You order a menu with twister fries, then you get so few fries and they're cold. I asked for extra sauce with the brother, nothing happened. I went back to the restaurant and showed them!!! Hahahah, they put two of those rounder twister fries on them. I didn't even change them. I took them and threw them away right away.

Excellent parking without incidents, stopped for 6 days on New Year's Eve!!

A girl is working her ass off. Three guys are chatting behind the counter. We ordered ice cream at the kiosk. Judging by the clothes, the manager on duty is disinterestedly coming from the back to the front, making ice cream. "Peeping," he says nothing at the counter, doesn't even look at us, with a completely condescending look. This guy really hates his job. Surprised that this is allowed. Next time, we'll drive on. This BK is absolutely King. But at the bottom of the list. One star is actually too much.

Waiting for the food takes an awfully long time

Unfortunately the sandwiches were a bit dry, but otherwise it was fine for a quick bite on the go.

My friend ordered a burger with extra bacon, the bacon was thrown on cold, he went back for another one and got cold bacon again, while he complained about it first, people with disabilities make fewer mistakes

The food was good but the staff had lots of difficulties understanding us through the mic at drive in and put ice in our drinks when we told him not to

I love bk burgers even so I eat twice a year. It never leaves the feeling of regret like it happens after I eat at MC Donald's, that said, staff is not as good as MC Donald's and the restaurants are a bit dark. I know the competition is hard and McDonald's is taking the best spots but they need to appear in more places and better places like city centers, not at some corner of the city or some backside building of the highway gas station.

I wanted to warm up in the restaurant with a nice meal, but it was too cold inside.

I was there today, December 1, 2025, around 7:00 PM. I intentionally overpaid for a Coke cup, but the staff gave me a regular one for 10 cents! I didn't notice right away, but when I returned, they changed it. I asked about the lid and showed me a photo from the menu where the cup came with a lid. They refused, saying it doesn't come with one! Is the menu or the staff lying? This is not polite behavior!

Service was ok, it was the second and last time visiting this BK. We got cold hamburgers in a record time, less than 5min our order was ready. Yeah if you don't care about what you are doing or hospitility in general ok I get that but AT LEAST make sure that the food is good to serve... I believe that you can do muchhh better, in the restaurant was more workers than costumers so was not that busy

Today i went to burger king. I order one coca cola and i got it 15 minutes after.When i said :"excuse me " to someone who was working there he said to me :" shut up:" and tried to hit me ... That was very rude in my opinion.The food was good but the behaviour of the worker and the service was awful.

The food was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is a bit meh, though, with lots of trash on the ground and truckers loitering around.

Maybe hire staff who can speak/understand Dutch well. So many mistakes are made with my order because they don't understand what I'm ordering. This is a real shame because the food is delicious.

Time consuming and there fore not "Duurzaam"...Time is a resource that can not be recycled or reused ...and everyone only has 24h per day 365 1/4day per year..... So please do not waste my , and others, time !

The fries were soggy. We were waiting for our food, but the number wasn't called out or displayed on the plate, so our food arrived late and was already lukewarm.

Totally no atmosphere. Really dirty tables, while we ate there, no one cleared a table. Door of toilet was opened with a chair against it, not very tasty and hand dryer made a huge noise every time. We were unlucky that many people went to the toilet one after the other. Whopper lukewarm and onion rings tough. Obliged to take a deposit cup and then you have to get your money back via an app, sn you get your money back within 3!!!! days ??? Whopper quickly eaten and left. Not to be repeated.

Restaurant was very dirty, tables not cleaned and the time we were there no one cleaned the tables. Toilet door wide open. I wanted to use the toilet but it was too dirty for me. Worthless system regarding deposit cups, you have to install an app, I don't want that, so you have to wait up to 3 days for your money back. Next time can I also pay you up to 3 days after eating? Ridiculous system, no more burger king for me this way. I don't expect a shiny restaurant but this wasn't really fresh then I wonder what the kitchen looks like.

You want to be the best boy with your recyclable cups! Just disgusting! Check out the picture of my cup of coke with some kind of glue or sealant in it! Plus we bought 2 Xtra long chilli cheese which made us both feel sick afterwards! Bad business! We are going to officially file a complaint! All in all 55 euros for real crap! We ate there and the sandwiches were just lukewarm!

For 2 ice creams you have to wait more than half an hour, maybe even 45 minutes.

I was quite disappointed with my experience at Burger King. The employees seemed unmotivated, with a clearly unwilling attitude, which was a bad start. The burger came with cold sauce and the food, in general, was also cold — which completely compromised the flavor. Ridiculous that this is even possible! Put an adult manager there and not a teenager who has no idea how to run a BK. Normally I'm a bigger fan of Burger King than McDonald's, but I will never ever visit this Burger King again in my life. And if you continue like this, there will unfortunately not be many Burger Kings left.

Hamburger tasted like cardboard, fries had little taste and they didn't have coke zero. They won't see me here anymore. A real turn-off.

We loved the meal, was fresh, tasty and carefully packed. Best Burger King in the NL so far. No soggy fries or raw meat. It was all great. The service was super quick as well 😃

Cosy, you have to create the atmosphere yourself, plenty of parking space, plenty of room for the children to play. Tasty burgers.

It took more than half an hour before the food was ready (Saturday evening around 8:00 PM) and then it was not even warm. Chip sauce 75 cents for a small bag that you have to squeeze empty yourself. I chose a deposit cup, but I got it loose from the disposable cup

The service is just good. The restaurant itself is clean and the atmosphere is nice. You can sit there quietly to eat your meal. Free parking and easy access and the restaurant is accessible from both sides of the highway.

Went here around late afternoon. Wasn't busy. Unfortunately, it was not clearly indicated that you could also pay with cash. I therefore had to order from the pin column. Then wait for the order. Grumpy man calls for orders and if you don't come soon he gets angry and tells the customer that he has more to do. Manager walks right past your toes and nose while there is enough room to walk past at a distance. Once at the seat, the cleaner felt it necessary to clean my area for 10 minutes even though it was not dirty (on the contrary: very neat). A few tables away a family was eating. A family arrives and the crying begins. I had a large twister fries but I think I got the contents of a small. Well baked. Chili cheese nuggets were good. Also a chocolate milkshake. But that wasn't really anything. Have to pay an extra euro for the cup. It could be thrown into the machine and you will receive a receipt on which you can get the euro back with a tap. I don't trust that. Even though the receipt states that you can go to the cash register, no one could help me at that time. That was a shame. I think the quality of the products was good because there were few customers. Staff sometimes stood around doing nothing and chatting with each other. Please note: the fish burger has not been in Burger King's range for a long time. And according to their website, the veggie burgers are prepared in the same way as normal burgers (i.e. on the same grill plate).

Better and cheaper than McDonald's. Check the app for discount codes, so you can eat reasonably well for a good price. It can be busy sometimes, and you sometimes have to wait a long time for your order, but it is usually worth it. Too bad the toilet is not free for customers.

I always find it surprising that at every Burger King wherever you go, everything is always cold. And they make everything fresh for you.. and the prices differ in all branches.. I was very impressed.. no.. I have eaten warmer, tastier burgers.. but I was hungry and I passed by.. it was also hilarious to see everyone fumbling with that deposit machine thing to get your euro back per cup.. so, no, there was little service and no atmosphere at all.. but that is why it is also a Burger King, a four-star restaurant.

We visit about once every 1-3 months and the taste is always good!! 😉 We have reservations about the cleanliness of the tables. Unfortunately, they are not refreshed on a regular basis, so we have to clean them every time (or at least wipe them with a tissue) before we sit down. Ordering takes place in vending machines, so it is a convenient option for introverts.

Opening time is incorrect! My door is locked at 10:37 PM, employees say it's closed, but the door says open until 11:00 PM

We stopped by on our way back home and honestly one of the worst service ever. I asked for the brownie with ice cream and if I can collect it later after my whopper menu and they said no… WTF I should eat the dessert first accordi to you? So I said cancel the brownie then and she was surprised and I explained to her but nothing happened like you talk to the wall. So I definitely felt uncomfortable and I ate and I ran away
