McDonald's in Kadoelen

This McDonalds is the worst McDonalds in the whole world. Literal. And every time I fall for it again because I live nearby and don't want to drive somewhere else. Time and time again I am disappointed here. I'm not into writing reviews. But this McDonalds deserves this. Who is in charge here and is the manager? The fries you get are always limp and full of oil. Burgers are always cold and half the bun is completely crooked. There is always a long wait at the drive without many cars and the service is nothing to write home about. Bah bah bah.

I have an idea that if you say you don't want something on it, the hamburger is fresher and hotter, but maybe it shouldn't be hot.

Been here recently. Located near highway. Ample parking. Friendly staff.

I was just at McDonald's and no one served me and that black woman who was standing there was just disgusting, never again.

Funny that you pay a plastic surcharge if you get a paper cup with a cardboard straw!

Nice drive thru w double lane to order. Staff and food is what you'd expect from McD. Overall a pleasant experience. Would repeat.

9 times out of 10 the food is really too cold to be served. Sandwiches such as the Mac chicken, or cheeseburgers where you can hardly mess anything up, don't look good out

Friendliness and customer service at this McDonald are hard to find, and the food was delivered cold and unkempt.

It was very dirty in the restaurant. The tables were sticky and there was food everywhere!

This branch is quite ok. But the scrambled egg breakfast took a very long time and the bacon that came with it was bone dry. Sticky white bread with it was also nothing. Coffee simply has to be better now. However, all the litter in the area caused by customers is extremely disturbing. McDonalds will really have to try harder to keep me in. It's close and convenient, but I prefer to go to La Place when it's open. Tastier and not even much more expensive.

I actually wanted to go to the McDonald's in Zaandam, but it was already closed at 11:00 am while the drive was still open, so we went to the McDonald's here and I was really surprised at how bad it was and the service was good. The food was tasty and hot and it was very clean. the only downside was that the only self-service was at the door, so every time the door opened a cold draft came in.

Nice McDonalds, nice staff, wide choice, tasty food. Ample parking spaces. Unfortunately, do not visit the toilet, it is extremely dirty.

I recently visited McDonald's again, and it remains a firm favorite for a quick, tasty bite. What I always appreciate about McDonald's is the consistency: you know exactly what to expect, whether you order the Big Mac, Chicken McNuggets, or one of the seasonal specials. This time I went for the Big Mac with fries, and while it's a familiar choice, it just doesn't disappoint. The sauce and the combination of ingredients remain a classic. The service is usually fast, especially if you order via the digital kiosks. You can easily adjust your entire order and you will immediately receive a receipt, so it saves time. What I also find useful is that in many locations you can now choose where you sit and your order will then simply be brought to your table. A small disadvantage this time was that the fries were not super fresh and crispy - sometimes they were left out a little too long, I think. But overall the food here is always great for the price, and it's perfect if you just want something easy without the fuss

Good food with best service and friendly staaff

Still a McDonalds of course. Expectations adjusted accordingly. No more no less. Order, pay, eat and leave again.

Well, I tried the new chicken wings, and they weren't a huge success. Next time, nice nuggets again 💪🏾. Furthermore, extremely friendly help, great people.

I waited 15 minutes for just a chicken burger, and once I got in the car I saw that in that time they had only made a bun with lettuce and sauce in between, but no chicken. I had to drive back for a new one. Fortunately, I immediately received a new one with chicken.

Absolutely horrendous experience on a Sunday evening with my young child. Ordered at 18:45, but only received the food at 20:30 (after pushing to the front of the queue of very unhappy customers). --> Did not receive a receipt after paying for my order via the self service screen. --> The digital display showing the order queue stopped working. --> Realised, after more than an hour, that the only hope of receiving the food we had paid for was trying to flag the attention of the staff at the counter, who were inundated by customers in the same situation as us. --> The member of staff I initially spoke to had no access to the order details (blank looks when mentioning my order number) so asked me to recount the exact order from memory. Utter chaos, poorly managed and a lot of unhappy customers.

What a friendly staff, we ordered from home delivery, we did not receive half of the order, so we had to go there ourselves, we still received the order and ice cream for free, that's all I can say

Ordered by app: delivered quickly! Spicy McChicken, delicious, although I would like less sauce on it. Also dripping out... all the more annoying that it is now my third experience (also at other branches) that I did not receive napkins with the App order. Otherwise fine.

Personally, I'm not the biggest McDonald's fan, but every now and then I can really enjoy an MC Tasty or Tasty MC Chicken with French fries and the French fries sauce. Today too, served fresh, delicious! The only point was that several tables were not clean..

Very nice, nice employee who is easy to understand in MC Drive, has been working there for 31 years and knows how to deal with customers, smile and the word good evening is a nice example, just like the boy who was in window 2, also good evening and smile, great, keep it up

Came for an ice cream, if there wasn't one, then a milkshake wasn't there. Then just a glass of lemonade, not to drink. Payment was made, but refund was not possible. Too few staff, not understandable, as they speak very limited Dutch.

Even though i see a lot of negative reviews, i had a great experience. Food tasted great, prices are not too high, same as any McDonalds. Didnt have to wait very long for my food. Overall nothing special, but good as any McDonald. Most surely not as bad as most reviews say.

Unfriendly staff, and having to wait far too long for 2 burgers and 1 coffee. More than half an hour.

Unfortunately, I had to go to the doctor's office because allergies were not listened to. Be careful if you go here and you suffer from allergies.

Orders are often incorrect and food is no longer properly warm

Had to wait a long time, staff were arguing... finally got my order... sent it back... got the same one back... still lukewarm... threw it away and left. I will skip this MAC from now on

Were here just after midnight so the restaurant just closed. Then just the drive. Had to wait 45 minutes while there were only 6 cars in front of us. There were also young people throwing bicycles. Felt very unsafe. Sandwich was messy.

Last time the food was cold, service is really not as friendly as they show on advertising! They are really not friendly and react very irritated if you don't understand them😡😡okay milkshake was tasty 😂😂😂

So just our mac flurry is half full, 3 scoops and it's gone and they want to argue and act tough when we just asked why there was so little in it. Then the other manager wanted to make a big mouth. They've gone crazy.

I made an order of 30 euro and I asked for the delivery, in the moment that the food is arrived I saw that inside it was all completely different I didn’t have nothing from my order and I paid like 15/17 euro more because for the things that are here inside I don’t have nothing of mine order. Plus I try to contact them and they don’t even respond at the phone , worst service ever I don’t understand how is possible to don see de different when it was supposed to full the bag. Now I lost money and food.!!!!!

I was there yesterday and for the first time I saw a young girl thoroughly cleaning the entire restaurant inside and out👍. I hope this is a lasting change!

The only point I want to talk about is that the staff should look more happy and smile more. Of course, not everyone can always laugh at work, but it immediately improves the atmosphere. I also said that when I was there. They laughed then, but I immediately felt that I was more welcome there.

I went here to McDrive on 05-05-2024 at 11:15 PM. I had a blonde Dutch lady on the phone. She ordered a coffee, she came to the first window to pay when I was there, she didn't know anything about waiting properly, she reacted strangely, she said go back in. the line we don't have coffee for you, she shouldn't react like that with customers, her woman thought it was rotten

Coffee has not been pleasant lately, much too bitter. Either the coffee machine is not properly adjusted or the beans.

Daily visit always with a smile

I have nothing to complain about the food. I have it delivered, sometimes it arrives hot and sometimes not. Their "heat retention" bag does not insulate well. And they come by bike. So it depends how far you live from the location. I take that into account a bit. HOWEVER, I have April 13th. ordered the same as April 26. and the price differs by 0.50 ect. I don't know if it's home delivery or McD's fault. Just too crazy for words. You cannot increase the amounts in 2 weeks. That's why it gets a 3* from me.

The staff who work here barely speak Dutch and are not very intelligent either.

Too bad the cheese wasn't melted, the hamburger was too cold, but it still tastes great. Hunger makes raw beans sweet. The chocolate shake was nice and creamy and nice and cold.

I did not receive everything from my order that I had ordered especially for my daughter because I was unable to be with her due to illness. I received an apology in the app, but instead of saying that they would still deliver it, I was told that the amount for the missing items would be refunded within a few weeks. I thought this was very bad in itself (I ordered the items for a reason) but it got even worse: the amount she wanted to refund is lower than I paid. What a mess! And a seriously disappointed daughter.

Mess Having to wait almost 25 minutes, home delivery helps most often. The food was all dry (burgers and big mac), even the sandwiches. It's stuffed in a bag, kid, it's gone straight away, I don't even have time to ask for a bag. And yes, of course, when I get out of the car at work, the bag tears fries and chicken nuggets all over the ground. Not to be repeated. ☹
