We stood waiting for five minutes while the three people working continued in an obvious non-work related conversation. Burgers came out super fast and looked great but as soon as we dug in they were extremely uncooked inside. Truffle fries came without truffle. This place is expensive, uncharming and a total waste of money and time.

This was my first time here, and I haven't had a better burger in the Netherlands! I don't understand these negative reviews; in my opinion, they're written by people who have no idea what they're talking about. The service was very friendly, the meat and burgers were the best; I haven't had better ones in the Netherlands. Thank you so much for the pleasant conversation. One of the staff members showed me the meat and was very nice. I recommend it to anyone in the area. I'll definitely be back!

The restaurant looks amazing from the outside, unfortunate I had a bad experience, food arrived late and not as I asked for. Unfriendly staff, with zero care of clients. Never again!

There was a long wait. For starters, we had chicken tenders and cheesesticks, which were very tasty. The burger was okay, but some ingredients were missing. Upon request, they made us a new one. The salad, however, tasted a little lacking, which disappointed me. Unfortunately, the value for money wasn't up to scratch. We liked the restaurant itself, and the service was very friendly.

We sat inside and placed our order. There were only 3–4 other tables occupied, so the restaurant was about 70% empty. After waiting for 40 minutes, the waiter came over to inform us that they had lost our order. She didn’t seem to care much, even though she said she was sorry

Very disappointing service. We waited 10 minutes before anyone took our order, and then another 30 minutes for the food. After that, the waitress came and told us she had lost our order. The place wasn’t even busy, so there was really no excuse.

The best burgers of the neighbourhood, a good selection of beers, the patty is always juicy and everybody is super friendly, a must if you are at the outkets

In contrary to most of the reviews, we had a great time here - food was delicious, service was friendly and fast and overall atmosphere was great (we came past brunch hours and yet we still managed to order from their brunch menu). A great place to have some food in between of shopping

For two people, the standard menu and drinks cost €52. I expect a very tasty meal for that, but it's certainly not more than normal.

Really good service and friendly staff. I was expecting something delicious, like at Burger Federation in Utrecht. But the Amsterdam burger just didn’t taste good. The mix of ingredients didn’t come together, and the bottom bun fell apart from the sauce.

I work at the Style Outlet. This was my first time eating here. It was supposed to be medium-cooked, but it was completely raw. I then had to throw up during my break and ended up being sick when I picked it up and went home. I pointed out that the burger was raw, and all I got was a "sorry, man." I wouldn't recommend eating here to anyone, and if you're ever visiting the Style Outlet, choose the snack bar!

Grilled on the outside and raw on the inside. Apparently, the menu says this is the standard burger. I find it odd that the staff doesn't ask how you want it. I mentioned it to a woman who apparently doesn't like her job, and she wasn't having any of it. One thing's for sure: I'll never eat here again.

The burger was well-cooked. The beer was good. The burger bun had a strange flavor. The fries were good. The service was friendly, and it was quiet.

The service was really poor. Waiting time was long.The staff couldn’t take orders correctly. Plus, a bunch of items on the menu weren’t even available, and every time we tried to order something, they just said, “Oh, we don’t have that,” or “We’re out of this.” Usually i don’t write any bad reviews but this time i had to.

The chicken was a bit overcooked. It's lovely sitting on the terrace in the sun. Otherwise, the service was excellent.

The service is poor and the food is not good. Orders arrive all mixed up, with no care or organization, and you don’t even know which dish is whose. The staff is unprofessional and the attention is bad. Hygiene is also a big issue — some workers handle food without gloves and even adjust their underwear with the same hands they use to serve your plate. For anyone thinking about eating here, I strongly recommend reading the reviews and taking them seriously — everything negative written is true. I do not recommend this place. If you have no other option, eat here at your own risk. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Used to come fairly frequently. Never coming back after the treatment received by an extremely rude lady with short gray-ish hair. They evidently have consistent service issues as other reviews show. Please, check the ability of the people you hire to be in customer services roles. This lady is clearly not up to the task.

The service quality is terrible. The employees are wandering around. We waited at least 45 minutes for the burgers. We added Frue tea. We reminded them 15 minutes later where it was. I will not eat here again. The service is terrible

There were spiders. They asked us how to deal with them. They cut corners on the food they replaced. Don't come here. The service was also indifferent.

Hot wings were 10/10 no doubt but Chocolate milkshake was not cold. All the server seems to be in hurry and couldn’t get the clear information. Tables around us were not clean for longer time .

The food is fine. Unfortunately I have to agree with many other reviewers regarding speed. First order was left on the counter for 10 minutes. I walked over and took it to the table myself (of course after checking with the kitchen that it was for our table). Too late, already cold. Friendly staff, not to mention, offered to make it again. Very nice but a waste of good food. Second time took >20 minutes again, but was warmer. It all tastes good, but it takes too long. I come to shop, and don't want to waste an hour and a half on a bite to eat and a drink. A waste.

The food was fine this time, last time everyone had a stomach ache but we thought let's do it again, but this time the service was worthless. first they do the drinks wrong 😂 that continued then you still forget 2 drinks then the food comes and they forget a burger and the fryer is already off so they can't give you fries with it really WORTHLESS!! besides all the negative things the burgers were still nice and warm and looked nice

Very bad experience. I have a gluten intolerance and asked for this. I could eat every burger with a gluten-free bun. The fries were not possible. I order a gluten-free burger without cheese, I then get it with cheese and fries. I say something about this, then they say: right, the fries are not gluten-free. But I do not get another plate with food that is completely gluten-free. Very bad. Because of this I got complaints about the food, I still suffer from this all week. Thanks but no way. The others had ordered regular burgers and the buns were even drier and tougher than the gluten-free bun. I did not find the service customer-friendly. It was curt and fast / rushed instead of friendly. For 3 people we spent 70 euros for 3 burgers and drinks. Ridiculously expensive for the quality of the food!

Ordered a milkshake, got a glass of milk and the manager Kemal says it's our recipe. The milkshake was barely cold.

Had a lovely meal this afternoon. They were very helpful and the food was served quickly.

The burger was amazing, fresh, juice and tasty. The attendants were super kind and friendly. Clean and comfy atmosphere.

Not long ago we had a delicious meal here, we were the only ones here at the time. Burger cooked to perfection, delicious milkshake that left you wanting more! Really great. Now we thought we would definitely eat here again, this time a bit busier. Milkshake was very thin and had a light taste, I walked to the kitchen and actually got into half a discussion about how this should be the case, in the end I got a new one that was just a little thicker. After a while we got the burger, cutlery was not on the table and we had to ask for it and put it down. Burger was very well done and dry in taste, bacon was tasteless. My girlfriend had a burger with an egg, which tasted very special. So not nice. I quickly ate it and then paid, not even wondering if it was tasty or something else. Because we had complained about the milkshake once before. You pay a price here, especially for service and location, the product can be good, we have certainly experienced that, but that is only when it is quiet.

Totally disinterested staff who absolutely do not know what to do in the catering industry. Outrageous prices for a mini portion of sweet potato fries. In short: too bad to even give 1 star.

A disaster of a site. It took 45 minutes to serve me the food, which is a regular to bad burger. Raw sweet potatoes. They have no idea about hospitality. On top of that expensive. Better stay without eating than come here

We didn't like it very much because it wasn't medium-rare meat. The atmosphere is very clean and we would like to thank our friends who contributed so much.

Food is horrible and they know it all they can do is offer 20% off , tipping is kind of obligatory . The one they call manager is the worst of them

Bad service, very slow: for a Cesar slad, we waited half an hour. We found dirty cutlery and water, a 33cl bottle, €3.50: madness!!!!!

The service was friendly, but the experience was disappointing. We had to wait a very long time for our food, even though it was not busy. In addition, we sat at the bar overlooking an unkempt and unsanitary place. If this is a reflection of how hygiene and food safety are handled, then unfortunately we will not be back next time. Hopefully something will be done about this soon.

To begin with, 10 minutes of waiting to receive the cards even though the restaurant was by far not full! It was 3:40 p.m.!! 40 min to receive an almost cold and tasteless burger! My friend, who eats gluten-free, made it clear to the waiter her intolerances and she received a Caesar salad with breaded chicken... and they wanted to charge us for the salad that she couldn't eat and which she had to send back to the kitchen! Just scandalous incompetent staff and underwater to avoid!!!! One of the worst burgers in the Amsterdam region....

Never experienced this bad service we waited for 1hr and our order did not come. And when we asked the lady said we are preparing, it was purely racism or they forgot to place the order at the desk, we don't know. People who came after us were getting the order. . Super pathetic experience.

Had to wait more than 50 minutes for our order. Saw several people leave the business because it took too long, angry people who wanted a discount for waiting or because the food was not good. My burger was supposed to be medium, but was lukewarm and completely dried out. You could easily squeeze the fat out of the fries and they were also lukewarm. My wife's cheese had not melted and when she got it back it had become a hard slice of cheese (microwave?). Very unpleasant experience, and they will not see us again. We did receive a discount and a drink on the house as compensation, but this was completely unnecessary, because it was not even full yet.

There were 3 tables sitting outside literally and yet they managed to confuse orders and serve cold, missing and multiple burgers to each table :) We were two persons, they brought 3 (one hour almost between one and the other two) and they asked us to pay 3 burgers at the end for their mistake. Not sure how long this shop will survive..

I came to this place to eat a good hamburger. The black waiter, after taking my order, he didn't serve me even after 20 minutes! While they had a very, very good laugh with the kitchen guy. Otherwise the burgers are overpriced!!!

The only good thing about the burger is the minced meat, the only thing over which the inept staff has no influence. While you look into the open kitchen and see the chefs move so slowly that you lose your own energy, orders are being served incorrectly left and right and people are walking out of the tent angrily. When, after what feels like an eternity, you are presented with your own order, it is also the wrong way around because the waitress has no idea what she is holding. After a disappointing meal, you are asked for a tip at checkout, what do you think? All in all, the experience was as sad as the pace at which the chefs move. Definitely not recommended.

Really good burgers for the Netherlands. The fries are also great. Sadly no gluten free. There is a nice outdoor seating area. They were quite understaffed but handling it well. The manager Vanity was really helpful and even helped with my Dutch language pronunciation!

I have been here a few times, the Austrian crunchy chicken burger is my favorite, but today the service was quite bad, the fries were very cold we asked for straws and they forgot totally.

Overpriced for the quality of the burger, it took way to long for th food to come to the table, friendly staff though, there lots of blender noise and banging coming out of th kitchen the whole time that is not very relaxing to enjoy your food.

I ordered the double amsterdam burger and it was delicious. I also took parmesan potatoes, but I didn't like them (that's why 4 points). And washed it all down with cola. It cost me 27.5€. It's expensive, but the burger is really tasty

The place was empty when we entered,the service and the waiters were very friendly, the food taste was really great ,the ceaser salad was awesome, I ordered a chicken burger, beef burger and fries, with a soft drink, all the food was great . Strange thing is that they serve only sandwiches, no stake or anything, but the taste is very good ,I recommend this place . Special thanks to ameer and his sisters for their service.

Ordered 3 items, of which only 1 was still hot, the sweet potato fries. As you can see in the photo, the cheddar slices still have their own shape with the Nachos, and it was really no longer warm. The chicken had also cooled down... Too bad, but we won't be back

We eat, today and my hamburger was the worst hamburger then I eat. I order well done, can very dry and completely black!! Order another one, but black but very dry. Terrible!!!!!!!

Despite the bad reviews that you may read here, my experience was the opposite, great food, great service and it was fast, I didn’t had to wait much.

Took a long time (even drinking) and at first we didn't get any cutlery. The burger was half raw (declared to be medium) and the fries with parmesan and truffle mayo had no truffle mayo and the parmesan were just cheap flakes. Vegan cheese was not melted. It's cool that the soda comes from a hose and there was a stamp on my bread. Open kitchen was nice, but it showed how slowly they worked.

Service was slow despite only two tables when we were there. Burgers were awesome as well as the shake! One of the best sweet potato fries I've had by far! Pick over the usual potatoes!

I always get fantastic help here. The waitress is always super customer friendly. Was warmly welcomed. The cook is also a great guest. Always up for a nice chat when it's not busy. He once again prepared my food deliciously with love. The only downside is that I think the manager, sweating behind his laptop, 7 out of 10 times very grumpy, keeps a close eye on all the employees. I don't like it. For the rest, really great service!

Very annoying that after waiting 20 minutes (it was not busy) you are not helped while the waitresses just walk past you and then stand at the bar and chat with each other. Finally I got up and asked for the menu. Taking orders also takes a very long time. I had to ask again if I could place my order. Food was mediocre, lukewarm and rock hard fries. Also very expensive. I'll never come back here again. A waste of my money and time!

Good food! Tasteful & quality burger... The only "bad" point is the slow service.

Bad experience, almost everything did not go as it should. I had to ask for order taking, ultimately had to wait 45 minutes for the burgers, asked twice for drinks that we had ordered, eventually got them after the burgers had been delivered. And the strangest thing was that behind us a couple who were known to the staff took a seat, they received drinks, starters and burgers in 15 minutes... So good service can only be made friends first..

2/3 portion of sweet potato fries was burned.. how can you serve this? 😂 and why is there a waitress with acrylic nails (some of them fallen off) and wearing her hair loose 😷

We were 8 people, great service, delicious burgers! We were happy about the vegan options!

We could not dine in as the waitress wanted us to sit at a very cramped area, although it was all empty inside. There’s a simple suggestion for such cases, “you may take a seat anywhere, but we may need to relocate you.”. This is hospitality, if you don’t know how it works then maybe try something else.

The cook is touching everything without gloves. Food, receipts, sause bottles …and then they serve the food.

The staff is super rude and they are ridiculously trying to make people fit to 3 tables near the each other. And in the whole restaurant only 2 tables are full. Also when we asked why we have to sit this table , they answered because we are two (even tho there were other tables for 2). We couldn’t move the chair to sit because there is another person was sitting behind and it was very tight.

the hamburger was just delicious the chicken was so tender!! as well as the fries 🍟 On the other hand, I was very cold at the beginning of December and the door was wide open...

For starters, it was freezing in the restaurant! Absolutely everyone kept their coats on. The food is expensive. It is tasty, but certainly not worth the price, due to the minimal quantity. Furthermore, it also took a very long time before it was served. Then we wanted to pay, which also took too long. Given the whole experience, I think walking away would have been more valuable.

Overpriced burger restaurant. The burger was tasty but not special and on the small side. We got a small fry container with fewer fries than a small fry at Mac…. Our daughter ordered a loaded Fries with truffle and parmesan worth 6 euros. The container was half a portion of fries. We said something about this and after 15 minutes we got some extra fries. By the way, there was nothing loaded about these fries. There is no toilet in the business, you have to go into the parking garage for that. Staff was also friendly. It's better to go to Mac or BK on the way to or from this outlet.

This burger joint is downright frustrating! The price is ridiculously high for a burger of such low quality, and if that's not bad enough, it's like a bunch of inexperienced 16 year olds on an assembly line whipping up these tasteless creations. The meat was drier than the Sahara, and the lack of expertise in preparing decent burgers is downright scandalous. A burger worth more than 4 euros here? Absolutely not! It's ridiculous that they think they can charge 15+ euros for this disappointing dining experience.
