The burgers were good, but the chicken wings weren't to our taste. The service was very friendly.

The food is absolutely delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating. I highly recommend this place; in fact, I'd say it's a must to eat their burgers and fries. Even the fries and burger patties are made fresh, and you can taste the difference—they're incredibly delicious. It's the best burger place in Venlo; there's nothing better in the area.

We ate here today, June 24th. Unfortunately, the lettuce on the burger wasn't washed properly, so it tasted very sandy. On the way back, we talked about it, and my colleague, who also had lettuce on her burger, felt the same way. At first, I wondered if it might be salt, which is why I didn't mention it while I was there. In hindsight, however, I'm certain it was sand or insufficiently washed lettuce.

The service was very friendly. Joe served us and was able to answer all our questions about the dishes in basic English. The food was excellent, both in terms of taste and quantity. The atmosphere was lovely, and it was pleasantly quiet inside.

The best burgers in the area. I recommend the smoked chicken burger 🍔 You can order a nice beer or a cup of tea. Plus, the chips are always fresh and the staff are friendly 😊 A great atmosphere 🍔💥

Here you get the best hamburgers, perfectly cooked, a very nice atmosphere, nice and casual. For the four of us, it was great.

The best vegetarian burger of my life! Anyone who thinks you have to go to a fine-dining restaurant for a great culinary experience hasn't been to Burgers & Beer in Venlo. I've eaten burgers in many places, but the vegetarian burger I was served here far exceeded all my expectations. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, and the patty is perfectly seasoned. The atmosphere is rustic, inviting, and lively. A huge compliment to the kitchen for this masterpiece! Anyone in Venlo should definitely not miss this culinary highlight.

It was a busy day today and waitress served us two extra French fries as they booked extra due to some miss communication. Also when the burgers and fries (4 pulled pork) arrived they were cold. Regardless of the food quality the waitress was not friendly at all. We were 4 grownups and 2 children.

We were there on a Saturday. Mixed up bookings and another table later we ordered. Other guests who arrived more than 15 minutes after us had their drinks within minutes. This was a first for all of us. The food arrived before the first drinks. The food was very good. But the overall experience was not the best.

100% recommend Burgers and Beers. My husband and I have been going for six years for special occasions. We have never left disappointed. The staff are exceptional along with their burgers. The environment is welcoming and family friendly. The space can be tight when it gets busy, but we are never rushed or given attitude when we have the walking wagon or children with us. We've asked for special circumstances with our children, and they always make it happen i.e. a loose burger patty or a milkshake split in two small cups. I don't have anything negative to say or to share. We love our little burger joint.

We went there for the first time today, and what can I say? It was more than good. The waitress did a fantastic job, and the food was excellent. I had a gluten-free burger, and they even pointed out that the bread came from the same oven as the others (which wasn't a problem for me at all). The food arrived quickly, and the portions were very generous. It tasted absolutely delicious. The menus are available in German, Dutch, and English. They also have loyalty cards, which we picked up because we'll definitely be eating there again.

The food was good, although the sweet potatoes could have been a bit better; they weren't as sweet as expected. The dining room was packed, and we couldn't get a seat because the tables were too close together. The waitresses were also overwhelmed; we asked for cutlery, and they told us they were doing the best they could.

As a vegetarian, I had the burger with pulled mushrooms – it was delicious! I highly recommend it. The service and atmosphere are okay. I would definitely come back for the burger.

The milkshakes are great, and the regular fries are freshly prepared and taste fantastic. A great selection of drinks and food. The service was super friendly and fast. Unfortunately, the kitchen is right behind the counter, so you really smell of food afterward. That's the only downside to the atmosphere.

We had two delicious burgers that filled us up even without sides. The fries also looked very good, so we'll try them next time.

Don't listen to the 2-star review under any circumstances. The mere comparison that one could go to McDonald's "for the quality" just shows that this person has absolutely no sense of quality. The burger patties are amazing and still beautifully pink inside, so frozen patties are definitely out of the question. I have no idea how anyone could think that. Like I said, simply no sense of quality. All in all, the burgers are fantastic and we were more than satisfied, 10/10. The homemade sauces, like the "Cherry Chipotle BBQ," are also very tasty, as are the homemade fries. We shared a portion of fries, which was plenty for us with the burger. The service staff was attentive, and we were able to place and receive our orders quickly. I'm already looking forward to trying another burger on our next visit to Venlo!

The burger was actually quite good; I'd give it a 6-7 out of 10. The only downside was the sweet potato fries – we assumed they'd be freshly made. In hindsight, though, that was our mistake, as we could have asked beforehand. Overall, the restaurant in Venlo is perfectly fine. It's nothing special, but if you're hungry, it's definitely worth a visit.

Really satisfied! Burgers thick and juicy, generous portion of fries, and the sweet potato fries were really crispy. The cheese sauce was a bit better six months ago, but it still tastes great. Convenient to book online.

Very tasty food, we would love to come back

We were regular custumer. We loved everyhing about Burger and Beers. We were there yesterday. You changed your menü. New menü was very poor. We ordered anyway. First of all my order came wrong. Which is not a big problem. Burgers came without fries. And we learned that this is new rule. Service person didnt warn us about it. We asked for fries they brought fries that they were clearly scrap. It was oil soaked, very salty little pieces. I think also patties were smaller too. It was too sad and disappointing. We loved Burgers and Beers. We wouldnt come back.

We spent the day in Venlo today and wanted to have dinner at Burgers & Beers because of the good reviews. We were greeted warmly and were able to sit at one of the high tables. Our order was taken quickly, and we didn't have to wait long for our food. They advertise 160g patties, which unfortunately were too firm and tasted like frozen food. Because of where I was sitting and had a view of the cooking area, I could see a tray being taken out of some kind of oven. On it were patties that were first warmed up and then placed on the grill. The buns were dry, and the burger itself didn't taste particularly good. The house fries were also disappointing; they were visually appealing with a bit of potato skin on them, but that was about it. Space is also somewhat limited in this restaurant. Our table was very small, and when a group of four was seated next to us, the staff could barely get past us without difficulty. The staff seemed unenthusiastic. Since we're in the Netherlands, it's not a problem if you don't have the luxury of being served in German and have to place your order in English. However, the staff seemed rather annoyed, and we didn't feel very comfortable. We were quite disappointed, as we had been looking forward to visiting the restaurant because of the positive reviews. I think the place gets so many good reviews because of its walk-in customers, even though it's nothing special. At a price of almost €45 (two burgers, small house fries, and two drinks), you might as well go to McDonald's for the same quality.

Today we went to Burgers & Beers in Venlo. Great atmosphere and really good burgers. We had two of the "Our True & Trusted" burgers topped with a fried egg. They also had homemade fries. The taste was amazing... I highly recommend it.

The burgers are amazing, cooked to perfection, just right, with a delicious bun. The base is top-notch! And lots of options. Vegetarian options too. If you like burgers, this is the place.

You're addressed in German, even though you're from Venlo! Then you're served the German and English menu. Where's the interest in the guests? The service is very slow, and sitting upstairs seems secondary. I only had to order two drinks. Strange, that should be a normal bonus. The food and quality were otherwise good, and it won't deter me from coming back. The waitress was friendly, though.

Delicious food, service was a bit unfriendly and inconsistent. The bill was inaccurate, with too many items. We found the drinks a bit overpriced. The bottle of Coke was small. The onion rings were very small and arrived later than the food. But the burgers are great.

My husband and I went here for dinner as recommended by one of our friend. We never got disappointed. Tasty and juicy burgers. I had a cheessy drama as the photo below.The atmosphere is great, they had a very nice song playlist. And friendly staff! The only thing i give 4 star is that it’s a bit pricey… but over all we had a good dinner.

In my opinion it is a restaurant for young people. The food comes very quickly, but the burgers are very good! There is no such thing as a pleasant evening of dining. Eat and go again. But like I said, the food is very good.
