Burger King in Wijk 06 Binnenstad

I wanted a small Twister, a small Coke, a small cheeseburger, and 6 chili cheese nuggets. She said the menu was cheaper. So I said, "Yeah, well, then if it's small and cheaper." I paid 10 euros. And I got a king cheese menu with mayo, which I couldn't eat, not a regular cheeseburger. She had offered a king cheese menu. And 3 extra chicken nuggets that I didn't even order! I've never had any problems with my orders here until today. Check your menu carefully! The new staff has poor communication. I had to catch the train, so unfortunately, I couldn't go back with the order. I wanted a small snack for the road and got all this extra crap that I couldn't even finish or ordered. Over a year later now, guys, what are you doing? I got a Whopper again, the same order I always get. Go up to them, ask why it wasn't a cheeseburger. One of them starts yapping at me that I ordered without cheese... A cheeseburger ..... without cheese Anyway, the bun is brought back completely flattened with a cold piece of cheese in between... so the hamburger with lettuce and all that, hahaha, an extra slice of cheese doesn't make it a cheeseburger, girl... And no, I still don't eat mayonnaise, hahaha. So I walk back and unfold that cold, flattened bun; this isn't a cheeseburger. Making a huge fuss and checking my old order as if I ordered this, even though I ALWAYS order the same thing 🤣 That colleague is absolutely mad that she had to make a new bun. I did look at what she was doing because I kind of expected her to do something gross with it, she was so defensive about the burger. Her colleague offers me some ice cream. I say, "I don't want ice cream." She says, "You're getting ice cream, okay? Please?" I said, "I don't want ice cream 🤣 just like mayo, I don't eat that." How hard is it to make a cheeseburger? That's literally all I ask.

I ordered a double Whiskey Master, and while I was on the train, I realized I'd only received a single... Edit: I went back a week later and got a free extra burger, great service!

Got food poisoning twice. Don't know what they do with their burgers, but they're unbeatable.

My double whopper with cheese was dripping with grease the moment I picked it up. After a few bites, my hands were completely covered in grease, and it tasted much greasier than a double whopper normally does. By the time I was halfway through my sandwich, I'd lost interest and noticed the bottom bun was getting softer and softer. I decided to take a look, soaked with...YES, grease, just like the cheese and vegetables "mixed" with a dollop of sauce. I seriously wondered how so much grease could even leak from a grilled burger.

Every time I order something from here I get the wrong order. At first I only noticed when I got home, but lately I've started checking and mentioning it to the employees. Today one of them and the manager saw that I was speaking English and thought I was a tourist... when I told them what was wrong, they said it wasn't wrong but that this is the Dutch version of the product :)))) if this is the Dutch version why are there both on the menu and not just the Dutch one? Plus I eat here about once every two weeks and so far I haven't received the "Dutch version" until Now

I ordered a veggie menu ( this happend multiple times) and I got real meat! This is not good cause some people really can’t have it and they just don’t watch out!! And I told them multiple times that I wanted everything veggie!!

The Burger King is good, and the atmosphere is great. The food was good, but it's a shame that the prices are different than in Germany, but that's something you get used to.

Worst food I have eaten in a long time, after 5 minutes an order of 20 euros was thrown in the trash, it was inedible.

The food was still warm when they put it in the bag. The curly fries are very good and the vegetarian double cheeseburger is not wrong👍🏻

Got a deal for a small meal for only 5 euros, which is quite cheap for modern fast food. Plenty of seating space that doesn't feel crammed, unfortunately not all seats have tables with them. Also they have an actually accurate screen that shows when your order is done.

They had changed the menu and increased prices on kingsday! Not cool

Food is always good (luck?). No deals from app possible. Menus never have a juice/water option, only soft drinks but I can't stand that. Ordering via the order screen is easy, but you have to ask for the receipt yourself (tip!).

Terrible experience. 1) The cheese inside the Whooper hadn't even melted. The cheese was exactly as it was sold in the fridge inside the Whooper. 2) I have a serious bacterial infection, probably due to the terrible hygiene. I've been throwing up every day for the last two days. If I had the time and energy, I'd sue this branch. Even if you're starving, I'd say don't come here.

I went for a double cheese double bacon. but was difficult to find on the computer screen. Had a burger menu with barbecue sauce.

I took eat in order. After waiting for 15 minutes to see the cashier puting order on a plate i figured maybe there was a mistake. The cashier told me the order is here for some time but no one picked it up. After saying that i took eat in he told me it was my problem.

During the day, you get the quality of the orders you want, but after 10pm, you have to open your order because they put everything in wrong, dirty chips. They even seem to use food from someone who didn't take it.

We really come here for the better citizens!

Management does not speak Dutch or English. Ordered two double Whoppers with cheese. Got double Cheeseburgers. Super BAD!!! The lady behind the counter didn't even know what a Whopper was. Last week I came home with/without a missing 11 euro burger. This week you are waiting behind at least three people because the order screens are not working again and you are then told that they have "no meat, but chicken"... Special for a "Burger" King. And not exactly cheap either.

The food was very dry. The service was terrible; the cashier couldn't even speak Dutch. What a terrible place!

It is located in train station, to keep you from starvation ut is fine but other than that nope.

bad service, they got my order wrong THREE TIMES I let it slide at first bc it was a mistake of someone else taking my order away but the lady there got my order all wrong again. I ordered a choco oreo shake also but they gave me vanilla one I don’t mind since they both taste good but how do u get your orders mixed up so bad 3x??? absolutely unprofessional there were snacking around a guy is eating ice cream and no one gave me a bag or the thing where u can put the cups in it when they clearly can tell im the only one there nor was anyone helping me out since they’re all busy “fixing” the kassa with 4 people at the same time??? could’ve use atleast one of them to help other clients out. Lucky of them since I noticed my orders later.

All i can say is AVOID! I gave 1 star as 0 was not an option I was absolutely horrified to find out a member of staff who served my husband slagged me off behind my back to another co-worker (I bet she didn't realise my husband was dutch but spoke english to me.) This was what your member of staff said. "Eat some fat, you need it!". Btw she had nothing on her hands no gloves, nothing. My husband told me later about the incident as not to alarm me. I dread to think what she says about other members of public. Burger King please train your staff correctly about customer service it's really not that hard. Everyone who steps through your doors should be treated with the upmost respect. Won't be coming again, Thanks for the fries and insults.

Got the biggest burger ever, was 90% mayo and ketchup. Bot hands full of it.

What a downer that burger and fries: tasteless and dry. The milkshake was okay and I really needed it to wash down the rest. By the way, the burger was a lot bigger than the current gnome burgers of MD.

I get there and I pay 14 euros for a menu, I was in a hurry so I quickly walked to the train. This Burger King is a lot cheaper than the Burger King you find at Schiphol Airport... but as always with this company, always problems with those scanning devices, it keeps beeping when scanning. You also often run out of paper, so you have to remember your number. Just give me Mac Donald nice and clear and everything works, even at other Mac Donalds at Burger King you get service from prehistoric times, unclear and 100 years behind the times. Avoid, understand that this store is not available in all cities.

Dont order if you need to leave within 10 minutes. Cant deliver veggie burger within that time frame. Oh and if you are lucky you get a meat one instead. So what do you do then as a vegetarian? bin it and the animal died for no reason or eat it because to not 'waste' the animal dieing. Last time I went there today. The staff however is very friendly even under pressure.

The food is fine and the staff was quick and organized. Received the food quickly after ordering. Tasted good and was hot. The atmosphere is a bit less and there is not much place to sit because the space is shared with Smullers and a kebab shop.

Onduidelijke bestelzuil, druk, lange wachttijd, te weinig zitruimte.

Na een lange reisdag met mijn vrienden hier wat gegeten. De order automaten zijn echt een enorme verbetering en het eten smaakte heerlijk! De tomaten waren echt heel erg vers en de kipnuggets ook! Ons eten was ook echt supersnel klaar en er werken alleen maar aardige mensen! Als je een lange tussenstop hebt op Utrecht Centraal, kom dan zeker naar burger king voor een lekkere snack!

Met de handige touchscreens kan je nu zelf snel je eten bestellen, wachten bij de kassa om je bestelling te plaatsen is niet langer nodig. Ideaal!

The order took fairly long (just a Long Chicken menue, so nothing special). The burger tasted weird, not like at other places. They were even storing racks with burger buns next to the entrance door, which I don't think they should be doing.

For non train customers, the lobby is extremely small, while on the ticketed train side, there is much more room.
