Ignore the negative reviews. Those people are weak, uninitiated, or hostile to progress. Is this “artificial”? Of course it is. This burger is the aggregated labor of thousands of workers, millions of cattle-hours, oceans of oil, and a supply chain so vast it can only be understood by gods and logistics software. The beef was ground by machines that do not sleep. The bun was engineered for structural integrity. The cheese is no mere dairy product - it is a polymerized dairy-adjacent construct, stabilized against entropy itself. Nature did not make this burger. America did.

This is the most disgusting Burger King I've been to and I've traveled a lot! Not worth a penny. The lines are long and orders are rolling in, the staff sometimes stand in the corner and talk/laugh, some stand with the phone in their hands. They put the drinks in a row on the table and are already filled which they then give to everyone who ordered a drink?! So the drink has been there for 10-20 minutes at least. How lazy can staff be? Working at fast food chains is a fast pace, but these worked as if they were planting flowers. I stood at the cash register and waited for my food, the bag that was mine at the time stood there for 5 minutes until the staff who were having fun decided to call my number. The fries were chalky white, probably dipped in oil for 1 minute and then back up, the cheeseburger was dry as a desert. No, UGH. You should be glad you even have a job, there are people in line who can take over and you as an employer should literally fire every single one of them.

What a terrible place! This is apparently a really small establishment where the word hygiene hasn't even been invented. You couldn't order from the screens, and when you ordered at the counter, products had been added and removed from the order with a heavy hand. Overall, the quality of the food was very poor. For example, the sodas were almost at boiling point and watery. I don't understand how this is even legal!

Very very bad… all young team member. They don’t have the manager in front, so they were just laughing chatting, hanging at the corner. At some point, this Burger King won an award (according to the plaquet on the wall). Whoever payed to make that happen should come visit the restaurant and experience the trash it represents. I am honestly shocked it is allowed to be open at this point. Nothing, and I mean nothing about this place is worth the agony of having to bite down on the horrible food or taste the disgusting liquids that come out of their dispensers. Btw, I love a good Burger King meal! Had I been a resident in the country I would have reported the restaurant to the health authorities. It is dirty! - Service was slow and indifferent - food and drinks were waiting on the table behind the counter for who knows how long - half of the ordered dishes were missing - hygiene of the employees and the general kitchen was at a terrible level - floors and tables full of garbage and drinking puddles - self-service checkouts were out of order and only one counter was open and the only seller was making food in between. People were leaving the line when there was no time to wait. Terrible place, I will avoid going there in the future.

The worst BK I have ever been to. I want’t to point out that I don’t like posting bad reviews. This is the first time I give a one star review in my whole life. So first there seems to be no real organisation. The cashier was borderline in depression, no smile, just bored. It immediately made me question if I should take a burger. I Bought fries + cola + sauces for 8.95€ which is a joke of a price. and had to wait 15 minutes because they were focused on doing something else. I could see them walking slowly at their pace. No bother for the 7 orders waiting. And I could see my order, getting cold. I then asked for the sauces, which I payed for, and the guy told me to ask the cashier. I said no, I paid I want my ketchup thanks. The whole place is disgusting, trash on every table. I’m sure not everything is to be blamed on the employees, but get your shit together please. 🙏

The restaurant is far too small for demand. The sign with the waiting and ready numbers is illegible from a distance. The ready numbers are either visible for too short a time or don't even show up at all. It's a shame I went after my own food, which ended up cold. It's a cash cow restaurant. If patience were a meal, I’d have been full long before Burger King ever handed me my cold fries. I queued for over half an hour just to order a vegan burger that, it turns out, didn’t actually exist. The menu was full of vegan options, pity the kitchen wasn’t. Out of five ordering screens, only two worked, which made the queue crawl. When I finally reached the front, the vegan items had magically vanished from availability. So, after all that, I settled for chips and a dip. Even that went wrong: the machine didn’t print my receipt, the staff couldn’t care less, and the only thing moving quickly was their conversation with each other. Then came the wait, another 10 to 15 minutes for my cold, lifeless fries. My “barbecue sauce” turned out to be ketchup, and when I asked for the right one, I was told to bring the whole bag back, as if the sauce swap required forensics. I had to snatch the cold fries out of my friends mouth, put them back into the paper bag and take the order back to be examined by a rude toddler. Still, no apology, no smile, just a shrug. And the best part? It cost me €22. For cold fries, a wrong dip, and a masterclass in indifference. Honestly, one star feels generous. If you’re flying out of Schiphol, you’d be better off eating your boarding pass, it’s probably warmer, cheaper, and comes with better service.

There are two guys who shout out announcements to customers (a Black guy with glasses and another guy with long hair and glasses) who are pretty stupid, to put it mildly. They're constantly making tasteless jokes about all sorts of customers who come to pick up their orders, thinking we can't hear them or understand them. To top it all off, one of my drinks didn't have any ice and was at room temperature. When I politely asked the Black guy (I'm not racist, I just want to point out that only bad employees get called out) to add some ice, he blew on it as if I was bothering him and then had his coworker touch the container to see if the drink was cold or warm. Finally, he rudely added some ice. To be honest, the food was good, but these kinds of employees only damage the chain's image.

I don‘t think it‘s the service that’s so extremely terrible, the people who work there are just doing what they are told to do. It‘s the brand Burger King that tries to fail as hard as possible. The best example is when you order something like fries. Somebody thought it is a genius idea to not include the sauce (ketchup or mayo) when you order fries. However nobody tells you that you need to order the sauce extra, not even the terminal. Who wants to eat fries without sauce? 😅 Your food is waiting for you getting cold and you need to order a pack of ketchup which takes in this case about 30 min. Worst customer experience ever! 😂 Please don‘t give the people that work there a hard time and just avoid Burger King in the future.

What an terrible place. I this restaurant was any other place than this airport it would be closed. I was there with the family for a quick bit before a late flight during rush hour. Must say I never have experience such a arrogant service in any fastgood restaurant. After ordering food from the self ordering computer, I was i disbelief how bad the kitchen was operated and managed. As the queue was getting bigger and bigger I could see more of the staff not helping nor trying to pace the work. I could see more of the orders where held up by the beverages wasn't ready. The responsible person was busy talking with the coworker than completing the orders. My order was no exception, as I could se my order/number was ready it took almost 3 minutes before they started to prepare the drinks. 4 coke zeros in about 5 minutes including a small talk. Tanks for cold burgers!

The worst experience ever. I got shouted at by staff for standing on the right hand side of the line, instead of left, even though there were almost no spaces, as the queue of people waiting was huge. The staff also threatened me to call their manager, who was already giving attitude to other customers. He called security on them, and I don't know whether they got pulled over and managed for their flight or not. Burger King is the worst, never ever again.

Of all our modern activities, air travel is undoubtedly one of the most time-sensitive. Therefore, a 'fast food' restaurant at an airport seems like a good idea. However, if it takes you 30 minutes+ to deliver a burger, you're defeating your own purpose. Save yourself the hassle!

It is the slowest Burger King on this planet. I know this an I try it every time because it’s one of my dumb rituals. But yesterday it reached a complete new level. I know they have a high amount of people to serve. But yesterday only two order kiosks are available and they need 60 Minutes and I leave without my food because boarding has stated. If I need more then 1 hour to get my food. Something is horrible wrong.

Bad bad bad service. The workers are arrogant and dont know what a smile is. Also the machine failed and no receipt was written. Ended up getting the wrong meal and was charged over double price, and the man said "i cant do anything". Just a TERRIBLE place with a long long waiting line. The servers are SLOW

The employees mind their own business, laughing and joking, while customers pile into a kilometer-long line at the only functioning totem (the only way to order). All this surrounded by a kitchen that fails to meet any health and safety standards.

Absolutely the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to, at Schiphol Airport. Only one machine was working, and after waiting an hour I gave up — my order never arrived. The customer before me got everything wrong as well (wrong drinks, wrong order). The staff were unprofessional: one girl was busy putting on makeup and scratching her ears while handling food, others were chatting instead of preparing orders, and they were openly rude and aggressive. It really feels like the whole setup is designed to take your money without ever serving your food. Expect to wait around 2 hours for an order that may never arrive. The place is like a bad episode of The Office come to life — but not funny at all. This Burger King should honestly be shut down rather than operated by staff this careless with such terrible service.

Took me 30min to get the food. The screen showing what meals were ready was not working, and somebody just mumbled out some numbers in Dutch. Almost missed my flight (last one to board). There were probably 100 people waiting for their food and more orders coming in all the time. Nobody managing it. Absolutely not acceptable.

The burger tasted ok but when ordering it didn’t show prices. They tack on lots of little required addons that make the price add up. I ordered curly fries and got regular fries which were very soggy and didn’t taste great. Overall not the greatest experience..

FRIES WEREN’T COOKED! The fries that I got looked and tasted like they hadn’t seen deep frying oil in their lives, let alone room temperature oil. They were barely salted and it was like choking down a dry baked potato. Honestly I had to force myself to finish the small bag I ordered. My friend ordered curly fries for an extra charge and they gave him regular fries which he was rightfully upset about. They also don’t give you ketchup with the fries which makes the experience EVEN WORSE! Then for the burger, it was good for the first 2/3, then I took it out of the wrapper to finish it and the only part left was straight mayo and bun which was nasty. If you can avoid this Burger King, DO IT AT ALL COSTS!

usually i am all for patience for the staff, they have a hard job. but these guys were unbelievable, they were chilling, laughing, sometimes doing nothing??? for minutes not just seconds, and they opened just 1 counter?!?!?! the self order machines were all out of order, so we waited in line for 30minutes while a staff was just talking on his phone for like 25minutes instead of delaying his break 15minutes because it was just a wave of customers. after that he could easily take his break an chill.and they didnt have even half of the options that was on the menu

I think this is the only negative review I've ever left anywhere. I don't like doing it, but it's unfortunate that people pay for this. No cheese, no ice, no beer, no wings, no ice cream. Surely without something else! Brutal. The Coca-Cola was too hot, too hot. Customers were throwing the repeated tickets that came out of the ticket machine on the floor, because it hadn't been so long since the paper roll had been refilled. The worst part, as always, is that you've already paid before you pick up your food.

I paid €5.90 for a large Twister fries bag. But the bag I received was extremely small. The staff showed no interest whatsoever and were downright rude; they just left me standing. After having to ask several times what size a small/medium bag was, I was given a sample size bag that was exactly the same size, only with a different print. I feel ripped off. I finally got my money back, but with a lot of effort. They snatched the bag of food from me, and instead of refunding the difference, I got the whole thing back. So there you are, sitting on the train with an empty stomach. I should have read the other reviews. Then I would have seen that I wasn't the only one with such bad experiences. It seems Burger King isn't doing anything to improve things. Never again Burger King for me.

Paid €50.00 for the last meal for 5 people. Of which 5/5, the fries were cold. After reporting it, I went straight to the second window. I did get hot/warm fries. This should be standard.
