Been to McDonald's, McDonald's is always delicious, it's a pity that you have to wait so long these days before your order is ready, I thought the times of the past were better, then you could quickly go through the drive and be on your way again quickly. The other side of it is that your food is really warm, so that's nice too.

Extremely long waiting time even though there was nothing going on at all. Waited 17 minutes, 4 were in front of me and then didn't even get everything 😡😡

According to our experience, this is the worst McDonald' in the Netherlands. You have to order in English and you wait half an hour for your order. A disgrace

Filthy toilets, slow service, dirty tables and things out of stock such as straws. I won't be coming here anymore for a while.

It's the 3rd time I arrive home to see that they "forgot" something on my order. Always check the order before you leave guys, they have no standards on this.

While ordering in the drive-thru, there was a lot of chatter in the background. Because the person was chatting, it was not mentioned that I could continue driving. When I arrive at the takeaway counter, I am told that I have to wait 7 minutes for 2 hamburgers because they are made "freshly". In the end the wait was 5 minutes. However, I didn't think the food was fresh as my burgers were lukewarm while I was standing in their parking lot. It is recommended not to go through the drive-thru, but inside. Maybe it will be a bit better then.

Grave atmosphere, 2 order posts were completely destroyed with no note or anything like that. The staff seemed completely lifeless and could easily start working as funeral directors.

Super annoying self ordering system. People take too long, lines are building up in front of them, very unpersonal. Won't go to a McD ever again with this system.

Better not have an ice frappe here. More than half filled with chunks of ice. Food was also cold.

I live nearby and come here often, and every time I am disappointed. Sometimes I have to wait 20 minutes for my order, other times my order is wrong, and 9/10 times it is also cold. This McDonalds is really the bottom of the chain. Pure disappointment, time and time again!

One of the worst McDonald's there is. Ordering is difficult.. waiting time is long.. And often something you ordered is missing. Be very careful at this branch when ordering something.

The guy that prepared our burgers touched every ingredient without gloves, plus one lady that put them in the package touched our food just after Holding a broom. Very low standards of hygiene. Wouldn't suggest it.

19 mins for 3 cheeseburgers. 4 people inside just wandering around and the guy told me they were very busy with 5 orders. Send everyone of them home and find new staff. The white overweight guy in the kitchen of course not using gloves he was telling them that there too many orders and he cant make it 😂 what a joke

I stood here for 50 minutes to get my order but supposedly "nothing" went into the system. €53 euros wasted.

didn’t get my order for more than 40 mins, and the place wasn’t even that crowded, had to tell the staff multiple times, finally got the order, the banana strawberry smoothie made my stomach go bad, and still getting its reflux which disrupted my sleep and motivated me to write this review, service wise I don’t remember any point in the history of my past where I had a service as bad as this. Also most machines for placing the order are broken. One positive is the weirdness of this place and it’s service, it’s so bad it made me laugh hysterically

This place looks like it's war time. The whole building is wrecked and empty, everything is dirty and depressing. For how few customers there were, they still took forever to make a simple order. Will drive a little further next time to go to a different Mac.

Wasn't worthy of McDonald's, it wasn't clean and a lot of unsavory types inside and outside.

Long line at the MC drive at a time that is not dinner time. Our order was delivered to the car that was waiting at the back. We reported to the counter that we had not received our order, but also not the order for the person who had our order. Entire process took more than half an hour. Definitely not fast food.

This McDonald's is part of World of Food in the Venserpolder. It is dark, cold, drafty and poorly lit. Ordering devices do not work and it is downright dirty. Overflowing garbage cans, dirty tables and I don't even know what to say about the toilet. The staff is scarce, highly variable and only moves when directly asked to do something. With the exception of the manager, they don't look fresh and they don't speak Dutch. Unless you are extremely hungry, I would seriously avoid this McDonald's

Wrong order, long wait time and lousy service

Super slow they aren't even fast food with the service they provide. Wait for 30 mins for a single burger and can't handle even the slightest bit of traffic.

Very clean location and a large variety of different foods

Terrible tent. If you think you're going to go through the McDrive quickly, you won't get out again until half an hour later. The lady who took the order was barely audible and spoke almost no Dutch! I had to shout out the order and she still barely understood me. At the counter to pay, there was no hello or anything and again everything she said was not in Dutch. Money was thrust into my hands and the window clattered shut again.

We had to wait 30 minutes for the order. We later ordered 9 more chicken nuggets. After waiting 20 minutes we got 7. When I indicated that I had ordered 9, she looked at me as if I should shut up.

Bestelling niet goed doorgekomen…. Uiteindelijk kosteloos toch de bestelling welke het had moeten zijn gekregen van de “manager”.

Eten was goes wn werd snel geserveerd. De manager houd echt van zijn werk hij is attent en heeft liefde voor mensen en dat straalt hij uit tijdens het werken. Op een hele drukke moment heeft ie mijn zoon van 4 laten zien hoe de soft ijs machine werkt en dat mocht hij dan zelf bedienen voor een kind is dat een hele leuke ervaring en iets wat hij gaat herrineren. Waren er maar meer mensen op deze wereld net als hem. Ik wens hem echt het aller beste. Ik wet zijn naam hellas niet maar ik weet zeker dat die filaal het wel weet over wie ik et heb

15 min op gewone Big Mac gewacht en als nog was die koud..Nooit meer!!! Bah bah..

Ik weet niet wat er tussen een half jaar geleden en nu is gebeurd bij dit filiaal maar de service is hard achteruit gegaan. Er staat nu standaard te weinig personeel in de keuken waardoor het een eeuwigheid duurt voordat je je eten hebt. En dan heb ik het niet alleen over de weekend avonden maar ook doordeweeks in de middag duurt het vaak minstens 20 minuten voordat je je eten hebt, slomer dan Amsterdamse Poort terwijl het daar vaak 3x zo druk is. De prioriteiten van het personeel zijn ook heel scheef. Als er dan drie keer mensen naar je toekomen met dat ze geen bonnetje uit het apparaat hebben en hun bestelnummer niet weten (wat al meerdere keren dat ik er was het geval was), dan ga je dat toch meteen bijvullen in plaats van de grond staan dweilen? Het helpt ook niet dat de klanten hier extra asociaal zijn. Ze hangen met z'n allen over de afhaalbalie waardoor niemand erbij kan, zijn luidruchtig aan het facetimen en zijn respectloos naar het personeel. Ik had een QR-code voor een gratis product maar deze werd wel gescanned maar niet geregistreerd dus dan toch maar moeten betalen voor mijn McFlurry. Helaas was deze al helemaal soep toen ik hem kreeg en waren ze ook nog eens de karamelsaus vergeten. Het personeel is vaak wel vriendelijk (vandaar de 2 sterren en niet 1) maar je kunt duidelijk zien dat ze haast hebben omdat ze gewoon de bestelling op de balie zetten en al weer terug de keuken inlopen zodra ze het nummer hebben omgeroepen. Mijn tip (ik werk niet bij de mac dus heb er niet zoveel verstand van maar toch): zorg dat je wat meer personeel aanwezig hebt en ga wat meer dingen vooruit bakken zodat het alvast klaar is zodra het besteld wordt. Tot die tijd ga ik wel naar de Mac in Amsterdamse Poort

It is a little bit odd how the ordering machines were out of paper for receipts the last two times I came by. When I brought this up to the employee working here, they just brushed it off and told me not to worry, because it'll be all right (I was the only customer at the establishment at the time) but that's not really relevant?? I just want to be sure that the next person does get a receipt?? Food was nice, and aside from the aforementioned incidents the employees are friendly as well The prices are a bit high compared to McDonald's in other countries, and for whatever reason the prices also vary within the Netherlands. I am not sure what the "average" McDonald's price is like in the Netherlands, but I do know that there are other establishments of this chain that are less expensive

De bediening was prima. Alleen waren bepaalde personeelsleden erg luidruchtig. Het leek wel een speeltuin in mijn oren tijdens het eten.

Not the worst mds I went in and I am thankful for that when I ordered one strwab sprinkle ball cake and it never arrived last time but at least the buns on the hamburger were not burned I'm sure it wasn't the worst experience in my food history. I will order no mustard after more time you know

Je wordt niet altijd vriendelijk ontvangen bij de drive in tijdens bedtelling, het lijkt of sommige medewerkers gezin hebben om te werken, bij het ontvangst nemen van je eten zij ze wel vriendelijker.

Un poco lento el servicio, la comida muy bien.

Redelijke vestiging met McCafe en McDrive. Makkelijk parkeren voor de deur. Bestelling duurde vrij lang ondanks dat het rustig was. Er was niemand om koffie te maken.
