Long waiting time despite few guests

Cheap and affordable on the go snacks; however, the chili chicken burger patties are small and not proportionate with the bun.

Ordered €100+ and didn't receive half. Called several times and left voicemail but no answer.

Even though you spend 30 euros on food, you still have to pay to use the bathroom. The attendants are all stressed and serve poorly.

FOOD POISONING!!! STAY AWAY!!! I ate 1 burger (the only thing i ate after an entire day), and after 1 hour i went back to the hotel feeling sick, shaking and developed fever, i spent the entire night throwing up that burger !! If there is some kind of Sanitary Inspectors in Amsterdam they should visit that particular Mac restarant and Close it down!!

This is really the only one that nobody knows about in Amsterdam. In the city the one is half empty while the one just two corners away is completely overcrowded. Really good atmosphere and family friendly as always.

I ask for the sandwich without cucumber. The guy looks at me and says "ok no cucumber". On the order it writes "without cucumber". The receipt says "without cucumber". On the bag they give me it says "without cucumber". I take a bite: there's cucumber, DC. At least they have gluten-free bread (the sandwiches suck but they're details)

Good McDonald’s. However, toilets pay, I go down there is written on a terminal 0.20€ cents then a McDonald's employee who holds her hand for 0.50€ cents..abused. I also have an 8 month old baby and this is not okay.

Classic McDonald's like in France, however the sauces cost extra. Quite roomy. Toilets are chargeable despite consumption. Pretty quick service for my liking. Expensive for what it is. Floor inaccessible for sitting.

€0.5 fee to wash your hands before eating your ordered meal is not fair as I have to touch the sandwich with hands. This is a health hazard ☢️ All the others brands give toilet access for customers, Starbucks, Subway, Burger King etc. Is it legal to charge the money and give no receipt? @Management: Why no employee is wearing name tags, including the shift manager? Just pathetic. Queues, hot, inattentive staff. Burgers with croquettes suck, don't even try them in hopes of experiencing the local flavor, they're a total disappointment. There is a paid toilet.

Very bad service: the lady who handed me the order couldn't look at me and was talking to a colleague behind her while doing it. When I said 'thank you' I received no response, not even a look in my direction. Seating area was clean, price/quality ratio is not right. Soft, limp fries with a hamburger and drinks for 15 euros. Pity.

Definitely one of the WORST Happy Meals I ever tried. It was more like SAD MEAL. The sandwich tasteless and the fries weren’t even close to McDonald’s pattern. I wouldn’t come here again even if it was for free.

We went in because a storm was falling and we were already tired of local foods. The food is average, it was not as delicious as for example in France, basically the best thing is that you order the sauce for frittes which is local and if you eat there they give you plastic cups, which I think is very smart. Digital displays are easy to operate and have several languages. What I hate is that they charge 5 octvs euros to use the bathroom and it is on a lower floor with a strange staircase. Additionally, the place has strange lighting. At least it fills the belly. The nicest thing are some modern chairs on the second floor that overlook the window, at least I was able to dry my jacket a little. Not wheelchair friendly.

The food was fine, but you couldn't go to the toilet unless you paid with money, the card machine was broken (or so said the woman who drove away everyone who only had a card) Unbelievable that paying customers are turned away and do not get access to the toilet of the place.

Today I went to your restaurant for dinner, but I thought it was strange that an employee was sitting at my table and looking ahead. I don't think this is appropriate. I also work in the catering industry and I would never sit at a guest's table while they are waiting for their food or are eating. I find this behavior inappropriate and unprofessional. I have order a veggie mc chicken but they give me one with meat. In Italy we have not, so I didn't know how was the packaging. I trusted in you. But now. No more. 🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡

Well, I was especially impressed by the customer-friendly, super cheerful cashier. Those resting on their elbows with their chin on their hands. A look into the eyes of is it time yet? Can I go home already? I've had it. With difficulty and not entirely unobtrusively, we became irritated by the question whether we could be helped. She said yes and then hung around for about 3 minutes. Life turned out slowly. The manager of this branch was impressed by her beautiful lips and voluptuous appearance. Was able to order on the display as soon as we walked in, they prepared the food in a timely manor and it was not overcrowded when we went in, they also do gluten free options in order to change the bun on any of the burgers.

My, my, my, I visited the Rai today. I thought the prices there were terribly high and I think that is scandalous because of the rising poverty in the Netherlands. That's why I went to Mac. It was very disappointing! Firstly, it was very dark and smelly. When I ordered my food on a dirty board. I had to wait a long time for my order. When I received my order I was shocked. My fries were green and cold. I also did not receive any sauce that I ordered. Scandalous! Don't come here!
