Extremely expensive (airport) and very limited selection.

Food came quick but not good quality. Bacon in burger been served cold same like pate and fries. Menager said that they do cold meat. That ridiculous order hot food recive cold for 24e, menager during working hours scroll Facebook.

Busy and too far from where we were at Schiphol. 2 McDonald's in the Schengen area that we couldn't go to. Ridiculous! Just make a McDonald's on every side!!! Point for McDonald's Management!

Well, it is and remains McDonald's, even though they think they have a high culinary standard based on their prices. The service was mediocre; if you could even get a seat, the table was dirty = clean it yourself?? And after two burgers, I already regretted that we went there for a bite to eat.

The food was very tasty but the price is incredibly expensive, 4.45 for 1 hamburger is not normal, I would not recommend it.

Some items are double the price of regular McDonald's.

A great place to start your vacation. Especially if you're hungry after landing. You can eat and see the landings and the planes. The little kids really enjoyed it.

So fast and throughput is crazy

The mcflurry is about 7 spoonfuls of ice-cream total. So 60c per spoon. Absolutely pathetic compared to any other McDonald's in the world.

As usual at McDonald's, the food is good and served quickly, but the service and cleanliness are questionable. A big plus is the size of the place; you can find a quiet table further down the street.

Located airside in the non-Schengen area, between Gates D and E on the second floor. It gets quite crowded and can be rather messy because of the high number of visitors, but there’s plenty of seating in this area, so it’s usually easy to find a table. Prices are significantly higher than outside the terminal, and the McDonald’s app is not supported here, neither for coupons nor for mobile ordering. Even so, it still feels like one of the more affordable dining options at the airport. The staff are friendly.

Bad placement only reachable if you travel international

I've never been in a worse McDonald's... They don't have basic regular menu items such as the double cheeseburger and they don't do promotional items that are displayed as an advertisement. Genuinely laughable do not go.

Ordered food for my wife and milkshake for myself. Paid for the order on my credit card. Waited for the food and it came without the milkshake. Apparently the milkshake machine was out of order. But, I was only offered food as a replacement for the milkshake and not a refund. Manager came over and said it's not possible to refund, and I'd have to email McDonald's if I wasn't going to accept more food. Not good enough and I suspect not at all legal. Advised the manager I don't like the food and don't want to turn into a fatty, so asked again for a refund. Manager pulled a face like a cow put out to graze on the motorway and raided the till for a 5 euro note instead. So is this a genuine Maccy D policy or were staff trying to pull a fast one?

If you were thinking of grabbing a quick bite around 5 o'clock before heading into the air, don't count on it. They didn't open until 5:10 at their leisure anyway, then all the ordering screens were still off, and minutes later they only turned on two... meaning a long queue right away, and eventually we left without food and with disappointed children so we could still catch our flight.

I had to pay for even a single sachet of ketchup sauce (isn’t this normally included?)! Prices were extortionate too. Not worth it but with limited options in this airport, you feel as though you have no choice!

Worst McDonald's I have ever eaten at; the food was somehow a whole lot blander and dirtier than at a 'normal' McDonald's you find along the highway, inedible.

Staff especially Ashna was lovely and pleasant. My kids were looked after well.

Extremely expensive, people don’t help so much with your food, you need to be self aware. Number is different from what is on the screen. At least service in English.

The food and service are good. My main issue is the jaw dropping prices. Food prices in Europe is shocking to me. The area was somewhat unkempt. Lots of empty trays sitting around and food on the floor. Was offered Mayo with the fries, far superior condiment than Ketchup for Fries.

Worst McDonald's experience ever. €13.40 for fries and nuggets… absurd, but oh well, everyone makes their own choice… however, my fries were half empty and there were only 8 nuggets instead of 9… If that's their way of increasing profit margins, it's truly sad…

The fries weren't very soft. If you order a box of 20 nuggets, you get them mixed up spicy.

No tissue, bbq sauce in a plastic bag, cold fries... I mean how can I dip the fries if the sauce is in a plastic bag? All for a double price than anywhere in the world. Quality really went down for the past years..and the price is now higher than normal restaurants with plates and service

Just a standard Mac with the standard graphics card. Nothing special.

This place uses kiosks for your order and then you proceed to pay and/or pickup at the counter. I think it's meant to stall overcrowding near the registers but it doesn't. The service is fairly quick tho. You have to pay for ketchup and sauce. Crazy work!

Well, it must be because of the location that the prices are so extreme.

As good as it gets for an Airport McDonald's. Not crowded and well spaced out. The airport seating also helps.

You can order at the counter or from the automatic ordering machine near your seat, and the food isn't too slow to arrive, which is great.

If you consciously order a coffee in a sustainable cup that you return, you'll still receive it in a disposable cup. It's pressed into your hands by a staff member who continues to talk to his colleague and says literally NOTHING to me.

Went to the counter to be served,to be told they don't serve at counter, although the person Infront of me had just been served So went to screen to place order and then went to collect and watched 2 more people be served Manager was rude and thought it was quite funny when talking to his colleague

It's a McDonald's, after all. The ordering process, from order placement to pickup, is well-organized. The service is efficient. The prices are unbelievable – about double what you'd normally pay. Seating is a bit limited.

A bunch of employees were just standing there doing nothing. Even after three people checked, the meal was still missing a burger. Only three items could be missing – that's terrible. Don’t ever order here. They had me wait for more than half an hour after which they said my order couldn’t be made. They also refused to refund my money, stating I had to send them an email to contact customer service. So they took my money and didn’t provide any service. I would expect this to be illegal?

Pick up your own food, no table service

McChicken menu is 14,70 €!?! Are you out of your mind?!? What a crazy rip-off scam you’re running here, it’s unbelievable.

What is the point in having 12+ self service terminals and only running 2 of them? 10 minutes in a que just to order and another 15 waiting for a bottle of water and a cheeseburger. Staff behind the counter couldn't move any slower if they tried. Someone definitely needs to look at the operational standards and fix something as this was the most abysmal service I've had at a McDonald's anywhere.

I was surprised what we ordered was finished in no time whilst the queue was long.

25 minutes waiting for what is called fast food? 🫣 Too late service unfortunately! Plus the screen was not working to indicate the order number ready to pick up. Plus we paid 0.15 cent for each plastic cup because they don’t have the service to ide reusable plastic ones instead so we are forced to pay it.

I ordered food and even though the sign said pick up, I waited for more than 10 minutes. My food hadn't even started to be made yet. Arrogant attitude of the staff and the manager, who refused to tell me their name. No one wears name tags. Instead of ice tea without ice, my order contained a strange, disgusting bubble drink. When I complained, they told me that their ice tea is always bubbly. Since when is tea at McDonald's sparkling and why did it taste like a mix of all drinks? The Big Mac was poorly made and the overall environment was very dirty and untidy, not only in the seating area, but also in the preparation area, it didn't show the standard of McDonald's, but some dirty place that hadn't been cleaned for a long time.

€6 for 2 miserable chicken tenders. €10 for a basic chicken burger. Complete rip off.

Great balance between the busy airport and great food and service. Been a pleasure eating there, meat-free alternatives really tasty and the fries were great, especially with the shaker spices and fritessaus.

Dear lord this place is awful. I’m not going to complain about the outrageous prices but rather the service here. Staff had hair down with no hair nets in sight. They were also quite rude. When they got my order wrong (it’s fine it happens) and I got it changed I was met with my burger being handed to me by a worker with the filthiest nails I’ve ever seen in my life. Definitely stay away from this particular McDonald’s at schiphol, opt for the other one if you want it that bad

A loud, noisy, and not particularly clean McDonald's restaurant that's visited by thousands of people every day. It's also ridiculously expensive.

The food is good. And the staff is super fast working and that is really nice inside an airport!

We had a quiet meal before we went on holiday.

You couldn't even scan the codes. Pretty bad. You know why? Because it's just bloody expensive. They don't offer that discount here. Such a shame... oh yeah, my friend also got the wrong nuggets and wasn't allowed to keep them. They probably got thrown away 🥸 luckily the food was still edible.
