It was a genius who removed the entry from the parking side - inside the screen is just in dutch… not a nice place at all..

Well, a messy McDonald's. Dirty, greasy tables and hordes of children running around and screaming.

Good McDonald's; it's unusual that the drive-through is in a parking garage. Ordered at the drive-through today, August 29th, around 9:30 PM. Such an enthusiastic lady taking the order. It cheered me up.

I am being ripped off hard here! I ordered a few things and a McChicken was simply missing after a friend of mine missed the BBQ sauce. I walked back to the window and I was treated like a dog! DON'T.COME.HERE. I hope the person who helped us (actually didn't help us) on Friday, August 28 at 00:30 gets to have a serious talk with his manager, since he supposedly weighed our order correctly. THIS IS A SCAM

While I can generally understand potential human error within a dynamic work environment, I consider it completely unacceptable in this specific case that the barbecue sauce I ordered was entirely missing. At first glance, this might appear to be a relatively trivial omission, but I believe that this interpretation does not do justice to the actual impact of this negligence. The barbecue sauce formed an essential part of my culinary experience and was explicitly selected by me with the expectation that it would be delivered in accordance with my order. Its absence has significantly devalued the taste experience and, consequently, the overall quality of my meal. I therefore urgently request that you critically evaluate your internal control and verification procedures in order to prevent such regrettable shortcomings in the future. After all, placing an order implies a justified expectation that all selected components will actually arrive at the consumer's address undamaged. I hope that you will take this complaint into serious consideration and take appropriate measures. A simple barbecue sauce might seem insignificant, but for me, this was a matter of principle regarding service, reliability, and managing expectations. Disappointing experience at McDonald’s Leidsche Rijn Today I picked up a Happy Meal at McDonald’s in Leidsche Rijn. Upon opening the packaging, I immediately noticed that there were very few fries inside — in my opinion, not even half a portion. I therefore walked back to report this. The manager indicated that the portion should be 80 grams according to the guideline and even weighed the fries. According to her, the portion was indeed 80 grams. I was unable to verify myself if that was actually the case, but honestly, the quantity looked anything but like a normal portion. I worked at McDonald’s for years myself and understand that there are fixed guidelines and portion sizes. That is precisely why I find it unfortunate that a customer can get the feeling that they are not getting what they paid for with such a small amount of fries. It is not about a few fries more or less for me, but about the sense of fairness and service. If a portion looks visibly meager to a customer, surely a restaurant should take a serious look at it. I hope McDonald’s takes another critical look at this, because I can well imagine that people feel ripped off in such a situation. And the fries were soggy and lukewarm despite being ordered without salt. BAD!!!!

I went to the drive-in and then I had to wait 10 minutes! There was no line, I was first and we said hello etc. She said one moment and then it took 10 and then I asked if I could have 4 cheeseburgers and then I said that 1 cheeseburger had to be without onion, pickle and mustard and then I got a hamburger with only ketchup and without the cheese don't come here and she was the only staff at the McDonald's

Very friendly people, especially the sandbox was really fan-tas-tic!!!! Also very friendly suppliers, from Zandkasteel or something.

McDrive arrival at the ordering kiosk at 10:50, served at 11:04 with 3 cars still waiting behind me!! This could definitely use some improvement because that is not 'fast'.

Food cold and not up to par (burger without lettuce, with lettuce, etc.) not even a 'bon appétit' from the staff. Shame.

Waiting time extended into half an hour. We were told there was a shortage of staff. However, staff who had already finished lingered in the kitchen. We understand the understaffing, but this was extreme.

Ordered burgers without onions today, but when I got home there were onions on them again anyway. This is the 5th time in a row, please learn to read. This time they threw the onions in the sauce, so I didn't see it when checking. I also see now that my Quarter Pounder is without cheese. Great again.

The food is so disgusting, I don't understand why we are buying this slump in droves.

Things are messy behind the counter. No caramel in the latte, even though that was the entire order. It's a shame there are no name tags, because the guy doing the tables deserves 5 stars; he's working hard. The trash cans are overflowing.

Way too much salt on the fries Order takes too long to get inside

Ordered food, heard nothing an hour later.... Called the branch 8 times, but no one answers. After 1 or 2 times you might think it's probably busy, but not answering 8 times is really bizarre.... This isn't the first time this has happened, by the way; very bad McDonald's. Regret giving it a chance again; I probably won't get my food again and it will be a whole hassle to get my money back. Ugh, how low can you sink.... Please don't order here, save yourself the frustration!

It says they are open until 1:00, I arrived there at 11:30 PM and they were already closed. I stood in front of a closed door with 5 others.

Nice, well-maintained family business

This is the most family-friendly MCDonald’s. A scavenger hunt, mini library, indoor playground and a manager that’s amazing with kids made this the best McD experience ever!

A really good place; if you don't feel like cooking, you go here. Everyone was nice, the food arrived quickly and was tasty.

A really cozy McDonald's! The staff is very friendly and I got my food really quickly. The toilets are free, you don't see that everywhere! You can also sit outside when it's warm, and it was nice and quiet when I went to eat there! They also have a playground for children and parking is easy. I will definitely come back here more often!

Does a McDrive really have to take more than half an hour? My tip would be to eat inside. The layout of this McDrive invites inefficiency and extremely long wait times.

Had to wait 45 minutes at the McDonald's drive-thru while there were 2 cars in front of me. The food was cold, and the employee said, "Oh, okay, that's your problem." Truly disgusting people and work culture here.

A convenient McDonald's at The Wall in Utrecht where you can quickly order after shopping. The restaurant is popular, so it can get a bit crowded at times. The parking garage at The Wall makes it easy to drive. Just park and pop in for a quick meal like a Big Mac. A convenient stop for a quick bite during a day in Utrecht 🍔🚗.

The food was cold, the hamburger was more like lettuce, it looked like a rabbit, as if they had to get rid of the old lettuce. I wouldn't go back here anytime soon.

Ordered at the McDonald's drive-thru, and after receiving it, a milkshake was missing. After 5 minutes of waiting on the windows, they finally realized it, but they were more focused on each other! Came home with food that was freezing cold. Ugh, this was the umpteenth time something was missing (and now also the last time).

Terrible MC! The food is lukewarm, even when they make it fresh. An employee is openly insulted by his manager, who then liberally sprays glass cleaner near your food. You'd better drive past this location!

We ordered 9 chicken nuggets at the drive-thru, when we got home there were 5 chicken nuggets in it, counting turned out to be difficult

Arrived at opening. First to order at 11:06. Took nearly 20 minutes to get my food. Fries - cold. Quarter Pounder - cold. Nuggets cold. How does that happen? 20 minutes for cold food. They replaced it, yes. But this location always has issues. Cold food, forgotten items, etc. Please do better.

Google says open until 1 am. We arrived at 12, front doors are closed while people are eating inside. The only option is to order at the drive while they won't allow you to order without a car, what a joke!

Very clean and well-organized restaurant with fast and friendly service. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you expect from McDonald’s, but done well. Comfortable seating and a convenient location. A great spot for a quick and reliable meal in Utrecht.

We waited a very long time for our order, the fries were old and tough and the burger was cold, and when we placed our order, it wasn't brought at all.

Better than other Macs. There's an unexpectedly large play area for kids in the back, with nice, quiet tables behind it. Everything was delicious as always, and the staff was positive and friendly. It was only then that I noticed the lamps. So cool! It's amazing that there isn't a large lamp store here to browse! But then again: women shop. Men constantly talk about the large parking garage. The friendly Mac D. made up for a lot for me.

Extremely unfriendly staff, long wait, food is cold

Drive through means you have a to wait in the parking for 15 mins or so. Not recommended when you're looking for "fast" food.

We ordered two things. One was missing a Big Mac. The other had no butter or knife for breakfast. We ran to the cashier and asked for our food on the receipt. They gave us everything, but they didn't collect it carefully.

This is the kind of McDonald's you tell your friends about and bring your kids to! It is a fabulous establishment run by professionals! My wife and I needed to go to Mantel to get our bikes maintenanced and these angels delivered us a meal from above! Can 100% recommend! 5/5

I ordered a McFlurry but received it WITHOUT A SPOON, yes, you read it correctly WITHOUT A SPOON, scandalous, but I expected something in return, a small compensation.
