McDonald's in Wijk 11 Venlo-Centrum

What a horror it is to eat here. It wasn't particularly busy, and yet they managed to not clean a single table. Trash cans were overflowing with trash, and the floor was covered in filth, both upstairs and downstairs. There wasn't a soul around who cared even a little bit about their work, and chatting with each other was more important. The food at McDonald's isn't great, but here they manage to make a mess of it with the packaging.

Terrible service, hair in the food, a wire in the McChicken, and a mysterious substance in the Sprite??? All the trash cans are overflowing, and someone is rubbing their hands over the fries (yummy skin flakes).

Ordered with Uber Eats. Upon arrival, a wrap was missing: I called McDonald's, and their policy states: once it's transferred to Uber, they're no longer responsible. Note: the bags were sealed when they arrived, so McDonald's made a mistake packaging the products. In the end, I can get a refund for the missing item from Uber (even though it's not their fault that it's missing) and I was able to reorder the wrap (and therefore pay another €5 service fee and €1 delivery fee). Worthless! Don't order! In my case, only one wrap was missing, but if you don't receive complete menus, it's not McDonald's' fault!

The McDonald's Venlo-Markt restaurant is located diagonally behind the town hall, making it the ideal starting point for a day of shopping in Venlo's cozy city center. And when that idea dissolves, all that remains is the realization that speed and satisfaction rarely go hand in hand. McDonald's Venlo fed my stomach, but left my mind hungry.

What a filthy place. Chewing gum on the walls. Benches covered in filthy junk. The restroom was absolutely disgusting. Really, really filthy.

It was a festival called Santa Vitalia. Lots of delicious food. A huge village festival with a large fair and lots of market stalls. Very enjoyable.

So so crowded. Food and employees are amazing tho.

We just ordered the Chicken Sensation menu twice, nothing extra, and it cost us €40! That's the first thing that's simply unacceptable, because upon arrival, a Coke had fallen over in the bag. It happens, but whoever packs the bags should see/notice it. The bag was soaking wet. The Chicken Sensation sandwich was incredibly small... It used to be much bigger. And the fries were ice cold and soggy. We'll definitely never order again.

Oh my god, what a mess it was! The tables outside were already closed by 7 p.m.! (Why if open till 10pm?) and inside it was a complete disaster. The trash cans were full, so the tables were full of trash. There was nowhere to sit. This is the worst McDonald's in the area.

Nothing has changed in 25 years. Only the prices and portions, neither of which are in the customer's best interest. The environment has also deteriorated; it's not clean here.

The lemonade I ordered was Fanta with ice and I got a cheeseburger without cheese. The tables are sticky and the waiting time is long as it is in the market.

Unfortunately no atmosphere on Thursday evening the upper floor was closed at 9 o'clock you only had to take the food with you. The lady behind the counter was friendly and helpful the men in the kitchen a lot slower and indifferent. The fries were very salty and dripping with oil. The Amsterdamse Bitterballen now available were limp and almost no filling.

Food was warm, but that does not outweigh the poor hygiene. From the other reviews I gather that unfortunately this was not just today.

Lean?! 💜🥤🍇 On a serious note, it's exactly what you expect when you walk into a McDonald's. The prices are, as is typical in the Netherlands, a little more expensive than in Germany but ok. The range was a bit more extensive, including a purple drink that looked suspiciously like a liquid I was very familiar with (💜🥤). Served in a plastic cup, my colleague immediately felt like he was in purple heaven again 💜☁️ It tasted phenomenal, but on the way back my colleague fell asleep like a log. (He's doing great 😅)

Today we were at a restaurant in Venlo. The restaurant's workload was below average. Our order was the second one, and we waited 15 minutes for it. At that point, we watched the kitchen staff chatting away and not doing their jobs. We had two trays. One had an order of potatoes (they were very soft and cold), and all the potatoes were scattered. The second tray had no potatoes, but potatoes from another order were scattered on the tray.

McDonald's is good, with a view of the town hall. I didn't like the way they serve the sauce. Everywhere they serve it in separate "mini portions", but here in sticks. You have to pour the ordered food from the stick, it's not practical.

Net na de middag een hapje gaan eten, 3 van de 4 bestelzuilen buiten gebruik. Op de eerste etage een tafeltje gezocht om even te kunnen zitten. Beide afvalbakken zaten overvol met als gevolg dat andere gasten hun dienblad op de tafeltjes lieten staan. Overal lag rommel op de grond. When I bought myself a coffee, the machine offered me to add chocolate chip cookies +1 euro. I added it, but the machine wrote that there are no cookies available at the moment. I ordered without cookies. When I went to pick up my order, I saw that these cookies were in stock and asked to put them in. The staff told me to give me 2 euros 25 cents, not 1 euro as in the order. By far the worst mac I've ever been to. You order 2 big tasties and 2 fries. You already pay more than 21 euros for this. Then within 1 minute the big tasties are ready and go under the lamp. After 10 minutes and the many burgers that have passed, we finally get our number.
