Nice cinema with free parking. Still under renovation and furnishing, but expectations were high. We were the first to arrive.

I ordered a simple ice cream and it began to melt straight away, never wasting my money again.

There were 50 people in the kitchen, and they waited ages for just one burger. They were more busy chatting and being busy than actually serving the customers or making the food.

Very fast and good quality food. The actual dining area and bathrooms were super clean compared to other stores.

We had a delicious meal here. Even though it was busy, we didn't have to wait long for our food; it was brought to our table. The food was incredibly fresh, beautifully cooked, and piping hot. And very importantly, the order was complete!

Usama was super friendly and helpful. He made the whole experience really nice. Such a great manager!😊😊

If you go there and order take-away, make sure you check what you get. Anytime I decide to eat there, I have this issue that some things are missing.

McDonald's one thing, if the Big Arch is finally on the menu I will do a happy dance, what a fantastic sandwich.

Orders placed via the "post" weren't going through properly. The manager quickly recognized the problem and took action. Free coffee was also offered to compensate for the delay. The same manager maintains a good overview of the branch. For example, a free toilet visit by jumping over the fence isn't an option for this manager.

It's always a pleasure to eat at McDonald's. It's very busy, but it's a pleasant atmosphere.

The toilet was filthy and out of paper. That can happen sometimes when admission is free. But we had to pay €0.80 for it! If you have to pay for something, it should be right! The manager was confronted about this, but he didn't budge and said it was okay... because it was busy. He stuck to his guns! Honestly!

Tastes great, usually everything goes well, but last time everything that could go wrong went wrong. Wrong order delivered, no bag or seasoning for the fries, fries almost cold, wrong flavor milkshake. And I can't get used to the sauce bags; it's really annoying that you can't dip it in your container.

I ordered an iced mocha frappe and it was absolutely horrible. Tasted like expired milk with cocoa and too much ice. The atmosphere and staff was very nice, but this mocha killed the vibe

Very young employees, there was someone around who was about 11 years old. The food was fine.

I think it's fine, the atmosphere is great and the food is delicious, but the tables are ALWAYS dirty.

Well managed and relatively quick to get my food with table service (less than 5 minutes). Compared with the McD close to my home, this is way better.

Unfortunately, the service is not at the highest level, the atmosphere is very loud, communication is impossible.

We usually go to McDonald's for a cappuccino when we're on the go because it always tastes good. Most places are very noisy, and the furniture and floors aren't cleaned well, which is actually becoming increasingly annoying.

I'm writing this review because I went out on August 20, 2025, and I wanted to grab a bite to eat at 8:30 PM. It's already a huge challenge for someone who has to eat gluten-free. It turned out all the gluten-free dishes were sold out, so I left on an empty stomach. Eating something isn't an option, otherwise I'd get really sick! I'm so bummed about this! :( Hopefully, something can be done about it.

After a few things went wrong, a manager offered us a cup of coffee. We certainly appreciated that. So, thanks to the manager, we still had a good experience.

Pay to go to the toilet at McDonald's? Never! We eat there, so it's absolutely not normal to have to pay for the toilet!!

It's a shame that you have to pay to use the restroom as a customer. Then arrange a system with coins, for example.

I ordered a Vega Mc croquette. I got one with meat and only realized this too late. After I showed it to the manager, he simply walked away. What a terrible place.

Very busy with several tables, benches, etc. to sit on. I have to say, the staff, both in the kitchen and working the rest of the place, were incredibly fast.

The wait time was extremely long for an order that included a McFlurry and six chicken nuggets. I asked the receptionist why it was taking so long, but unfortunately, the lady couldn't speak Dutch or English. Very disappointing.

Beautiful mall where you can shop all day, and in between, you can have lunch, brunch, and a break. Hoog Catherine is worth a visit.

Basic McDonald's, the curry sauce smell is strong

Avoid this place. Food is horrible, very unhealthy, and the company is from the US.

The woman was very rude to me. I simply asked if I could cancel my order, and was met with a rude attitude and a sultry look. She then said, "So you're going to order and then you don't want to go back?" It was just a question. Not very polite.

I also noticed that the number of McFlurries seems to have decreased. McDonald's isn't what it used to be, unfortunately.

I literally got an old burger hamburger after the workers were being absolutely horrible to me. they are rude and not customer friendly.. I wouldn't recommend comming here. They said that I clicked take away though I clicked eat here. The receipt didn't come out and they gave the stuff with a rude tone with no respect

I first ordered a chilled chicken and got it once without sauce. When I asked for one with sauce, the chicken was completely pink on the inside.

The food comes quickly, the staff are friendly and the food is fresh from the fryer, and luckily there is always someone to keep things tidy

They are not so good with the disabled there. However, the person who received it was incredibly motivated. Hats off

The staff are rude and the machine where you can order is also bad. It just gives you a receipt that says you ordered yesterday while you just ordered and paid.

I found this location very customer friendly. We were also offered an extra snack there, because they are against waste.

Tables dirty and no help it was too busy

I just got two big tasty's to take away. When I got home they just threw it in that container. Everything was mixed up. How antisocial. Can't you do anything there?

I had a lovely meal here this afternoon, and it was also very fresh, A'Dam could take an example from this. I also had a nice chat with the manager🤗

It's cold, the air conditioner is on low. You feel like you're in a refrigerator.

After a super fun evening at the cinema, we had dinner here (an hour before closing time). It was not busy, almost all tables dirty, order received was incorrect, fries and burgers for 3 people almost cold, asked to make the food again (this was done under protest) but that food was also not warm. What a disappointment, staff have clearly given up. Next time I'll happily walk an extra 10 minutes for the McDonald's downtown.

Got served a mcflurry with barely any ice cream, complained, got served the same one mixed up and with a bit more syrup. You have to pay for the bathroom, is that even legal?

I have never had such a bad experience with staff. The staff is very unfriendly and that ruins the atmosphere and the experience of the food. Too bad about this.

20 min wait justo to get 9 nuggets, don't recommend if you value your time

I got a McFlurry here for the second time and there is almost nothing in it (Second time to see if it was bad luck) €4.15 for sad nonsense. Look, you can hate your job, hate people, but respect the money people spend. What the heck. What dark evil is behind this? Serious

McFlurry ice cream has now been halved here. You get half a cup of ice cream for 4 euros and you have to make do with that according to the reluctant manager. Shame. So I'll never get ice cream here again.

What unfriendly staff, especially the managers, had a complaint...they looked at me sheepishly and did nothing about it...never eating here again

Normal McDonald's. I don't live in the Netherlands and was surprised when the sauces come in soft packaging, it's not very convenient when you take food with you and eat it somewhere on the bus on the way home to your country

Ordered to take away, eaten on the way to Tivoli. Only I had a stupid comment: does it come with a straw? But I didn't order a drink this time 🤣 He respected me and simply gave me a straw. 😄

As a customer you have to pay for toilet. I think this is really ridiculous and not customer friendly.

5 stars for Ousama. Where the atmosphere and food is the normal McDonald’s experience, this guy made the experience a rememorable moment for us. The way he took time for our little kid and have here a small ice cream.

There’s almost never a seat available

I ordered a Big Mac burger and there was a hair in it. So I asked for a new one and I got it. After taking a few bites I saw AGAIN a hair. So I checked all my food and drinks. So there was also a hair in my drink. You'll never see me here again.

Just McDonald's. Food was warm and tasted as you would expect from McDonald's. A bit few places at lunchtime. Even though the restaurant is full, food is brought to you quickly. Coupons are accepted. There are screens to order.

For fast food this wasn't very fast. I felt the power of time affecting my body. My spirit was consumed under the pressure of the heavens. The summons of fast food chains was too heavy. You will NEVER see me again!

I really don't think 70 cents for a dirty toilet with hardly any paper is acceptable! There was also a lot of stuff on the floor at our place. Cleaning can therefore be much better.

Table service sucks. The app constantly fails to connect to the bank and the WiFi is poor. Far too few seats and the machines regularly run out of coupons.

It was a nice place located in Hoog Catharijne Mall. The attendants were professional and service was good even though the place was a bit crowded. I also like that the tables are immediately cleaned after a customer had left. Will be visiting again whenever I’m in Utrecht.
