McDonald's in Wijk 06 Binnenstad

I only had cash on me, and the woman at the counter said I could pay with cash at the register and that her colleague would help me. However, the colleague in question, who was busy with the fries, gave me an irritated look and initially said she'd be right back. But after a few minutes of fruitless waiting, I was told, "No register." And that's what I had to accept. I was then coldly dismissed as if I no longer existed. So I left and went to FEBO to get a grilled burger, where at least I was treated politely.

I didn't get a napkin with my food

I just received an order from this "restaurant"... It was all look8ng like someone sat on it, the cheeseburger I ordered was missing, instead of big fries I got medium ones and bigmac had only one piece of meat patty. When I called the restaurant to resolve the issue, the lady on a phone told me that's not her problem and said I can issue a complaint on the website. So... avoid on all cost.

McDonald's downtown is never that impressive. Eat quickly and get out of here.

What an atmospheric McDonald's here in Utrecht, they play good music, the ordering machines work well, the staff is also very friendly and helpful, and the fries are nice and hot, not lukewarm.

The service was terrible; I couldn't even cash in my deal without the police being called. It was truly appalling. People are being discriminated against based on their appearance.

A bit too dry burgers in comparison to any other McD's i've had around the world...Fries were excellent.

Ordered through Thuisbezorgd two hours ago, still haven't received anything. I've called nine times and no one's answering. Ridiculous.

Worst experience of a McDonald’s anywhere I’ve been. It’s supposed to be quick. It was long, arduous, a whole ordeal and I came out with a spoiled afternoon.

Burgers are stacked very poorly all the time, sometimes meat and bun is off by 2-3 cm and other ingredients like cabbage is mainly left in a box in which burger came in instead of a burger. One time I got only slightly warm burger which went cold after 1-2 minutes of eating it.

Touching the food with their bare hands, fighting in the kitchen, the shift leader did it also and after that she got paid, touched the pos machine , touched money and then with out any cleaning she went back inside and touched the food with her hands

A messy place with too many staff who don't speak Dutch well... and the system can't keep up. The fries, in particular, weren't cooked properly compared to the rest of McDonald's. I won't be going back.

Everything was fast and delicious. There weren't many people there. We waited about 10 minutes for our order. It cost 30 euros for three people.

When I picked it up, a burger was missing. I eventually got it. However, when I got home, the milkshake was missing. It's a shame you can't assume everything will be okay. This isn't the first time I've missed something.

My fries had been ready for 10 minutes while we were waiting for my frappe. Then they just gave me the frappe, without the fries. I asked for the fries anyway, but of course, they were already cold.

I went today early to close and buy a menu to go of big tasty (big) instead they give me a 1,85€ bun of those regulars burgers and I went home and I notice there when I came back to notice about the situation they just said come tomorrow and what about my dinner and my hungry ? 16€ burger and they also give it meatless this is unacceptable and unbelievable I’m really disappointed about this McDonald’s near my house is not the same these days and is not the first time , I used to let it past but this time I can’t that’s why I’m putting this advise to the customers be sure of what you order and take a look when you have items to go to not waste your money just like I did …

Great McDonald's where the team is constantly improving (over 7 years). Always delicious, warm nuggets, and a great team leader.

If you have to wait more than 40 (!!) minutes after placing your order, it's nice to hear that before you place your order...

Food was fresh. Printer of the order machine was broken. Asked an employee, got told to ask someone else. Asked someone else who did nothing. Printer still broken. A shame

Located on Lange Vie, next to the Bijenkorf department store, this small McDonald's in the center of Utrecht is the quietest in my experience of the three branches around the city center (Lange Vie, Hoog Catharijne, and Oude Gracht). I should add that I'm almost always there around lunchtime on a weekday. The experience can, of course, be different on weekends or in the evenings. There are plenty of ordering kiosks. I never have to wait long for my order. Personally, I find the store quite dark inside and not always very clean, but this is not uncommon at an average fast-food restaurant. This McDonald's has two floors. On the top floor, you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city center and the Neude shopping district. There are also free restrooms and a fold-out changing table for baby changing. However, the latter isn't in a separate room. Otherwise, it's a McDonald's like any other fast-food chain.

They very often forget part of the order

Everything I go there my order is made on time and no food is left behind. The fries are still warm when I get home. Seems weird but inside a MC these small things matter. See you next time!

I ordered a meatless McCrispy, and then got chicken. I told the counter clerk about it, but instead of an apology, I received a stern look. Sorry, but I find this very odd, hence the one star. The restaurant looked okay.

Stupid incompetent staff. Ordered two drinks and was kept waiting 20 minutes when the place was empty and not busy. Went to ask the staff where the drinks were (I could see them on the counter) and was repeatedly told to keep waiting.

such rude mcdonalds, you pay, you don't get your order. They do nothing to make it better. Bizarre staff, you have no use for them at all. We have indicated several times that we did not have the order, they did not believe us every time.

Our order was incomplete. Of course no problem, so I went to the cash register. After waiting 10 minutes and talking to several people (who then didn't come back), I gave up. Also the manager was shouting at his staff. Nice working atmosphere (cough) and comes across as nice to guests.

We put together our own menu at the terminal. It took a few minutes until we got our food. We ate in the restaurant. Unfortunately there were far too many ice cubes in our drink. Otherwise the quality was as always. The toilets reasonably clean.

WORST MAC EVER! What a bad experience a friend and I had when we wanted to get something to eat. The same thing went wrong with our order twice. Then the floor manager comes up to us and says in a cheeky tone: what do you want????!!! To which we replied: What do we want? Our order!! The third time we finally got our order. Loose burgers with paper just around them (the burger just didn't fall out) I will NEVER go here again!!!!!

The order was terrible, they skip the order, and too much sauce on the burger it flash out the burger. I Germany is it better!!!

There is a slow and laconic vibe here. You mainly hear loud shouting in the kitchen. They are unable to quickly and efficiently complete orders within a normal time, even when there are hardly any customers.

Hello McDonalds Utrecht Lange Vie. My McFlurry was very economical this afternoon. Could be better.

It's maccie haha, but let's be serious. We didn't eat there until 6:45 PM, there is always a crowd at this maccie. But food tasted good enough to fill the stomach.

The staff is not very nice, I asked for a spoon with my mc flurrie and a man would not give me, I ended up going home and eating it there with my own spoon, they said "where out of spoons" customers could clearly see that there were spoons. I would recommend going to the McDonald's in hoog Catharijne

We took food with us ToGo, once we got home we missed a hamburger. It was a disappointment of almost ten euros. Could happen once, but still a shame.

This is the worst thing that can possibly be. You ordered food at 11:15 PM and it is stated that it will be delivered within 30 minutes to 45 minutes. Good day, we are almost an hour and a half away and there is not yet a delivery person in sight. Check when you arrive. food will be delivered, every time you refresh the page an additional 10 minutes will be added If you can't handle the orders, don't take them and don't make people wait for hours for their food Sorry, but I am now waiting for food that I will no longer eat as I should have been in my nest a long time ago. I think that there should be regulations in the Netherlands to tackle these kinds of things because yes, it is crazy that this is possible and we as consumers are not protected against this, why is there no legislation that we as consumers can cancel our order with Full refund if no food has arrived after 30 minutes or if your order is processed at all

Incredibly dirty McDonald's. Tables stuck, trash everywhere and multiple puddles of soda on the floor. Possibly the most dirty Mac I've ever been to; no cleaner in sight. Staff are constantly shouting at each other and at customers. Had to wait almost 30 minutes for ice cold soft fries. Oh yes, and the fries sauce was “finished”. There's a Mac 200 meters away that you should go to.

This is the golden arches. Its the same as all of the others. Its great for fast food but not for good food. The benefit of this one is that you can get McCrocket - local speciality.

Ordered a gluten-free burger and I got a thick normal burger. I believe allergies should be taken seriously. If I had eaten this I would have been rushed into an ambulance. I waited 20 minutes for one NORMAL burger. Get your shit together

It's McDonalds so expect McDonalds, quite large interior upstairs seating, downstairs toilet, located on a main street and easily accessible.

Quick service, but quite dirty sometimes and the sink was broken in the bathroom

The food was fresh and tasty, the staff were quick and friendly. The cleanliness of the tables was not everywhere and the (women's) toilets were not clean. The floor was also very slippery here, so stars are deducted for this.

I found a bug in my drink!!! I talked to the staff and they did nothing This is disrespect for cleanliness I can't believe there was a bug in my drink I vomited. My lawyer will deal with this.

Terrible opening times, especially on a weekend

I order food at the ordering post at 10:57 am. I had everything for my family in the shopping cart. At 11.01 I thought that I also wanted a MC Egg muffin in the same shopping cart that contains everything. This wasn't possible. I paid and walked to the counter to order an egg mcmuffin for myself. This was not allowed even though I had paid for the order for 37 euros. I understand the rules, but can't that be added to the existing breakfast order? This is very unfortunate.

What a filthy, dirty Mac Donald's that is, they have never heard of cleaning, tables are dirty, if you look into the kitchen I already feel nauseous, yuck, I will never eat it again, never ever again!

Bad service, it takes a long time before you get your food, it stinks.
