McDonald's in Wijk 06 Binnenstad

There wasn't much attention paid to the "preparation" of the burgers. A slice of cheese was halfway outside the bun, two slices of tomato, and the same. And all this while it wasn't busy. That could be better. It's a fast food restaurant, but "fast" shouldn't refer to the preparation of the food. A little care is fine; it doesn't take more time. I find it indifference, and that's always bad in a service-oriented business!

It was delicious, and the fact that you can eat something is nice. It was nice and warm, so everything was really well organized. The staff could have been a bit friendlier, though. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied.

The most irresponsible staff. I work near this establishment, and the restaurant is supposed to open at 9:00, but it never does, not even at 9:30. Why even set a schedule if you don't stick to it? This isn't an isolated incident; it's been happening for a month and a half. I kindly request that the schedule be adjusted to something more current, or that they open on time. I love breakfast, but I can't have it there because it's always closed.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great service at McDonald's Oudegracht! We went to McDonald's Oudegracht today and the service was fantastic. The female manager, in particular, deserves a big shout-out! She was incredibly friendly and went the extra mile to get us the Friends figure Monica. We thought that was fantastic! In addition, the service, the food, and the hygiene were all excellent. Everything looked neat, and we received friendly and quick service. In short: highly recommended! Thanks for the great experience! 🙌🍟🥤

The food was cold and tasteless. The service was even worse; the staff gave us nasty looks and took ages to serve us. Don't go here! There are plenty of better places in Utrecht!

I arrived at a quiet time on a Wednesday evening. The printer was malfunctioning at the self-service kiosk. After ordering, I quickly popped into the restroom, where someone had been smoking heroin. The foil was on the floor. Then came limp, lukewarm fries that had been sitting under the lamp for too long and cold chicken nuggets. The tables were dirty and the trash cans were overflowing.

It was good, always pretty busy. Got one chicken nugget in a half 🥲

If this is McDonald’s idea of a burger, then we’re all being conned. What I received was a sad little construction that could hardly be called a meal: a dry bun, a meat patty so tiny it looked like it had shrunk out of shame, and a splash of sauce and mustard that looked more like an accident than an attempt at flavour. One lonely pickle slices stared up at me like they, too, regretted being here. This isn’t fast food, it’s lazy food. Presentation? Non-existent. Quality? An insult to anyone paying actual money. If McDonald’s wants to compete with cardboard, they’re doing an excellent job, but if this is supposed to pass as a hamburger, then the golden arches should be bent into a question mark.

I was there at 4 in the morning (today) while waiting for my food, a mouse came out from the kitchen towards me, I killed it and didn’t think to do anything else but the manager just came to get the mouse, didn’t say sorry or was apologetic at all. It must be a disgusting filthy kitchen if the manager was okay for a customer to kill a mouse. Highly disappointed. To say the least, the dine area is absolutely filthy 🤌🏻 oh and they had my order wrong too, I ordered nuggets as well but received none.

Ordered, received cold items, wrong items. Items were missing. They only filled the fries halfway. The fries weren't even cooked properly. Reordered, and what was missing, so I paid extra for delivery, etc. It took an hour. Disgraceful.

I went with someone, ordered at the same time, and I didn't get my food until 20 minutes later. It smelled like poop, and the toilet wasn't cleaned. My food took so long to get cold. I also ordered 9 chicken nuggets and got 8? I'm never coming back.

We waited a long time even though we were almost the only ones. The food sat under the heater for 20 minutes and had gone hard. The wrong products. All the tables were dirty. There was even a used diaper. It's a shame, because I'm a regular McDonald's customer...

It was 9:22. Even though the restaurant was open, they said they weren't open yet and according to the website it opens at 9:00.

the mc crispy is lukewarm and sloppily made, the tenders are overpriced because you quickly pay 3 euros for 2 pieces. The nuggets were not ready yet and I had to wait and are too crispy. I expected better. there was someone who just shouts hoes as if he is drunk. you also had to pick up your order at the counter and took too long.

Had to wait 3 hours for an order of 38 euros .. hopeless. Both home delivery and the branch. Employee indicates to order better via uber……… Small addition. Cancelling was not an option after 2 hours and we get a 10 percent discount on a next order. So poorly resolved and not at all worthy of mc donalds and certainly not for the children who only ate their mac. Flurry from the freezer for breakfast. The rest of their food ended up in the trash.

The two of us walked in and since we both really needed to go to the toilet, we decided to go to the toilet first and then order. We then walked past the cash register and were called back with “ladies, the toilet is only for guests” We thought this was really not customer friendly and we immediately decided to leave!

We walked inside to go to the bathroom and then have something to eat. We were called back by someone behind the counter in a very nasty way with "ladies toilet is only for guests", which immediately made us feel unwelcome and we decided to get food somewhere else. They should not just assume something because because of this we have not gotten anything from this McDonalds and will not do so again.

Visited a number of times in the past year on different days and times, and again today. Even though it was busy, we received the food quickly (hard workers), it was hot and tasted great. It is striking that the quality and speed remain the same, which is good! This McDonald's is much better than the one on high Catharijne. Keep up the good work!

My friend was complaining about the packaging of the sauces, because they suck! Why would you give them to us in those silly packages?! We prefer the tiny pots! We were deeply appaulled and my friend had to cry! He could not enjoy his nuggets! Sucks to end a night like that! Furthermore a friend of mine just wanted to enjoy a smooth icecream- but guess what - it was sold out! Can you believe this? We dont!!!!! We were scammed at this restaurant! We ordered a Minecraft discount menu 3 times especially for the children because our son wants to collect these exclusive figures. We received a toy 3 times from a happy meal!

Cozy restaurant and delicious authentic food. Highly recommended if you are spending a day in Utrecht.

Had a bad experience at McDonald's today. The burgers were dry, the fries were fried way too hard and way too salty. An employee was walking around in non-work clothes, which did not seem very professional. In addition, the ordered sauces were forgotten and we had to wait a very long time for our order. Really disappointing.

Tables filthy, toilets filthy, floors filthy. Unfriendly people behind the counter. Anyway, what do you expect from a McDonald's. Had a craving for McNuggets (super guilty pleasure), but even those were so-so.

Very uncomfortable operation. Only understands English. The gentleman at the collection counter pulls the receipt from my hand and I was not allowed to have it back. The food was mediocre. There was also an employee who was whistling after women.

It is more reminiscent of a pigsty than a restaurant. In other words, it's a dirty mess. Filthy tables, filthy floor. No napkins available. Staff don't talk, just look at you a bit sheepishly when you indicate when you receive your order that you also want drinks. Even though you eat inside, the food is not too hot. I don't recommend eating here on a Saturday evening.

What a great McDonalds! "At least when we were there" It was the night of 26-10-'24 we came from the Musical, and after a drink, we wanted a small snack. The Employees who were working at the time were all working with a big smile, and really made it a party, especially the boy at the delivery desk. Spontaneous, cozy and yet friendly! We had a small order, of 2 burgers and 9 chicken nuggets. The burgers were hot and freshly prepared. And the Chicken Nuggets had reproduced in the box, to 13 Chicken Nuggets! all in all great evening!

Half an hour before closing time it is no longer possible to order half. No McCafe, no BIC drinks (frappes), and the shake/sundeas can no longer be ordered. You could also no longer eat inside, because they were already cleaning it. Food was also fine.

Unfortunately the fries were cold. The mckroket was so limp that the filling ran out. Mcfcurry oreo little chocolate sauce. So not really recommended. Very expensive.

McDonald's has made the McDonald's smaller, reducing inflation, and made the sauce packets 0.20 cents more expensive, but in other countries they are free. All in all, next time to KFC.

I came across a long hair, went to the counter, showed it, and replaced the order.

I ordered vegetarian nuggets, and received chicken nuggets in a box labeled as vegetarian. After taking a bite and seeing that it was chicken, I went back to the counter. At first they didn't understand what the problem was. Then no apologies, just wordlessly replacing the nuggets with vegetarian ones.

Ordered tonight via home delivery. Once the food was delivered, this was what happened: EVERYTHING WAS COLD! Fries were limp and cold Hamburgers were ordered without onion, but for convenience no sauce was added either?!? Quaterpounder was cold too! The happymeals boxes were also completely put together. This McDonald in pretty good location downtown of Ultrect. Clean ordered inside. No too big but ordered smart. The staff are friendly and helpful. Everyone speaks English. The foods not healthy but made by quality gradients. Nice place to organize some birthday party. A meeting after some sport events.

The food was very hot for an MC. The chairs were already on the table when we arrived. But we were soon offered a table to sit at. They probably want the tables cleaned quickly. Only there was a hair in my food... a bit of a shame...

The food was as always at McDonald's, just McDonald's food, and there is nothing to complain about. I ordered 20 chicken nuggets and they were delicious again. The service was fast and good, and the McDonald's location is central. Only, when I really urgently had to go to the toilet, there was literally feces next to the toilet and the stench was incredibly bad. Luckily I was still able to pee in the urinal, but it was really unsanitary.
