I paid €5.90 for a large Twister fries bag. But the bag I received was extremely small. The staff showed no interest whatsoever and were downright rude; they just left me standing. After having to ask several times what size a small/medium bag was, I was given a sample size bag that was exactly the same size, only with a different print. I feel ripped off. I finally got my money back, but with a lot of effort. They snatched the bag of food from me, and instead of refunding the difference, I got the whole thing back. So there you are, sitting on the train with an empty stomach. I should have read the other reviews. Then I would have seen that I wasn't the only one with such bad experiences. It seems Burger King isn't doing anything to improve things. Never again Burger King for me.

I've seen some comments about food poisoning. I wish I would have read it before. It was really bad. Me and my wife had a connecting flight and it was late so we were out of options. I would recommend to eat anywhere else 🙏 and save yourself from trouble of bad stomach. Never ever burger King.

I've never had a good meal here. Expensive, busy, unpleasant staff and lousy food. When you order food to eat in, it comes in a take away bag with the fries strewn all over the inside of the bag. The burgers are usually cold and not stacked properly (read thrown in). There are better places in Schipol than this. Save your money and rather try one of them instead.

I don't usually write bad Google reviews, but I have to vent a little – this was the worst fast-food experience of my life. I was hungry during my layover, so my (no longer) tried-and-true choice was, of course, Burger King. I joined the queue at the self-service kiosks, where I got through fairly quickly, only to discover that no matter what combination I selected, an error message appeared. At that point, I should have just left, but I was still too optimistic, so I asked for help at the front counter. A cursing employee came over, encountered the same error as me, and finally took my order manually. Up to this point, I was still pretty relaxed – after all, my boarding wasn't for another 40 minutes. When I saw the large screen displaying the order numbers, I was perplexed – it looked like a lot of orders. But there was also a lot of movement. What I didn't realize at the time was that there were far more orders than what was displayed on the screen. So I stood there and waited. And I waited, and waited. After 20 minutes, I started to get restless; my number had first appeared at the top of the screen and then disappeared. No improvement in sight. After another 12 minutes, I threw caution to the wind and announced that boarding would begin in 3 minutes. The employee asked for my number and seemed as if he had actually missed it, because he reached for a bag that was already there. He quickly glanced at the order slip and handed me my drink. I grabbed it quickly and started running. The sprint to the gate was the final straw and almost completely killed my appetite for my cold burger. On the plane, I awkwardly pulled the order out of my bag—now I was the one polluting the entire plane with my food. I opened the bag and saw—half of my order had been forgotten. I want to offend you, but then this wouldn't be a serious review, so I'm giving it 0 stars in spirit.

This Burger King used to be great! But these days it's absolutely terrible! No children's menus??? Seriously? Everything just thrown in a bag because we don't have trays???? And not to mention the price, it's a scam! We spent over 52 euros! But we had to go back to the counter twice... once because they forgot something and once because the burgers were cold! When I asked why they don't have children's menus, they said it would be too much work! And then the food... that you've deteriorated so much is truly unacceptable; you could see right through the meat!!!

Not the most pleasant place to order as far as a BK goes. Two people in front of me questioning their order, one ordered a large coffee ,paid for a large then got handed the same size as the others. I tried to get 1 x sugar and milk .. got a tub of syrup and sachet of creamer .. no interest in trying to help , played the not speaking English card , but even when a Thai tried to explain they just walked away. Not interested in the slightest.. on the plus the breakfast wrap was nice.

This star is already too many. I also agree with the previous reviews. We stopped for the kids. The Fuze tea was gone, so we got Lipton iced tea with fizz. I think we should let them know if we even want that, since it's for a child. There was a woman there, completely unpretentious. She was yelling and yelling at the counter. She'd forgotten our Fanta. So we didn't get enough straws. I asked for a straw, and she made a fuss because they always put them in the bag. "Yeah, girl!" When the Fanta was ready with the rest of the drinks, I had enough straws. I was shocked by the large fries. So little for so much money. We'll skip this chain.

If you're traveling to another location, skip this Burger King. The food was fine, but the service is incredibly bad. At the self-service counter, you can only order large value menus. If you want a medium menu, you can only order it at the cash register, and you only accept cash there, even though there's a debit card machine right next to the counter. The staff isn't friendly, and if you order from there, you don't get it on a tray; you have to eat it out of a bag. Absolutely awful.

About what you can expect from a fast food restaurant at a busy airport next to the underground train station. Food is okay and service pretty fast, but prices are outrageous, they charge extra for pretty much everything, including 10 cents for the soda cup, like what in the?! Menu is also a bit limited. Not a good place to go. I bought a large curly fries and expected that would be enough. There were so few in them that a snail would need a second helping. The marketing for large fries is poor because the bag is the same size as a small portion of fries at McDonald's, and the curly fries bag wasn't even completely full. Not only that, but it was also very expensive. Drinks were also expensive; a large cup of cola was €4.50, which isn't bad, but the cup itself cost a euro more. It was also the only option, so you had to pay a euro more just for a cup. It said it was a deposit. I don't even know if you could pick up your deposit, because there wasn't a clear point to collect it, and it didn't seem like the people shouting out the numbers could help you, or even wanted to.

Great restaurant at Schiphol! Staff is super friendly and you almost always have a seat. They give you your food in a bag instead of on a tray because of the crowds sometimes, but that is sometimes easier. You order via an order column and then your food is prepared and you can eat quickly! The food is expensive, but that is to be expected at Schiphol. Seats are cleaned well and you can charge your phone at a number of tables. Please note: Only the sockets do not work, USB ports! I will return here more often!

Most disappointing milkshake ever. It should taste like cookies, but instead you get mediocre tasting vanilla ice cream that is hard to suck through a straw. On top of that they put a few cookie crumbs. That's how I can say that I have all kinds of milkshakes. Just put some vanilla ice cream with little flavor in a bowl and sprinkle some crumbs of the so-called flavor on top. I don't understand how a chain can exist for so long, and then offer such a bad product. No one who expects a cookie milkshake is happy with this. And then they charge €5 for it.

Now I had to search for a tasteless piece of "who knows what was in between".. When drinking you have to take a mandatory recycle cup for which you pay a euro.. I couldn't find out how I could get that euro back, I don't think anyone there spoke Dutch, and when I asked how I could exchange that cup I didn't get an answer.. Apparently you can also lose it because one of the employees just steals that cup from under your nose... An experience to quickly forget...

The black woman who is responsible for cleaning the table is really funny and cute. She has gift at judging people from their appearance or their order. If u’ve order several times before but ur table was been cleaned, feeling tired and almost sleep, this cute woman would friendly remind u not to miss the flight by hitting table very very loudly. My throat is a bit dried out every other minute, I feel super heavy and warm. I also called the BK but was not answered. Unfortunately I couldn't give 0 stars. Scandalous. They don't even use the screens to show the orders. They just shout it like it's the bazaar. I've been coming here for years and years with no improvements, I'm just about done with it. Wow, what kind of place is this. Food is prepared en masse, which I don't mind since there are many customers and they are prepared. But I don't know if there are people here spitting in your food or people working here who are sick in general. Every time I come here I am disappointed by the qualities. I just want to make other customers aware: nowadays if you buy a drink, you pay DEPOSIT for the reusable plastic cup, 1 euro each. When you bring back the empty cups after meal, THEY SHOULD REFUND YOU that deposit. But of course they will not tell you, and even if you bring them the cup they pretend nothing was gonna happen UNLESS YOU ASK EXPLICITLY for the refund, they will refund you but with a face as if you are taking their money.... It's so LOW how BK earn extra from the customers like this, FOOLING them because they don't all know the deposit rules! CUSTOMERS REMEMBER TO CLAIM YOUR MONEY BACK from the cups!!
