Service and staff are way below par. It is dirty and everything is sticky, rubbish on the floor and tables. Waited 40 minutes for a few fries and a burger. Never again. Scandalously bad.

Nice place, but first time we placed situation where all machines for placing orders was switch off, including front till where you can place orders with staff. Not sure if it was becouse of network problem as you said, for me looks like, was big number of people waiting still for their food, so they switch off to not have „backlog” 🤣 Anyway, atmosphere was nice, everyone was kind, even though I asked „why they are not trying to swich off-on” 🫶

Closed at 10:06. If you don't want to sell just say that you open at 11. Nut very dutch...

The dirtiest Burger King ever. Ordering screen, tables, chairs, floor, and toilets. Absolutely EVERYTHING is filthy, dirty, and sticky!

This location is really terribly filthy. Everything on the terrace is covered in sticky mess and littered with trash. A member of staff dropped a cup of soda on the terrace. The contents are probably still there. The toilets were also very dirty.

The food is standard Burger King, the order was brought to the table properly, but please do something about the toilets. One urinal didn't flush and had paper in the bin, the room was dirty, the hand dryer was broken, and there were no paper towels as a replacement.

I had to wait half an hour and didn't receive half of my order.

It's 21:00 and they didn't want to serve me, they say they are closing. What a shame, I travelled 15 km to eat and they are saying that they close.

First, fries with cheese and bacon bits were cold and wrong. We ordered extra bacon and cheese, took them back, got new fries, but they were still lukewarm. Definitely not recommended.

Close this place down, or give it a thorough clean regarding hygiene, the food and its temperature, and especially the hospitality and politeness of the staff. Terrible place!

The personale was nice but it felt very coldb atmosphere, but I was in the morning maybe that is why.

Scandalous service; they don't come out from behind the counter, you have to get everything yourself. Also, the deposit cup is deliberately not activated. So you have to take it out of the filthy machine, go back to the counter, and then they activate it. They do this systematically so they can pocket all the deposit money themselves at the end of the shift.

Tasty burgers, just a shame that they are always lukewarm and never really nice and hot. The atmosphere is a bit faded glory, old and poorly maintained.

We ate here today with 2 adults and 3 children. They didn't bring the order, even though that was the plan. The order was incomplete at all. The food was lukewarm and the rolls were soggy. Never again for us.

It took a very long time and it wasn't busy; ordering MUST be done on screens that offer many unwanted options. Burgers were cold/lukewarm. If you want a drink or dessert, you cannot order or pick it up directly at the counter. When I asked "can I order directly from you?", the answer was "over there!" and I was referred to a screen. In other words, waiting at least another fifteen minutes. Deposit cups are not processed, meaning the return machine doesn't work. All in all, unfortunately, nothing positive to report.

What a shit show, if you have the opportunity, drive on to Roermond! Employees swearing at each other, an employee spills cola all over a tray while tossing the fries down, we walked out before ordering, maybe we were just lucky the coupons didn't work and we had to go to the cashier to witness this scene, and so we decided to go to Roermond. There is still a lot to fix at this location.

The Best bad burger King local from all the ways you look. I came back after a very long time and I see new manager and new personel and they are so kind and helpfull. Good jos guys, keep it like this!

Very convenient for the motorway and the range of vegan and vegetarian options for some of our family members that needed them was very good. Nice to find a venue in this region with toilets that didn't demand a fee and/or access code.

It's just Burger King, like all of them. Language problems (because I don't speak Dutch) were easily overcome with English. Since it wasn't very busy and I had to wait for my Whopper, I was asked to find a table and wait there. After a few minutes, my food was brought to me.

We went through the drive-thru tonight. It took a very long time before someone took our order, even though there was only one car in front of us and only 1 or 2 tables occupied inside. We had ordered 4 veggie Whoppers and apple juice and green iced tea for our kids. We had to pay for parking, just like the car in front of us. We hadn't received our drinks yet. We then stood there waiting for half an hour while the people sitting inside (3 people) got their food earlier. My husband went inside twice; the first time they indicated another two minutes… a long two minutes, that is. Our baby was crying by then and our kids really wanted to eat. Finally, after a long wait, my husband went inside to get the bag himself. They forgot the drinks after all, and the burgers were half cold… The car in front of us hadn't even received their order by then. It is truly scandalous how things work there; you pay 31 euros and they still forget the drinks, which we only noticed when we were already rushing home. We are never coming back here…

The place is downright filthy. We sat down at a dirty table, wiped it down ourselves, and it was pitch black. The burger was lukewarm and the ingredients had been thrown on top. I ordered tea and got coffee. The deposit machine splashed the leftover drink back in our faces and didn't work for just one cup. The staff only spoke English.

It was tasty, freshly prepared, and the people were friendly. It is an old building, but that does not affect the quality of the food.

We waited 45min to get 3 burger menus. One of our group had after 30 min his 1 burger menu but the bacon on the burger was still raw. After the 45min wait we decided to ask our money back and leave. We got to the McDonalds and got our menus within 7min...

I didn't stay long after the meal. Minus the fries that had no salt at all and the burger too, it was too sweet. The employee was nice, he changed my slotta for coffee.

It was a disaster. The wait for an order was 30 minutes because they were taking orders from Thursday.NL. It was a disaster. Everyone waited 30 minutes. Everyone was impatient, even when it wasn't very busy. Zero organization. Wrong order. And cold.

We ate here tonight. Okay, there were nine of us, but this shouldn't have been a problem. We're still wondering where the hidden camera was. We've never received such an incomplete order. How is it possible to not include three loaded fries, two twister fries, two drinks, and all the sauces, and still think the order is complete? Then we had to keep walking to the counter with two people to get it right. Unfortunately, by then, the rest was cold again. We also paid a deposit on eight cups and then received six cardboard cups. I have to say, though, that once we had fought our way through the line of other complainers, they did try to resolve the issues. Oh, did I mention we ordered a double Whopper? It was on the paper, but it only contained one burger. The cup turned out to contain Sprite and Fanta, and the jalapeños we ordered were missing from the loaded fries... I could go on and on. To the owner: You're in a great location for anyone traveling to and from Germany. We love stopping at Burger King when we're on our way. The place doesn't live up to Burger King standards, and its potential is certainly not being realized.

Lukewarm (cold) burgers, dirty tables. I had to indicate a number on my receipt and take a sign with that number to my table, then they called out another number ten times after I thought it was taking too long. I went to check anyway. There was a tray with our order. The number they called out was apparently for our order. Apparently, that number was on the receipt, which I should have known. But I didn't get a receipt because there was no receipt paper in the ordering computer. Such a shame.

We had to wait a very long time. The cola had been sitting there for fifteen minutes before we were even served. It was a real hassle with the reusable cups: they were activated, but the machine wouldn't accept them. It was resolved, but they weren't very friendly.

I was extremely satisfied with my visit to the Burger King. The food arrived within 6 minutes, even though the restaurant was packed at lunchtime. The food was freshly prepared, hot, and delicious. The restaurant and restrooms were clean, and the staff was friendly.

I parked my car and saw an employee taking out the trash. I walked inside and saw a kitchen employee approaching me to take my order. I placed my order and received a receipt. Suddenly, I saw the same woman who was outside taking out the trash walk in and immediately go into the kitchen to make me sandwiches without washing her hands... (well, enjoy your meal then!). P.S. You don't have to speak Dutch there because they won't understand you, only English... it feels like you're in London when you're actually in Venlo. I won't go there again, and it's not recommended either, judging by the toilet I briefly used.

We've been to Burger King all over the world, but we've never had such a bad experience. We ordered at 5:59 PM, and the food didn't arrive until 6:21 PM. The burgers were lukewarm to cold. All the tables were filthy, the floor was dirty, and the restroom had no towels or hairdryer. It was truly unacceptable. The only decent person was the employee who brought the food. However, there was no apology. We won't be back.

We ordered two burgers and one coke at the drive-thru. We received two double burgers and no coke...not at all what we ordered.

It looks neat and tidy. Not very busy, but people are constantly coming in and out to take away food. There's plenty of room to sit. And the food is nice and hot when it arrives.

The restaurant is really cold inside, as if it has no heating. The toilet wasn't clean and the hand sanitizer hadn't been refilled. The food was okay.

The Staff (hopefully only the current shift) is absolutely incapable. Can’t prepare food in sequence. Both reading six tickets on the table only to return with a single item and then reading everything on all 6 Lists again. They didn’t even manage to divide the 6 trays into two (between them) Took 40minutes to receive a single burger with fries and 2 drinks. And it was the same burger others ordered after us and already got theirs.

People at the drive-thru don't understand what you're ordering. They have no idea what's on the menu. I look like a fishwife yelling at that pole. But that doesn't help either. It rarely goes well, certainly never the first time. It all takes a very long time. Waiting 30 minutes for 5 menus is quite normal there. But yes, they do have vegetarian options, unlike McDonald's.

Pleasant, not crowded, food could have been a bit warmer. It was a hassle to return the mandatory, deposit-refundable cup.

This branch is requested to improve its service and hygiene immediately. Employees should be offered permanent contracts and full pay to prevent mistakes. They receive a meager and incomplete menu, while paying a high price. There are dust particles and tiny hairs on the food. When you speak up at the counter, they look at it but do nothing. They try to throw evidence in the trash. You only get a refund if you stand up for yourself. Customers who experience stomach problems after eating at this branch or who have concerns about hygiene should report it to the national food inspectorate online.

The food was as expected, but the staff was very limited, and while a burger restaurant isn't necessarily considered atmospheric, it was so "cozy" that I couldn't get ready to leave quickly enough. A typical case of fast food, even faster away.

The floor was incredibly sticky. Some soda had been spilled, and they smeared it away instead of cleaning it up. We wanted to eat inside, but even though it was quiet, there wasn't a clean table to be found. We ate our food in the car, where we realized we hadn't had enough chicken nuggets. The hamburgers were lukewarm. We won't be back.

Just now, I was helped by a woman named Fefe, who was very rude. She spoke very curtly while talking and then suddenly slammed the window shut. When the payment initially failed, she became irritated, and after two attempts, she threw the payment terminal down.

The girl taking orders at the drive-thru is unintelligible. She doesn't understand Dutch herself, so the order is incorrect. She's not asked about sauces, portion size, etc.

No atmosphere, but that's not what you come here for. I couldn't get a meal within a reasonable time because the entire screen was filled with "being prepared." This made sense, since a whole regiment of Belgian soldiers were waiting. So I left and drove further west, where I was headed. Couldn't test the service.

Don't eat here! I think the chili cheese nuggets had been sitting there for four days, even though I TOLD them I wanted fresh, to which they replied with a laugh: "Yes, of course, sir," in very broken Dutch! So I spoke to the manager about it, who didn't understand a word I said, and neither did the manager. It's a disgusting mess in there, and the food is either old or inedible.

There was a foul smell, everywhere I looked I could find something truly unclean, and the food was also awful. My shoes stuck to the floor. I was given onion rings that were so tough, like they were a day old. I was so glad when I was outside again and could finally go home and shower.

No service, stoic staff, grimy, and often just plain unclean. It's definitely not fast food anymore. The food was only moderately warm and sloppily put together. Almost a classic Burger King staple by now.

It took five minutes for two cups of coffee to be ready, even though we were the only ones waiting. And then they even managed to deliver the wrong coffee. There were five people walking around, and then they put someone who didn't speak Dutch at the counter. I had to argue in English to get the right coffee. It really wasn't my fault. The deposit machine wasn't working either, but I didn't feel like arguing in English again. A terrible place.

I ordered food at the counter and clicked to have it brought to my table. I had number 48, but the lady kept calling out 84. Ultimately, my food sat on the counter for 15 minutes... what are those plates for then? After my meal, about an hour later, my girlfriend vomited all over the car... unfortunately, I still had to drive home for another hour and a half.

A great Burger King! We had to wait a bit longer for our food because a customer with a complaint was in front of us, but they resolved that very nicely. Waited over 30 minutes. The middle section was closed, so there wasn't enough room for four people. The burger bun was tough. I had to get my own food, but it wasn't delivered. They only spoke English. And then they forgot things.

The tables were cleaned after I asked if this could be done (which was appreciated). I do think they could use a more thorough cleaning (including underneath). What a disgrace this Burger King is! The interior is as greasy as the bacon they serve! A portion of fries for a gnome's stomach. The cheese on the burger looked like a thick sheet of cardboard...not even melted. We'll never be back.

We waited an above-average amount of time for our food, and then the cup return machine was broken. Unfortunately, we were robbed of €2. In retrospect, I would recommend that you spend another half hour waiting for the next McDonald's.
