That Double Trouble burger was really tasty, but 17.50 euros for just a single burger is really very expensive. A small bowl of fries for 5 euros, which was fine because they were tasty too. But a total of 22.50 for a hamburger with fries is expensive. If you also add three water and a beer for 20 euros. Nice test but quite expensive.

Our regular place when we visit a concert in the ZiggoDome, AFAS Live or the Arena! The staff is friendly and fast! The burgers and fries are also great! So if you have a concert nearby: Here you have a quick and delicious bite!

Pink is popular here (even the super nice waitress had pink hair). The burger selection here is really great and a bit unusual. Delicious delicious delicious is the conclusion! Of course, this also applies to the side dishes!

Only a service review: terrible. You travel a distance for a show or an event and look forward to a bite before. Did not open on time, employee on duty would not communicate and would not open, also would not pick up call.

What sewers!! We order burgers, but when we paid we noticed that it was suddenly more expensive?? We paid more than 6 euros more. Suddenly it said on the receipt that the VAT costs were still added. Everything you order there is EX VAT and this is not stated anywhere.

The food was great. It was a pity the waitresses were rude and clearly lived up to the restaurant's name.

Always go here before a concert in Amsterdam. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait, but it's always not too bad.

For fast, tasty and lots of food

Food is fine! Two attendant staff members were present during the entire visit, making calls on loudspeaker in their own language. Chef pokes holes in a can of food with the points of his knife, it doesn't seem entirely safe to us with pieces of iron in your food. Despite the delicious burgers, we won't be back!

Genuinely such a fun place to have a meal right before a concert or show. They've got a wide variety of BUILT burgers and sandwiches together with some tasty fries. Plus, they always make sure to match the music with the concert to come in the evening.

Nice place to grab some food before a concert. Portions are good. It was nice that they were playing the music of the artist that was performing later that evening.

Came here as part of a team trip. Needed food before the stadium tour . Expensive, bang average burgers , so so chips . Kids all happy enough though .

Had dinner there on October 2, 2022 before the start of a concert in AFAS LIVE. Ordered a Huge B1tch Burger. (Google, please don't post again, that's really the name of the burger) Angus burger with pulled meat and egg. So this was the best hamburger I've ever eaten. Fresh bread, meat, vegetables and homemade fries. 5 stars!!!

Most "American" tasting burger we have had here in Amsterdam (lived here a year already). The food is tasty and Burger is big. We got two of the original burgers and fries which were nice and crunchy. Atmosphere is trash. The music is entirely too loud and they're playing 'Here comes the Sun" at decibels that make your head want to split. At one point, all the music merges together and it sounds like you're going to be murdered. Would be a better experience if they turn the music down.

What an amazing burgers! We had a hot mama and shared a portion of cheese fries pulled pork. Both the fries and the burgers were delicious and very satisfying. They also played nice music in the background and the staff was very friendly. We will come back for sure next time we are in Amsterdam.

Poor service. Had to ask for everything, with long waits between. Food was very dry, and overly salty. Too expensive. Also charged us for bottled water when we asked for tap water but we didn't have time to complain (before gig).

Loving this fastfood chain. The burger is not too pricey, worth the deal! Service is fast, loud music; takes more effort to talk. Did not expect the taste to be great. Lots of options! Despite the common review, this is actually a good burger chain. Will be back for another visit!

Great food but service could have been a little better. We never saw our waitron again after receiving our meal and the struggled to place further drinks orders. I dont get a sense of cleanliness in the restaurant. But, the burgers are great.

Heb 4 burgers met friet besteld via thuisbezorgd komt de bestelling en is er geen friet geleverd. Ook nog eens een bezorger die er onverzorgd uitzag. Wil je bellen word er niet opgenomen. Ik bestel hier nooit meer.

Juicy burger and pulled pork fries

Great restaurant, gourmet dishes and delicious burgers as well as fries and coleslow. The meal was €43: 2 burgers + fries and coleslow at an additional €5 as well as drinks at €4 each. And at the foot of the stadium 👌🏻

It's a huge b* burger is huge. It is so huge I had to split them up with knife and fork. Tasted very good though, and the staff are very polite.

25 euros for a bad burger. A lady serving who can barely speak English, let alone Dutch. Food is not worth the price

Grabbed a quick bite to eat before the Stevie Nicks show, and we were not disappointed!! Awesome service from Nicole and the team. The burger was amazing, flame grilled, super tasty. Cold beers went down a treat on this really hot day! Will be back!!

Music was way too loud and then abruptly turned off. Admittedly I went late in the evening but the fries were cold in the middle and not particularly good. The burger on the other hand was absolutely amazing. The service was not very good although when we went to pay the man at the till was lovely. Overall good food however the price is rather steep for what you get

The reason we went to eat here was mainly because of the music that was being played. This time a concert of 30 seconds to march! I have often been attracted to the venue because of the choice of music (avril lavigne), for example. Now we decided to eat here. Quick and good service, lots of staff walking around. Drinks came quickly, food was well prepared and all looked well served. The only downside I personally think is that it is quite pricey. Furthermore, a nice atmosphere, good music and good help!

The patty and the toppings were alright. Fries too, but the bun of the burger was very dry. They’re overpriced. Service was fine. The place has music way too loud for such a small space. I could barely hear the waitress. It was like eating at a club.

The food itself was very good, prices are okay, but that's about it. Food comes on cheap plastic trays, drinks are put in plastic glasses. Does not benefit the overall appearance/feel. Service is chaotic, interior is very outdated. Once for us, but not again.

Drinks took quite a while to arrive despite only being a sprite, 2 coke and a bitter lemon. No non sparkling options despite water. No coffee, no tea. I could see the coffee machine from where we were sitting and asked but the response I got was: Yes we sortof do but ehhhh. ? What is that supposed to mean. Staff didn't elaborate when asked furfher, so I ordered something else. Staff felt rushed with trying to order despite there only being 2 other people in there who were already eating. Did not come and ask if we wanted more drinks despite all 4 of us having finished our drinks 2 bites into the burger. Food was alright. Didn't take too long too arrive. Juicy burger. A friend of mine can only eat halal or vegetarian, so he went for the falafel burger. He said it was alright, but nothing to write home about. The coleslaw portion you get with the fries for + 5 euros is literally 2 bites small. The music is LOUD, barely able to hear one another. Restaurant looks nice, but the floor was not clean. Very sticky when walking. Toilets were clean however.

We were served by the waitress N Zsemberi. One of the most unpleasant people I have ever come across. She made the lunch really uncomfortable for us. However the food was good and the cook was nice.

Food is tasty. Service really bad - drinks, among other things, never came, as requested, everything would be fine, but not. Flexibility was zero when 1 person came a little late - everyone waited at the door...

Good food at a high price, very busy and the staff can't really cope, having to wait a long time

This edit is entirely according to Google's rules and can therefore be posted. Had dinner somewhere before Ziggodome and this was on the map. Still gave it a try, it sounded nice. Once there, there were people waiting, it was unclear what. There was bustle and noise, but there was also an upstairs. Apparently people were waiting to be assigned a table. There was no cooperation in this. At one point people came in behind us and someone from the staff asked them how many there were (4) and she immediately had room for them, while we were still waiting (4) and nothing was asked and there were 2 more people in front of us. . Very sloppy even when we reported this, it was not corrected (everyone was still downstairs) We were then crammed into a 2-person table in the corner with 4 people. Not requested and without compensation. This left too little space on the table with food. It was really not a pleasant meal, that and all the hustle and bustle that the music apparently had to bring out, made it not a relaxing place to sit. It was more like eating in a disco. If you like that, I think you should definitely eat here. The burger was big and good. Although I do like the burgers from burger.me better. You are obliged to buy a menu with a little salad and fries (which are very tasty by the way). The sauce is on the table (we put it on the floor for space reasons). But the menu includes 19 euros!!! Not even a cup of drink included. If you sit there you apparently can't just have fries (you go with a group so apparently everyone has to have at least a burger or something). This is not clear in advance and you had been waiting for a while until there was room for you. In addition, talking in this case is a luxury, because the noise makes it not that easy. It was a nice experience, but certainly not worth repeating. Then I'd rather walk a little further to Burger King in this case. Because it's not worth it for just the fries and a double whopper of bacon is almost as tasty.

I can be quite a picky eater and afraid to try new things, but the manager Nicole was very kind and suggested the hotdog, which I ended up loving! You really get your money's worth with the portion sizes, which are very generous, and the food got to us insanely fast, which was awesome because we were very hungry! Will definitely be coming back.

It was super busy right before a concert. Really tasty fresh hamburger and super good fries. Took a while, but that was understandable.

Great restaurant for a good burger before a performance or concert. There is a wide choice of beef burgers, chicken burgers, hot dogs and sandwiches. The burgers are quite large and are cooked to a medium medium, which keeps them juicy. For a reasonable price you can make it a menu deal with a portion of fries and coleslaw. All in all, a great place to satisfy your fast food cravings.

Delicious food and an easy bite just before a concert in AFAS Live

We were 3 people. I asked if we could join another table together. The waiter said it wasn't allowed. The restaurant was literally empty, only the large tables were occupied. How do we want to sit with 3 people on a table of 2? One of us therefore no longer felt like eating and only wanted to have 1 drink because of this service. As can be seen in the photos, eating 2 people is fine. Eating 3 people with 3 plates would not fit. The cutlery + drinks + sauces are already half of the table as can be seen in the photos. When we left, 3 tables had been added and 1 large table had left. But still how is it not possible to add 1 table. I have been working in the hospitality industry for almost 10 years, I am a host myself. I have never given a 3 person, 2 person table. I find this really ridiculous as a fellow catering industry, this is scandalous. I do recommend coming here for the food, burgers were tasty, but the egg was cooked over medium, in the photo you can just see the egg cooked sunny side up. They are misleading photos.

Had a delicious burger and fries before the Dutch national team match started. It's amazing how they handle so much traffic logistically. Taste and quality are excellent, the atmosphere is less so due to the green light and the loud music. Talking to each other is almost impossible.

Totally underrated imo, fanatic and creative burger variations, great meat, quality buns, home made sauce...the place itself could be more cozy but as soon as you dig into that burger you forget about where you are anyway

We went to the restaurant with little expectation and were very surprised by the delicious burgers! Super juicy meat and delicious burger variations. There were also fries and coleslaw for €5. It could have been more coleslaw, but it was absolutely fine for the small extra charge. If you want burgers with a diner atmosphere, this is a good restaurant.

Went here during a very busy event day. But even though it was very busy, the food was served quickly enough and it was also very good. Well cooked, hot and good portions. Several good burgers with really good burgers between the buns. Not one of those limp flat pieces of cardboard. Fries were also well fried and very tasty with skin on. Price-quality excellent for such a location.

It started with a ‘warm’ welcome from the lady behind the counter: no smile.. no friendly look. The music was WAY to loud. That maybe one of the reasons why the waitress didn’t take our order correctly. The salads were already out of stock. (17:30) The burger wasn’t grilled medium (it was done) All burger s where greasy as hell. Two burgers ordered without bacon, and arrived with.. No sorry’s for the mistakes with the order. No corrections when they also forgot to serve the fries.. Took ages when they did. And they blamed their mistakes on us. Sorry y’all! But you really need to work on your hospitality skills and customer journey. When I wanted to pay, no excuses either. My complains .. she reversed it and made it my problem. Seriously?? This was the worst visit I had in ages .…. Really!!

Very nice and friendly service. Unfortunately the burgers and fries were horrific....very dry meat, burned bread, tasteless fries....absolute disappointment. Sad to see how this place that once started with absolute delicious burgers (but poor service) has dropped so significantly in quality......but somehow has improved the service....Maybe some day they will find the right balance.... unfortunately I will not know because I am not returning. Food was really very bad last week Saturday.

Service was fast and friendly, but this time the meat was tasteless and soggy, which is a shame. Hopefully Angus quality again in the future. March 16, 2024: After almost a year, I tried it again: from excellent during the first opening a few years ago, to a pitifully bad pauper's shack. Only the server, a Taise lady, was very helpful and friendly. The food was junk. Dry cold fries, dried out tough burgers and a fish file that has been fried for too long. Fuzzy noise from Hazes as background music. Totally not recommended...hungry?! go to the wok restaurant 50m away.

These guys don't mess around when it comes to building a burger! The steak cut fries are delicious and the coleslaw is the cats pajamas. Burgers are true to the pictures on the menu. Staff is friendly but the service is lackluster. It is also a little over priced for what you get. 3 stars because my burger was more rare/ medium rare , and I prefer my ground beef to be well done.

Good burgers... But we rush you to take your order... There are 3 of you on a table of 2... Not very comfortable... We have the feeling of having to eat quickly in order to leave quickly... So that your place can quickly be allocated to other consumers

Extremely dry burger Oil from the fries also seemed old, because even the fries were dry. Onion rings were ok. You pay a lot for what you get... In total I paid 29 euros.

Burger was lacking some spunk but it wasn’t too bad. The fries however were pretty damn good and the milkshake wasn’t too bad either but a little bit on the expensive side. They do however provide a good amount of service 👍🏻

They don't provide tap water. The reason they explained is because it is connected to the dishwasher? Seriously? The prices have gone way too high and the quality is no good. It is not worth to go. Plenty of other options.

Tasty burger, I had the vegan. My son had a "children's menu" which had so many fries for an entire orphanage 😅. Chicken nuggets were added, just way too much. This would have been enough for an adult. My son ordered fristies which he ultimately did not like. Luckily he got something else and I didn't have to pay extra for that, great! Unfortunately no atmosphere inside. You almost sit on the other customer's lap and the toilets are really dirty. Anyway, it's in the middle of the Bijlmer, I didn't expect anything different. I come for the food and it was good 👍

Best burger in the Southeast area.

Very good burgers. Bit pricey, about 20 euro's per burger (event menu). BUT it is a very big portion and it tastes amazing. Sauces on the table so you can add how much you want. We had 4 ice tea and a beer. All were 4 euro a piece. Highly reccomend.

Hamburgers zijn goed, maar in het verleden was de kwaliteit beter en ws het gezelliger. Maar er wordt niet bezuinigt op de Hamburgers.
