Very busy, but still got my food quickly,

Slow af, 30 minutes and no food, is this even fast food? They need 5 people for 1 order and they can’t even speed up the process cuz there’s nothing penalizing them if the order is slow. No wonder they got fights in mcdonalds

Food is always good, ready on time and at least warm. There is always seating available to eat inside. This branch rarely disappoints you

It was very cold in the restaurant today to eat.

One of the nicer McDonald's in my experience. Quieter and neater than most. Toilet available. Also a kids playground

Unfortunately, the service at this McDonald's leaves a lot to be desired. Even though the place was completely full, there was only one employee in the kitchen to prepare all orders. This resulted in extremely long waiting times; i had to wait more than 30 minutes for a simple breakfast. This does not seem well planned, especially at busy times. If you don't have time to wait that long, it's better to consider another location. Hopefully something will be done about this soon as this detracts from the usual experience at McDonalds

Tasty, but products could be warmer

McDonalds is not for me. But the ladies behind the drive-in cash register Jan 3, 2025 were a lovely sweetheart. The only reason I bother to write a review about a McDonald's. Other than that, just what it is; a great fast food restaurant.

Never again this Mac in southeast, order was exchanged with the previous car so we had to wait a very long time for our own order.

Vallah, I thought there was a lot of amazing food at mecci here in Amsterdam. Because of fress flash and stuff. We were mercilessly disappointed. Although I wouldn't have gotten anything other than a Big Mac anyway.

I didn't like it. There are no numbers on the tables. You can only order from the app at the counter. Stone Age. Milkshake is very watered down. They brought zero cola instead of regular cola. Glitches with happy meal ordering.

Order often goes wrong. Then you get the wrong products when you go through the drive.

There is an african women on drivetrhu that is verry disrespectful . Don t go order when it s her i had a very bad experience!!

Food was nice and hot, delivered quickly, good staff, hygiene could use a little more attention

At the Macdrive I clearly communicated several times that I would like shrimps with sweet and sour sauce, before I had even finished talking the demotivated employee started interrupting me with DO YOU WANT COLA? As a result, my order was incomplete and my shrimps were not included. I also received no napkins and the big mac was as dry as old cardboard. If you are not motivated, don't take it out on the customer.

Very bad service. The manager is clearly not stress-resistant as soon as you speak to him about the fact that you have received half of the order. I say start studying again soon! Unfortunately, a professional attitude is hard to find! Customer safety is not guaranteed here.

Disinterested staff, dirty tables, cold food

Ordered stroopwafel McFlurry, but got M&M with peanuts Mcflurry instead. Didn't have the chance to check it before driving home. Luckily I'm not allergic. But still I didn't order M&M McFlurry, so that's just bad service.

We left here because we don't participate in paying €30 for 2 Big Mac menus. What fools there with those prices.

It is super busy, which makes it quite difficult for them to adjust orders slightly (no onion and lettuce). In the end, it turns out that that is the case.... Quite difficult to understand at the pole, and I think the volume is too low, or you need to talk a little louder. Anyway, with a drive of about 1 hour and 45 minutes, we wanted to eat something.

Suffered from food poisoning. When you go to the toilet it is completely covered in shit anyway so you don't have to poop, and if you still want to clean the entire toilet brush is covered in shit. Very unsanitary.

Tried ordering using the screen, scanned all app deals but turned out the payment machine didn't work. When I went to the counter to pay, I waited 5 minutes before I walked forward to address someone politely. Instead of sending someone to the counter, I was told that they wanted to process all orders first. Top service, there is always something wrong with this mac. On top of all, every table was dirty and a lot of order screens either had no paper, or a broken payment device!

yes, having waited a disturbing 20 minutes for my big mac, I was still waiting for my juicy burger, when it finally appeared there was a young gentleman named Dwayne who quickly put Sjaakie on my table, well I personally find that unacceptable #notdone #FreeMe #DwayneOut

Just an excellent experience as you would expect at MacDonalds. Better choose this branch than the one on Bijlmerplein a little further away.

Food is the same everywhere so not much can be said about it. Wrong food delivered to table, employee doesn't say a word. Can't speak Dutch or English either.

What you can expect. Better then the Mc Drive on the A6 to Almere.

We usually order drive through from here if we arrive Amsterdam quite late and not feel like to cook. There are always several cars ahead of us and it seems not quiet when we order from there. The service of staffs depends on who assist you. Some of them are very nice but some of them made us feel like hard to enjoy the meal. The atmosphere and surroundings of this branch are quite nice.

The staff are incredible, the place is spacious but there is a lady around 60 years old, I believe she is the team leader. This lady is rude, we were a group with 1 child and 3 babies. After we had eaten I went to the toilet to change the baby's diaper and take a 6 year old child who was distressed to the toilet, I saw that they were all blocked, I kindly asked the lady if it could be opened and I explained the situation, she gave me an explanation ridiculous. all the toilets were broken, everything inside the toilet spilled out, the floor was full of feces and water, although the toilet door couldn't feel anything, couldn't smell anything and couldn't see a single drop of water. I explained to her again that I needed to change the baby's diaper and the child was distressed, and she simply told me that she wasn't going to open it. I always went to Macdonalds and paid for using the toilette, this was the first one that doesn't ask to pay but also doesn't let you use the toilette, if that were the case it would be better to ask to pay. I emphasize again, this lady is very rude and stupid

Pay for 4 sauce but get nothing, get different drinks than you ordered. It's not that difficult, is it?

One of the best meals ever at McDonalds. Being able to order everything easily via the kiosk, ready quickly, everything hot and really tasty.

Great employees! Our car broke down in the McDrive and they offered to help us and got our car running by pushing etc! Really really great employees!

Food came very quickly, we didn't even have to wait five minutes and the fries were already hot, the rest of the food was very tasty, enough space to park, it was very clean, the toilets were very clean.

Clean and, by the looks of it, recently refurbished interior. Plenty of columns with touch screens where you can place your order. For those without the possibility of using those screens there is also a regular face to face register where you can place your order. Enough room to sit inside or outside if you please to do so. Parking is large enough. Only downside is the row for the drive-thru. It is a very busy/popular spot so you will have to wait a bit before you can place your order when using the drive-thru. Ordered a classic McChicken, a cheeseburger and medium Lipton ice tea. Both burgers were just the way I wanted them: ready to eat without them being too cooled off. Excellent!

Generally quite friendly staff, but there is one lady who really ruins everything. I spoke to the management about this and I was told that it is impossible to explain to her what exactly she is doing wrong because she is irreplaceable due to lack of enthusiasm to work at McDonald's. So it is better to have staff than not to have staff. So if you're here, be prepared for an arrogant lady who thinks you'll starve if she doesn't help you. I would like to give the management a tip that they can be a little more in the foreground so that they know what is happening. My advice for this branch..... Please be kind to people. It's really important that you respect each other. This way you make life much easier for others, but also for yourself.

Food expensive and cold, everywhere it says that they have reusable cups, but your soft drink is simply in a disposable cup where you have to pay a 0.20 cent plastic surcharge and that for such a large company. Nice job.

Clean, fast service and everything was right from the grill to my tray, some locations can still learn a lot from that. Update: Still very good, but the quarte pounder could use a little more salt and pepper. No score for atmosphere due to McDrive.

Coffee with apple pie... Coffee was delicious, a bit bitter/sour. Apple pie was okay. Different tables in different configurations, which is a bit different from what you are used to from other locations. Also neatly clean. Lots of parking spaces, where you can only park for a maximum of one hour.

Nice MC. The food was hot and fresh. That is sometimes different at other MC Donald locations.

Worst managed McDonalds in Amsterdam. Food worthless, burger patties rotting in the warming containers for hours. Everything is as cold and hard as a stone and the way the citizens are dressed makes them want to whine. The staff never feels like it, and in the mcdrive you are greeted with: yes or say so. Replace all staff or replace management. For years it has been the worst McDonald's where you can ever pick up food.

Disgusting, they serve old bread, old meat, nothing is fresh. I don't know if it's normal in the Netherlands but that McDonalds was the most disgusting one I've ever had.

Overall a great McD, not at night this time. Ordering was an internal issue, which meant that there was a queue in front of the drive without explanation. The somewhat dressed up and cheerful people with the necessary drinks in front of the entrance did not create the desired, but rather tense atmosphere.

Staff was very unfriendly, food remains very tasty, therefore no 1 star Trash bins on the street away from the Mac have been removed.

VEGETARIANS BEWARE!!!Ordered at 19:05 and didn’t get my order until at 19:50. My number was on the board and after 30 minutes it just disappeared! I eventually spoke to a worker who was able to jumpstart my order. There were plenty of drinks lined up waiting for the rest of the order, and mine was not one of them…as I saw order numbers 40 orders after mine, I realized that somehow my order had been forgotten. I understand that it was rush hour, but it was clearly a case of forgetting my order, which I don’t understand. Not to mention, whenever I come here they ALWAYS give me meat instead of my vegetarian order!

One of the best McDonald's. What makes this McDonald's different is the hygiene. There are staff constantly walking around cleaning the tables and sweeping the floor. Service is also top notch. Kids are sometimes even offered free ice cream.

Smooth service in a neat MC Donald, just take a moment to see what you get, pay for a recycling cup but still get a disposable one. Nicely decorated, not standard McDonalds. Very open kitchen.

What disinterested employees. Service poor; no napkins, tables dirty, rubbish on the floor. A coin can be ordered. After 15 minutes we asked where he was staying. “We don't deliver” after waiting 10 minutes I can get a refund. 😞

Great place to grab a tasty bite after a visit to the local IKEA

As a former McDonald addict, I thought I would treat myself to a cup of coffee while I was moving. As of January 7, 2012, I no longer eat at this chain, but I do have a cup of coffee regularly. To my great surprise, the coffee - besides being very pricey - was even worse than the coffee at work. I have no idea if I was just very unlucky, but years ago the coffee could almost be called Spanish coffee. In addition, I couldn't say that the atmosphere was very pleasant with all those self-order kiosks and the staff I encountered did not seem very customer friendly either.

We got the wrong order of 2 cheeseburgers instead of 1 and 1 chili chicken. The atmosphere and service are so-so, and the food simply feels chemistry.

I just made an order from take away from this object and food was swimming in sprite cause they didnt put a lit on a cup....McWrap was made like some refugee from ethiopia made it.Fries were soaked but were hard...Not cooked...this is very embarassing from McDonalds to be unprofessional...

Why you put so much ice into shakes ijscoffies and drinks? I was here year ago nothing changed. Fries were not hot, sandwitch was ok. But year ago dry as hell. This place has loot of space to improve. Place is good, atmosphere ok, service forgetting paper napkins, but food can be better prepared

Was treated so terribly unfriendly and rude by an employee. Complained to the manager who then stood up for the employee and, in my opinion, flat out lied that it was her first day at work.
