Worst Burger King ever, especially the hygiene. This is truly not normal. I wanted to wash my hands before eating, but when you look at the hand dryer, you actually wonder if your hands are any cleaner afterwards. There is mold everywhere that the machine circulates when it turns on; you almost get a respiratory infection. The reusable deposit cups were also wet and dirty on the inside, so if you want to get sick, you should definitely go to this Burger King.

The service here is incredibly good: friendly, efficient, and polite. And as for the food, nothing but praise: the Whopper was truly fantastic! Nice and warm, incredibly flavorful, and perfectly prepared. This is how a burger should be. My compliments to the team!

I tried to use the feedback option on the receipt, but the employee (a dark-skinned, bald lady) clearly had no desire to help me in any way. She indicated that I should read the fine print better. She even tried to throw it at me by saying I was crazy. So I just walked away, given that respect is nowhere to be found at this restaurant. In any case, she was very full of herself, and the rest of the staff didn't seem to care much, as if they were used to how she treats people. Deeply, deeply sad how things operate at this restaurant. Never going back. The food is also terrible, so you aren't missing anything by not going there. It is nothing but misery here, just like the stench of the wastewater that goes under the drive-thru.

Since emails are not being responded to, I will make it public, short and to the point. It is utterly ridiculous that you dare to charge money for such poorly maintained, filthy toilets, which certainly do not receive a proper cleaning every day. You should be utterly ashamed! If you want to charge money for this, just like abroad, then you must adopt the quality and hygiene from other countries, and not just the benefits.

Paying €0.90 for a filthy toilet while you are a customer; on top of that, the toilet paper was out and the flush button was broken. This is really unacceptable. The floor in the place was also dirty because it was completely sticky; why don't they just clean it?! Apparently, they don't like cleaning here. They weren't laughing at the counter either. And my burger wasn't very hot, though the fries, on the other hand, were incredibly tasty. You will never see me back here again; you're better off eating at the shopping center. There were more options there, and they looked much better.

Worthless! The order was taken with no interest. It was also hard to understand. Then finding out on the highway that the order was incomplete. The 2 portions of fries for the children were not included. Thanks for the disappointment in the back seat!

If you arrive after 10 pm, it's drive-through only, and you can enjoy the T if you don't have a car or scooter. There is also no alternative for people on foot; you get refused. Bizarre.

Worst Burger King location!! I ordered an ice cream and 2 milkshakes. The lady with short white hair thought I was taking too long to pick up my order at the kiosk and decided to toss my ice cream cone into a cup. When I asked why she did that, she said, "You took too long, so I put it in a cup." I tried to resolve it normally by asking for a new one because I really wanted an ice cream cone the way I had ordered normally. But the lady acted as if she didn't hear me and decided to move on to other orders. On top of that, the milkshakes were completely melted. I tried to resolve that politely too, and another colleague thought I had waited too long to return the milkshakes, while I was still unsure what to do about it. So, a really bad experience. Shame on you, Burger King! 👎🏻

Rude people work there and act very irritated. The Asian lady who served me doesn't even say hello when I get my order. It feels like a funeral there.

They only had (vegetarian) chicken, no beef. That was made clear to everyone with the standard phrase: "We don't have beef, only chicken." I really wanted a veggie burger, but that clearly fell under the category of beef as well, which of course it isn't. I wanted Sprite, but they didn't have that either. What did they have then? Cola, Fanta, and Iced Tea. The fries were hard and came with other types of potato. The vegetarian chicken burger was okay, but from a distance it looked like it had been thrown into the bag; everything was everywhere except between the bun. The napkins were also crumpled up inside. I won't be visiting there again; what a huge difference compared to other Burger Kings.

Today we ate at Burger King Alexandrium and our experience was very disappointing, especially due to a hygiene issue. When we had placed our order and my child wanted to grab a drink, my son noticed that one of the cups was dirty. Up until that moment, everything was fine. But what happened next was truly worrying: the young employee simply put the dirty cup back into the stack of clean cups. When I saw this, I immediately walked to the counter to report it. The young employee reacted very indifferently, as if it were no problem. Next, an older woman (she has been working there for a long time and is the only older lady working there) took the cup and said "thank you," but her attitude didn't give the impression that she understood how serious this is. After that, both employees kept laughing and whispering together, which came across as very unprofessional and awkward. This is a dining establishment where hygiene should be a basic requirement. What we experienced is absolutely unacceptable. We will not be returning here.

We ordered a burger with extra bacon, and after an hour and a half or two, we finally received our order, but it had no bacon on it. We called the store, and they said the mistake wasn't theirs, but ours. He angrily told us to call someone else and left without helping us, saying he didn't feel like making a new burger and didn't have delivery staff.

I ordered a burger with extra bacon and extra jalapeños, only to end up with a burger without extra jalapeños or any bacon at all. When I called them, they said it was Uber's problem and that they couldn't do anything about it, only to then hang up on me angrily. "Bad experience."

This is truly the worst Burger King in the Netherlands. The staff barely speaks a word of Dutch and very limited English, making it almost impossible to understand. The place looks utterly neglected. (All the used cups at the drinks machine are littered on the floor.) Not a single staff member feels called upon to clean it up... I have to be honest, just close the doors... or just get new staff and a new manager, because this is something that doesn't even happen in a developing country.

The quality of the food and the dishes themselves leave much to be desired. The hamburger contained an inedible piece of cabbage. The ice cream, instead of chocolate bar pieces, consisted only of cookies and cheap chocolate. The ice cream itself was tasteless. There was nothing special to be found here, except for the low prices.

I placed an order that was completely wrong and returned it to the delivery driver. After trying for an hour, I finally managed to contact the restaurant, where I was met with a very unfriendly response, telling me to sort it out myself, claiming it was the delivery driver's fault. I didn't receive any food or a refund. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this restaurant to anyone.

Yes, sorry, but if you can manage to get a customer a stomach ache literally after just a sip and a bite, within a timeframe of 2 to 3 minutes max, then you know something isn't right. This is almost impressive. Please save your money.

80 cents for very dirty toilets, not ok

There were so many complaints about having to make that round for the drive thru twice to get 2x m26, I arrived at 10:15 pm and we left at 11:23 pm, and the burgers had almost NO sauce.

Very crowded and I even needed to pay extra for the toilets and the Parking. Had to wait for exactly 30 minutes after payment.

There's currently a Whopper Wonderland event going on, so I tried to use the drive-thru to order a promotional item, but they said only one per vehicle. There were three of us, each with their own app, but I was so annoyed I just ordered one. I don't understand the tactic they're using during the event. Burger King inside the Rotterdam Alexanderplatz. And so, goodbye to Burger King~~

In terms of hygiene, the floors are often sticky and the restrooms are extremely poor. You pay 80 cents as a visitor for extremely filthy restrooms. Hands are dried in a moldy, peeling hand dryer, the urinal doesn't drain, and the tiles and floors are filthy. That's absolutely not worth 80 cents and should be free. Often, the upstairs is closed, and you can't even sit there.

This is a shared restaurant at Maxis Muiden, featuring a Subway and Burger King. The food quality is good. However, there's still room for improvement with the staff.

Scam retailer. They didn’t execute order. When I complained after 20 mins, the comment was we have no order 990. When I showed the invoice , the answer changed to “You used a coupon, we don’t execute these”. The coupons are from Burger King. Avoid at all costs ! They did deliver the order after I complained.

Let me put it this way: It was busy today. The wait was long. But first, to help people who order later. And a lot of them. Burger King asked how my stay was. And to fill that in. It happened before I even got my food. And the food was nice and hot and tasty. But when I left, the whole board was covered with numbers and there were 15 burgers waiting. I almost wanted to help myself. But the staff remained friendly and did their best. But sometimes you have to draw a line.

So we had trouble reporting it because the employees don't come to help you at the counter. We then had to wait over 10 minutes before we knew our order number. After waiting over 45 minutes for our food, the fries were cold and soggy. And it turns out we paid for an item they didn't have, at €21 per person.

Burger King Alexander is a great, beautiful Burger King inside and out. One thing is that the cleaning at this Burger King is quite dirty, everything is sticky. When you enter and walk towards the cash register, the floor is sticky, like downstairs and upstairs, you see black sticky spots all over the floor, and the floor is really filthy. There's also a lot of light on the floor, like paper, burger wrappers, or some fries on the floor. So, cleaning wouldn't hurt at this Burger King. This Burger King is really disgusting, which is a real shame. Seek cleaning help from either its staff or someone there.

Complaint: Why aren't my points being honored even though I CLEARLY asked to be scanned, and when the girl with the glasses on scans them, why aren't my points showing up? Placed a large order today. Something went wrong with the order machine. I didn't receive an order slip. I then asked what the order number was. 764 was fine. I received the order, quickly checked it, and it seemed correct. When we got home, we were still missing one burger. I called, but no one answered. Nothing. I thought I'd drive back. But then the food got cold again. Really overcooked, man.

The burgers were dry. The restroom is not wheelchair accessible. The parking lot is too narrow if you're a wheelchair user. The restroom is also paid, even though you're eating there.
