I don't know what they did, but it was the best McDonald's of my life! Everything was hot, everything was crispy, everything was perfect. Is this the Michelin-starred McDonald's? 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Even the table next to us said they'd never enjoyed a McDonald's as much as they did at that moment. The only bad thing was the service from the people at the counter—zero friendliness—and that they charge you to use the bathroom even if you're a customer.

Personnel is nice and friendly, but there is not possible to wash your hands even before having a meal without paying 70 cents…. Also toxic notes next to tables that you can’t wait for your order bind the table. Stuff is nice, but environment organised not friendly.

There were times when I loved going to McDonald's on Kinkerstraat. However, I hadn't been there in a while, and I thought, I'll go back to McDonald's. Sometimes it just has to be possible. But I was shocked. You can enter your own order on a dedicated screen. A good initiative in itself, but not very pleasant if you don't understand it properly. Because, when I tried to place my order at the cash register, I was "helped" by someone who clearly didn't want to be there. The unfriendliness and grumpiness were palpable, even to the point of heavy sighs. It was clear to me that ordering at the counter wasn't the intention. Other than that, I couldn't say a word. I can forgive the person's lack of Dutch, at least in a kind of English, but a smile is a universal language. Still, that wasn't enough. The food was decent, but the distant atmosphere and attitude left a nasty aftertaste. So McDonald's Kinkertstraat, I won't be going there anymore, because I don't want to be treated like that.

They charge 1 euro to use the restroom, which I paid as a guest. The restrooms are extremely dirty. A woman is waiting at the turnstile for everyone to pay a euro. She should be cleaning the restrooms instead of checking them. This place makes extra money every day just for its restrooms. Shame on you.

Wrong delivery, no attention paid to the request . Terrible service

There are professional beggars operating outside this store. Decided to help an older lady “buy food for her kids”. She put in a €30 + order and stating her “kids cry for happy meals”. As a mother of three this seemed insane. I told her she could go to the market next door and buy some fresh food and I wouldn’t be making these purchases for my own children. Not least in the interest of nutrition but also cost! Anyway I paid for her order of fried food and happy meals feeling very taken advantage of. I wonder if the McDonalds staff are aware of this.

Charging 70c for a paying customer to use the toilet should be illegal

Cozy location especially for the night after 00.00. Still open after closing time of restaurants or cafes. Handy for the quick hunger on the go. Fast food, vegetable and fruit snacks, salad wraps and take a way drinks.

This is the worst burger I have eaten in years! I paid 6 euros and the (extremely thin) burger tasted like cardboard! Was that even meat? Disgusting. Avoid this franchise!

Received the wrong order, 3 burgers too few…

Pay close attention to what you have ordered and what you get. I have had it 3 times now that either the order is incorrect or they have forgotten things and when you call them they do not answer and when you go back the rest of your food is cold, so first check whether you have everything before you take it home.

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this McDonald’s. I witnessed a woman working in the kitchen who was not washing her hands properly. She touched multiple surfaces and then handled lettuce for a burger without washing her hands at all. When I politely asked her to wash her hands, she simply ran them under water for a second and wiped them on her clothes no soap, nothing. This is absolutely unacceptable and unhygienic, especially in a food establishment. I expect McDonald’s to uphold proper food safety standards, and this experience was disgusting and made me lose my appetite. Management should take immediate action to ensure staff are following basic hygiene rules.

Place is super dirty no one is cleaning trash is full and the fries aren’t salted

Ordered a happy meal with the intention of getting a toy. But was very misled. I received a toy that was not visible in the photo on the order screen. I am deeply indignant. So I spent a fortune for what I didn't want. The grimace egg in particular was what I was trying to get.

Employees are chatting with each other, while several tables and all the trash cans are dirty and full.

Well... I hardly come to the Mac anymore... due to the fact that I prefer to eat healthier and more unprocessed food. The service was excellent, I asked for a cloth because the tables were dirty, someone immediately came after me with a cloth and cleaning product... and it was cleaned nicely. Later someone came and sat near us who had put on quite a lot of perfume... that was a bit less... I can't tolerate it well, so the atmosphere changed quite a bit for me, so that's not the Mac's fault! But MacDonald is not getting any cheaper... pfff, prices are skyrocketing...

Even if you consume, you have to pay to go to the bathroom. Usurers.

What happened with this place? We always like to stay here for good service and hospitality. And today 18 of February we as usual decided to visit our favorite place. We were surprised in a bad way of dirty tables and time which we have to spoil to wait for our order. Please, we believe that everything will be like before this horrible situation!

I never really put reviews for McDonalds, but this occasion was so bad I have too. They took 20 minutes to put cheeseburgers (which were already ready) into a bag. Very incompetent staff.

WHY SHOULD EVERYTHING BE ZERO!! Can we please stop ruining soda with fake sugar. McDonalds still had delicious ice tea, but that has also stopped. If someone is so lost and can no longer drink soft drinks, then this person should drink nice water. For people who want to indulge in unhealthy food, normal soft drinks MUST be available. Don't mess it up with ZERO, because it's really GOOD I want to be able to make the choice myself!

This is the worst macdonald I have ever been... I know it was early but 30 mins to get 6 nuggets and cold fries is ridiculous... The girl at the counter had no clue what was going on.

Quite literally shut the restaurant early even though they had an hour off working hours to go. Very shocked

I made a 40€ order, waited for one hour and half, called many times without any answer, end of the story? They cancelled the order leaving me at midnight without dinner. DISGUSTING.

Ordered menu and didnt get the fries, the drink cup was not properly closed so it spilled on the way and got the food wet. 20€ for nothing.

Very bad service, missing half the order and came to late! DO MOT RECOMMEND Put in two orders, one arrived 4 minutes over 12. Which is fine and was compleet. The second one was order for the same time, came 30 minutes late, and there was a lot missing: 1 big fries, 2x 6 McNuggets, 1x 9 McNuggets, Big Mac burger and a mcchicken burger. The whole order was for a company and was 150 euros. We tried to call after we saw it didn’t arrive, and nobody picked up the phone. After trying for 30 minutes. Also thuisbezorgd did not help to get in contact, or to get them the missing items delivered. Is our LUNCHHHH WITH ALL HANGRY WOMAN. If you know hangry woman, this is a bad decision and we will never try to order here again

Don’t order Uber Eats from here. They only send half your order. There are always missing items from here.

What an incredible dog just now (01:30, July 11 morning) who didn't want to help when an accident happened on our doorstep and we needed milk for a stranger who had lost his teeth on the sidewalk. It was a dark-skinned employee (this doesn't mean anything, just for you to identify who is exhibiting such strange behavior).

They are rude, power sockets don't work, table service is turned off.

Worst experience at McDonald's. the manager is very clumsy and unpleasant with customers and her employees. she drags her feet to prepare the orders and hides behind the cupboard to pretend to work and attacks us when we ask her why we wait 40 minutes for a simple coffee which is ultimately not the one ordered at the terminal, with only 3 people in the tail. Lunar and disrespectful experience. the food and restaurant are clean though (thanks to the other employees who work very well). Change your manager, it's a shame for the channel.

This McDonalds is number 1 in getting your sauce wrong. Are you ordering fries sauce? You get mayo. Are you ordering mayo? You get ketchup. Are you ordering ketchup? You don't get any sauce. “Yes sir we checked” - that cashier seconds before she gives me the wrong order 🥲🥲🥲

Not so expected,,en cold sandwich,en expensive

Employees here are stubborn when it comes to giving out cold food that needs to be taken away, so always check before you leave whether it is correct and certainly do not order with Ubereats, as one of the toilets goes wrong.

I eat there twice a week, and this time I ordered the quarter pounder deluxe. It didn't have much filling and the burger was dry. I don't like to moan but it wasn't edible and so I took it back. I complained to an Indian member of staff who just looked at me and said 'well' then she just shrugged her shoulders. She shouted something to the burger chefs, so I went back to my seat waiting for a replacement burger. I sat for a further 15 minutes before realising that I was not getting a replacement. So I just left. The staff and food here are usually exceptional with an older Indonesian lady who looks after the restaurant area with pride and great service. I haven't eaten there since this incident.

Think the prices have become exorbitantly expensive at McDonald's 7.5 euros for a hamburger and 8.20 for a wrap roll..

Avoid this location if you are using Uber Eats. They have gotten my order wrong three times. Half is missing this time. They disable Uber support so you can not file a refund claim.

One of the best and fastest McDonald's in Amsterdam. My friends and I are Uber drivers and over 80% of orders are always ready before the driver arrives at the restaurant. I wanted to thank you all for being a good team.🤝
