Burger King in Hoofddorp

On the way home from Heemstede, this time to the BK on Saturday night... everything nice and warm and reasonably fast, great!

Great closing staff today, really nice for me, 10/10 I'll for sure visit in the future

Very noisy place and always with dirty tables. But I like the taste of Burger King. That's why I still go, but because of the smaller sandwich size, I'll think twice before going.

The food was cold. And they forgot the sauce.

I ate here the last two times and had my code scanned to collect points. Both times it didn't work. I reported it, but nothing was done about it. It's a shame, otherwise I would have more points now.

You really shouldn't eat there for the time being; right next to the Burger King, they are removing the floor with heavy machinery. My dB meter showed between 85 and 90 dB. I feel sorry for the employees there who work in there all day and are suffering hearing damage in the meantime, as well as the customers. It is actually a disgrace for the employees and customers.

Bizarre!!! Ordered something at the drive-thru, had to go to the first window and literally nothing happened for 20 minutes, no staff in sight, no movement. When someone finally came, there was a whole line of honking people. The staff didn't react to my comment about the long wait and acted like it was the most normal thing in the world.

There seems to be quite a lot of staff, and yet we waited 25 minutes for 2 soft ice creams. Without any warning about that waiting time. In short: Terribly poorly organized.

Relaxed atmosphere for eating when you are on the go

It is a real shame. I have always had good experiences in the past. Unfortunately, my last visit was a major disappointment. Because of this unpleasant experience, I have lost confidence. I will not be coming back here and, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location either.

The most disgusting burger ever, truly awful, went again on May 28th, very bad once again, really needs to be banned. Why did we end up here again?

So nice that they are open until late. Lovely to grab a sandwich at night.

We didn't eat anything, just had a cup of coffee and then drove on.

10:20 p.m. the door is closed, 10:30 p.m. the employee leaves the premises... surprisingly, it's open until..... 11:00 p.m. mockery of customers

It is a pit stop if you are hungry, nothing more.

Prices are abnormally high anymore. Of course, a burger like that is tasty, but the price exceeds what is reasonable.

Fast food along the highway is quite handy if you're hungry.

Everything would be great if it weren't for those salt-soaked fries. The guy replaced them a bit better, but they were still very salty. They told me it was a salt machine. Way too much. But I got hot fries and a burger.

Chili cheese is my favorite burger of all fast food.

Order incomplete. Temperature moderate.

Iced coffee was water,milk and cream on top with a hint of coffee. Cashier didn't know English which is odd considering that almost all Dutch people know fluent English.

We ordered two set menus, and neither was delivered correctly; some items were missing, or they weren't what we ordered. The food was cold. The four-seater chairs were uneven, and the screws were about to fall out, which could have broken the seats and caused us to fall to the floor. I definitely won't be back.

Greasy and service clumsy. Not exactly efficient to work.

Drive-thru. Always nice to get Burger King, but hard to understand on the intercom.

I really liked it! It was quick despite being busy! The burger was freshly made and delicious!!! Despite being near the highway, it was still pleasant!!!

The service was extremely bad. We asked for 3 chicken nuggets but got 1, and they tasted like they were 30 years old. We asked for a strawberry milkshake but got Valilia; the rolls tasted like shoe soles. They didn't do anything about it. 1 star because I can't give a 0.

Chaos, soulless space, dirty tables, filthy toilet with overflowing trash can.

A large Burger King, typical fast food, quite busy. But the service is fast. Clean. Ample parking for cars, buses, and trucks, a Total gas station nearby, paid restrooms, and a KFC nearby. A free restroom is at the end of the parking lot.

Bad service at the drive-in, unfriendly staff, you don't receive your food completely, and you always have to check your order after delivery. Terrible.

Clean restaurant, delicious burgers and fast service with a smile. This is one of my favorite locations for a nice burger!

Visited again after years. Just like at De Hoge Boom, you feel ripped off when you walk out the door. After an hour, you're hungry again.🤔 You should order more, I hear people thinking. But I think €18.95 for a double burger menu is quite pricey for what you get. The burgers are standard: 2 pieces of bacon, tomato, and lots of sauce on top, wrapped in a soggy bun. Lukewarm fries. The drink included with the menu is three-quarters ice.

Good food, but it smells strongly of deep-fried food. Good location to grab a quick takeout and move on.

Once a year and then regret it later. It was convenient, but tasty? No.........actually, we don't like it.

Everything was cold, burgers and fries! Had to wait a long time for my order.

You order a menu with twister fries, then you get so few fries and they're cold. I asked for extra sauce with the brother, nothing happened. I went back to the restaurant and showed them!!! Hahahah, they put two of those rounder twister fries on them. I didn't even change them. I took them and threw them away right away.

Excellent parking without incidents, stopped for 6 days on New Year's Eve!!

A girl is working her ass off. Three guys are chatting behind the counter. We ordered ice cream at the kiosk. Judging by the clothes, the manager on duty is disinterestedly coming from the back to the front, making ice cream. "Peeping," he says nothing at the counter, doesn't even look at us, with a completely condescending look. This guy really hates his job. Surprised that this is allowed. Next time, we'll drive on. This BK is absolutely King. But at the bottom of the list. One star is actually too much.

Waiting for the food takes an awfully long time

Unfortunately the sandwiches were a bit dry, but otherwise it was fine for a quick bite on the go.

My friend ordered a burger with extra bacon, the bacon was thrown on cold, he went back for another one and got cold bacon again, while he complained about it first, people with disabilities make fewer mistakes

The food was good but the staff had lots of difficulties understanding us through the mic at drive in and put ice in our drinks when we told him not to

I love bk burgers even so I eat twice a year. It never leaves the feeling of regret like it happens after I eat at MC Donald's, that said, staff is not as good as MC Donald's and the restaurants are a bit dark. I know the competition is hard and McDonald's is taking the best spots but they need to appear in more places and better places like city centers, not at some corner of the city or some backside building of the highway gas station.

Lovely plase and food is perfect

I wanted to warm up in the restaurant with a nice meal, but it was too cold inside.

I was there today, December 1, 2025, around 7:00 PM. I intentionally overpaid for a Coke cup, but the staff gave me a regular one for 10 cents! I didn't notice right away, but when I returned, they changed it. I asked about the lid and showed me a photo from the menu where the cup came with a lid. They refused, saying it doesn't come with one! Is the menu or the staff lying? This is not polite behavior!

Great Burger King. The food was hot, the service was friendly, and the place was clean.

Service was ok, it was the second and last time visiting this BK. We got cold hamburgers in a record time, less than 5min our order was ready. Yeah if you don't care about what you are doing or hospitility in general ok I get that but AT LEAST make sure that the food is good to serve... I believe that you can do muchhh better, in the restaurant was more workers than costumers so was not that busy

Today i went to burger king. I order one coca cola and i got it 15 minutes after.When i said :"excuse me " to someone who was working there he said to me :" shut up:" and tried to hit me ... That was very rude in my opinion.The food was good but the behaviour of the worker and the service was awful.

The food was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is a bit meh, though, with lots of trash on the ground and truckers loitering around.

Maybe hire staff who can speak/understand Dutch well. So many mistakes are made with my order because they don't understand what I'm ordering. This is a real shame because the food is delicious.

Again we have missing stuff,last time we didn’t got long chicken and today no toy for kid…

Big King and Onion Rings. I ordered a Big King, the small one. And take one bite and think, "It's different." It turned out there was no cheese on it and only one burger instead of two. So I went back to the counter and duly received a correct one, and he even apologized for the inconvenience! Kudos!

The food is great, but every time we go, we are missing items. This time we checked before we left and were missing 2 items. We asked the worker and they kept insisting we show them. When we did, they too saw that it was indeed missing. The atmosphere was bad.

I'm standing here now, 40 minutes in front of the drive-thru!!! It's incredibly slow, how can this be profitable? It's also quite remarkable that you can be proud of this.

I really, really do not like and appreciate the way to get the €1 deposit in plastic cups back... Time consuming and there fore not "Duurzaam"...Time is a resource that can not be recycled or reused ...and everyone only has 24h per day 365 1/4day per year..... So please do not waste my , and others, time !

The fries were soggy. We were waiting for our food, but the number wasn't called out or displayed on the plate, so our food arrived late and was already lukewarm.
