Place was clean and staff were friendly, Gabrielle was amazing, couldn't rate them enough. Food was fantastic, glad we came in and ate.

Rudest waitress ever. No talking, no smile, no eye contact. Beer super warm. Not really a smash burger but still tasty. Too many other choices to deal with this.

The food was okay overall, but not so good that I'd eat there again. The "salad" on the plate was inedible. The burger was alright, and you can't really go wrong with fries anyway. Unfortunately, the service was very poor. The server chatted while we ordered, but the drinks and food arrived silently; there wasn't even a "Bon appétit," and the plates were left untouched after we finished eating.

I really recommend this restaurant, if you were hungry it is the ideal place to be very full. I ordered the Half Chicken and it was excellent, well spliced and a good amount with fries and salad. The tables are clean and the Restaurant too, the staff are polite, respectful and really welcoming expecially Gabriel.

I’m actually glad we stayed since a worker insisted. The food is really good, the meat is more delicious than McDonald’s! Gabriel is a pretty nice worker ^^ If I ever happen to visit the Netherlands again, I’ll come here for sure :D

Unfortunately, our visit was disappointing. We ordered four drinks, but only received three. Despite asking several times, we waited a full 15 minutes for the missing drink. Each time, we were simply told it would arrive shortly. The entire ordering process seemed chaotic and disorganized. Anyone expecting reliable and attentive service should look elsewhere. The food was tasty, but we will definitely never be back!

This burger place is somewhere between bad and worse, starting with the rude waiter who refused to serve us even a simple glass of water after we'd ordered five drinks from the menu. The food is basic, the kind you'd find in a dive bar in an industrial park in Spain. I understand that Amsterdam might rave about it, but it's mediocre. The place is dirty inside, with questionable hygiene.

Terrible!!! We ate there yesterday and it was a complete nightmare…. Everything seems normal when you arrive at the restaurant, even though the tables weren't cleared and the staff weren't exactly welcoming. Anyway, we sat outside and a man came to take our order, still not very warmly, but whatever. We couldn't get tap water and were practically forced to buy bottled water because the waiter hadn't understood that we wanted a carafe of water. He claimed he'd already put our bottled water on the bill (which we hadn't asked for) and that he couldn't remove it (a blatant lie, I might add). The burger was passable, but the price was outrageous for what it was. To top off this truly awful meal, when the bill arrived, we realized they'd put dishes on it that we hadn't ordered!! It's unacceptable! I strongly advise against going there.

The food is decent. The location is ideal. The wait time is average without being excessive. The value for money is standard. The only downside is the truly mediocre service. No smiles, a greeting that had to be sought out, no rudeness, but a cold welcome.

We enjoyed 2 meals at Burger House during our 3 day stay in Amsterdam. We had the smashed burgers, fish and chips and chicken schnitzel. All the food was very good. It was served hot, with very little wait time. The service was great and the food was reasonably priced!
