Burger King in Prins Alexander

There's currently a Whopper Wonderland event going on, so I tried to use the drive-thru to order a promotional item, but they said only one per vehicle. There were three of us, each with their own app, but I was so annoyed I just ordered one. I don't understand the tactic they're using during the event. Burger King inside the Rotterdam Alexanderplatz. And so, goodbye to Burger King~~

In terms of hygiene, the floors are often sticky and the restrooms are extremely poor. You pay 80 cents as a visitor for extremely filthy restrooms. Hands are dried in a moldy, peeling hand dryer, the urinal doesn't drain, and the tiles and floors are filthy. That's absolutely not worth 80 cents and should be free. Often, the upstairs is closed, and you can't even sit there.

It was delicious but it took a while

Delicious food and not too expensive, and also friendly staff.

The burger and fries were lukewarm. I ate them anyway. After waiting 20 minutes, I was quite hungry. I think I won't be visiting this BK for a while.

Whopper's service was noticeably worse than at other Whopper locations. The staff's approach was very chaotic. Paying 0.80 for a filthy, smelly toilet.

Long wait, food could have been fried a bit longer. No milkshakes or ice cream.

This is a shared restaurant at Maxis Muiden, featuring a Subway and Burger King. The food quality is good. However, there's still room for improvement with the staff.

Burgers were lukewarm. The onion on one burger hadn't been removed as instructed. The previous time, the onion had been properly removed, but so had the bacon, which should have been left on.

Let me put it this way: It was busy today. The wait was long. But first, to help people who order later. And a lot of them. Burger King asked how my stay was. And to fill that in. It happened before I even got my food. And the food was nice and hot and tasty. But when I left, the whole board was covered with numbers and there were 15 burgers waiting. I almost wanted to help myself. But the staff remained friendly and did their best. But sometimes you have to draw a line.

Scam retailer. They didn’t execute order. When I complained after 20 mins, the comment was we have no order 990. When I showed the invoice , the answer changed to “You used a coupon, we don’t execute these”. The coupons are from Burger King. Avoid at all costs ! They did deliver the order after I complained.

The food was okay. Only the burgers and fries were cold.

It's a shame that Burger King staff aren't kept informed of the app's offers. They promise you things they can't deliver on. I assume this is a problem that the head office needs to address; it's happened before, including when I received an offer via email without a QR code, which I did receive back then.

It was delicious and nice and warm again. The cheese could have been a bit more melty.

We couldn't order everything at the ordering station. So we went to the cash register. The employee there only wanted cash. Ultimately, we could only pay for the item that wasn't on the ordering station. We then ordered the rest of our order at the ordering station, but no receipt was forthcoming. So we had trouble reporting it because the employees don't come to help you at the counter. We then had to wait over 10 minutes before we knew our order number. After waiting over 45 minutes for our food, the fries were cold and soggy. And it turns out we paid for an item they didn't have, at €21 per person.

Burger King Alexander is a great, beautiful Burger King inside and out. One thing is that the cleaning at this Burger King is quite dirty, everything is sticky. When you enter and walk towards the cash register, the floor is sticky, like downstairs and upstairs, you see black sticky spots all over the floor, and the floor is really filthy. There's also a lot of light on the floor, like paper, burger wrappers, or some fries on the floor. So, cleaning wouldn't hurt at this Burger King. This Burger King is really disgusting, which is a real shame. Seek cleaning help from either its staff or someone there.

We live 150 meters from the bk. I took the menu home. At home, the food was already cold, and the cola was a waste of two menus.

Polite people at the drive-through however, the speakers are far too quiet. It was a bit windy which didn't help but they need to turn the volume up much higher.

I just ordered an M26 coupon with two whoppers and two fries. Complaint: Why aren't my points being honored even though I CLEARLY asked to be scanned, and when the girl with the glasses on scans them, why aren't my points showing up? Is this a deliberate tactic to keep customers from registering their points? Do you push a special button to prevent it from being activated? Complaint 2: I ordered two whoppers WITH CHEESE! Where are my slices of cheese? You guys have REALLY gone downhill over the years!

Placed a large order today. Something went wrong with the order machine. I didn't receive an order slip. I then asked what the order number was. 764 was fine. I received the order, quickly checked it, and it seemed correct. When we got home, we were still missing one burger. I called, but no one answered. Nothing. I thought I'd drive back. But then the food got cold again. Really overcooked, man.

I asked for a lid, saw it there, but I didn't get one... they were incredibly rude, and when we were missing fries sauce and I asked at the counter if we could have some, they made it really difficult, even though I paid for extra fries sauce... never coming back!!!! Not recommended!!!!

The burgers were dry. The restroom is not wheelchair accessible. The parking lot is too narrow if you're a wheelchair user. The restroom is also paid, even though you're eating there.

Don't go here if you're looking for vegetarian/vegan food; they'll just give you meat. It's a shame and unethical how the food preparation here handles this.

Bad business, received the wrong order, it was also freezing cold and dry. I tried calling the store and after four times being hung up on, I finally spoke to an employee, with the final result: "Too bad, but that's the way it is." I got it fixed for the 10 euros I originally paid more!

If it says open until 11:00 PM and you arrive at 10:45 PM (quite late, but still 15 minutes) and Burger King is closed, you're surprised. The staff also indicated they were closed. Now I'm wondering what time they close and perhaps adjust their opening hours accordingly. But judging by McDonald's (across the street) and us, they still lost some revenue.

I ordered 1x crispy chicken, 1x cheeseburger and 6x chili cheese nuggets. I waited 25 minutes and ended up with 4 regular nuggets (which isn’t even on their menu) instead of the 6x chili cheese nuggets. My order was one of 5 in the 25 min I waited so they were not even busy.

I ordered a vegetarian king deal and got one with meat. I returned it, which happens, of course, and got vegetarian nuggets but still a burger with meat. What a mess! I'll never order takeout from there again!

Delicious burgers, not really fast food, you have to be patient. Unfortunately, the food was also a bit too cold.

You have to pay for the restrooms, which is perfectly fine. I expect clean restrooms, not filthy pigsty ones. Maybe have the person take a customer service course.

We order or eat in a lot here. Except for weekends being very packed, other days it is peaceful for eat in.

There's a toilet, but you have to go upstairs, which is impractical for people with disabilities. Once upstairs, you also have to pay €0.80 to use the restroom. I'm not going to use this place again.

Better than in France and faster

Went to the drive-thru. There's that girl who doesn't greet you or look you in the eye when she talks to you. We asked her several questions even though she could easily hear us, but she completely ignored us. We ordered in another day. She called out the wait number and threw the food on the counter. I don't complain often, but she really got on my nerves.

The restaurant and bathrooms are filthy. The staff made a mistake with my order 3 times and they have no idea how to treat a customer. Extremely unfriendly. I won't be back here. Burger king is this your standard?

I like the food, but I can't understand why the doors are closed at 10 pm, while the drive through still functions on a Friday when it supposed to be open until 1 AM. Even a delivery driver had no idea on what to do with the situation, so she cancelled the order.

Today we went through the drive through at Rotterdam Alexandrium. It was quite busy and we had to wait a long time. When we arrived at the moment where you had to place your order, we said "hello??" several times, but it remained silent through the speakers. We stood there for a while and then drove to the window in the hope of being able to place the order there. The car in front of us apparently had the same problem, and we heard the employee say that he had to reconnect. Then the car in front of us drove away and (rightly) did not return. When it was our turn, the employee said the same thing to us. He tried to put the blame on us a bit by saying that we had not talked at the speaker and that we connected too quickly. A bullshit story because there are also cameras? But he didn't say anything to that. It seemed like he just didn't feel like doing his job and didn't want to help us any further (he acted very indifferent). We just drove away with hungry stomachs because we are not crazy enough to queue for so long again and that it will not work again. What a ridiculous mess!

Today I got a crunchy chicken deluxe, damn it was disgusting. Lettuce was yellow and old. Chicken fillet burger was cold and tough. Ugh, a bunch of amateurs. Can't even make a burger. Never again. I don't understand what kind of people work in the kitchen. How can you hire these kind of people. They don't feel like doing anything and can't do anything.

There are too few burger kings in the Netherlands. I like it better than McDonald's or KFC Delicious big burgers with all kinds of delicious junk on them :)

GATVERDAMME what a disgusting service!!! We came in 3 minutes BEFORE closing time to see what was on the menu only to be yelled at like a dog. You are OFFICIALLY open until 10pm!! And the manager even gave her middle finger what a disgusting service! I don't recommend anyone to order anything here. I will continue to contact the district manager!!!

What a thing. It is not indicated anywhere where that drive is, parking is paid for free. Then we ordered 2 menus for a "whopping" amount of 30 euros. We drove on and found that the fries were not included. No way to stop and ask for fries, then I would have to go back into the parking lot and pay again to get my fries, really. If you work there, don't you check that everything is included while you are packing that order?

Bad service. Didn't receive half of order. Everything sticks in the case. Dirty, nasty and you get diarrhea.

Going to Burger King every now and then can be delicious. But not anymore at the Alexanderium. Dirty place, staff looked disinterested, food was too salty, tables were dirty, the stairs were gross, toilets were gross. No thanks. Once never again.

I think I've been coming here for 25 years. When there was a pink Buick hanging in the stairwell. Now I come here with my own children and get lunch for 35 euros. Do I also have to pay for a filthy smelling toilet? Scandalous.

Manager is not a nice guy.. Dirty tables everywhere.. filthy toilets.. food from the Drive is cold. When you call: "Next time we'll make it right.. ".. When you get there again, he'll twist his previous words. Staff was not friendly, sandwich was lukewarm not even warm and when you call for a new one they say no. So service? No, not experienced at all!! Can people here even speak Dutch? There was supposedly no “sprite”, so we ask “Sprite or fries?”. The lady says Sprite, then we don't get fries, we have to stand in line again for "compensation", what was the compensation you wonder? It was fries. Waited 45 minutes for cold food, I am willing to pay for the Chinese woman's Dutch lessons, then she might be able to understand a normal order.

On Monday evening at 6:00 PM we were in the drive and they said that there was no “wimp”. To which I said: "Isn't there a sprite?" the woman who speaks little Dutch said yes. Then we didn't receive fries with our order and got nothing in return. We called Burger King and they said we could come back for compensation. And after waiting half an hour with the rest of the order that had become COLD. We got the rest. SUDDENLY THERE APPEARED TO BE FRENCH Fries. Someone just THROWN the fries without saying anything and ran away.

I was helped fairly quickly on a Monday afternoon around 3 p.m. Ordering and paying was easy. The food was okay, it was just a shame that the meat was a bit tough. Seemed like "old" meat. I've had it fresh fresh before. That's a big difference. The bun was also too crumbly.... too long in the open air or old bread? What is really nice is that you can add extras, for example a patty. Staff was friendly. There was 1 car in front of me in the Drive. With all I was on the road again in 5 minutes.

Super bad!!!!! Received a very wrong order and when you call you are put down as if it is not true! Ordered: 1 long chicken, 2 big king xl with extra cheese and bacon and 1 large twister fries -> received: 1 cheeseburger and 1 big king and also cold!!! This is really not possible!!! And such a manager or employee then says that it is!!! It's really not possible! That for almost 34 euros.....

After a long wait, food is prepared for customers every 3-4 minutes. Then you would think the food is warm. Unfortunately that is not the case. Cold sandwiches and bad service.
