A nice and relatively clean McDonald's

Just got out of this McDonald's and before doing anything I had to write a review. So far this is the fastest I've been ever served at a McDonald's. After paying I barely had to wait 1 minute and my order was ready, literal definition of fast food, it was like I was in the movie "The Founder" and the guy is surprised that he got his order so fast.

Slowest McDonald's in Europe. Very long wait times even when it is quiet.

I briefly used the restroom there on my way home from Antwerp.

The fries were cold. They were replaced after I complained. The burgers were only partially warm. Most of the tables hadn't been wiped, let alone the floor swept. The employee who brought the food to the table wasn't exactly motivated. The trash can was overflowing. It was just squashed. No new trash bag! Both trash cans were full!!! Who's in charge of the staff here?? I waited almost 10 minutes for soft-serve ice cream. They don't seem to care about the work. McDonald's used to be very clean!!! I wonder how long they'll stay open with such a lack of hygiene. I've never experienced anything like this at any other McDonald's. I'm definitely never going back to this McDonald's!!!!!

It's unbelievable how often you get the wrong or incomplete order at this McDonald's, and now it's happening again. I ordered a plain cheeseburger, and they gave me a regular plain hamburger in a cheeseburger wrapper.

I went to the McDrive last night, unfortunately the order wasn't complete. Drove back and it was quickly resolved.

At 5 o'clock it is very quiet there, tasty food and good service, exactly like all other McDonald's. However, they did forget to provide napkins.

A good and clean McDonald's branch. The food was completely fresh and brought to the table. There were masks for children to make, which they could take to their table. This was the first time in 20 years that a meal, and especially a burger, from a fast-food chain had really tasted good.

Big mac without meat, double pounder so salty and so much pepper that i could not finish it. It was okay few years ago but now terrible

The food is very bad!!! And instead of focusing on their work, the staff watches and talks back at the customers!!! Shameful!

Expensive. Tasteless. Stingy. Not fresh. Little topping on burgers. Not generously filled to size. They advertise differently than what you actually get. Stomach ache and cramps. The only advantage due to their high prices was that there was no one in the restaurant, so it was wonderfully quiet. The downside again: dirty benches, tables, and toilet. What a wonderful society we are, aren't we?!?

Ordered last night for €35 for the truck to go. Received the wrong items, and they were lukewarm. There was also no sauce on the chicken burgers. It's a real shame, I paid a lot of money for a small amount of food. I called, but no response. I'd like to have the new one again. I'd like to hear from the manager.

Today, February 17, 2026 I got two menus and two individual cheeseburgers at McDonald's Drive-Thru. I'm driving home. I live 5 minutes away. All the food was cold. Too bad.

Also the right place for a delicious ice cream or coffee from McCafé.

We were really pleasantly surprised; the burgers and fries were incredibly fresh – they tasted absolutely delicious and were nothing like the German McDonald's we've been to lately. The atmosphere in the restaurant was great too; the ladies in the kitchen were singing! 😁

Tables are usually sticky and dirty. McDonald’s is McDonald’s everywhere; the only real difference is how clean they keep the place. Unfortunately, this one is normally dirty.

It's a McDonald's, after all. Cleanliness and everything else is good. Food is prepared quickly and usually arrives hot. There's plenty of parking.

Completely different from Germany. It's absolutely spotless, and the staff is very friendly and speaks better German than McDonald's employees in Germany. Even the food tastes noticeably fresher and looks much more appetizing. All in all, a very pleasant visit.

Every year after we've been to LEURS, we stop here for a meal. Our daughter loves the climbing frame, the wait time for the food is reasonable, and the prices are typical for McDonald's.

The restaurant is clean. The food arrived at our table after almost 20 minutes, even though it was very empty. We were out of coffee and latte macchiato. The employee then got the two cups that had been placed on the counter five minutes earlier. Consequently, both were cold, and the latte macchiato turned out to be just coffee with milk.

I don't know what's going on at this McDonald's, but I've rarely experienced such a chaotic and neglected restaurant. The moment you walk in, you're hit with an unpleasant smell, as if no one has thought to clean properly for days. The tables were sticky, the floor was covered in crumbs, and the trash cans were completely overflowing. The order took forever, even though it was practically empty. When the food finally arrived, it was a complete disaster: The burger was cold, soggy, and looked like it had been dropped from a height of two meters. The fries were soft, stale, and bore absolutely no resemblance to fresh fries. Drinks ordered "without ice" were, of course, served with ice – perfect when you're already disappointed. The staff seemed stressed, unmotivated, and clearly overwhelmed. Friendliness was nowhere to be found. You're treated like you're intruding, even though all you want to do is eat. Honestly, if you're going to expect fast food, you at least want the basic quality that McDonald's usually offers everywhere. But this place managed to fall far short of even that basic expectation. Conclusion: Never again. If you want to ruin your hunger and your mood – then go here…

Fast, clean and friendly service

I've rarely been to such a filthy McDonald's. The staff really need hygiene training. I had an apple tart and a latte from McCafé. The coffee was awful. The cake was chilled but probably days old. I only tried one bite and have had stomach problems ever since.

Tastes better than in Germany, and the meatless chicken burgers are really awesome.

As usual: too busy, tables dirty (as in every free table), food is overpriced for the portion you get.

Let's be honest: you don't go to McDonald's for high-quality food. However, this is the best McDonald's I've ever been to. I've been here about 10 times now, 9 of which were through the Drive-Thru. Every time, my order has been correct, including all the changes I made to the dishes. That can sometimes go wrong at other McDonald's. Moreover, the food is always nice and hot. But most importantly: the employees here are all incredibly friendly! Very friendly, clear, and attentive. That's what sets this McDonald's apart from other McDonald's for me.

The driveway is also the entrance to Leurs; the food was cold and took 20 minutes to arrive.

No better or worse compared to other McDonald's in the area

Wow, €6.30 for 2 small fries and €1.70 for 2 mayo sandwiches. The burgers are way too expensive for a dry bun with a thin slice of meat and hardly any sauce. Oh yeah, there was a thin slice of cucumber in the middle. This was definitely my last time at McDonald's; the quality is nowhere near what it once was. Not really a star, but apparently this isn't acceptable!

In high doses, dextrose can lead to allergic reactions and osteoporosis. Bad news for vegans: McDonald's fries are anything but vegan. Where fries used to be fried in beef suet, this loss of flavor is now compensated for by the addition of natural beef flavors. Fries are not only full of additives but also full of fat. They are pre-fried, flash-frozen, and then fried again. And ultimately, at 510 kcal per (large) serving, they pack a serious punch. A healthy diet doesn't look quite like that. Seemed understaffed, the lobby was definitely not clean, and all the trash cans were overflowing. The manager was busy in the kitchen... The food was fresh and good!

Always something with this McDonald's. They forget that the fries shouldn't have salt, but most of the time they forget to complete the order. I went yesterday for two McFlurries. The cup of the flurry wasn't even half full. McDonald's has generally become incredibly expensive compared to a restaurant, and then you get this service for free. I don't recommend this McDonald's either; I'd say go to a real restaurant!

Just visited this McDonald's in Venlo. I noticed the very calm atmosphere inside. After ordering at the ordering station, I was shocked to see a blank receipt. I decided to go to the cash register for a new one. The lady behind the counter was very helpful. I didn't have to wait long for my meal. It tasted great, too. The restroom was also clean. I'll definitely be back to this McDonald's.

McDonald's is much better in the Netherlands than in Germany. The food is of the appropriate quality for fast food. Clean and tidy.

As a German, I tried Dutch cuisine here. I have to say that even a visit to a McDonald's abroad can be an experience. We were very impressed with the M&M McFlurry. Here they get crushed ones, which I find much better than our Smarties, which are whole. The highlight was the McKroket. Absolutely delicious.

Third time in a row, an error in the order, when they are a bit more busy, either something is missing or you get the wrong thing.

We ordered a coffee and two ice creams. The ice cream was made first and left in the kitchen, and only a few minutes later did they start making the coffee. By the time our order was placed, the ice cream had already melted. When we tried to complain, they said it wasn't because it had been sitting there for so long, but because of the hot sauce?!

It wouldn't hurt to clear the tables sometimes.

Only two of the eight screens for ordering from a menu were active. Since it was quite busy, we waited in line for a long time before we could order from either screen.

At this McDonald's restaurant it is possible to place an order at a screen. You can then quietly look at the different menus, the burgers, the deserts and so on. You can also immediately see what the ingredients for the burgers are. With these screens it is also possible to make adjustments: for example "no salt on the fries". You can also simply order at a counter if you want to pay in cash or prefer to order from staff. After placing your order, you can see on a screen above the counter whether your order is ready. This is done by number. The number of your order is printed large on your receipt. You can also have breakfast in this restaurant. There is a play area outside and inside for the smaller children. The toilets are maintained, but with the people who use them you could clean every 10 minutes...

We spontaneously ordered pistachio ice cream because they don't have it in Germany. Since we were on vacation in the Netherlands, we had already ordered some from other stores. Unfortunately, the cup here was almost empty. After stirring, it was only about the width of a thumb. We asked at the counter and were told it had to be that small. So, for €4.25, we got significantly more than four spoonfuls at other stores. Trash cans were overflowing, and the restrooms weren't clean either. Not recommended!

I'm here quite often, and it's always been great! The terminals almost always work, the staff are friendly, and the food is as you'd expect. The location, right next to the border, is also very good. 90% of the staff speak German, and in a pinch, you can get by with English.

If you're in the drive-through, keep going! The selection is limited! There are no sauce choices. The lemonade has more ice than lemonade. Napkins and salt are foreign words.

1 small burger costs 4 euros. What high prices. It doesn't fill your stomach at all. Is food suddenly a luxury only for rich people? Come on people! Eetzaak Mac is not a 5 star restaurant, not even a 1 star.

A pleasantly clean McDonald's. Service is noticeably friendlier than many in Germany. I recommend the McKrokett (Bittersellen burger), which is currently only available across the border and not here.

McDonald's has good takeout service. The service is fast, they rarely make mistakes with orders, and they usually have good deals. Ideal when you need a quick, hassle-free meal.

A welcome location for drivers, located next to the gas station. One minus is that there is no parking for trucks. Tasty food and very friendly staff.

Big disappointment with the McWrap which was half empty and poorly wrapped so the filling fell out into the wrapper and the tortilla remained empty, you only find out in the car when you don't want to go back. Food was freshly prepared but we had to wait a long time for the order. The service gets 0 stars from us because we were addressed and served in English at a Dutch McDonalds in the Netherlands. It's a bit ridiculous that you suddenly have to speak another language in your own country because the staff refuses to speak Dutch.

Strangely enough, the burgers taste better here. Because everything is the same. And, most importantly, fresh. No food that has been waiting to be eaten for hours.

After several bad reviews, we ate here after a day at Toverland. It was 6:30 PM and it wasn't too busy in terms of crowds. It took about ten minutes before we got our food. This was hot, correct, not too salty, tasty and not a bad word to say about it. Shortly afterwards an ice cream for the kids was also quickly brought to us. Restaurant was clean, tables were cleaned around us. Not a bad review Very good!!!!

By far the best McDonalds I have ever visited. The offer is simply much more attractive than in Germany. A little more expensive in price, but the taste is great (for fast food). The shed is always clean and even if the place is packed, you don't have to wait long for your food. Definitely a must-go if you're nearby.

Better than tiling. The manager here is also very friendly. The rest of the staff still has to learn to speak with two words.

A McDonalds like many in the Netherlands and abroad. This one has a fairly large parking lot, but that's about it. On some days (start and end of holiday periods) it can be extremely busy and the waiting time is sometimes 30 minutes. Too bad when you've already ordered, because then you can't leave so quickly.

Different selection than in Germany. But much better!!😸 Germany is very conservative in this regard. Lekker Holland!
