I would have liked to give it less than one star, but I can't. You pay to use the toilet, but this was the dirtiest toilet I've ever been in. I reported it to the manager, and he just said, "Eww, we'll clean it," and left.

Today, I went to eat at Kinkerstraat, Amsterdam, in the evening. The manager, named Mian, treated the Indian workers very rudely. I was very angry.He doesn't have the manners to talk.

Ordered through Uber Eats and everything arrived hot, fresh, and exactly as expected. The order was accurate, the food was well-packaged, and delivery was quick. Even with delivery, the fries stayed crisp and the burgers tasted freshly made. A reliable option when you’re looking for a quick meal in Amsterdam.

The ordering system didn't work, so I had to place the order again at a different kiosk. I was given the wrong order. When I approached an employee walking in the restaurant, I was given a blank stare and my question was ignored twice. The item was exchanged at the counter, but there was no communication, let alone an apology for the mistake made. The table could also use a wipe down. Making a mistake can always happen once, but ignoring a question twice and walking away, and acting at the counter without communication, let alone offering an apology, is not customer-friendly or service-oriented at all, but downright rude behavior.

The staff was working hard to push out the food orders… although there was a member who looked like a supervisor yelling at one of the employees because she packed the order. Wrong. Didn’t look on her.

It would be a 5-star restaurant if it weren't for the fact that I find it deplorable that a place where you're already making a purchase forces you to pay to use the restroom. I understand the importance of taking measures to prevent people from using it as a public toilet, but it's as simple as including a QR code on the receipt and not charging for restroom use for those who are already making a purchase.

I ordered a Big Mac but I only got half a patty, absolutely scandalous! There are supposed to be two.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service! I ordered from here as it promised fast delivery… about 30 minutes. I ended up waiting OVER AN HOUR only for it to get cancelled! The online customer service was also not helpful and I am still waiting on my refund. Never go here!

Really shitty service on the weekend. They don't answer, and taking an order takes well over an hour and a half. Very different from the weekdays. I can really tell there's an untrained manager working there, and I don't understand why head office goes along with this! I'm definitely going to report it.

Five stars all around! I was specifically impressed by the speed of service and the cleanliness of the dining area. Even during a busy hour, the team handled everything with a smile and the wait time was minimal. The place was very nice, and the hamburger was a classic McDonald's hamburger. I can say it's worth going, it was quick and good.

I could see the steam coming out of the patties of my burger, everything was fresh, nuggets were hot, as well as fries, compliments to the team.

Massively improved since they renovated! The fries are much better than they used to be and the interior is less depressing. It's still a McDonald's but for what it is, it's a good one.

The service is terrible. I got a McFlurry and got very little chocolate and an Oreo. When I tried something, the manager told me it was a shot. The service was terrible, and the staff was rude. I wouldn't get ice cream here, otherwise you'd get ice cream that tasted like nothing.

This McDonald's is number one in getting your sauce wrong. Order fries sauce? You get mayo. Order mayo? You get ketchup. Order ketchup? You get no sauce. "Yes sir, we checked" - that cashier seconds before she gives me the wrong order 🥲🥲🥲

There was a refurbishment but they forgot to hire a manager or something? There are some employees but not possible to speak to any of them or get any assistance/help. Very long wait. Very loud music and teenagers. I regret it already. Can't rate the food because I still didn't get any😂

Nobody can tell me why is the door of the this restaurant left open? It’s -4 degrees outside and the every customer and restaurant worker is with a jacket. Apparently a management decision but there is no manager on duty to complain about this.

Waiting 2 hours and 30 minutes for an online delivery is unacceptable. I understand that there may be a shortage of couriers, and I do not blame the delivery driver. However, the complete lack of communication from the restaurant is a serious issue. If a delay of this magnitude is expected, customers should be informed in advance so they can decide whether they want to wait or order from somewhere else. People’s time has value.

I like this McDonald's because the fries and everything else always come out hot. I have no complaints.

There are two reasons why you should avoid this branch: 1. I left the restaurant with my hands covered in grease because they even charge customers to use the toilet. I’m not sure about the hygiene regulations, but I should have been able to wash my hands before or after eating, and I couldn’t. I really don’t understand how they can get a license like this. 2. The second reason is that I couldn’t eat my food because even in winter there were flies everywhere, and some had even landed in my fries.

I don't know what they did, but it was the best McDonald's of my life! Everything was hot, everything was crispy, everything was perfect. Is this the Michelin-starred McDonald's? 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Even the table next to us said they'd never enjoyed a McDonald's as much as they did at that moment. The only bad thing was the service from the people at the counter—zero friendliness—and that they charge you to use the bathroom even if you're a customer.

Personnel is nice and friendly, but there is not possible to wash your hands even before having a meal without paying 70 cents…. Also toxic notes next to tables that you can’t wait for your order bind the table. Stuff is nice, but environment organised not friendly.

There were times when I loved going to McDonald's on Kinkerstraat. However, I hadn't been there in a while, and I thought, I'll go back to McDonald's. Sometimes it just has to be possible. But I was shocked. You can enter your own order on a dedicated screen. A good initiative in itself, but not very pleasant if you don't understand it properly. Because, when I tried to place my order at the cash register, I was "helped" by someone who clearly didn't want to be there. The unfriendliness and grumpiness were palpable, even to the point of heavy sighs. It was clear to me that ordering at the counter wasn't the intention. Other than that, I couldn't say a word. I can forgive the person's lack of Dutch, at least in a kind of English, but a smile is a universal language. Still, that wasn't enough. The food was decent, but the distant atmosphere and attitude left a nasty aftertaste. So McDonald's Kinkertstraat, I won't be going there anymore, because I don't want to be treated like that.

They charge 1 euro to use the restroom, which I paid as a guest. The restrooms are extremely dirty. A woman is waiting at the turnstile for everyone to pay a euro. She should be cleaning the restrooms instead of checking them. This place makes extra money every day just for its restrooms. Shame on you.

There are professional beggars operating outside this store. Decided to help an older lady “buy food for her kids”. She put in a €30 + order and stating her “kids cry for happy meals”. As a mother of three this seemed insane. I told her she could go to the market next door and buy some fresh food and I wouldn’t be making these purchases for my own children. Not least in the interest of nutrition but also cost! Anyway I paid for her order of fried food and happy meals feeling very taken advantage of. I wonder if the McDonalds staff are aware of this.

Charging 70c for a paying customer to use the toilet should be illegal

Cozy location especially for the night after 00.00. Still open after closing time of restaurants or cafes. Handy for the quick hunger on the go. Fast food, vegetable and fruit snacks, salad wraps and take a way drinks.

This is the worst burger I have eaten in years! I paid 6 euros and the (extremely thin) burger tasted like cardboard! Was that even meat? Disgusting. Avoid this franchise!

Received the wrong order, 3 burgers too few…

Pay close attention to what you have ordered and what you get. I have had it 3 times now that either the order is incorrect or they have forgotten things and when you call them they do not answer and when you go back the rest of your food is cold, so first check whether you have everything before you take it home.

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this McDonald’s. I witnessed a woman working in the kitchen who was not washing her hands properly. She touched multiple surfaces and then handled lettuce for a burger without washing her hands at all. When I politely asked her to wash her hands, she simply ran them under water for a second and wiped them on her clothes no soap, nothing. This is absolutely unacceptable and unhygienic, especially in a food establishment. I expect McDonald’s to uphold proper food safety standards, and this experience was disgusting and made me lose my appetite. Management should take immediate action to ensure staff are following basic hygiene rules.

Place is super dirty no one is cleaning trash is full and the fries aren’t salted

Ordered a happy meal with the intention of getting a toy. But was very misled. I received a toy that was not visible in the photo on the order screen. I am deeply indignant. So I spent a fortune for what I didn't want. The grimace egg in particular was what I was trying to get.

Well... I hardly come to the Mac anymore... due to the fact that I prefer to eat healthier and more unprocessed food. The service was excellent, I asked for a cloth because the tables were dirty, someone immediately came after me with a cloth and cleaning product... and it was cleaned nicely. Later someone came and sat near us who had put on quite a lot of perfume... that was a bit less... I can't tolerate it well, so the atmosphere changed quite a bit for me, so that's not the Mac's fault! But MacDonald is not getting any cheaper... pfff, prices are skyrocketing...

Even if you consume, you have to pay to go to the bathroom. Usurers.

What happened with this place? We always like to stay here for good service and hospitality. And today 18 of February we as usual decided to visit our favorite place. We were surprised in a bad way of dirty tables and time which we have to spoil to wait for our order. Please, we believe that everything will be like before this horrible situation!

WHY SHOULD EVERYTHING BE ZERO!! Can we please stop ruining soda with fake sugar. McDonalds still had delicious ice tea, but that has also stopped. If someone is so lost and can no longer drink soft drinks, then this person should drink nice water. For people who want to indulge in unhealthy food, normal soft drinks MUST be available. Don't mess it up with ZERO, because it's really GOOD I want to be able to make the choice myself!

Very bad service, missing half the order and came to late! DO MOT RECOMMEND Put in two orders, one arrived 4 minutes over 12. Which is fine and was compleet. The second one was order for the same time, came 30 minutes late, and there was a lot missing: 1 big fries, 2x 6 McNuggets, 1x 9 McNuggets, Big Mac burger and a mcchicken burger. The whole order was for a company and was 150 euros. We tried to call after we saw it didn’t arrive, and nobody picked up the phone. After trying for 30 minutes. Also thuisbezorgd did not help to get in contact, or to get them the missing items delivered. Is our LUNCHHHH WITH ALL HANGRY WOMAN. If you know hangry woman, this is a bad decision and we will never try to order here again
