Spacious location with tons of seating. Clean and well maintained + fast service as they deliver to your table. Burgers were good, usual McDonald’s expectation.

They always make mistakes with the to-go orders.

They put the onion and the pickles on my two burgers that specifically took off with the settings now if I didn’t check I wouldn’t have none and if I was allergic I could have died

Delicious food, as it should! This location really tries to make your experience a memorable one. Clean and organized restaurant, great crew helping you out, and of course the main event, the food was super tasty.

Ordered salad but they didn’t gave fork and asked for fork and they gave ice cream small spoon. They didn’t provide straw for drink as well. Food was tasteless as we ordered spicy chicken burger but it was too dry and tasteless

Ordered food for 25€. My bag with food was ready in 10 minutes but nobody was doing nothing with it. It was there waiting in the counter without notice for another 10 minutes, after that they put it back under light for another 5 minutes. AFTER THAT they make 2 drinks (Cola) and give me the food. Taked the bag to the car. They forget large fries. Everything cold. I REALLY HOPE YOUR MC'FLURRY TASTE GOOD MANAGER, because that what they were doing there. Just eating in the back and front, walking. At 00:50. Do your job first!!!! Edit 1. They forget also one cheeseburger so thank you for the worst service ever. At least there was 10 workers doing nothing, just eating and drinking instead of doing they job

Was in there, orderd on the self service it wouldnt take my card as it did before then i went to the Servery to buy ther and no one would take notice of someone waiting to be helped to order. When i asked about waitingf for someone to take an order they got all confused! Would recomend to go somewhere else! Had to learn it the hard way that they cant be asked...

It was very busy, but we had our food within a minute of sitting down. It's just a typical McDonald's like anywhere else. Plenty of parking.

Well. A McDonald's. No worse experience than any other; you get what you expect. For me and my passenger, it has already been a pit stop twice after we had to be in Heemstede. It's a decent one coming from Rotterdam. Heading home around lunchtime or afterwards, and then you see that yellow M. Hungry... So, a pit stop, grab a bite inside, and on we go.

Wonderfully clean. And always fast.

We went to this restaurant after staying at Maxhotel with our kids. We had a flight transfer for 13 hours in Amsterdam. This is a nice and clean restaurant with an outdoor playground. The food is like any other McDonalds restaurant, which our kids love. However there were more healthy alternative combinations in the kids meals We loved the possibility to choose a smoothie and apple wedges/tomatoes to the happy meal. This visit was a nice experience to our stay.

Fast, clean, excellent service.

Unfortunately, something didn't go quite right with my order. I had ordered a McKroket, but received a bun with the McKroket mustard sauce and a Filet-O-Fish/fish burger on top. 😅 A pretty unusual combination, but not exactly what I ordered. Perhaps it would be useful to pay a bit more attention when preparing the orders, so that the McKroket is actually served with a croquette. Hopefully, it will go right next time!

It is a good one, delivered quickly and ready quickly. It is a big Mac, not bad, but still the same as other Macs.

Beautiful view (if you are lucky) with airplanes! The toilets are nice and clean and fortunately free.

I just got to taste the Filet-O-Fish phenomenon for the first time. As a born FOF critic, I was skeptical. I am pleasantly surprised. Not only was the bun nice and fresh, the fish was high quality. I was positively surprised by the cheese, but the highlight, for me, was definitely the sauce. The ravigote danced on my tongue like a newborn angel. Blissful!

I ordered a McFlurry and the cup is not even filled to the half for 4.50€. The employee said it is supposed to be like that and they don’t make the rules. Well, it is advertised as a full cup. That’s just false advertisement and very disappointing.

Nice with the outdoor terrace. The unfortunate thing is that it is a smoke-free terrace, and this is not always strictly enforced. Fortunately, I am happy to turn away people who do not seem to be aware of this.

I've been waiting 20 minutes for one ice cream...Waste of my time... I didn't even hear a single "sorry" after waiting that long instead of that I heard calm down from manager... I completely lost appetite for that ice cream.

Milkshake machine needs to be readjusted. That is how every entrepreneur can make a profit Q2 2025: drive-through has nasty turns. Mc is less accessible since the rerouting of the on and off ramps; back then you could just drive right in Q2 2026 remains a rubbish business. I can understand going through the drive-through on a bike, but parking your car and then walking through the drive-through is too absurd for words, and being disrespectful to the staff on top of that

I ordered a Double Big Tasty but received a burger with only one meat patty. Unfortunately, this is not the first time my order has been incorrect. I have also received no response to my previous complaints. Therefore, I am reporting this again in the hope that it will finally be addressed. I have kept the receipt. Thank you.

It's a clean place, they take orders via kiosk and bring them to your table. Honestly, I didn't find the hamburgers tasty. Also, things like straws and wet wipes are necessary; it's impossible not to provide them 😅

The interior was clean, and thanks to the fast service, we were able to eat our meal without waiting too long. In conclusion, this isn't a must-visit specialty spot in Amsterdam. However, given its location and limited alternatives, and its quick and reliable food options, it's a viable choice. It's especially good if you're hungry while sightseeing and want to grab a tasty meal without wasting too much time. It could have been even better if the portions were a bit larger, but overall we were satisfied.

Hasn't been there in a while. Was shocked at how expensive that has become. Wouldn't be going there again anytime soon.

I am NEVER going here again!!! The McFlurries were barely filled and very bare with toppings. They forgot the kids' two Fristi drinks. I had a Mac Crispy myself, well, never again. I got so sick from the food not being cooked enough. When we pointed it out politely, they got angry because we complain too much? Well, that is antisocial and abnormal behavior. Once again, I am NEVER coming back!

I had a very bad experience at McDonald’s in the Netherlands. I ordered via the drive-through, but the staff entered my order completely incorrectly. The employee who took my order was very irritated and unfriendly. He just wanted me to drive on. When I drove to the next window, it turned out the order was still incorrect. I asked if they could adjust it, but an employee said that wasn't allowed and that I should only take what was already on the receipt. He said I had to talk to the manager. Afterwards, I spoke with the manager, but she was also very unfriendly and arrogant. She said: “This is what it is. If you want to buy, buy. That is how we work. If you don't want it, then don't.” I found the way I was treated very disrespectful and disappointing.

How hard is it to check the receipt for what you delivered to the customer? You serve half the order first, and then, upon asking, the second half is still wrong.

It’s a McDonald’s - the parking is atrocious, largely taken up by taxi drivers/ uber drivers

Overall, it's filthy! Dirty tables and cold sandwiches! I don't recommend it.

If I order without tomatoes, I get the package with the "no tomato" sticker!!! There are tomatoes on it anyway. I think that's a shame.

I went to McDonald's from 10-12 because of the December calendar. Instead of the December calendar menu, I received a different menu: the adult Happy Meal, and I paid for that. I discovered this while I was on the bus, called Mr. Ali/Ari, and he helped me honestly and apologized for their mistake. I was told to come back for the correct menu and the Christmas ornament. I went back the next day and was helped honestly and trustingly by his colleague. I received the correct menu and the Christmas ornament. Thank you.

The food is like any McDonald's, with special things for each country.

It's annoying that this McDonald's so often gives you cold food. Today it happened again. They're very inconsistent with this. But then again, you're used to McDonald's. Too bad...

According to the website they are open until 3am but they close half an hour beforehand 😒

I don't know how they do it, but with so many travelers trying to order, the food arrived very quickly and was even brought to the table by friendly staff. The food was delicious! Everything was also clean and tidy.

PUBIC HAIRS I have never visited a worse McDonald’s ordered chicken nuggets and fries the first fries had long hair all over them so I asked one of the workers if I could have different fries he came back throwing the fries on the table to which they still had hairs in them I spoke to the manager I explained everything that happened to which he replied what you want me to do? Honestly the service is terrible here I don’t know how anyone eats here it’s disgusting McDonald’s needs to review this place because it definitely isn’t up to code I feel bad that I didn’t throw the tray over the counter

Fantastic location, and the best McDonald's in the Netherlands. I was genuinely impressed with the fast delivery and the quality. The McDonald's is always fast and clean. The lobby is also very cozy, with good lighting and excellent cleanliness.

The food was awful, as usual. The staff is great, friendly, and tries their best. It's also reasonably clean, clear, spacious, and you know what you're getting. (So) I really don't understand the success of these kinds of chains. You could buy something tasty for the same price, even at Jumbo. That's it for the next three years.

The parking lot was very small compared to all the guests, so we had to drive around a lot to find a free spot. The parking lot was well-lit, though. The restaurant was incredibly busy (7 p.m. on a weekday), resulting in a long wait for our order; the kitchen clearly couldn't handle it. Once we received the menu, we enjoyed it. The interior was nice and clean, and the tables were regularly cleaned. Trash cans were also emptied regularly.

The food was quick but the customers were rude and unruly. Customers jump the queues and unsupervised children taunt and laugh at other guests.

The cheapest soft serve I've ever had. Taste-wise - no better, no worse than the one in the Czech Republic.

Because of the MC drive-thru, you have to wait 10 minutes at the help desk without any movement in the line. Once it was your turn to order, it turned out there were almost no vegetarian options left. You order something. You only get one napkin in the bag (perfect for eating in the car, of course).

Super busy. We got there around 9:00. We have a bit less to spend and had received vouchers from the Linda Foundation. Wow, such a sweet manager. She even thought about my children with extras. I thought it was so incredibly sweet. The kids went home with big smiles and are still talking about it.

Good value for what you pay for what you get

I checked everything because things often go wrong with my order here, everything except the drinks. I ordered a chocolate milkshake and a banana milkshake. I didn't check those two, though, because one had a "C" written on it. I thought the "C" stood for chocolate, so the other must be banana and this one chocolate. It wasn't. I got a vanilla milkshake and a Coke. How hard is your job?

Very convenient as it's right in the middle of the airport hotels. A more economical alternative to hotel restaurants.

I was at the drive-thru, and I had to take a seat in the parking lot before waiting. I did get my ice cream right away, though. Not a smart move, since I had to wait for my food, so it had already melted. Besides, I had to wait there for a bit (which wasn't a big deal), but then I got the wrong burger, and the entire order was completely cold. I had to throw it all away, which was a bit of a waste.

They closed it at night, it’s unclear why they couldn’t make it open 24 hours, it seems like 4 hours saves them🤦.

Orders often go wrong here. There are often very young people working here who don't yet understand what service actually entails. The food is often lukewarm.

This Macdonalds offers the normal menu all day if anyone was wondering. So you can have a bigmac at 8am if you so desire.

Service was fast, even though it was always busy in the evenings. The cheeseburger and fries were standard, nothing special.

As a boomer, I don't understand how this food stays good... I went through the drive-thru to please my youngest daughter... poor order taking, incomplete order delivery, and long wait times... now I remember why I don't like this!

Not even worth one star. The fries were cold, limp, and half-filled. The hamburger was bad. The nuggets were completely cold. Please file an official complaint through the McDonald's website. You can take a satisfaction survey there, and at the end, they'll ask if they can contact you. Choose yes, and let's take on the group of incompetent individuals in charge.

Just a regular McD, but open late. Ideal if you land late at Schiphol. Clean restaurant and fast service.
