The burgers were delicious! Loaded fries are tasty too. The chili cheese bites we ordered were very underdone and hard. Overall great food! The service has always been slow with a minimum wait of 45minutes.

I had a mexican burger, spicy wings and onion rings. Burger is ok Wings good amount of meat, but the cover it with cheese sauce. Which was not mentioned on the menu. I tried it. Nope. Don't like it. And for a 2 chilipepper rating: not spicy at all. Onion rings are nice. Service ok.

Order was 45 minutes late, when you try to call them they don't answer, called 20 times and just got voicemail, even though the website says open until 9pm, the delivery person only came after 45 minutes, the food was cold, had no taste, my husband and I will never order from here again

I've never seen such an unprofessional restaurant. Upon entering, I saw another customer unhappy with their food, even though I decided to order anyway. After 5 minutes at the table, no one came to take their order, so I went to the cash register myself. After half an hour, still nothing had arrived at the table, so I thought, "Wait a minute, maybe it's busy." After 50 minutes, the last straw was over, so I went to the cash register where the food was. The staff didn't even speak proper Dutch and replied, "Yes, they're busy with deliveries, can't you see the packages here?" Disgraceful, not even an apology. The staff were yelling at each other, and one even walked away. Such an unprofessional establishment. If you want to eat, you really shouldn't go here. Stay away!!!

Don't go there if you're hungry. You'll have to wait more than half an hour. The service is very slow. The woman who took our order was very rude.

We waited exactly 30 minutes after placing our order. They said it was busy because it was Saturday, but they should have told us we'd have to wait that long for a burger. The burger was good, but not worth the 30-minute wait.

The food is delicious, and the Iraqi girl who works there is very respectful, sweet, and elegant.

The restaurant was listed as open on Google Maps, but when I arrived, the cashier told me it was closed. It would be helpful if the opening hours were updated to avoid confusion.

Came here with high expectations because of the reviews, was very disappointed. The burger wasn’t very good, they upcharged for a side of ketchup, and the woman taking the order was very rude. The rest of the staff seemed fine. Overall, very over priced for what you get. Would have rated 3stars but because of the service

I asked if the onion rings were actually onion or just onion paste and that said it was onion. Guess what? It wasn't. The burgers were fine, the order came wrong and the attitude to make it right was always passive-aggressive. It was a bad experience.

Had Take-out via Takeaway, and loved it. Very good vegetarian option with the halloumi burger, and the snacks were lovely as well.

The food was very tasty. We wanted to sit in the garden, but it was a big mess.

The nachos are a big letdown, they come cold with some cheese dip and a little tomato/jalapeno The nacho chips we had was nothing but the smallest crumble, possibly 3-5 big chips at most However it's a cozy place, good atmosphere and well situated

I was incredibly satisfied with the quality and the taste of their burger. Their meat is Halal and they do have several choices on the menu including milkshakes or juices. I recommend !

Me and my girlfriend had a really had an amazing time at your restaurant. We were hungry and looked for something tasty and filling - what you gave us was just that! The service was amazing - and I assume the owner was there as well - very friendly. There’s not much to say other than great food, great service and very welcoming people. We will definitely be returning.

We ate at Mr Smash for the first time. The burger buns were fluffy and well cooked. The crunchy bites were also fresh and crispy fried. We also ordered a strawberry mocktail and Oreo milkshake, which were also tasty. All in all a successful day at Mr. Smash

The food is very delicious, but the quality of service is poor there. Lack of standard knowledge about the order of serving the dishes. So, I ordered a burger with fries and a cola, first I got the burger, then the cola, and after 10 minutes, when I had already eaten the entire burger, I was treated to delicious fries. So once again, the service is poor, but I can't find fault with the quality and taste of the food in any way, because they are phenomenal.

First timer to Mr. Smash. Like the name, these smash-burgers are flat, but the rest of the burger will fill most appetites. Note: the sides are FULL size so come hungry. The Cheesy Bacon Fries had more than just bacon and cheese. A nice surprise to find sliced pickles and a BBQ sauce drizzle. I know I will have leftovers for later. Top it off with an Oreo shake. The best burger meal I have had in several months. The staff was just as good as the meal. I'll be back.

Ordered food for more than 50 euros at 6:30 and at 10:30 it still wasn't there. Initially I was called after a very long wait that it would take another half hour, because it was very busy. I thought this was still fair. Until another 3 hours passed. Tried to call back several times and only got the voicemail. I filed a complaint with Thuisbezorgd and hope that I get my money back. I don't know but this is just not normal anymore. If you can't handle the orders you shouldn't accept them either.

Had some snacks for the first time at Mr.Smash on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn't too busy so there was plenty of choice in terms of tables. It was cold outside and when people walked past the automatic sliding door on the street, it opened automatically. A bit of a shame because I didn't think it was really comfortable in the restaurant at that time. We, my wife and I, ate with our winter coat on Chili Cheese Nuggets, Sweet Fries and Cheesy Fries of good quality and tasty. The service was smooth, cordial and very friendly. Visit is worth repeating on warmer days.

I ordered the truffle burger, bacon fries, and chicken tenders for takeaway. Im not local, just layover for one day. For some reason, the payment wouldn't go through on my international card. By this time, the whole order was ready, and after numerous attempts, the owner decided to give the meal to me on the house. This is a very generous gesture and totally unnecessary, for he could have just cancelled the order. I was lucky enough to find some euros in my flight bag, so was able to settle the bill later that night. The food is of very high quality and delicious. Will go there again anytime.

If you don't like lamb's meat don't try them the burger tasts and smells lamb very bad experience because i can't stand lamb 's meat and smell it was horrible But the quantity is good big sandwich

Me and my friend went here to eat before we went to the cinema. Food came out pretty fast and the gentleman were all so nice. I ordered the truffle burger (which looks exactly like the pictures on their website) and my friend had the double Mexican burger. We also had mozzarella sticks, fries and chicken tenders. I can honestly say I’ve never had a better burger in my life. This tasted soo good and we’re definitely coming back here. I’m just really sad that I forgot to take pictures of the food because I was soo excited to taste it. The service was also amazing. As I said previously it was very nice and welcoming. They didn’t come too fast to take our order which gave us enough time to decide, but they also didn’t take ages to get to us. It was perfect. The atmosphere intrigued me from the beginning and inside it was a nice temperature, very pretty interior and a great choice of music. All of these factors combined are the reason that we had an amazing experience here

Thinking about ordering a burger, but I don't get what I ordered at all. I contacted the location, unfortunately they are not planning to help me. Be careful what you order here because the customer is certainly not number 1 here.

Lousy service and poor quality food. Deliver wrong product and blame the customer and refuse to resolve it. I would never order here, expensive and certainly not value for money.

Nice tent, high expectations in advance. It was terribly cold inside. Heating piece. Burger was very tasty, but the burger had little taste and was a bit dry. The sandwich as a whole was fine. But the price way too high for what you get..

Just arrived in the Netherlands and found this burger spot I tried the double smashed burger that was perfectly juicy with crispy edges and the loaded fries were packed with flavor. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. Amazing food, great vibe .. it’s really a MUST-TRY for any burger lover!

It took 2 hours to deliver our food. Yes 2 hours!!! Stay away if you want to eat something today.

The only tasty things in this restaurant was cheese and sauce. Meat and fries are terrible. Paid 20€ for a burger and loaded fries. The menu they have on google maps is wrong, the actual prices are higher.

Smash burger truffle was tasty, fries were ok and delivery person Zayd was friendly. One point of attention would be that delivery could be faster, I ordered on a Sunday around 1:15 PM (not rush hour in my opinion) but it took about an hour before it was delivered. My food had also cooled down considerably when I received it and the bags were closed, so the fries were no longer crispy. It might be useful to keep the bags open during delivery from now on. Otherwise great tent!

The macdonalds has better burgers. Service is not good. Nothing is in stock and they don't even know what is on their own menu.

We had combi deal: burger, fries and drink. It was very delicious! The service was also good even though they had many guests. We spoke a little bit with staff and we found out that they were owners. They really try hard and it’s visible. Toilet was also clean 👍.

Ordered via home delivery, burger had no taste and was burnt, the sauce on the nachos and loaded fries is not even really cheese and everything is just tasteless. Then I call and ask what can be done about this, they can't answer. I want my money back and will not order from here again

Cheeseburger was very good, for me personally it could have used a little more sauce, but it was still good, portion of fries was quite a lot. We were the only guests so it was a bit quiet but overall it was a very nice place with very good food for a reasonable price.

Eating here for the first time. Staff is friendly and helpful. The food is unfortunately disappointing. Ordered Loaded Fries, hamburger, fresh fries and chicken strips. Except for the chicken, all our food was served cold. The taste was bland, fries too salty. Unfortunately for us this will not be repeated. Despite our experience, we wish the owner the best of luck!

We had to wait 1.5 hours for food, we didn't get half of it at first. Still had to wait another 30 minutes for the rest. While other guests around us who had arrived later. Were served their dishes earlier.

Worthless, nice to eat at the neighbors, it looked good there. Order placed at 7:32 PM Sliding door almost did not open, so it is not accessible for someone in a wheelchair. About half an hour later I asked where the food was. I received an answer of 10 to 15 minutes. but people who came after us who had only been in for 10 minutes received their food. I asked again about fifteen minutes later. oh yes it is a bit busy what is your order we are going to make it for you now was the answer. Ultimately we asked again later to get our money back, which we did, but see here after we walked into the jumbo (we have to eat of course) we were chased by 2 employees to pay for the 2 milkshakes. customer service ? no, that does not exist here, that someone has to wait more than an hour for 2 citizens and then receive 0 compensation? Then you have to be here.

I would like to give less than one star but unfortunately that's not possible. The food could certainly have been good if it hadn't been completely ice cold and the fries were cold and sticky. It's also clear because after the meal was 1.5 hours late, the restaurant itself confirmed to us that the driver had been on the road for 40 minutes, on a scooter for 7km. Of course the food is no longer anything. He didn't even answer the phone at first. I have no idea where he was for so long, but the food was then inedible. Waiting for a new order after 10 won't do any good with children. We now got something somewhere else because it was inedible. 50€ for two burgers, fries and par nuggets thrown in the trash. I definitely don't recommend ordering from them, it's a waste of money. And yes, I called the restaurant several times myself. You have no idea what your driver is doing and you can't reach him. It's a real shame, the pictures say so well, but almost all of them are pictures of the restaurant itself, more money is spent on PR than on good employees.

A nice surprise in Hoofddorp for a tasty burger with beef, chicken, vegetarian or haloumi. Good and friendly service. The products are fresh and the sandwiches tasty. When it is busy, even with delivery orders, everything takes quite a long time

It looks like only friends of the owner eat here. Even though the place is empty except for three guests, it takes 35 minutes before a few bowls of half-cold fries arrive on the table. The burger was good, but fries cost €4 extra. We charge €49.50 for two loaded fries, the burger and two milkshakes. Too bad it wasn't cracking fresh and piping hot. And the restaurant was heated by 1 gas heater, if you don't sit next to it you have to eat with your coat on otherwise you will feel chilly. All in all, not exactly a top experience, but perhaps this is what eating out in Hoofddorp means these days?

The boss was very kind and patiently explained everything to us after we asked a lot of questions. The restaurant environment is also very good and the food is delicious😋. Last but not least, the boss is quite handsome.

Hi, we ordered food here after seeing that the restaurant was busy and had good atmosphere in centrum.. first issue, food arrived after 2 hours.. loaded truffle fries where bad and the sauce tasted & smelled spoiled… nachos was below average.. burger was average and we expected it to be better… may be our experience but definitely a no go for us again.. not worth the hype..,
