Insanely fast service, was shocking lol. From order to picking it up was about 1.5 minutes. Food itself was good; atmosphere, well its a fast food chain

A nice chilled place down an alley. Service was fast and staff friendly. The lady made the wrong coffee and came over before I had taken a sip, apologised and made me another within 2 mins. That's great service in my book. :0)

If you want to eat on site: you will not receive your order on a tray but wrapped in a bag. The result is dirty tables, most customers want to eat in the restaurant, and full waste bins. The worst branch of McDonald's!

African Rooibos is delicious I recommend all of the Tender Nuggets, but there were a lot of strange people coming and going. The store is clean and constantly being cleaned. When ordering, if you are asked to enter a table number, press any button and pay attention to the order number on the receipt, and the staff will call that number directly.

We tried the McCrispy Old Amsterdam and the Mckroket as our mains which were both pretty good, but the Mckroket was my favorite. The cherry-onion sauce on the McCrispy Old Amsterdam reminded me of the cranberry typically had as part of Thanksgiving dinner. The fried beef and creamy mustard sauce in the Mckroket were great! The Twister Fries were a tasty, welcome novelty that we do not have in the U.S. They are similar to Arby's curly fries. We tried adding the paprika seasoning to the Twister Fries and the French Fries, but it didn't really add anything flavor-wise (too subtle).

Every time something is wrong. Now we did a take out, and we didn’t get the complete order. Only at home we found out!

Fries completely cold, hamburger made of cardboard. I would just walk past this and get rid of your money...

FOOD POISONING!!! STAY AWAY!!! I ate 1 burger (the only thing i ate after an entire day), and after 1 hour i went back to the hotel feeling sick, shaking and developed fever, i spent the entire night throwing up that burger !! If there is some kind of Sanitary Inspectors in Amsterdam they should visit that particular Mac restarant and Close it down!!

This is really the only one that nobody knows about in Amsterdam. In the city the one is half empty while the one just two corners away is completely overcrowded. Really good atmosphere and family friendly as always.

I ask for the sandwich without cucumber. The guy looks at me and says "ok no cucumber". On the order it writes "without cucumber". The receipt says "without cucumber". On the bag they give me it says "without cucumber". I take a bite: there's cucumber, DC. At least they have gluten-free bread (the sandwiches suck but they're details)

This place was filthy when we visited on 12th October. Any free tables had not been cleared, never mind clean. On one there was a half smoked cigarette. Floors were filthy and bins overflow. €0.5 fee to wash your hands before eating your ordered meal is not fair as I have to touch the sandwich with hands. This is a health hazard ☢️ All the others brands give toilet access for customers, Starbucks, Subway, Burger King etc. Is it legal to charge the money and give no receipt? @Management: Why no employee is wearing name tags, including the shift manager? Very bad service: the lady who handed me the order couldn't look at me and was talking to a colleague behind her while doing it. When I said 'thank you' I received no response, not even a look in my direction. Seating area was clean, price/quality ratio is not right. Soft, limp fries with a hamburger and drinks for 15 euros. Pity.

Definitely one of the WORST Happy Meals I ever tried. It was more like SAD MEAL. The sandwich tasteless and the fries weren’t even close to McDonald’s pattern. I wouldn’t come here again even if it was for free.

We went in because a storm was falling and we were already tired of local foods. The food is average, it was not as delicious as for example in France, basically the best thing is that you order the sauce for frittes which is local and if you eat there they give you plastic cups, which I think is very smart. Digital displays are easy to operate and have several languages. What I hate is that they charge 5 octvs euros to use the bathroom and it is on a lower floor with a strange staircase. Additionally, the place has strange lighting. At least it fills the belly. The nicest thing are some modern chairs on the second floor that overlook the window, at least I was able to dry my jacket a little. Not wheelchair friendly.

The food was fine, but you couldn't go to the toilet unless you paid with money, the card machine was broken (or so said the woman who drove away everyone who only had a card) Unbelievable that paying customers are turned away and do not get access to the toilet of the place.

Today I went to your restaurant for dinner, but I thought it was strange that an employee was sitting at my table and looking ahead. I don't think this is appropriate. I also work in the catering industry and I would never sit at a guest's table while they are waiting for their food or are eating. I find this behavior inappropriate and unprofessional. I also worked at Macdonalds myself and we were not allowed to do this, I don't even understand what was going through his head to sit at a table and if you really wanted to sit down for a while, there was just an empty table opposite him? Ordered a cheap 50c ice cream cone via the machine. Don't see my number on the screen. Asked the guy handing out stuff why isn't my order on the street.Waited more than 5 min for ONE simple ice cream cone that takes 10 secs to make. Had to go bug the McDelivery line to get my cone.the guy got me it IMMEDIATELY. Ridiculous.

Was able to order on the display as soon as we walked in, they prepared the food in a timely manor and it was not overcrowded when we went in, they also do gluten free options in order to change the bun on any of the burgers.

Pleasant MC, well organized and quick in preparation. Well made and tasty sandwiches, you can't find everything we have in Italy as a choice but that's fine. The tables are cleaned continuously. The bathrooms in order. Stop appreciated.
