McDonald's in Wijk 09 Leidsche Rijn

Ordered at the McDonald's drive-thru, and after receiving it, a milkshake was missing. After 5 minutes of waiting on the windows, they finally realized it, but they were more focused on each other! Came home with food that was freezing cold. Ugh, this was the umpteenth time something was missing (and now also the last time).

Terrible MC! The food is lukewarm, even when they make it fresh. An employee is openly insulted by his manager, who then liberally sprays glass cleaner near your food. You'd better drive past this location!

I arrived here at 11:30, craving a burger, and only the crappy drive-through was open. We asked at the counter if they could just make a burger. They rudely dismissed us. Bad service. If the counter closes at 11:00 PM, please let us know. The little guys just got their food, crappy junk.

We got a free milkshake because they gave us the wrong size 😇

Plenty of parking and easily accessible

Went to the McDrive. It was busy, but I was still served very quickly. The food was good and hot.

Arrived at opening. First to order at 11:06. Took nearly 20 minutes to get my food. Fries - cold. Quarter Pounder - cold. Nuggets cold. How does that happen? 20 minutes for cold food. They replaced it, yes. But this location always has issues. Cold food, forgotten items, etc. Please do better.

We ordered 9 chicken nuggets at the drive-thru, when we got home there were 5 chicken nuggets in it, counting turned out to be difficult

Google says open until 1 am. We arrived at 12, front doors are closed while people are eating inside. The only option is to order at the drive while they won't allow you to order without a car, what a joke!

Very clean and well-organized restaurant with fast and friendly service. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you expect from McDonald’s, but done well. Comfortable seating and a convenient location. A great spot for a quick and reliable meal in Utrecht.

There was very little seating. I didn't feel comfortable there.

We waited a very long time for our order, the fries were old and tough and the burger was cold, and when we placed our order, it wasn't brought at all.

Better than other Macs. There's an unexpectedly large play area for kids in the back, with nice, quiet tables behind it. Everything was delicious as always, and the staff was positive and friendly. It was only then that I noticed the lamps. So cool! It's amazing that there isn't a large lamp store here to browse! But then again: women shop. Men constantly talk about the large parking garage. The friendly Mac D. made up for a lot for me.

Extremely unfriendly staff, long wait, food is cold

Drive through means you have a to wait in the parking for 15 mins or so. Not recommended when you're looking for "fast" food.

We ordered two things. One was missing a Big Mac. The other had no butter or knife for breakfast. We ran to the cashier and asked for our food on the receipt. They gave us everything, but they didn't collect it carefully.

Team leader Ben was very unprofessional towards his colleagues right in front of customers. He was extremely rude. It didn't create a pleasant atmosphere.

Yesterday I had a Friends menu, but the fries were cold. The order wasn't complete; we had to complain to get it.

Great Mac. Didn't always get hot food, and it can be busy during the evening rush hour. But otherwise, it's fine.

I had a delicious burger at McDonald's and was helped by the super hospitable employee Cato. She's a truly fantastic hostess.

It happened again, 2x fries sauce not ordered and on both quarter pounders there was no ketchup and onions, good job there.

Great location, close to The Wall. Great music. And the food was good.

Dark under the shopping center. Very slow and confusing service at the McDonald's drive-through. Eat as usual at McDonald's. Fills your stomach.

I saw several mice running and I also saw them in the kitchen and a brown man also started shouting at me because I asked if the table could be cleaned because the table was dirty of course

Free parking and drive through ordering available. Plenty of indoor and outdoor table seating. Friendly staff. Large bookshelf available with children's books.

Super fast and accurate service, food nice and hot. Books, coloring pages, and a small play area for the kids. Few restrooms for such a large place. Plenty of parking nearby, the first 2-2.5 hours are free.

The waiter was not a nice person and he treated the situation in a way that you cannot replace drinks in a fraudulent way

This is the kind of McDonald's you tell your friends about and bring your kids to! It is a fabulous establishment run by professionals! My wife and I needed to go to Mantel to get our bikes maintenanced and these angels delivered us a meal from above! Can 100% recommend! 5/5

I ordered a McFlurry but received it WITHOUT A SPOON, yes, you read it correctly WITHOUT A SPOON, scandalous, but I expected something in return, a small compensation.

We arrived at one of the quieter times of the evening, ordered only ice cream and a milkshake, and had to wait for them for ages. The staff themselves were staring into space, and nothing much was happening. They also spoke very poor Dutch. We waited 20 minutes for a milkshake and ice cream, around a time when there were hardly any people there.

McDonald's like you find everywhere. Not bad, not special either.

‼️ WARNING ⛔️ The Drive Through will cost you more time than you think. Due to the design of the drive though road, once you enter you are fully committed and can’t easily leave. It may be quicker to park and enter the restaurant to order your food than use the Drive Through.

We went at midnight but they don’t let people in even though there were still people in. We went on food to order like we are a car because we were parked on a bad spot and couldn’t get to the drive in, but they still couldn’t take our order. In Belgium we had no problem like that.

Fun for children, with a fun treasure hunt for which they received a present, interactive table and a nice indoor playground

Very nice McDonalds. I come here every now and then with the children and the staff is just great. Friendly staff who really go the extra mile for the children. Never seen this before at McDonalds. Big thumbs up.

Unhygienic! Sweaty men and women with long hair without a hairnet. Food is filled halfway and that is called “produce”?! No good service + super unfriendly! Would not go here if you want to enjoy a good meal that is neatly prepared

My food got stolen by the employee.

What a crappy establishment. Picked up here multiple times and so often mistakes in the orders. Even the hamburgers between the buns are missing.

Had dinner with my two daughters. Upon arrival they both got a coloring page, pencils and could participate in a treasure hunt. Very nice! Very child-friendly restaurant. Also got a delicious ice cream to try out 😋

Idiot high sidewalk McDrive. Too tight for 2 cars ON STAFF DIRECTIONS! Almost smashed my own car against that ridiculously high sidewalk. Not painted WHITE to warn you. If I ever get there again, I will never drive all the way to the front again to make room for a second car that has to wait.

Fast mac drive compared to Maarssen location. Often busy inside, but plenty of seating.

It is cramped inside with seating, people are sitting neck and neck. But quality and service were neat and good. Burgers and fries tasted good.

They always have a whole army in the kitchen, but they still manage to make you wait a century for a simple order, and then they also forget something, But ALWAYS. The big tasty is about the size of a small hamburger and you pay the jackpot. In short: boycott

The music is bad and was way too loud and I forgot my sauce

I accidentally ordered the wrong wrap. I wanted the regular one, but accidentally ordered the veggie. Luckily I discovered this before I received my order so I quickly went to the manager at the register to ask if I could exchange this. He told me this was not possible as the wrap had already been made. Although it was my fault that I ordered the wrong thing, I resent the fact that an exchange was not possible before I even received my wrap. If I had asked for my money back and then ordered a normal one, I could have still gotten it. Why make it so difficult? It's a shame that it had to happen this way, because it could easily have been solved differently.

We went to the drive-through with my friend. Taking the order took a very long time and also went wrong. We then had to wait half an hour for the food to arrive, even though it was not busy at all. The staff is very customer unfriendly and very slow. We won't be coming back here again.

1 counter to order. So you are forced to order via a kiosk, which is impersonal and boring. Or you have to wait in line for a long time at the only counter Tables not clean. Neither does the floor. It is also boring for children. They can take a paper mask themselves, even so impersonal. All in all unpleasant.

Jan 25, 2025: Very good service: croissants were finished, had to wait 20 minutes for the oven. Fresh croissants were brought to the table. And of course they were delicious!

Nice for my grandchildren, but not for me

Unfortunately my experience was bad, the food was not very tasty and expensive. The menu was poor, and the preparation and give away were very slow. I waited for my order for about 15 minutes. Also, there was a lack of staff and the hall was dirty. Thank you for at least as compensation, I got a free ice cone.

This McDonalds was open until 1am. We arrived there at 12:45, so there was still 15 minutes to spare. When we got there there was a trash can in front of the drive in and an employee telling us they were closed. We asked why they were already closed while their opening time was 1:00 am, to which he responded that otherwise they would not get the cars through the drive-in on time. There was 1 other car in the queue and no cars behind us. So there is no chance that the McDonalds where everything is ready within 3 minutes was not ready at 1am. If you want to close earlier, you should start your own business and not work for a mega company where opening hours are mandatory. 24-12-2024 Yours sincerely, The hungry customers

If you go around dinner time, the fries will be lukewarm. Hopefully you will do something about this. It's nice that the food is brought to the table.

Unfriendly staff, throws your food on the counter and walks away without even looking at you. Ordering and serving all took a long time. There is no atmosphere and cold inside, the front door is constantly open. McCafé is promoted but nowhere to be seen. Poster with an offer that has expired for more than a month. Bagger branch, drive a few minutes further.

If the order becomes more complicated (two family members gluten order) things go wrong. Several times now. Came home with half an order for more yourself and

Children's party started there for a group of guests aged 11 and 12. Food didn't come right away, it took quite a while and the guests got bored because they couldn't sit at the table at the same time. Furthermore, the quality of food was good. Gluten-free could be a bit more extensive, but it is still doable. Atmosphere is okay there.

Not really cosy on a trashy parking lot.. food was alright
