Good atmosphere, spacious interior and very friendly staff!

A bag containing one cola was delivered, which I hadn't ordered. It turned out the restaurant hadn't given the delivery driver the correct order. I contacted the restaurant, and the manager said he found the explanation vague and couldn't help me. As a solution, I suggested I drive to the restaurant myself to pick up my order, and to my surprise, the manager hung up on me. What TERRIBLE service, yuck!!

The toilets are extremely dirty.

I always stop there on my way home from work: it's very delicious and affordable. The staff are always polite and friendly.

Nice Mac and the burger was tasty and hot

It looked like the cleaning lady who handed me my food... There was no number at the ordering station... no milkshakes available... a real disaster this time. Then almost all the tables outside had bird droppings on them... just have someone get a bucket of water instead of picking your nose with a dozen people in the kitchen...

Things aren't improving here either, the food takes a very long time, and it's not really hot. I complained about it, but they didn't respond appropriately. With the prices they charge these days, they should be more mindful. I don't recommend this restaurant.

My order was super fresh! The fries were hot, the fish fillet was hot, everything was great! This was the first McDonald's where I actually enjoyed my food!

What a terrible McDonald's. We waited for minutes at the order terminal, even though there was absolutely nothing to do inside. Finally, the order was taken and paid for. Only English-speaking staff spoke it. We had to wait in the parking lot for the order, which then only arrived halfway. We had to wait again for the last part. Ultimately, we waited half an hour for two McKrokets and two milkshakes. This isn't a drive-in; it's more like an overnight stay. It's a shady place, too. Don't go there, just drive on.

Bizarrely long wait for 2 drinks and 2 Mc croquettes. Being addressed in broken English and almost not being able to place your order.

Overall, McDonald’s leaves a good impression — the food is fresh, and the staff are polite and quick to serve. However, the condition of the children’s slide is very disappointing. It clearly hasn’t been cleaned in a long time: the surface is sticky, there’s visible trash and dirt, and an unpleasant smell in the area. This makes the slide unhygienic and unsafe for kids to play on. I really hope the management pays attention to this issue and ensures regular cleaning and sanitation of the children’s area. It’s an important part of the overall experience, especially for families with children.

Super fast table service during peak hours, very efficient! The tables are also kept clean constantly. Mc's isn't my favorite, but this one did a great job today!

Check your order before you leave, and make sure they've taken it correctly! In the evenings, the fat bike/taxi mafia hangs out in the parking lot.

Just like a McDonald's should be

For me, one of the best drives there is. I often buy food here for colleagues, who also like it and everything is still nice and warm.

I've never experienced such an unfriendly McDonald's. The employees were truly rude—especially the manager. Our Happy Meal contained a broken toy, and when I asked to exchange it, the manager said he couldn't because he "couldn't give it to another child." He also wasn't willing to throw the broken toy away and give my child a new one—unbelievable! Later, I was able to exchange the toy at a McDonald's in Germany without any problem. It's unbelievable how friendly and helpful the German employees are—what a difference!

It took 30 minutes before I was told I wouldn't get my food, and yet I'd get my money back. That makes no sense.

After a long day, I stopped by MC Drive on IJdoornlaan in Amsterdam to grab a bite to eat. What a disappointment! The food was lukewarm, more cold than warm. Inedible, a waste of money.

Worst Mac I've ever had fast food? No, definitely not. I waited over 30 minutes for a simple Mac and Chicken menu. The staff looks unhygienic. All in all, not recommended.

Well well well, Once tested officially as one of the worst McDonalds in Amsterdam, they still hold the prize dear. The food was badly cooked, my ice cream had a sprinkle of Oreo and one drop of chocolate. For delivery they take ages to prepare, beware. Staff is more focused on doing everything else besides a good job. Avoid if possible.

As a 36-year-old man, I've visited at least 15 different McDonald's. Today, my daughter and I had a Happy Meal at McDonald's Adam Noord Ijdoornlaan. To summarize briefly: It was 11 a.m., so everything you see is probably from the night before, because this can NEVER be from the morning. The food was cold. The toilet was absolutely filthy: no toilet paper, poop on the seat, and dirty walls. The entire restaurant was covered in food scraps and packaging. There was dust on the shelves and dirt everywhere on the floor. Normally, McDonald's restaurants are kept fairly tidy, but this one was absolutely filthy. I also filed a complaint with the cashiers. Never, ever again. I felt really dirty after visiting this restaurant. Photos as proof! (Look closely at the photos through the window... Many tables are covered in old food scraps from visitors. Dust and food remains are covering all those wooden slats. Bahbahbah.

If you want to pay in cash you have to wait at least 7 minutes for the staff to come and help you, while they can see you waiting at the counter but still delay helping you.

A Mac is a Mac, right? You know what to expect.

When I first entered this establishment about 20 minutes ago I was expecting your average McDonald’s experience however I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by the friendly McDonald’s pigeon while I was initially shocked I soon came to realize that this pigeon was not only a visitor of this location but a part of the staff the employees tried to shoo him away but it was futile for he remained and continued to poop on the floor despite this this was my most memorable experience at a McDonald’s location while money may buy me a 9 piece McNugget it cannot buy an experience such as this I would highly recommend this location the pigeon is such an intelligent lifeform it has figured out how to let itself in and out of the restaurant by flying up to the motion sensor if you are looking for mediocre service a place to relieve yourself or bird diseases I would highly suggest dining at this fine establishment.

A great McDonalds restaurant with easy access. Usually not too busy.

Easily accessible from the A10, busy but parking spaces can be found.

McDonald's is going downhill. The seating area is filthy and not cleaned. You have to ask for a cloth to clean your seat. Trash cans are overflowing. There are pigeons roaming around inside. Sometimes I wonder what McDonald's itself thinks about this. I'll ask next time.

Let me just say this... A lot of things could be better and it's definitely not the perfect McDonald's experience

The worst costumer service in Amsterdam. They don't pick up the phone, the order is late 40 minutes or 50 and when you are complaining they speak to you like you are a garbage. Never again

Just busy but reasonably fast drive

The chicken burger was cold, it probably sat for an hour in the compartment where you keep your fried food, that big mac meat was also ice cold, it used to come fresh from the grill and was delicious, now the chef fries all the beef and throws it in a compartment for 40 minutes where it is kept warm, shame on you, McDonald's has gone downhill, damn it, it's just inedible, all the old stuff you give your customers instead of fresh and then you increase the prices, terrible. McDonald's is only tasty these days when the franchise inspection comes by, everything is nice and fresh. When the franchise inspection leaves, it immediately becomes old meat and fries that were taken out of the fryer 40 minutes ago

Put cold and not cooked meat on burger

The food, the floor and the toilets were filthy. The employees nodded to each other when they saw a milkshake on the floor and then went back behind the counter instead of cleaning it up.

Worst mac ever. Food was actually hard to eat

The fries were great, nice and hot. The coffee was undrinkable, so strong and just not a nice coffee. The coffee used to be better. No idea how or what. Too bad!

They did this new renovation two years ago in vain. I think it was so beautiful, but unfortunately this McDonald's and the staff are absolutely not working, but I understand it. They are young, they are in the clouds. That's understandable. Maybe they are not happy with the salaries themselves. But I had ordered an ice frape some time ago, which I really liked. Today I ordered it again, but it was absolutely a plane. I returned it and they gave me back almost the same ****.

Crooked citizens, and seems like an unsafe working atmosphere there when I hear and see what certain employees shout through the kitchen. Furthermore, junk, dirty, filthy food and takes an incredibly long time.

We ordered just a few drinks through the mobile app, and it took over 30 minutes for them to be prepared. When I approached the branch manager to ask about the delay, her response was shockingly unprofessional. She simply said, “Since you ordered via the app, it takes time,” without offering an apology — then turned her back and walked away. Our hot drinks were served cold, and even the cookie we ordered was freezing. When we asked why, the staff replied, “Because it just came over on a bike.” Seriously? The service was poor, the staff were unfriendly and unprofessional, and the overall experience was unacceptable. I would not recommend this location. I understand this a fastfood place, and my review might be overlooked, yet, just in case someone might read it.

This McDonalds is very inconsistent. I've had a few times where they can't handle the crowds at all and everything goes wrong. Forgotten orders, incomplete orders, slowness. You don't go to McDonalds for the quality so you expect convenience at the very least but this is also sometimes disappointing. The atmosphere is again not something you go to McDonalds for but even then I would call this McDonalds below standard. There are often loitering youths inside who are all too happy to provoke a reaction and are looking for confrontation. It must be a lack of attention from mom and dad 🤷‍♂️. Unfortunately, the employees also do very little about it. I think they are often buddies of the teenagers who are working so that would explain it. But anyway, I advise you to go to another place for a quick bite.

Friendly MC. Even when it is busy, mistakes in an order are resolved quickly. Spacious parking lot. Got food there late last night. Friendly service. It is recommended that you check your order. Side salad was missing. Quickly resolved, but a little more attention to lettuce, one more lettuce leaf and a shorter preparation time in the refrigerator would be nice.

Unfortunately too many noisy children present who shouted unnecessarily

Very disappointing experience – got sick after eating Last night my dad and I had dinner at McDonald’s and it was a huge mistake. Shortly after our meal we developed severe stomach pain, nausea and persistent diarrhea. We were sick all night and the next day, which strongly suggests food poisoning. In hindsight we should have known. The bun was old and dry, the fries were limp and tasteless, and the food had a strange aftertaste – as if it had been sitting out for too long. This is absolutely unacceptable for a chain that claims to serve fast and quality food. This experience has made us decide never to eat at McDonald’s again. If the quality and hygiene are at this level, we would rather not take any risks. Very disappointed and definitely not recommended.

I’m here to complain about that one time my burger was served slightly cold. Or that I now have to go to the gym to work off that McKroket—you really shouldn’t have let me have it. Or that you’re located next to Monkey Town. Why? It’s bad enough that I have to take my kids there. Nah, it’s all good. It’s McDonald’s. Exactly what you expect. The car park is huge. Watching the car wash guys is the best entertainment. Or late at night—whatever is going on then. And don’t complain about the mess, especially on a Sunday morning. It’s not the staff—it’s you! As always, everyone gets five stars.

Food was lukewarm/almost cold. But we were already on the highway again so we couldn't go back... The atmosphere at this McD is mediocre. And there is often something wrong with the order.

Clean and tidy the only problem was that it took a little too long to get someone to notice that I was at the register to pay for my orders😳.

Hot food, ordered via QR at the table. Went well. Not busy. A stretch of road hidden from the A10 motorway, but therefore recommended.

The five stars are mainly for the employee who served us, I would guess a little older, around the end of 50! And even though we were in the Netherlands and didn't speak Dutch, the way we interacted was extremely friendly. Despite the stress!!!

Fortunately, the fish fillet sandwiches here are cheap (€ 2.50) compared to other Macs!

This McDonalds is the worst McDonalds in the whole world. Literal. And every time I fall for it again because I live nearby and don't want to drive somewhere else. Time and time again I am disappointed here. I'm not into writing reviews. But this McDonalds deserves this. Who is in charge here and is the manager? The fries you get are always limp and full of oil. Burgers are always cold and half the bun is completely crooked. There is always a long wait at the drive without many cars and the service is nothing to write home about. Bah bah bah.
