The food was nothing special, the service was okay. The atmosphere was lacking.

The food is really tasty, but the service is absolutely terrible. When you order at the table, the numbers are just table decorations because they don't bring them. It's dirty, the bins are full, and you're forced to buy plastic cups.

People at the drive-thru don't understand what you're ordering. They have no idea what's on the menu. I look like a fishwife yelling at that pole. But that doesn't help either. It rarely goes well, certainly never the first time. It all takes a very long time. Waiting 30 minutes for 5 menus is quite normal there. But yes, they do have vegetarian options, unlike McDonald's.

A tragedy, in one word, I waited almost 30 minutes for my order and there were a total of 5 people, I do not recommend eating here 🤮🤮

This branch is requested to improve its service and hygiene immediately. Employees should be offered permanent contracts and full pay to prevent mistakes. They receive a meager and incomplete menu, while paying a high price. There are dust particles and tiny hairs on the food. When you speak up at the counter, they look at it but do nothing. They try to throw evidence in the trash. You only get a refund if you stand up for yourself. Customers who experience stomach problems after eating at this branch or who have concerns about hygiene should report it to the national food inspectorate online.

The food was as expected, but the staff was very limited, and while a burger restaurant isn't necessarily considered atmospheric, it was so "cozy" that I couldn't get ready to leave quickly enough. A typical case of fast food, even faster away.

We wanted to eat inside, but even though it was quiet, there wasn't a clean table to be found. We ate our food in the car, where we realized we hadn't had enough chicken nuggets. Just now, I was helped by a woman named Fefe, who was very rude. She spoke very curtly while talking and then suddenly slammed the window shut. When the payment initially failed, she became irritated, and after two attempts, she threw the payment terminal down.

Don't eat here! I think the chili cheese nuggets had been sitting there for four days, even though I TOLD them I wanted fresh, to which they replied with a laugh: "Yes, of course, sir," in very broken Dutch! So I spoke to the manager about it, who didn't understand a word I said, and neither did the manager. It's a disgusting mess in there, and the food is either old or inedible.

There was a foul smell, everywhere I looked I could find something truly unclean, and the food was also awful. My shoes stuck to the floor. I was given onion rings that were so tough, like they were a day old. I was so glad when I was outside again and could finally go home and shower.

I ordered food at the counter and clicked to have it brought to my table. I had number 48, but the lady kept calling out 84. Ultimately, my food sat on the counter for 15 minutes... what are those plates for then? After my meal, about an hour later, my girlfriend vomited all over the car... unfortunately, I still had to drive home for another hour and a half.

No service, stoic staff, grimy, and often just plain unclean. It's definitely not fast food anymore. The food was only moderately warm and sloppily put together. Almost a classic Burger King staple by now.

It took five minutes for two cups of coffee to be ready, even though we were the only ones waiting. And then they even managed to deliver the wrong coffee. There were five people walking around, and then they put someone who didn't speak Dutch at the counter. I had to argue in English to get the right coffee. It really wasn't my fault. The deposit machine wasn't working either, but I didn't feel like arguing in English again. A terrible place.

A great Burger King! We had to wait a bit longer for our food because a customer with a complaint was in front of us, but they resolved that very nicely. What a disgrace this Burger King is! The interior is as greasy as the bacon they serve! A portion of fries for a gnome's stomach. The cheese on the burger looked like a thick sheet of cardboard...not even melted. We'll never be back.

The reusable cup was frustrating. €1/cup, then one must take it to a machine with unclear instructions to get a QR code to enter banking information to get the deposit returned. If a cup isn't activated by the people working the counter, the machine rejects it. Very inconvenient and frustrating!

Only go when it's NOT busy. As soon as there's more than 3 orders at the same they WILL mess it up, make sure you double check your orders.

No, absolutely not recommended. Unfriendly staff, the deposit system is outrageous and not explained. Each cup is charged €1. Cashback is only possible through an unknown app. No information about this is provided at the machine. The employee was unmotivated and unable to help, whether intentional or not is unclear.

I'm a happy and frequent customer at BK and am usually very satisfied. As a coach driver, I have a lot of influence over where I stop for food with my groups. This restaurant is disappointing in every respect (except for the food, which isn't due to the staff, but rather to the fact that they maintain a certain standard). I visited the restaurant with 60 people and generated high sales. When I asked if there were any special offers for coach drivers, I was met with a question: why should there be? So I ordered a cheeseburger and left. After that, I won't go to this Burger King again and won't recommend it to anyone. This branch is the first Burger King to tell me there are no promotions for coach drivers. No matter where in Europe I've stopped at a Burger King and politely asked if there was a way, someone always tried to hand me my two cheeseburgers and a latte. Great food, nice retro atmosphere.

The lady who took orders only spoke English and could not take our order over the intercom. This had to be done at the window. This was a bit strange but not insurmountable. The fries, on the other hand, seemed to come straight from the sea. There was so much salt sprinkled on it that my stomach turned. The rest of the orders were as expected and fine.

They were shouting across the kitchen. After a 3 hour car ride I needed to go to the toilet, but when I came to the men's toilet I suddenly didn't need to go anymore. The stench of urine hit me in the face like a baseball bat. The sink was soaking wet with water. As if it hadn't been cleaned in weeks.

Crappy Burger King. Until a few years ago, everything was more or less fine, except for some minor comments. 1. The opening hours are not adhered to. Should be open until 10 p.m., but at 8:45 p.m. the door is locked. 2. The interior is tired, dirty and broken. Cracks in sofas, stains and scratches in tables. 3. The toilets are worse than your average festival dixi. They are smelly, dirty, greasy and both urinals and sinks leak like a sieve. 4. The employees speak poor English, and you don't have to speak Dutch at all, because no one speaks it there anymore. 5. Fast food is an unknown concept here, whether you go through the drive or order at the pole, you have to order for at least 5-8 minutes and then wait at least 20 minutes for your food. 6. The deposit cups are not cleaned (properly), the greasy mess from the previous customer is still on them. 7. Customer friendliness is also an unknown concept here, a thank you or a bon appetit is too much to ask here. 8. Nothing has been done to the building since it opened in 2004. It's draughty, the air conditioning is broken, and half the lighting is broken. The terrace of the past can no longer be used. 9. There are a lot of broken foreign cars parked on the site. Especially after sunset, this is not a place to leisurely travel alone. 10. The biggest problem, the food. Where you could still get reasonable food until a few years ago, it is now impossible to eat. The fries are terribly salty and often lukewarm/cold. The burgers are pressed together without love, and the pieces of meat are left in the warming container for far too long. Nuggets are chewy and almost cold. In short, it is a wonder that Burger King NL allows this place to exist, and that the NVWA has not yet closed it down. Better to take a 20-minute detour or go home and have something to eat.
