Burger King in Hoofddorp

I think it's going downhill more and more....dark parking lot, same goes for the bridge restaurant.

If you are gurme and if you have limited options for burger so burger king is my first choice. But they can improve when we saw McDonald's open otherside

We arrived at 10:30 PM and it was already closed, even though it says open until 11:00 PM.

Delicious long chicken, just enough sauce and delicious extra bacon. Long chicken is always great with the BK.

They are disrespectful and every person acts like a manager and always makes up new rules of their own from Burger King rules.

Food gets a 6. Unseasoned meat, cold plates, expensive hot drinks.

Not good by BK standards and particularly long waiting times in the drive-through.

Always nice to grab a quick Jelle when you're on the road for a long time.

€10.45 for a bacon burger with absolutely nothing on it, and inedible too. Soggy bun, nasty rotten taste, and sour sauce. In one word: scandalous. So that was the very last time at Burger King.

Despite the crowds, it is quiet and cozy. I think I received my order within 5 minutes at most. I used to come here often, and the new staff and manager are doing a good job.

Very bad. I ordered a chicken burger without cheese; you don't even ask for cheese on it, right? "No," said the lady, even though I don't think she even knows what I'm asking for, there is cheese on it anyway. No apology or anything, just "here's the burger..." I'm a real KFC fan, but I'm really never going to this one again... It's also a shame that customers aren't really spoken to anymore.

Says they close at 4am. Come all the way here and they are closed 00.47 :/

Unpleasant employee; she asks which milkshake and I ask for a chocolate one but get a vanilla milkshake, she already had it in her hands when paying!!

Just arrived, it says open until 01:00, and I arrive at the location at 22:20 and it is closed. You need to change this; it happened last time too. They said we would adjust it, nothing happened, and now it is closed.

What a terrible place this is! Went out for dinner yesterday and ordered a Kids Meal for our daughter. There were no toys! What is this now! Instead, she could have an ice cream (ours doesn't like soft serve). Additionally, we ordered a burger with extra cheese and bacon, where the bacon was missing, and the King Shake was undrinkable. There was so much syrup in it. No, we won't be returning here. Besides the poor quality of the food, I unfortunately also saw a lot of sad little faces on children. Oh... and I haven't even mentioned the staff yet......

Burger King is bad at service anyway, actually no service at all, but here it really is a low point. The staff look lazy and uninterested, really, really bad! Too bad the McDonald's was renovating!!

Just a quick bite and you're done. However, you apparently need to be bilingual since some don't speak Dutch. No problem.

Okay, I've been to many Burger Kings, but rarely as bad as this one. What a mess those good people have made of it.

Menu is somewhat limited compared to other burger kings visited.

Food and services are good. There's a bus stop, huge parking space, hotel, casino, big indian dining space, Gas station, WC and other restaurants...

It is very busy. Tables are not always clean when we enter. The long chicken is a bit on the salty side compared to other BKs. Otherwise, there is plenty of parking and it stays open nice and late. I drove past yesterday after 10 PM and it was still open.

Waiting a long time and then getting cold food. Despite feeling a bit down, I still managed to get the food warm. Drive-through

Weird, it is clearly advertised outside that the drive-through is open until 4 AM all week. When we arrived yesterday at 1:00 AM, they were closed. I asked an employee why they were closed. ‘Call head office,’ was his answer. At the very least, take down the sign that says the drive-through is open until 4:00 AM….

Prices are inflated, the parking lot smells of urine, there's no toilet paper, and there's no store. Just an Indian restaurant, a Burger King, and a gas station.

A good place to escape the stress during a trip

So nice sometimes :-) Plus, I think this location is quite a nice place to sit. Off the A4, on the other side there is a nice terrace... and everything inside is clean. Friendly staff... great Burger King

They wouldn't even sell us milk for our toddler, even though it's already in the latte. Really not cool. Coffee and milk separately isn't an option either. Terrible service.

Speedy service and very clean. Good spot for a stop while you are charging your car. What put me off was the xtra €1. 30 for their coffee option in the meal.

It is a fast-food restaurant, so you shouldn't complain about the quality of the food. But when I stood at the door at 22:20, while the opening hours are until 23:00, I was refused entry. Taking something away was not possible, even though the restaurant still had about 12 people sitting there who had already received their food. It is possible that the restaurant closes at 22:00, but it does not demonstrate good service.

Conveniently located Burger King with good quality food for what it is and friendly staff.

Lukewarm burger, way too much sauce. Not clean. Messy. No customer toilet. No Dutch-speaking staff.

Very noisy place and always with dirty tables. But I like the taste of Burger King. That's why I still go, but because of the smaller sandwich size, I'll think twice before going.

The food was cold. And they forgot the sauce.

I ate here the last two times and had my code scanned to collect points. Both times it didn't work. I reported it, but nothing was done about it. It's a shame, otherwise I would have more points now.

You really shouldn't eat there for the time being; right next to the Burger King, they are removing the floor with heavy machinery. My dB meter showed between 85 and 90 dB. I feel sorry for the employees there who work in there all day and are suffering hearing damage in the meantime, as well as the customers. It is actually a disgrace for the employees and customers.

Bizarre!!! Ordered something at the drive-thru, had to go to the first window and literally nothing happened for 20 minutes, no staff in sight, no movement. When someone finally came, there was a whole line of honking people. The staff didn't react to my comment about the long wait and acted like it was the most normal thing in the world.

Relaxed atmosphere for eating when you are on the go

There seems to be quite a lot of staff, and yet we waited 25 minutes for 2 soft ice creams. Without any warning about that waiting time. In short: Terribly poorly organized.

It is a real shame. I have always had good experiences in the past. Unfortunately, my last visit was a major disappointment. Because of this unpleasant experience, I have lost confidence. I will not be coming back here and, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location either.

The most disgusting burger ever, truly awful, went again on May 28th, very bad once again, really needs to be banned. Why did we end up here again?

We didn't eat anything, just had a cup of coffee and then drove on.

10:20 p.m. the door is closed, 10:30 p.m. the employee leaves the premises... surprisingly, it's open until..... 11:00 p.m. mockery of customers

It is a pit stop if you are hungry, nothing more.

Prices are abnormally high anymore. Of course, a burger like that is tasty, but the price exceeds what is reasonable.

I liked it and it was delicious. The staff was polite and cheerful.

Fast food along the highway is quite handy if you're hungry.

Everything would be great if it weren't for those salt-soaked fries. The guy replaced them a bit better, but they were still very salty. They told me it was a salt machine. Way too much. But I got hot fries and a burger.

Chili cheese is my favorite burger of all fast food.

Iced coffee was water,milk and cream on top with a hint of coffee. Cashier didn't know English which is odd considering that almost all Dutch people know fluent English.

We ordered two set menus, and neither was delivered correctly; some items were missing, or they weren't what we ordered. The food was cold. The four-seater chairs were uneven, and the screws were about to fall out, which could have broken the seats and caused us to fall to the floor. I definitely won't be back.

Greasy and service clumsy. Not exactly efficient to work.

The service was extremely bad. We asked for 3 chicken nuggets but got 1, and they tasted like they were 30 years old. We asked for a strawberry milkshake but got Valilia; the rolls tasted like shoe soles. They didn't do anything about it. 1 star because I can't give a 0.

A large Burger King, typical fast food, quite busy. But the service is fast. Clean. Ample parking for cars, buses, and trucks, a Total gas station nearby, paid restrooms, and a KFC nearby. A free restroom is at the end of the parking lot.

Visited again after years. Just like at De Hoge Boom, you feel ripped off when you walk out the door. After an hour, you're hungry again.🤔 You should order more, I hear people thinking. But I think €18.95 for a double burger menu is quite pricey for what you get. The burgers are standard: 2 pieces of bacon, tomato, and lots of sauce on top, wrapped in a soggy bun. Lukewarm fries. The drink included with the menu is three-quarters ice.

Once a year and then regret it later. It was convenient, but tasty? No.........actually, we don't like it.

The intercom at the drive-thru is barely audible. Everything else is fine.

Everything was cold, burgers and fries! Had to wait a long time for my order.

You order a menu with twister fries, then you get so few fries and they're cold. I asked for extra sauce with the brother, nothing happened. I went back to the restaurant and showed them!!! Hahahah, they put two of those rounder twister fries on them. I didn't even change them. I took them and threw them away right away.
