It tastes awful. McDonald's is better.

The food is lukewarm, especially the burgers, which are cold on the inside. There is little staff, as is the case at many places. The taste is what you would expect from such a chain. It is a shame that it is cold. Longer waiting times.

We went in at 8:46 PM and by 9:00 PM all the chairs had already been stacked and the tables wiped down. However, wiping dirty chairs with their feet on the table was pointless. We waited 20 minutes for our food. We weren't served either. We had to get our food ourselves because the woman said, "There are only two of us here, and they can't serve us. They should just take the server off duty for the evening." Service: poor

The table was dirty and sticky, the floor was sticky.. we had to wait half an hour for 2 burgers… wanted to get an ice cream afterwards, but after 20 minutes I just gave up… the waitress got angry at someone because he asked if she wanted to pack up her food since the gentleman had already been waiting for his food for a good 45 minutes… but the lady couldn't manage to make an ice cream within 15 minutes either…

The purpose of Table Service is to bring the food. There was no one in the restaurant; you were standing around doing nothing.

Order was made very fast and even after cycling home to eat, it was still warm. Staff was very friendly, though few looked overworked, which is sad. Everything was working and all the items were available. Warning for the cyclist and car drivers as this burger king is located in very logistics heavy area, there are a lot of trucks going back and forth.

I would never eat here!! Scandalous, you get a plate saying it's being brought to you, the man stands there shouting unfriendly that you have to get it. Then you also get a cup with mold and hair. Never again.

I am not very impressed with the layout. Despite our early arrival, the tables were not clean and the floor was still greasy. After we ordered, we had to pick it up ourselves... no one called us over. The food wasn't really warm (fries/ham/sheddar cheese). Parking is a nightmare, by the way; there are spaces, but the entrance/exit is very illogical.

This was the slowest fast-food order I have ever waited for. It took them about 30-40 minutes to complete my order (a double Whopper menu), only to find out the burger I ordered was missing ingredients. I do not recommend it.

Filthy maintenance, systems don't work, kids disappointed because no toy was included; the guy looked at me like I was the biggest complainer. They got an ice cream. Returned the burger because the bun was rock hard, didn't get a new one. Bad business here; if I were Burger King, I would shut this down.

Once a year we sit down at a fast food joint, and every year we get more and more disappointed. Today, on the way back from our vacation, we ordered a burger, fries, and Fanta. The Fanta has so many ice cubes in it that the drink tastes more like water than Fanta. You pay 1 euro for a cup, but that is a deposit. You get your money back afterwards. However, our cup wasn't activated, so we had to go back to the counter. Then it worked with the machine. Next, you get a ticket with a QR code and have to enter your account number and last name to get a euro back via Tikkie. What idiot came up with this? I think a lot of customers are thinking: forget about the hassle. Easy money, Burger King!

Terrible.... it was filthy, filthy, and filthy in there. You just stuck to the tables. Unfortunately, we had already ordered at the pole, so we tried to eat anyway. The food was okay, but the milkshakes we ordered were tasteless. And I think they were just made incorrectly. So we went to the counter; okay, you'll get the money back for the shakes and the deposit on the cups. Well, we got ripped off again there because I never received it in my account... unfortunately, I didn't check it right away, so the money is gone. Ugh, what a bad place. Never again Burger King for me. And it's expensive there too.

They have ordering kiosks with table numbers that you can grab, just like at the competitor. However, they don't deliver to the table. You have to wait at the counter. The result: after 20 minutes, still no order and being snapped at for not sitting at a table with a table number sign. Seriously, what are those signs for then? On their kiosk, they are even called table signs. The food was cold in the end. The employee said he was "working alone" and that it was busy. (The place was about a quarter full, though there were a lot of people waiting). Furthermore, the location made a cold and unkempt impression. Worn furniture, dirty floors, dirty windows, door handles with brown edges from caked-on dirt... yuck.

I'll definitely avoid this Burger King next time. All the chairs were already stacked up – a full hour before closing time. The three simple dishes took a whopping 25 minutes from ordering to pickup. Table service wasn't offered. Overall, it gives the impression that it's seen better days. Overflowing trash cans.

Received a cold Whopper burger twice in a row. The lady with the headscarf reacts irritably, even though I'm paying for a hot burger, right? Also just a disgusting branch. Everything is dirty and it stinks. Not recommended.

Came here because of the low rating to see for myself. The place seemed understaffed, and most staff only spoke English, likely because they’re new to the Netherlands. The cup return machine wasn’t working at all. We ordered a regular chicken burger and nuggets, but both tasted like plant-based alternatives.

They don't speak Dutch, everything is dirty, plates aren't put back on and no receipts come out of the machine anymore, no toilet paper and the cup return machine is broken, and the food was cold.

Bad experience. The place was dirty, dirty tables, floor, and toilets. The staff might be understaffed, but even so. It took a long time for our simple order to be ready. People in front of us even waited 40 minutes. The strawberry milkshake had no color or flavor; I got a new one but it was the same again, and the wait staff said that was how it was supposed to be.... They won't see me back here.

I've never experienced such a filthy Burger King. The toilets were dirty, the flush and hand dryer were broken. There was trash on the tables, and the tables were dirty and greasy... if I hadn't already ordered, I would have left that dump. Oh yeah... table service? You can pick it up yourself!

Only two staff members were working, and understandably, they were completely overwhelmed. The place was dirty, no clean tables, and there were long waiting times; absolutely disastrous.

We stopped here for a break on our route and wouldn't do it again. Tables, chairs, high chairs, floor, doors, toilets – everything was dirty, crumbly, and sticky. Cups were scattered everywhere because the machine wasn't working, and the trash was piling up too…

What a hopeless situation. We had to wait a long time for our food, and then it was lukewarm—because why do you have to enter a number if you eat it there and they don't bring it to the table? The order was incomplete and I am still waiting for them to refund the deposit to my account because the machine that normally does this was broken, and no, it’s not just €1. I wish we had read here first before driving there. In short, they will never see us there again.

Food was sitting on the counter getting cold. "Not enough staff for table service" was the response. I suggested removing the "Table service" signs. This was done, but apparently they hadn't thought of it themselves. Several other customers after us experienced the same thing. Cold fries were replaced with hot fries after a brief insistence. Only when I said "try it yourself" did they take action. The hamburger was just warm enough not to go back, but it tasted good.

We placed an order to eat in the restaurant well over half an hour before closing time. We had to wait more than 20 minutes, although several orders after ours were processed quickly. When our order was ready, we were "kindly" asked to take it away instead of eating it on the premises. With 3 children, we ended up eating our order in the parking lot. Very bad experience. The floor was wet because something had been spilled, but despite it being very quiet, the staff did not clean it up. Because of this, I almost slipped and fell. That is unsafe and totally unacceptable. Additionally, the staff was very unfriendly and projected a negative attitude. We also had to wait far too long for the food, even though the restaurant was almost empty. Moreover, when the food finally arrived, it was cold. All in all, a very disappointing experience. Poor service, unsafe situation, and cold food. I will not be returning here and unfortunately cannot recommend this restaurant.

Picked up and ate straight in the car.... then you would expect the hamburgers to be hot.... they were less hot than lukewarm!

Downright disgusting restaurant. There was literally not a single clean table to be found in the entire restaurant. We had to wait almost half an hour for our order, even though less than a quarter of the tables were occupied. We even had to ask for several items from our order because they had forgotten them, and the staff wasn't particularly friendly either. Avoid this “restaurant”!

The place is quite rundown. The drive-thru screen doesn’t work, and the service is probably the slowest I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend it. If the customer-facing areas are in this condition, it makes me question the hygiene standards behind the scenes.

Regular Burger King, but a very long wait.

The food, as is to be expected at Burger King and similar chains, is rather subpar. The ambiance is very dated. Everything is very worn, slightly dirty, and partially broken. The restrooms unfortunately don't give a clean impression. There's no way to dry your hands.

After waiting 45 minutes for our order (despite it not being busy) and witnessing the extremely unhygienic conditions, we were served regular nuggets instead of the veggie nuggets we ordered. One of the worst Burger Kings I have ever been to. Air conditioning is present but doesn't work, and the terrace is closed so you can't sit outside either. They were supposed to bring the food to the table, but they keep shouting your number until you come to get it yourself. Several tables were dirty, and the order turned out to be incorrect as well, but we didn't feel like complaining anymore; we just wanted to eat and get away as quickly as possible. We will not be coming back here.

Why, if it says he works until 10:00 PM and it closes at 8:00 PM, does he freshen up and get ready to go home... I am parked in front of the door and see people coming back... and then the employer says later that there is no economic return... Well, gentlemen, there isn't. Never been a fast food restaurant with slower service

There's no need to go to the sauna; the staff is indifferent, the ventilation and air conditioning don't work, and they don't open the terrace seating area. I won't go again.

Ordered Barbecue Master without bacon, without whiskey sauce, without onion; I received a complete one with everything on it. I went to report this at the counter; in the meantime, they brought around 3 menus, and my fries ran out. Eventually, I went to ask myself; it was on the rack where the ready-made burgers are kept. When I opened it, it was a burger with only cheese, meat, and some sauce. Daughter had ordered still peach ice tea, but received regular ice tea.

Nice place, but first time we placed situation where all machines for placing orders was switch off, including front till where you can place orders with staff. Not sure if it was becouse of network problem as you said, for me looks like, was big number of people waiting still for their food, so they switch off to not have „backlog” 🤣 Anyway, atmosphere was nice, everyone was kind, even though I asked „why they are not trying to swich off-on” 🫶

This location is really terribly filthy. Everything on the terrace is covered in sticky mess and littered with trash. A member of staff dropped a cup of soda on the terrace. The contents are probably still there. The toilets were also very dirty.

The food is standard Burger King, the order was brought to the table properly, but please do something about the toilets. One urinal didn't flush and had paper in the bin, the room was dirty, the hand dryer was broken, and there were no paper towels as a replacement.

First, fries with cheese and bacon bits were cold and wrong. We ordered extra bacon and cheese, took them back, got new fries, but they were still lukewarm. Definitely not recommended.

Scandalous service; they don't come out from behind the counter, you have to get everything yourself. Also, the deposit cup is deliberately not activated. So you have to take it out of the filthy machine, go back to the counter, and then they activate it. They do this systematically so they can pocket all the deposit money themselves at the end of the shift.

We ate here today with 2 adults and 3 children. They didn't bring the order, even though that was the plan. The order was incomplete at all. The food was lukewarm and the rolls were soggy. Never again for us.

It took a very long time and it wasn't busy; ordering MUST be done on screens that offer many unwanted options. Burgers were cold/lukewarm. If you want a drink or dessert, you cannot order or pick it up directly at the counter. When I asked "can I order directly from you?", the answer was "over there!" and I was referred to a screen. In other words, waiting at least another fifteen minutes. Deposit cups are not processed, meaning the return machine doesn't work. All in all, unfortunately, nothing positive to report.

What a shit show, if you have the opportunity, drive on to Roermond! Employees swearing at each other, an employee spills cola all over a tray while tossing the fries down, we walked out before ordering, maybe we were just lucky the coupons didn't work and we had to go to the cashier to witness this scene, and so we decided to go to Roermond. There is still a lot to fix at this location.

The Best bad burger King local from all the ways you look. I came back after a very long time and I see new manager and new personel and they are so kind and helpfull. Good jos guys, keep it like this!

Very convenient for the motorway and the range of vegan and vegetarian options for some of our family members that needed them was very good. Nice to find a venue in this region with toilets that didn't demand a fee and/or access code.

It's just Burger King, like all of them. Language problems (because I don't speak Dutch) were easily overcome with English. Since it wasn't very busy and I had to wait for my Whopper, I was asked to find a table and wait there. After a few minutes, my food was brought to me.

We went through the drive-thru tonight. It took a very long time before someone took our order, even though there was only one car in front of us and only 1 or 2 tables occupied inside. We had ordered 4 veggie Whoppers and apple juice and green iced tea for our kids. We had to pay for parking, just like the car in front of us. We hadn't received our drinks yet. We then stood there waiting for half an hour while the people sitting inside (3 people) got their food earlier. My husband went inside twice; the first time they indicated another two minutes… a long two minutes, that is. Our baby was crying by then and our kids really wanted to eat. Finally, after a long wait, my husband went inside to get the bag himself. They forgot the drinks after all, and the burgers were half cold… The car in front of us hadn't even received their order by then. It is truly scandalous how things work there; you pay 31 euros and they still forget the drinks, which we only noticed when we were already rushing home. We are never coming back here…

The place is downright filthy. We sat down at a dirty table, wiped it down ourselves, and it was pitch black. The burger was lukewarm and the ingredients had been thrown on top. I ordered tea and got coffee. The deposit machine splashed the leftover drink back in our faces and didn't work for just one cup. The staff only spoke English.

It was tasty, freshly prepared, and the people were friendly. It is an old building, but that does not affect the quality of the food.

We waited 45min to get 3 burger menus. One of our group had after 30 min his 1 burger menu but the bacon on the burger was still raw. After the 45min wait we decided to ask our money back and leave. We got to the McDonalds and got our menus within 7min...
