Very tasty food, we would love to come back

We were regular custumer. We loved everyhing about Burger and Beers. We were there yesterday. You changed your menü. New menü was very poor. We ordered anyway. First of all my order came wrong. Which is not a big problem. Burgers came without fries. And we learned that this is new rule. Service person didnt warn us about it. We asked for fries they brought fries that they were clearly scrap. It was oil soaked, very salty little pieces. I think also patties were smaller too. It was too sad and disappointing. We loved Burgers and Beers. We wouldnt come back.

The food is very tasty. The Place is very good and the girls are my favorite, they are amazing especially the blonde girl. Please blonde girl give me your instagram if you ride this.

We spent the day in Venlo today and wanted to have dinner at Burgers & Beers because of the good reviews. We were greeted warmly and were able to sit at one of the high tables. Our order was taken quickly, and we didn't have to wait long for our food. They advertise 160g patties, which unfortunately were too firm and tasted like frozen food. Because of where I was sitting and had a view of the cooking area, I could see a tray being taken out of some kind of oven. On it were patties that were first warmed up and then placed on the grill. The buns were dry, and the burger itself didn't taste particularly good. The house fries were also disappointing; they were visually appealing with a bit of potato skin on them, but that was about it. Space is also somewhat limited in this restaurant. Our table was very small, and when a group of four was seated next to us, the staff could barely get past us without difficulty. The staff seemed unenthusiastic. Since we're in the Netherlands, it's not a problem if you don't have the luxury of being served in German and have to place your order in English. However, the staff seemed rather annoyed, and we didn't feel very comfortable. We were quite disappointed, as we had been looking forward to visiting the restaurant because of the positive reviews. I think the place gets so many good reviews because of its walk-in customers, even though it's nothing special. At a price of almost €45 (two burgers, small house fries, and two drinks), you might as well go to McDonald's for the same quality.

We went to Burgers&Beers again today; we've been going there for many years and always enjoy it. As almost always, we had our favorite: Loaded Fries Pulled Pork. Delicious food, friendly service...and always great playlists – highly recommended!

Today we went to Burgers & Beers in Venlo. Great atmosphere and really good burgers. We had two of the "Our True & Trusted" burgers topped with a fried egg. They also had homemade fries. The taste was amazing... I highly recommend it.

The burgers are amazing, cooked to perfection, just right, with a delicious bun. The base is top-notch! And lots of options. Vegetarian options too. If you like burgers, this is the place.

You're addressed in German, even though you're from Venlo! Then you're served the German and English menu. Where's the interest in the guests? The service is very slow, and sitting upstairs seems secondary. I only had to order two drinks. Strange, that should be a normal bonus. The food and quality were otherwise good, and it won't deter me from coming back. The waitress was friendly, though.

We've been past it several times. This time we went in and weren't disappointed. Super friendly welcome, got a table right away. A small, clear menu. Great value for money. We'll be back.

A nice little restaurant on a side street. The decor is rustic and appealing. A pleasant atmosphere and friendly service. The burgers are highly recommended, both in terms of taste and size. Delicious food, service was a bit unfriendly and inconsistent. The bill was inaccurate, with too many items. We found the drinks a bit overpriced. The bottle of Coke was small. The onion rings were very small and arrived later than the food. But the burgers are great.

Creamy cheese all over everything—absolutely over the top and exactly what you secretly crave. The shop has a relaxed, modern vibe, and the staff is friendly and quick. If you're hungry and not afraid of calories, you'll be happy here. The bottom line: If you love cheese, you'll get a real taste experience here. Definitely try it—but you'll need a food nap afterward. 😄

My husband and I went here for dinner as recommended by one of our friend. We never got disappointed. Tasty and juicy burgers. I had a cheessy drama as the photo below.The atmosphere is great, they had a very nice song playlist. And friendly staff! The only thing i give 4 star is that it’s a bit pricey… but over all we had a good dinner.

Really good food! The burgers were super juicy, topped with great toppings, and simply delicious. The sides were also perfect – the fries were especially amazing. In my opinion it is a restaurant for young people. The food comes very quickly, but the burgers are very good! There is no such thing as a pleasant evening of dining. Eat and go again. But like I said, the food is very good.

Sunday night after witnessing the home game win of VVV, we found this restaurant run by all youngsters except look like a boss whose is in his 30s. The staff are nice and very cheering. The restaurant looks rustic American burgers joint. We ordered a The True and Trusted Burger and a Grilled Chicken Sandwich with sides of coleslaw and pull pork loaded fries. Unfortunately, due to the language barrier, we are given extra side of fries for €6 more. The burger made medium and it is in great portion (and they offer XL and XXL burger patty, too; can’t image how big they would be) and the chicken sandwich is good. The loaded fries is reallly loaded with pull pork. The homemade coleslaw is unique in a good way. The waiter got me the wrong 0% beer also. In general, it is a very good burger joint.

Goede hamburgers met heerlijke zelfgemaakte patat. Personeel vriendelijk. Had lage tafel gevraagd. Kreeg hoge toegewezen, maar na aangegeven wens zonder problemen een lage tafel gekregen bij het raam.

Dropped by spontaneously… it was great! The price is high but fair! Very large portion, and above all very tasty! The waitress regularly asks if everything is good and speaks German, English and Dutch. :) The ambience matches the food, I thought it was great! We will come back on our next visit to Venlo! :)

Excellent restaurant. The burger was excellent and, of course, the best fries in the world. And for dessert, there was a special cheesecake. I'll be a frequent visitor there. The service in the restaurant is at the highest level. The climate is indescribable. I recommend it to everyone. If you are in Venlo, be sure to visit this restaurant.

Cool shop with delicious burgers. Very friendly, multilingual staff. Drinks and food came to us very quickly. The burgers were very tasty and the portions were also generous. I also thought the burger selection was very good; everyone should get their money's worth here. You will definitely be full. I think price performance is very good. In short, gladly again!

Last visited March 2025. The menu was straightforward, not too complicated. Had beer suggestions for each burger. Not sure the pairing work for me, I taste the difference with food with wine. No to fault this place. Burger was just perfect. The cheese just oozing over the top.

Very cool atmosphere and very attentive staff. Vegetarians will also find something to their liking here. The beetroot burger was surprisingly good. You can choose your own bun, and the patties are tender and juicy. Overall, the portions are quite generous. Burger lovers will definitely get their money's worth here.

The burgers were nice, only the waitresses have an attitude towards clients. The margarita was just blended ice with a bit of tequila, due to the amount of ice it wasn't even drinkable through a straw, when told the waitress of the problem, she asked if I want a spoon for my margarita??????

Staff was very nice. Gluten free (due to celiac disease) was adhered to and they knew their stuff! But what is very negative: for two normal burgers (the first on the list at 18.95 each) that were so incredibly dry that the bun fell apart and felt like it had been warmed up again from the day before, two cokes and a small fries with mayo (fries totally greasy) €74.50 is just absolutely cheeky! Not again!

Delicious burgers and more than enough for an average eater.

We hebben van te voren gereserveerd, en gemeld dat iemand een gluten allergie heeft. Kom je daar zeggen ze doodleuk de glutenvrije broodjes zijn op, we kunnen het wel tussen 2 blaadjes sla doen. Bij een zaak met alleen burgers mag je toch verwachten dat ze dan 1 broodje achter de hand houden.

We made a reservation in advance and reported that someone has a gluten allergy. When you get there they casually say that the gluten-free rolls are gone, we can put it between 2 leaves of lettuce. At a place that only serves burgers, you can expect them to keep 1 sandwich on hand.

The burgers were phenomenal – juicy, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. You could tell the ingredients were fresh and high quality. What made it even better was the bartender. Sitting so close, we got to see how attentive and friendly he was, not just to us but to everyone. He made great drink recommendations and took the time to chat with us, making us feel truly welcome. It was the perfect lunch stop with amazing food and even better service. Highly recommend to anyone passing through Venlo – we’ll definitely be back!
