We had dinner with a group of colleagues and then stayed for drinks. The food was simple but good; my cheese fondue was really delicious. The cocktails weren't perfect—for example, there wasn't a salt rim on the margarita glass—but that didn't stop us from ordering more.

Had lunch today with a social deal voucher: 3 courses for 15 euros. It was a bit tricky to find. It has a different name on the outside, but Burger Masters is definitely there! If you're not in a hurry, you can enjoy excellent food here in peace. Not necessarily special, but simply delicious. The service is incredibly friendly and kind. The courses do take a while to arrive; we sat for about 3 hours. We had plenty of time. If you want a quick bite or are less patient, I'd recommend a different place. Good value for money!

After waiting two hours, we were told there was no chicken satay. Then we waited another half hour for our food to arrive... well, we might as well have gone to FEBO, because I couldn't really tell the difference in flavor.

We ordered some burgers and fries and, apart from arriving 40 minutes later than we were told, the fries were missing. Also, the burgers were not good at all. In addition, we had ordered vegetarian and meat burgers, and they were not well differentiated so we had problems to know which were the vegetarian ones.

We spontaneously visited this restaurant for a meal and left totally delighted. The atmosphere was very nice and the service was always helpful and friendly. It was very cool in the restaurant so we left our coats on, but the food and the location of the restaurant left us in a positive mood.

There is not much positive to say about this place. The waitress and waiter were friendly and helpful, but everything else was simply not good. I'll start of with the most notable ones; the service just takes very long, to get drinks it took 20 minutes and another 45 minutes to get our first course. Talking about the food, it just wasn't good. The burger was plain and dry, and the fries were insanely salty and overdone. The prices are also way too expensive for what you get. Some smaller issues: you can't rest your legs comfortably, the table foot is too big. The interior is also quite plain and not very inviting. Conclusion: I don't recommend this place, not even for the price of Social Deal.

The call was made at the last minute that the cook was sick, the next day we could go in, the gentleman burger was not tasty, it had onions and cheddar on it, while we had not asked, the fries tasted like fish and the carpacio was brown too. We had the tomato soup as a starter, which should not have been spicy and we could only choose from 3 things. After the dish itself, I had the Cremé Brule which was cold and the sugar was simply sprinkled on top and not caramelized. The Dame Blanch was against it. the tastiest thing of the entire evening, it is not recommended to eat here

Everything you eat is ready-made and that's what they eat. Had burgers with carpaccio there and very bad. Everything just warmed up and out of the package, didn't even have an odor. Served with a nasty sauce and a carpaccio, just like from a package. €90 for 2 burgers, nachos and carpaccio with frozen drinks.

Sandwich looked like it came from the supermarket and was very dry. The 'loaded' fries are very sparsely filled. The meat quality of the burgers is also very poor. Sweet potato fries were fine. All in all a big disappointment.

This was honestly the most disappointing burger I've seen in a long time. The pictures online look promising, but this is not at all what I got. The burger had a white supermarket bun, a well-done thin patty and a thick slice of tomato. The fries were soggy and cold. I would strongly advise against it, definitely not worth the money.

Ordered the basic chicken and beef burgers and would not recommend them. The chicken patty seemed to be a patty that was defrosted and then fried instead of freshly made. This also seemed the case for the beef burger. There was so much sauce and pickle that you couldn't taste the rest of the burger. From the descriptions and the images they have on thuisbezorgd, I was quite excited about the food but was let down. I would not recommend ordering from here.

We had a reservation but our table was busy when we arrived. After half an hour we still could get service and left.

We made a reservation with a group for the 3-course menu. It was not very busy in the restaurant. We waited 45 minutes for our drinks and 60 minutes for them to come and take our food. After 2 hours in the restaurant we finally got a starter. Another 45 minutes later the main course was brought. This was not warm and very tasteless. When I asked the waiter if I was still getting my main course, I received a very annoying and arrogant response. Price-quality ratio is absolutely bad. There were pathetic burgers with burnt buns. Most of the burgers were also undercooked. I hope the restaurant doesn't make it and something better takes its place.

The food is ok, but also not the best burger you can get. Everything takes a very long time, despite a reservation we first had to wait for the table, eventually after an hour we got our hamburger. While we were waiting for our dessert, an entire student association came in dressed in carnival clothing and took over the place with their drunken behavior. None of the staff thought to say anything so that their guests could just eat their food normally. We canceled dessert and left quickly. A plus point for the few students who work hard and really do their best, but the management is seriously failing here.

EXTREMELY BAD. Just a spontaneous burger for lunch with a colleague. Someone is cooking burgers outside. Smells good... When we enter we are not greeted by the burger chef. Would you like something to drink?... no, the team of staff has disappeared. Then just pay yourself. We express our dissatisfaction in a friendly manner. 'I'm going to pass it on' then becomes €40 for 2 (EXTREMELY LOW) burgers. Ridiculous…

We came here through a social deal. The nachos were mediocre, with guacamole from a jar. Anyway, that was doable. Then we had to wait an hour and a half for our burgers while the restaurant was half empty. Once we got the burger, the crispy chicken schnitzel on it was overcooked. Ordered Churros for dessert and when I got it I thought, what strange smell do I smell? In the end those were the churros, I took 1 bite and it tasted like half-baked fries, which I didn't eat anymore, soaked in grease. May it quickly be replaced by a better restaurant. Never again....

Made a reservation via their own site for today 12.15 (according to the reservation system this was possible and Google Maps also indicated that they were open). If we arrive on time, it turns out that this tent is closed. The sign at the entrance says 12.30 but at 1.00 pm it was still closed. No response to calling, no cancellation of reservation. Bad thing

After waiting two hours for my order, it says it will take another 45 minutes. Restaurant is completely inaccessible. Fortunately, I was now able to cancel via home delivery and order somewhere else. Never again.

The food and service was phenomenal, the taste was amazing and the servers are super caring and nice. Still one star less due to the long wait. 1 hour and 20 minutes for the starter, and then waited a long time for the main course and dessert. Don't eat here if you have more plans for the evening, but if you have the time, definitely recommended! Colors of the photos are not that good due to... relief. It looked very good!

Ordered via ubereats; cold burgers, the “loaded” fries were cold, dry fries with dry meat and no sauce. Called the number several times and got no answer. Never again.

Items that are unreachable by telephone are always pushed aside. Perhaps it is because the number of the case is a 06 number? Nevertheless, very annoying. Ordering also takes longer than an hour, do with it what you want. Addition: Food “received” in the meantime, of the 5 items, 2 were not delivered, but were randomly added instead (2 chicken wings and 3 bitter balls)? We had a 3-course menu for €20 through social deals. the restaurant itself looks very nice and you have a lot of choice between drinks and cocktails etc. unfortunately we had to ask for the menu ourselves twice. We also tried to reach the restaurant for 2 days, but they never answered the phone during those 2 days... otherwise the food came quickly and was delicious too. For the price we paid it was definitely worth it, but not for the price stated on the menu. the burrata and nachos were delicious, as were the desserts. the burger itself too, but it didn't really taste special. I had the spicy burger with siracha sauce, but you couldn't taste the sauce and the only thing spicy about it were the peppers on it. but for the €20 for this 3-course menu it was definitely worth it!

After a visit to Grand Café de Beuntjes (Beunhazen) in Utrecht, we are unfortunately not satisfied with the service and quality of the restaurant. After waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes, we still have not received any food. The staff in the kitchen did not seem interested in preparing our meals and there was no chef on site to coordinate the kitchen. The wait staff was inexperienced and seemed to have no training in the hospitality industry. A restaurant manager also did not seem to be present. After waiting for 2 hours, we decided to leave. Our evening was completely ruined and we will never return to this restaurant.

The food was good, but it took an awfully long time before we got our food. (3 courses) took 3.5 hours, which is more than 1 hour and 10 minutes per round, dramatically slow.

Great food, great drinks but most importantly, stellar service. The team have always treated me with the utmost respect and they truly go above and beyond.

Ordered a burger menu, after waiting an hour and a half and calling several times, I finally got someone on the phone. This person spoke very poor English and kept claiming that my order had not been received. After this they hung up and were not answered again.

Absolutely substandard service. We were hungry and were really looking forward to some good burgers. Unfortunately that didn't happen. When we arrived we were neither greeted nor offered a table. We then sat down at a free table ourselves. This was still dirty: it was sticky, there was also a used napkin on it, and an empty soft drink bottle completed the whole thing. Sat at the table for over 20 minutes without being served. The two waiters walked past us at least 15 times during that time without noticing us. The store wasn't overly crowded. At some point we got too stupid and left the store. When we were looking at alternatives on our cell phones in front of the entrance, the waiter suddenly noticed that someone had been sitting at the table. He came out of the store and accused us of not paying for the bottle that had already been drunk on the table. He apologized afterwards when he realized it wasn't our bottle, but I still can't give the whole thing more than one star. I would prefer not to give one. We then went to the nice spaghetteria next door. That saved our evening.

We were here on a Tuesday evening and we made a reservation via The Fork (app) with a 50% discount on à la carte dishes (excluding drinks). That's a really nice deal! The fries are nice and crispy, just like the vegetarian chicken burger. The regular burgers were also cooked just right and all super tasty. We will definitely come back here again! In terms of atmosphere, it is a bit dark inside and there is sports on on TV, but you can sit more comfortably towards the window and on the terrace.

We had a chicken burger and a beef (gentleman) burger. As burgers go, they were average. The beef patty seemed small and we doubted it was 180g as advertised. Also it seemed somewhat processed in its consistency and taste. The chicken burger was also processed meat in a strange kind of crumb that wasn’t the best. The fries were good and the sweet potato fries excellent. The beer was cold and refreshing. We had very good service. It was a quiet Monday so it wasn’t at all busy, but we didn’t mind. It’s a nice setting and the decor was good. I’m not sure we would rush back though.

Fitboy burger that is fine. Just don't get the Sambrero Burger. You get a shoe sole from a Mexicano that is fried even better at FEBO. It's also a shame that the Guacamole sauce comes from a jar instead of homemade. For that price you expect something different. Fries are tasty. Service is nothing to complain about.

A beautiful discovery! We booked a table for 8 people including 4 adults and 4 children half an hour before 8pm. We immediately found availability, also taking advantage of the discount by booking through a well-known application... Well-made, well-kept place, with soft lighting and a quiet atmosphere with music background. The sandwiches and a salad plate we ordered were really good, the right balance and combination of flavors. The staff were friendly, polite, efficient and helpful.

Seemingly the one place in town I could have a decent drink without being elbow to elbow with tourists, or having waiters buzzing around me. I can't speak for the food, but the vibe of the seating outside is great for a chilled out beer.

Mediocre burgers for a specialized burger joint. Shared nachos beforehand. Very little love went into its preparation, hardly any cheese, no creme fraiche, no avocado and presented without inspiration. My friend got sick from her burger and I was first delivered the wrong one. This was a chicken burger. Noticed after 1 bite that this was not my order. But what poor quality chicken, really unacceptable. 90% breadcrumb crust and 10% dry meat. Finally I got my proper hamburger, which was okay but really nothing special. 4 drinks, 1 starter and 2 main with (delicious) twister fries for 70 euros is too expensive for the mediocre quality. Nice and fast service, so I still tip, but I won't go here again.

Had dinner at Burger Masters last Saturday. Really very good burgers! And how nice that there is such an extensive vegetarian menu. Vegan loaded fries were super delicious! And the service was great: fast and friendly!
