Provided with food quickly, but everything was lukewarm.

Despite the holiday season and lunchtime. Plenty of seating and food brought quickly.

The order wall is fine, though very busy and small.

It's normal McDonald's in terms of food, but you have to pay for the toilet, which I think is rubbish.

Quick bite for when you're short on time.

Well, fast food. Not very cheap anymore these days. But you get what you expect and pretty fast.

After a long day of not eating anything, I went to McDonald's to get a McWrap. When ordering, I specified that I didn't want eggless sauce because I am allergic to it. Now I get my food and take it to the car and see that there is no chili sauce, only eggless sauce in it. Ridiculous.

The food felt like poisoned food I ate the food and I came home and may stomach hurts and the service they brought our food an hour later nothing was good and everything was super expensive. I actually wanted to put a half star I absolutely hated it and I will never come here I suggest everyone to not come here !

Hello, My girlfriend and I were returning from Amsterdam because we wanted to spot Harry Styles. After a day at Vondelpark, we decided to grab a bite to eat in Utrecht. We ordered, it arrived properly, but to our horror, my girlfriend had received the wrong sauce! She walked over to a manager and he said she could keep the wrong sauce and that he would bring a new one. To our great surprise, she even got 2 sauces for free! While we were eating, the manager came back and even offered us a free ice cream! From us, 20/10 service, and if we are ever in Utrecht again, we certainly hope for the wrong sauce again 💃

I ordered for takeaway and had already been waiting half an hour for just 9 chicken nuggets. Then they just pressed the chicken nuggets with sauce into my hands, without a bag! Really weird, because that's what they're supposed to do.

This McDonald's looks neat. However, it is not user-friendly for people with walkers or wheelchairs who want to use the toilet. You pay €0.80 but can't get through the turnstile. So, disabled people can only spend their money there on food and drinks, but the service toilet is useless.

Just ordered food with 3 friends. One of my friends got an error via MyOrder, but he did have bank statements, so he walked to the counter and asked if the order had gone through. 15 minutes later, everyone got their food except him. So he went back to the counter. With bank statements as proof. They said they couldn't help him and that he had to order again, so he paid twice. He didn't get his order after the first time; he was told to just email. This service is VERY bad. Proof of payment not enough to receive food?!?!?

Yesterday I went to McDonald's with my children, to the Hoog Catharijne branch in Utrecht. I ordered food for my children there and I'm a regular customer, but yesterday I had a very bad experience. My daughter ordered a Spicy McChicken, but there was very little sauce—nearly none at all. So I went to one of the employees and politely told them there wasn't much sauce. Unfortunately, the employee reacted very rudely and sharply. This made me very embarrassed. Because of this situation, I also reacted angrily to my 9-year-old daughter, which caused her to cry. Many employees at this branch are very rude to customers. I hope this issue gets more attention.

What a disgrace. We arrived at 9:47 PM and ordered to eat HERE after a long day at work. At 10:04 PM, the order finally arrived! At 10:09 PM, the employee told us we had to take our food outside because they were closing. When we told him we'd have to wait longer than usual for our food, he called us liars and started arguing. I've since filed a complaint with McDonald's Netherlands about their approach. I left my food and left.

What truly sets this McDonald's apart from other locations is the active presence of the managers on the work floor. They're visibly engaged, lend a helping hand whenever needed, greet guests warmly, and constantly maintain an overview. This is immediately noticeable in the atmosphere and the overall guest experience; it's simply better organized here. Many other locations should learn from this example. I love coming here with the kids. 😊

I literally never say this, but wow, this McDonald's surprised me! What a clean, well-organized restaurant. It's spotless everywhere, tables are all neat and tidy, everything is well-organized, no trash or clutter above the bins or on the floor. A very attentive team with strong managers who definitely run the place well! Props to you. Truly the best McDonald's I've ever been to! (From an Amsterdammer!!)

There were 50 people in the kitchen, and they waited ages for just one burger. They were more busy chatting and being busy than actually serving the customers or making the food.

Very fast and good quality food. The actual dining area and bathrooms were super clean compared to other stores.

We had a delicious meal here. Even though it was busy, we didn't have to wait long for our food; it was brought to our table. The food was incredibly fresh, beautifully cooked, and piping hot. And very importantly, the order was complete!

If you go there and order take-away, make sure you check what you get. Anytime I decide to eat there, I have this issue that some things are missing.

McDonald's one thing, if the Big Arch is finally on the menu I will do a happy dance, what a fantastic sandwich.

Orders placed via the "post" weren't going through properly. The manager quickly recognized the problem and took action. Free coffee was also offered to compensate for the delay. The same manager maintains a good overview of the branch. For example, a free toilet visit by jumping over the fence isn't an option for this manager.

The toilet was filthy and out of paper. That can happen sometimes when admission is free. But we had to pay €0.80 for it! If you have to pay for something, it should be right! The manager was confronted about this, but he didn't budge and said it was okay... because it was busy. He stuck to his guns! Honestly!

Tastes great, usually everything goes well, but last time everything that could go wrong went wrong. Wrong order delivered, no bag or seasoning for the fries, fries almost cold, wrong flavor milkshake. And I can't get used to the sauce bags; it's really annoying that you can't dip it in your container.

I ordered an iced mocha frappe and it was absolutely horrible. Tasted like expired milk with cocoa and too much ice. The atmosphere and staff was very nice, but this mocha killed the vibe

Well managed and relatively quick to get my food with table service (less than 5 minutes). Compared with the McD close to my home, this is way better.

We usually go to McDonald's for a cappuccino when we're on the go because it always tastes good. Most places are very noisy, and the furniture and floors aren't cleaned well, which is actually becoming increasingly annoying.

I'm writing this review because I went out on August 20, 2025, and I wanted to grab a bite to eat at 8:30 PM. It's already a huge challenge for someone who has to eat gluten-free. It turned out all the gluten-free dishes were sold out, so I left on an empty stomach. Eating something isn't an option, otherwise I'd get really sick! I'm so bummed about this! :( Hopefully, something can be done about it.

After a few things went wrong, a manager offered us a cup of coffee. We certainly appreciated that. So, thanks to the manager, we still had a good experience.

Very busy with several tables, benches, etc. to sit on. I have to say, the staff, both in the kitchen and working the rest of the place, were incredibly fast.

The wait time was extremely long for an order that included a McFlurry and six chicken nuggets. I asked the receptionist why it was taking so long, but unfortunately, the lady couldn't speak Dutch or English. Very disappointing.

Beautiful mall where you can shop all day, and in between, you can have lunch, brunch, and a break. Hoog Catherine is worth a visit.

The woman was very rude to me. I simply asked if I could cancel my order, and was met with a rude attitude and a sultry look. She then said, "So you're going to order and then you don't want to go back?" It was just a question. Not very polite.

I also noticed that the number of McFlurries seems to have decreased. McDonald's isn't what it used to be, unfortunately.

I literally got an old burger hamburger after the workers were being absolutely horrible to me. they are rude and not customer friendly.. I wouldn't recommend comming here. They said that I clicked take away though I clicked eat here. The receipt didn't come out and they gave the stuff with a rude tone with no respect

I first ordered a chilled chicken and got it once without sauce. When I asked for one with sauce, the chicken was completely pink on the inside.
