How hard is it to check the receipt for what you delivered to the customer? You serve half the order first, and then, upon asking, the second half is still wrong.

If I order without tomatoes, I get the package with the "no tomato" sticker!!! There are tomatoes on it anyway. I think that's a shame.

I went to McDonald's from 10-12 because of the December calendar. Instead of the December calendar menu, I received a different menu: the adult Happy Meal, and I paid for that. I discovered this while I was on the bus, called Mr. Ali/Ari, and he helped me honestly and apologized for their mistake. I was told to come back for the correct menu and the Christmas ornament. I went back the next day and was helped honestly and trustingly by his colleague. I received the correct menu and the Christmas ornament. Thank you.

Nice place to have some time fast food here

It's annoying that this McDonald's so often gives you cold food. Today it happened again. They're very inconsistent with this. But then again, you're used to McDonald's. Too bad...

The food is like any McDonald's, with special things for each country.

According to the website they are open until 3am but they close half an hour beforehand 😒

I don't know how they do it, but with so many travelers trying to order, the food arrived very quickly and was even brought to the table by friendly staff. The food was delicious! Everything was also clean and tidy.

PUBIC HAIRS I have never visited a worse McDonald’s ordered chicken nuggets and fries the first fries had long hair all over them so I asked one of the workers if I could have different fries he came back throwing the fries on the table to which they still had hairs in them I spoke to the manager I explained everything that happened to which he replied what you want me to do? Honestly the service is terrible here I don’t know how anyone eats here it’s disgusting McDonald’s needs to review this place because it definitely isn’t up to code I feel bad that I didn’t throw the tray over the counter

Fantastic location, and the best McDonald's in the Netherlands. I was genuinely impressed with the fast delivery and the quality. The McDonald's is always fast and clean. The lobby is also very cozy, with good lighting and excellent cleanliness.

The food was awful, as usual. The staff is great, friendly, and tries their best. It's also reasonably clean, clear, spacious, and you know what you're getting. (So) I really don't understand the success of these kinds of chains. You could buy something tasty for the same price, even at Jumbo. That's it for the next three years.

The parking lot was very small compared to all the guests, so we had to drive around a lot to find a free spot. The parking lot was well-lit, though. The restaurant was incredibly busy (7 p.m. on a weekday), resulting in a long wait for our order; the kitchen clearly couldn't handle it. Once we received the menu, we enjoyed it. The interior was nice and clean, and the tables were regularly cleaned. Trash cans were also emptied regularly.

The food was quick but the customers were rude and unruly. Customers jump the queues and unsupervised children taunt and laugh at other guests.

The cheapest soft serve I've ever had. Taste-wise - no better, no worse than the one in the Czech Republic.

Because of the MC drive-thru, you have to wait 10 minutes at the help desk without any movement in the line. Once it was your turn to order, it turned out there were almost no vegetarian options left. You order something. You only get one napkin in the bag (perfect for eating in the car, of course).

Super busy. We got there around 9:00. We have a bit less to spend and had received vouchers from the Linda Foundation. Wow, such a sweet manager. She even thought about my children with extras. I thought it was so incredibly sweet. The kids went home with big smiles and are still talking about it.

Good value for what you pay for what you get

I checked everything because things often go wrong with my order here, everything except the drinks. I ordered a chocolate milkshake and a banana milkshake. I didn't check those two, though, because one had a "C" written on it. I thought the "C" stood for chocolate, so the other must be banana and this one chocolate. It wasn't. I got a vanilla milkshake and a Coke. How hard is your job?

Very convenient as it's right in the middle of the airport hotels. A more economical alternative to hotel restaurants.

I was at the drive-thru, and I had to take a seat in the parking lot before waiting. I did get my ice cream right away, though. Not a smart move, since I had to wait for my food, so it had already melted. Besides, I had to wait there for a bit (which wasn't a big deal), but then I got the wrong burger, and the entire order was completely cold. I had to throw it all away, which was a bit of a waste.

They closed it at night, it’s unclear why they couldn’t make it open 24 hours, it seems like 4 hours saves them🤦.

The food was served quickly, but the way it was prepared seemed a little sloppy.

Orders often go wrong here. There are often very young people working here who don't yet understand what service actually entails. The food is often lukewarm.

Fine, but they do make a lot of mistakes. However, mistakes are always resolved properly.

Every time I come here, which is almost every day, I get cold fries. I have reported this problem so many times and it is still the same. I do not recommend this place.

This Macdonalds offers the normal menu all day if anyone was wondering. So you can have a bigmac at 8am if you so desire.

Service was fast, even though it was always busy in the evenings. The cheeseburger and fries were standard, nothing special.

Not even worth one star. The fries were cold, limp, and half-filled. The hamburger was bad. The nuggets were completely cold. Please file an official complaint through the McDonald's website. You can take a satisfaction survey there, and at the end, they'll ask if they can contact you. Choose yes, and let's take on the group of incompetent individuals in charge.

Fries were soggy, no salt on them. Had to wait a really long time in the parking lot with six other cars.

As a boomer, I don't understand how this food stays good... I went through the drive-thru to please my youngest daughter... poor order taking, incomplete order delivery, and long wait times... now I remember why I don't like this!

Just a regular McD, but open late. Ideal if you land late at Schiphol. Clean restaurant and fast service.

A truly terrible experience!! Our autistic child wasn't allowed to use the restroom while we waited over 45 minutes in the drive-thru. Once you're in the drive-thru line, you can't leave; you have to wait the entire line. You can't move anywhere, and the staff is completely unsympathetic when your child needs to use the restroom. The staff is also unsympathetic, unpolite, and unhelpful. And when you finally get your food, the fries are even cold and tough! I'm never coming back!!

My favorite mcd by far! The food is ALWAYS amazing (for a mcd). Been here multiple times, it can get crowded at like 2100.

If you order a vegetarian burger you just get ridiculous meat

We ordered two milkshakes (a small peach and a medium strawberry) and a McFlurry. We then ordered two peaches and a McFlurry, which wasn't quite right, but it tasted pretty good.

A nice and pleasant environment

Actually, I wouldn't recommend it. Very expensive, and you have to pay extra for mayo, sauce, etc. 85 cents for mayo is really expensive, in my opinion. The sweet and sour sauce doesn't come in cans like in Germany, but in packets. Impractical when you're on the go. The restrooms were also dirty.

We didn't have to wait long, but everything was cold. Everything was fresh, which was manageable. Then I ordered three ice creams and one coffee. The ice creams arrived, but after 20 minutes I went to get my own coffee. I'll skip this Mac next time!

I ordered neatly at the ordering station and indicated I'd take it to go. I waited over half an hour for it to be ready, and then I was given a tray and a hard plastic cup. They didn't seem to understand I was taking it to go... okay... Once in the car, I opened the first burger (I ordered a double chili chicken) and there was only one inside... The burger also had more sauce than meat. All in all, one of the worst McDonald's locations I've ever had.

Chaotic, almost every order we saw was incorrect, including ours. The restrooms are a disgrace. Isn't management ashamed? Everything is labeled in Dutch, including the order-taking system, nothing in English. Parking spaces are very narrow. The only plus point is the long opening hours.

Mini diavola. A brilliant idea. I can never eat the whole thing. The chef definitely didn't succeed in carbonara. The desserts are superb.

Today I saw an employee use the broom he uses to clean the floor to get a piece of french fry on the table, and he continued to clean the floor with the same broom. Absolutely disgusting.

Ordered via drive through, missed an order, got an extra beverage, no receipt, not good!

The coffee arrived at the same time as our food, which is unusual in Portugal. We asked if they could bring it to us at the end. The solution was to buy more. In general, I've had friendly service at McDonald's, but today was the exception. I won't be back!

A friday night at the McDonald's near Schiphol airport proved to be a busy spot. Almost every table was full and most of the seats at the tables were full as well. Families of all sizes were in the McD's for a Friday night meal. I placed our order at the kiosk and we spotted an open table. The staff worked diligently to clean the tables and get them ready for the next guests. In just a few minutes an employee brought our two meals to the table. The Quarter Pounder with cheese and Double Quarter Pounder with cheese meals were both very tasty and hit the spot. The walk back to our room at the Hyatt Place is just about the right distance to get in a few after dinner steps.

Terrible service at night, antisocial staff, stupid laughter, and insanely long wait times. The food was really bad, QP literally thrown in a box, and the fries weren't even fried for two minutes or so...

Ate at McDonald's again. The chicken burger was good, but the price has gone up quite a bit lately. Ordering via the screen was easy, and the order arrived quickly.

Honestly... I've never experienced this at McDonald's before, and it's such a shame I'm only just reading the reviews. A rather long wait for my order, only to receive a large portion of fries (half-full container—shouldn't I save money and maximize profits?) that were lukewarm at best; a spicy chicken dish with hardly any chicken (it was a cardboard disc with minimal sauce); and a drink in a dirty disposable cup with the teeth of the person before me still in it. Clearly a place catering to tourists who only visit once.

I ordered a Mc Spicy menu for €13.20, and the burger was extremely disappointing. It was so small, it had almost more sauce than chicken on it. Unfortunately, I only realized this later; going back for it isn't worth it, and judging by the other reviews, they're not helpful anyway. It's a shame you pay so much and can't trust that what you get is good. As a small consolation, the fries tasted fresh for the first time. The wait was also long; I had to wait over 20 minutes even though it didn't seem that busy.

Last night I went to McDonald's for a dinner snack with my daughter. It was very busy and a bit chaotic. I haven't been here in a long time, but it's still relatable. I first noticed that the order screen was a bit dirty (stains), and afterward, I didn't get a receipt; I was out of paper. I ordered a Big Mac menu and noticed that the bun is different now (and tastes different too). The meat in it is much thinner than I'm used to (as far back as I can remember...!). The French fries were cold and limp. I had to pay extra for the plastic cup, a kind of deposit. But you don't get the money back when you return it. —- Update July 2025: This afternoon, after almost six months, I went here again for brunch with my daughter. She ordered a Happy Meal, hoping to get a Minecraft toy, but got an unidentified little ball of plush toy instead...?! It said "New McSpicy" on the screen, so I thought it would be nice! But it wasn't on the menu... I had to order it at the counter. But no one was there. After a while, someone shouted, "Hey, customer at the counter..." 😬 McSpicy is quite good, a bit dry, nicely spicy, but not bad at all... I think I'll stick with the Big Mac.

From the McDonald's drive-through parking lot, you could see planes landing beautifully. So there was still something to see while eating.

A mcdonalds never gets 5 stars from me. The food itself is not good enough for that, but now two years in a row I have been eating at mudmasters and everything is freshly made, friendly staff and very neat.

I was just this morning in this establishment at Hoofddorp , I had 2 separate orders for the package , then when I opened the bags , out of 6 sandwiches I only got 2 , no sauces , and incomplete order , and 3 orders on the screen , when it is busy I understand , but on 3 orders they are not able to put the complete order , and I left the area and I can't go back , who is to blame ? Hire capable people , to put complete orders .

It’s perfectly placed for some of the cheaper hotel options that don’t do restaurant meals around the airport. Nice outdoor area, spacious, clean and modern.

When we were there it was incredibly busy. Quite a small counter in the back so it can quickly become too busy. Many tables were not clean. For the rest it is just what you expect from McDonalds.

No sauce, no Shakers, no straws, no napkins. As a bonus, the fries were thrown upside down in the Happy Meals. Even worse, no please, sorry or anything that even resembles decency. And that is an achievement in a McDonalds that is not even half full. It all looks reasonably neat and is a fairly modern establishment with an outdoor playground. But the staff, well, don't be too long. Nobody walks around as if they are enjoying themselves. What was there, was fine in terms of quality.

Easily the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever stepped into. I ordered two burgers — one showed up without a patty (just a sad, empty bun), and the other was supposed to be chicken but came as beef. When I pointed it out, the staff acted like I was the one who messed up. Rude, clueless, and apparently running a fast-food circus instead of a restaurant.

Number one waste fellows working here, ordered one thing and getting different thing ,that too without patty inside and on top of that there are shouting back, keep some educated people and teach some common Sense to the people who are working there..
