They don't work accurately with the order system, so there's a reasonable chance you'll be skipped. A (male) employee there doesn't speak English either, so the announcements are pointless ("two-thirty" doesn't exist, and then the screen doesn't work as well). At the same time, he's just messing around with others. A female colleague had to take over after I spoke to him three times. He didn't understand the difference between 23 and 32... No, as an employee, you'd rather be rid of that man than have him around.

Honestly some of the worst management I've come across. Come here semi regularly and it somehow is always a worse experience when what seems like the 2 managers are working together on the weekend. No service at the counter, despite that being the only place that accepts the coupons or cash.

Don't count on it if you want to catch your train

The service is really bad two of the guys ignored me for 12 min I been withing and he was doing nothing and when I called him I want to order he told me with or go other place I wish they respect people like how we do

Ordering a burger for about 7 euros and then getting the wrong (and cheaper) one... It really sucks and is a shame if you only find out about it on the train and can't do anything with it. Advice: Always double-check that you are getting the right order!

The people working there are really not serious; they should be fired. You stand waiting 15 minutes for a sandwich that is already ready, then rush to catch your train, and then you get on the train and the wrong sandwich in your bag. Something really needs to be done about this; those employees really don't take their work seriously.

I will never buy anything from them again; it is a company that supports an army that commits horrific war crimes.

Got a cold hamburger with my first order; after exchanging it at the cashier, I got a lukewarm one. Tasted terrible! This is truly the worst Burger King I have ever been to!

Remarkably clean thanks to good cleaners and also extremely fast service. The cheeseburger itself was a bit dry (bun) and not super hot. A six out of ten. But this branch definitely has the potential to reach 5 stars with even better quality control over the food. Go for it!

What a disgusting place this is... my second visit after the first time was truly worthless and rancid... hamburger cold, dry, and hard, and you're on the train, so you can't do anything with it... decided to give it a try again anyway and ordered at the counter and explained from the previous visit... no apology, nothing... she says she'll provide fresh hamburgers and then still takes the ones that are already laid out... explained that I don't want those and that's why I came to order fresh ones at the counter... the 2 ladies behind the counter are really too arrogant for words... just really rude... I wanted a refund because I don't feel taken seriously at all as a customer... well, then the arrogance of the ladies grew even greater... said I wanted to speak to the manager... then things were said that you can think but say out loud... really, I am furious and will never come here again because they are such hypocritical people... the manager didn't take it seriously either... be warned if you want fresh food and service as it should be!!!! NEVER AGAIN!

Great burgers! The shop is best for takeout because there is a tense atmosphere due to the crowds.

A bit sad when you ask for curly fries instead of regular fries after ordering and they just refuse. Even paying extra wasn't possible. The manager even got stressed out by it. Relaxed, dude, it's just fries, right? You put one in the bag or the other. You don't work for NASA.

Worst experience ever! For 17 euro i orderd a menu, double cheese burger XL + go large, it took a while and had to rush to the train. In the train i found that the burger was burned and had no salad, they forgot the mayo that i did pay for and the fries seemed to be a small portion, the only thing oke was the milkshake.

I orderd a burger asked if they could make it without tomato. I got a burger with tomato and the mayo was missing. Was in a train so could not go back for it.

The guy behind the counter is just messing around; he clicks every button so every order goes out and no one knows when theirs is ready anymore. Waited 30 minutes for a gross little burger and a milkshake that just tasted like milk. Be sensible and don't come here; it was complete chaos. Have a nice day and check in laterrrrrrrr

Vegan and Vegetarian dishes are nice. Mood is a bit of: its a station so soberly decorated. Could have done more to make it comfy but most of it's take away anyway. Yes i think 4 out of 5. Its clean, fresh and the staff is not bad at all. Regards!!

The Vlamdeals are really great. You can order a menu for 4.5. I added a chicken burger myself, because I expected a small menu for this price. But that wasn't necessary at all. Medium fries. 400ml cola and a burger. I chose to upgrade my fries to 'loaded' for 95 cents. With cheese sauce and bacon. There was a nice generous amount of that too. A stingy price, but not a stingy portion. Really a good deal. I hadn't been to MC or BK for years because it was unaffordable. But since the Vlamdeals, I'm a total BK fan again. The only downside is that they don't have many locations. Friendly staff too.

Stood waiting at the counter for 10 minutes for an order, but they didn't help me. Only via the computer, which then didn't accept app codes. Bizarre.

Efficient and smooth, we had a takeaway order for four, and they got the drinks wrong, but otherwise everything was right and it was all very tasty.

I always visit here while waiting for next train. Good place to grab some snacks and simple meals. But yesterday was looks quite busy. Actually food quality was ok other days but yesterday our burgers were got cold and fries also cold and cheese sauce are so so little than other days and gave us spoon instead of folks with that. So it was not too much happy about what we got. I hope staff would be better to take care of it little bit more. One of self order machine was broken but looks not too much clear to people so non stop people go to that machine and get annoyed so over an hours I don’t know what happened before and after me. I think better to turn off machine or put some big sign for people make not confused if something wrong.

An employee smokes outside, throws a cigarette butt on the ground (the trash can is right next to it), and cheerfully walks back inside. Ever heard of a trash can, Burger King? It would help keep the station clean. If there is no decency and respect outside, I wonder what is happening in the kitchen.

The order kiosk wasn't working with payments. It failed 3 times in a row and wouldn't process a payment, even though I definitely had enough balance. This in an environment that runs very fast. Walked away without food, of course; useless.

Hopeless. You buy nearly 20 euros worth of cold junk... You see everything go wrong and things constantly being swapped in the bags. After 20 minutes and missing the train, the 'food' arrives. You ask for mayo because you forgot it. A half-hearted response, that's not what you get, and she walks away. The same lady who was too lazy to call out a number. And just banging on that bell. The only compliment goes to the nice English-speaking gentleman who called out the numbers politely. A waste of 20 euros. Never buying anything there again. Smullers across the street would have been a better choice.

Failed to honor a valid discount from BurgerKing NL

After waiting 20 minutes and finally receiving my burger and chicken as chili cheese nuggets, it turned out everything was at room temperature and the cheese on the burger was just an unmelted slab of plastic; lettuce and sauce were nowhere to be seen either, by the way... while the patty of the burger was still partially frozen in the middle... on top of that, the nuggets were cold as if they had been sitting there for half the day... This was the last time for me and my wife...

20 mins wait for a cheeseburger, do not go here if you have a train to catch

The staff treated a very difficult customer so politely, yet with enormous respect. I was even irritated by the customer because he refused to leave and kept coming back. The man and woman who helped the customer are extremely respectful, so I wanted to mention that. Very nice staff and extremely professional!

I ate here tonight with my daughter. I ordered a long chicken and it was fine. My daughter ordered a large cheeseburger menu. Instead of beef, it had a chicken burger. We hadn't ordered that, so I went back for a beef cheeseburger. I got a crispy chicken burger, which again wasn't what I ordered, but we left it as is. I also asked about the fries because they didn't seem like large fries, but they were. For that price, I expected something different.

I feel completely ripped off again. After a busy day of traveling, we thought we'd grab a quick bite to eat at Burger King. Large fries and two long chickens with cheese for, brace yourself, €26!! Then we were given the smallest portion of fries I've ever seen. After asking, it turned out they were indeed large fries. The fries were barely cooked through, and the burgers were inedible. €26 down the drain. I'm not falling for this again.

More expensive than regular Burger Kings. Perhaps a tip is to call out the full number instead of just the last two digits.

Imagine paying for a chocolate milkshake and receiving a vanilla milkshake instead (constains sarcasm). Is the second time that I order it and this happens. Totally frustrating.

The food is tasty, but the burger wasn't put together properly, so I couldn't get any meat in the last few bites, and a whole lot of sauce ran out with every bite. Additionally, there was a whole intact slice of onion on the burger, meaning that with some bites, you tasted nothing but onion. The food was ready after waiting for just 1/2 a minute, but I did have to ask for my drink before I received it. Fortunately, I was helped quickly with that too, so that is nice.

Wouldn’t take coupons from their own website, once we found one that they accept they managed to mess up the rest of the order and upon arriving home I realised they also managed to forget some fries in my order

Paying almost 9 euros for a burger, I think serve it warm at the very least. This one is colder than 60°C, so it's not H.A.C.C.P. at all... not okay, so only 1 star.

In my opinion, you're supposed to work at the office, not Instagram in the connecting doorway. If an employee asks, "Are you helping the customer?", the answer should be YES! Not that the manager then leans back and shouts, "I don't feel like helping customers." Just stay home then. I also came off a 12-hour shift. I'm pretty sure he wasn't working for 12 hours. Just look at the camera footage. It's immediately obvious which character isn't there to work. Otherwise, fine place.

I bought a sandwich here tonight, and when I got home, I was confronted with this scene. I think the photo says it all and that I don't need to explain any further. I think it is for these reasons that Burger King never moves forward.

10 minutes wasn't enough time for a basic veggie burger. I didn't have the burger because I had to sprint to catch my train.

-Not a single employee spoke Dutch. However, English proficiency is also terrible, and they barely seem to understand each other either. The order was Fries with Mayo, Nuggets with BBQ sauce: Fries were lukewarm, nuggets were fine. I saw on the receipt that the BBQ sauce hadn't been charged, so I placed an extra order for it separately. Upon arrival on the train, I discovered that the charged mayo wasn't in the bag. What an incredibly disastrous location... never again...

The worst joint I have ever gotten food from in my life.

The employee spilled the cheese sauce all over the fries and transferred them into another container instead of making new ones. Additionally, the fries were ice cold, as if they hadn't been made... I threw it away but missed my train because this terribly unhygienic 'food' took more than fifteen minutes.

Old fashioned Burger King inside station. Reward points and anything from the app can NOT be refeemed. Front door and window was broken. Really describes the state of this BK...

I wanted a small Twister, a small Coke, a small cheeseburger, and 6 chilli cheese nuggets. She says the menu is cheaper. So I say, "Yeah, go ahead then, if it's just small and cheaper." I paid 10 euros. And I got a King Cheese menu with mayo that I couldn't stand, not a normal cheeseburger. She had rung up a King Cheese menu. And 3 extra chicken nuggets that I hadn't even ordered! I have never had problems with my orders here until today. Check your menu carefully! The new staff has poor communication. I had to catch the train, so unfortunately I couldn't go back with the order. I wanted a small snack for the journey and got all sorts of extra crap that I couldn't even finish or hadn't ordered. Well over a year later now, guys, what are you guys doing? I got a Whopper again, the same order I always get. Walk up to those people, ask why it isn't a cheeseburger. Then one of them starts yapping at me that I ordered without cheese... A cheeseburger ..... without cheese Anyway, I get that bun back completely squashed with a cold piece of cheese in between.. so the hamburger with lettuce and stuff, hahaha an extra slice of cheese doesn't make it a cheeseburger girl.. And no, I still don't eat mayonnaise hahahahha. My double whopper with cheese was dripping with grease the moment I picked it up. After a few bites, my hands were completely covered in grease, and it tasted much greasier than a double whopper normally does. By the time I was halfway through my sandwich, I'd lost interest and noticed the bottom bun was getting softer and softer. I decided to take a look, soaked with...YES, grease, just like the cheese and vegetables "mixed" with a dollop of sauce. I seriously wondered how so much grease could even leak from a grilled burger.

Every time I order something from here I get the wrong order. At first I only noticed when I got home, but lately I've started checking and mentioning it to the employees. Today one of them and the manager saw that I was speaking English and thought I was a tourist... when I told them what was wrong, they said it wasn't wrong but that this is the Dutch version of the product :)))) if this is the Dutch version why are there both on the menu and not just the Dutch one? Plus I eat here about once every two weeks and so far I haven't received the "Dutch version" until Now

I ordered a veggie menu ( this happend multiple times) and I got real meat! This is not good cause some people really can’t have it and they just don’t watch out!! And I told them multiple times that I wanted everything veggie!!

The Burger King is good, and the atmosphere is great. The food was good, but it's a shame that the prices are different than in Germany, but that's something you get used to.

Worst food I have eaten in a long time, after 5 minutes an order of 20 euros was thrown in the trash, it was inedible.

The food was still warm when they put it in the bag. The curly fries are very good and the vegetarian double cheeseburger is not wrong👍🏻

Got a deal for a small meal for only 5 euros, which is quite cheap for modern fast food. Plenty of seating space that doesn't feel crammed, unfortunately not all seats have tables with them. Also they have an actually accurate screen that shows when your order is done.

Food is always good (luck?). No deals from app possible. Menus never have a juice/water option, only soft drinks but I can't stand that. Ordering via the order screen is easy, but you have to ask for the receipt yourself (tip!).

Terrible experience. 1) The cheese inside the Whooper hadn't even melted. The cheese was exactly as it was sold in the fridge inside the Whooper. 2) I have a serious bacterial infection, probably due to the terrible hygiene. I've been throwing up every day for the last two days. If I had the time and energy, I'd sue this branch. Even if you're starving, I'd say don't come here.

I took eat in order. After waiting for 15 minutes to see the cashier puting order on a plate i figured maybe there was a mistake. The cashier told me the order is here for some time but no one picked it up. After saying that i took eat in he told me it was my problem.

During the day, you get the quality of the orders you want, but after 10pm, you have to open your order because they put everything in wrong, dirty chips. They even seem to use food from someone who didn't take it.

Management does not speak Dutch or English. Ordered two double Whoppers with cheese. Got double Cheeseburgers. Super BAD!!! The lady behind the counter didn't even know what a Whopper was. The "signature burger" of this chain! WHAT A DECLINE. The Medium Fries were cold and small. See photo. EUR 7.10 DIRECTLY IN THE Trash Bin!!!

Last week I came home with/without a missing 11 euro burger. This week you are waiting behind at least three people because the order screens are not working again and you are then told that they have "no meat, but chicken"... Special for a "Burger" King. And not exactly cheap either.

The food was very dry. The service was terrible; the cashier couldn't even speak Dutch. What a terrible place!

It is located in train station, to keep you from starvation ut is fine but other than that nope.

bad service, they got my order wrong THREE TIMES I let it slide at first bc it was a mistake of someone else taking my order away but the lady there got my order all wrong again. I ordered a choco oreo shake also but they gave me vanilla one I don’t mind since they both taste good but how do u get your orders mixed up so bad 3x??? absolutely unprofessional there were snacking around a guy is eating ice cream and no one gave me a bag or the thing where u can put the cups in it when they clearly can tell im the only one there nor was anyone helping me out since they’re all busy “fixing” the kassa with 4 people at the same time??? could’ve use atleast one of them to help other clients out. Lucky of them since I noticed my orders later.

All i can say is AVOID! I gave 1 star as 0 was not an option I was absolutely horrified to find out a member of staff who served my husband slagged me off behind my back to another co-worker (I bet she didn't realise my husband was dutch but spoke english to me.) This was what your member of staff said. "Eat some fat, you need it!". Btw she had nothing on her hands no gloves, nothing. My husband told me later about the incident as not to alarm me. I dread to think what she says about other members of public. Burger King please train your staff correctly about customer service it's really not that hard. Everyone who steps through your doors should be treated with the upmost respect. Won't be coming again, Thanks for the fries and insults.

Got the biggest burger ever, was 90% mayo and ketchup. Bot hands full of it.

What a downer that burger and fries: tasteless and dry. The milkshake was okay and I really needed it to wash down the rest. By the way, the burger was a lot bigger than the current gnome burgers of MD.

They have no respect here, it seems like they are heavily forced to do this. They now have an annoying bell and no longer call your number. Handy if there are 16 people (not). WHEN they call it up it's almost as if they're listening to your song and if no one is there for 2 seconds they immediately get grumpy and angrily put the order away. One of the worst services I've ever seen and it's burger king so the standard is already low.

What a bad store! Inadequate communication, code for a promotion cannot be submitted via terminals. The cash register is closed because it would be too “busy”. After ordering at a terminal, which will cost you 10 euros more (this whole process takes less than 2 minutes), the cash register opens. I would never come here again if you read this pure scam
