While it's not a smash burger, it still had a crispy Maillard layer and delicious crispy cheese dripping over the grill. A generous portion of well-seasoned fries for €5. Very filling. It was quite empty, and the service was just fine, but they clearly put a lot of effort into the concept.

hygiene nightmare. Lady that was serving was prepering the rest of the materials of the burger without any gloves for the guy to put the patty on top. Wiping hands with paper towel and doing any other task like bringing menus or cleaning tables, and then the next burger. Unacceptable!

You know when you're on the verge of trying to silence the chanting of your hungry little children? Well, I quickly found refuge in this place. My children were fed and, above all, silenced. :) Besides this huge plus, the place remains empty, the waiters lazy, and the food mediocre at an average price... I don't think I'd go back.

The burgers were okay/decent but definitely not as good as I expected. The fries were actually really tasty, probably the highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, the entire experience was ruined by the amount of flies and fruit flies everywhere. They were landing on our food, flying around constantly, and even getting into my food. It was honestly disgusting and completely killed my appetite. Really disappointing overall. Without the bugs it probably would’ve been a different review.

We arrived and were seated on the terrace. We received the menu and had to decide right away what we wanted to eat, which was a bit unusual, though there was plenty of choice. The burgers were well-cooked, but a bit lacking in flavor; the fries were good. The staff wasn't very friendly, and some only spoke English.

Well the name said it... They wont let me upstairs to help my sister... one girl looked very angry for no reason. If you cant handle the crowd during concert dont work in horeca. At least you could offer me to pay for the bathroom.. never again.

Came here a month ago go and the food was amazing, today again for a concert the chicken is overcooked and almost hard and the chips are all 1 degree away from being crisps. Rock hard

Once in the beginning, it was fun, unique and special combinations that also turned out to be tasty. So we thought 'this is good'. Well, we came home from a cold fair. Very busy, good for them of course! Queue outside, at the door you are kindly handed a menu where you have to choose with 4 people after 3 meters in a few minutes. That did not work so we were 'put aside for a moment'. It has become a terrible feeding shack where everyone pushes each other to get their order that is announced at volume 87. You have to, because you can't hear above the music and the shouting. It echoes like crazy through the high ceiling. Actually fits perfectly under the ArenA.... The 'all you can eat' Chinese is nothing compared to it, it does have more choice. The hamburgers are juicy, yes, but not special in terms of taste anymore. And the special, exclusive combinations? Gone. The choice with a double burger was not smart, the meat fell apart immediately at the first bite and a loose chaos lay in the cardboard, actually meant for taking away, hint? No more nicely decorated plate like back then. Worst was yet to come, our clothes were covered in the leaking fat of the burger and the excessive sauce. And so you can go to your 'outing'. What a disaster. Was once such a special nice concept but now 1 big disappointment. Shame!!

We were on our way to ZiggoDome for a concert and then we had to eat beforehand. Our eye fell on the hamburger plates of this location at the foot (literally) of the ArenA. Very busy of course but we had all the time. Menu is neatly brought to the table. It looked good with a wide choice. Drinks are brought quickly. The food took a very long time. But it was worth the wait because it was a great burger with excellent fries and tasty coleslaw. Real ketchup and mayo on the table so not such a stingy tub for too much money. Service, Nicolette, was nice and helpful and did not let herself be fooled. The only downside is the location of the terrace. In the wind and in the shade. Otherwise a great place.

I had the classic burger without bacon here and I have to say I was very disappointed... the burger was cooked medium rare and was full of sinew, the meat had not been seasoned with salt and pepper and the sauce was extremely boring and bland, the bun was good, price-wise it was quite expensive, but you have to deliver quality... A big disappointment

€16 wasted on one of the worst burgers I had in my life. I was looking forward to a patty of good beef with some pulled pork, I could already taste the barbeque sensation in my mouth already. Disappointed to see that the patty is merely ground beef quality without any flavour, and way overcooked, the pulled pork tasted like hotdog, and the bacon and egg tasted like old, old, very old fat. If you like the music played you may get into the concert mood, but the food is definitely terrible. I'm ok paying a decent price for a good burger, but nothing reminds me of a premium burger

Great restaurant! Great food! And I understand that they want to serve as many people as possible with events, but it is really crammed together. A little more space would be nicer.

A really nice burger place! We came here to eat before we went to the Ziggo Dome, and they also played the music from the concert we were going to, very nice! The burger was very tasty and extensive; definitely recommended to eat before the concert. The service was fast, and we got the food quickly. The only downside was that there were few options for people with allergies. The staff could not say for sure whether certain ingredients were in a dish. This could easily be solved with an allergen list. For the rest, definitely worth going to eat!

Absolutely the best burgers in all of Amsterdam. You have tasty burgers, and you have culinary burgers. This is the second. Furthermore, nice merchandise. Top place. Point for improvement: better packaging of burgers when delivered at home. Still tasty if it stays nice and hot! Despite this, I will continue to order!

We ate here yesterday and paid 57 euros for 2 menus, the chicken and the hot mama and 2 shakes. More bread than meat. The fries are overcooked, maybe for the 2nd time. Choose the double trouble, it only costs a few euros more, but then you get value for money. The table next to us had taken that. Service is disinterested and not very friendly, I had to ask for cutlery myself, the place was almost empty. If it were really busy then you can forget it. The coleslaw was delicious, but you got a very small container. 2 snacks. Burger B. is definitely a B. I. T. C. H. your wallet!!! Not to be repeated. Too bad the concept is nice. Everything stands and falls with the staff. The chef should make the meat a bit thicker. The contrast between single and double burger is too big. The taste of the meat is very good.

We had the chicken burger and the veggie burger (I haven't saved the trendy names for these burgers). Both burgers were very tasty! Well topped, tasty sauce. The coleslaw and fries were also tasty. Good stop when going to a concert or football match. We will remember this place! The banana milkshakes were also very tasty. We were helped quickly and the staff was friendly.

First "restaurant," first bankruptcy. Long wait for the menu and to order. Burger arrived after 20 minutes. Okay, so. Service was unfriendly, and the customers were annoyed. The table next to us was cleaned so thoroughly that we also got the cleaning product on us. Afterwards, we were visited by a 🐀, which was immediately caught, killed, and disposed of. While we were eating, they were already sweeping under our table, which was very annoying. The 🍔 was delicious except for the rock-hard bacon. Fries were perfect. The coleslaw included in the menu was delicious and only took two forks to eat. There's no soft drink menu. Almost 25 euros for a 🍔 + 🍟 and two forks of coleslaw. Price/performance ratio is not right at all...

Keep to your hours. Arrived at 20:30, half an hour before closing, only to be turned away because they were “closed”. It takes us 20min to get here. We’re regulars too and we’re ******* annoyed

I went last week, it was about to close, but they let us in. I have never, ever, ever tried such delicious hamburgers, this place should have a 10 and a prize for the hamburger, a little expensive but a great double meat hamburger... Ole ole for the cook, there was a waitress who spoke Spanish, I told her to convey to the cook our great satisfaction. I will return without a doubt

There was only 1 vegetarian burger and it tasted like anus. The decoration was sexist and gave strong 2004 energy. The music was too loud. Burger (kopburger) really great with good fries. Dessert? Oh would you like dessert? Um, there aren't any on the map. Well, Ben and Jerry are nice. There was a mistake during checkout. That Double Trouble burger was really tasty, but 17.50 euros for just a single burger is really very expensive. A small bowl of fries for 5 euros, which was fine because they were tasty too. But a total of 22.50 for a hamburger with fries is expensive. If you also add three water and a beer for 20 euros. Nice test but quite expensive.

Our regular place when we visit a concert in the ZiggoDome, AFAS Live or the Arena! The staff is friendly and fast! The burgers and fries are also great! So if you have a concert nearby: Here you have a quick and delicious bite!
