Friendly staff and good service!

The burgers and fries are delicious. Excellent value for money. The atmosphere inside and the servers are very pleasant. I highly recommend it!

Burger joint (there are others from the same chain in the city) with several options to choose from. We tried the Manchego and Mokum burgers, which we liked because they tasted quite "homemade," and they came with fries topped with Parmesan cheese and truffle mayonnaise. The atmosphere was a bit impersonal, but the service was friendly.

Terrible burgers, I was sick all night. The waitress was completely unprofessional and uninterested. Don't go there.

We ordered one cheeseburger and one Mokum cheeseburger, both supposed to come with no vegetables. Instead, they brought the cheeseburger with salad, tomato, and onion, and the second one with even more vegetables. When we asked for clarification, they told us this was normal and that vegetables are always included, even though this is not stated anywhere on the menu. When we insisted,because my partner has an allergy, they took the plate away without even saying sorry and threw it out. When they finally remade it, they brought the new one and said, “Is this what you want?” The service was very poor and put us in a really uncomfortable situation. We don’t like to complain (which is why I ate mine even though it was wrong), but this experience was unforgettable for all the wrong reasons.

The food was delicious, truly excellent, but way too expensive for what you get. The burger doesn’t even come with fries included, which was disappointing. I ordered the one that was recommended, and although it tasted great, the price felt too high for the portion

I ordered the "Cheese Deluxe," a very good burger with a great sauce and a medium level of spice. The menu had a wide variety of interesting burgers to try. The staff was super friendly; I even went on Sintenmaarten and the staff were handing out candy to the kids who came in singing.

Really liked eating here. The fries are amazing but a bit heavy (I would suggest to share them first) and you could tell the ingredients are fresh. Only side note: the hamburger has oregan in it and it might annoy you after a while.

WOW! To put it plain and simple, my expectations were blown away. We chose this joint, because it was on our way back to the hotel, and needed to use restroom. The burgers had lots of flavor, even when ordering the simple cheese burger with minimal toppings. Also got a banana shake, which was solid! Would recommend here over other spots that claim to have the best burger in town.

The burgers were delicious. We paid €20 for a burger and fries as part of the meal. That's actually acceptable for Amsterdam. The water, on the other hand, is extremely expensive. The staff speaks good English. Unfortunately, they didn't bring us napkins or cutlery. We only realized that such a thing even existed when we went to the restroom. The table wasn't cleaned properly either. The restrooms were also dirty and not very clean.

On our trip to Amsterdam, we discovered this burger joint quite by chance. And went straight in. The menu wasn't too full, but there was a good selection. The staff was friendly and accommodating. And the food was really good. The space isn't very busy, so the place can fill up quickly. There's some outdoor seating in front of the restaurant. Definitely a recommendation. We'd love to come back when we're in Amsterdam. Keep up the good work.

I have tried MOKUM burger on the menu. Best burger I have ever had. Great service. Price is reasonable and relatively cheap for such service and food.

The cocktails exceeded my expectations! Reasonably priced and tasted great. The burger is fairly average. Not bad, but not anything special. Nice mix / ratio of fresh salad, sauce versus beef / bun. I enjoyed the outdoor seating area. Nice sun spot to soak up the atmosphere on a summer evening.

The burgers were quite tasty, no complaints there, but they don’t accept cash. I wanted to pay with cash, but they said they had no change, so it wasn’t possible. I asked what would happen if I didn’t have a card — they said they'd “try to figure something out.” Well, then figure it out. Anyway, I paid by card and left. If you don’t have a credit card, don’t come here.

La propina del cliente no hizo que el local fuera particularmente acogedor o cómodo, pero comen hamburguesas aquí. La hamburguesa estaba pálida. El bollo o lo que fuera no era especial. El filete tenía sabor y grasa. Sabroso. La mejor parte del plato fue el buen baño y las papas fritas parmesanas. El nivel de precios era bastante alto y el tamaño de la porción era bastante pequeño. El servicio fue amable.

Hadn't been here in years, so i was curious to seen if they're still as good as i thought it was; it is. An added bonus is that they now also serve cocktails.

The ingredients were fresh, the bun was soft, and the patty was juicy and flavorful. The staff was also super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

Ordered a mini burger, got a large burger. Ordered drinks and the man asked if we wanted something to drink. The burger wasn't really special or very tasty or anything. I thought it was expensive for what it was. When we had finished eating, they asked if we wanted to pay and I said no, not yet, later and they immediately came with the bill. Of the 5 things we ordered, 1 thing was immediately understood. I also thought it was unnecessarily expensive.

I have been coming here with my colleagues for about 5 years, but today we really had top service from Daniel. Super professional and friendly and immediately asked if everything was okay and if we wanted to order anything! Thanks Daniel, we had a delicious meal with great service!

Amazing burger, usually it’s difficult to find a good place especially in a touristic place like Amsterdam center. I’m so glad we tried this restaurant out as their burger (both the mokum cheese burger and the manchengo compote special) were amazing! Simple and tasty, definitely recommend it💯💯

Apart from meat it was bad, cold; herbal sauce is disgusting. Don’t take fries, they come with skin… Price not corresponds with quality at all. Music is loud; interior is mediocre. Had to wait for 20 minutes for some bs. Even mcdonalds is better and cheaper. Beer is only 0.3 for 5.5+ euros.

Las hamburguesas aquí son increíbles. No tus hamburguesas aplastadas como en cualquier otro lugar parece alardear. Pero hamburguesas normales. Caliente.
