McDonald's in Spaanse Polder

Twice we didn't get any sauce with our fries from the MC drive-thru. Not giving people sauce with their fries is simply diabolical.

This is the worst McDonald's in the area. We waited 22 minutes for our order after paying for four burgers, fries, and a drink. After that, all the burgers arrived cold. The staff is also in no hurry. The order boards have no paper in the printers, and you don't get a receipt anywhere. I absolutely do not recommend it. I strongly advise you to avoid this McDonald's.

Still one of the better McD's in Rotterdam

It was a good experience, the restaurant has two floors. The food arrives in good time, and the place is clean. The ordinary bathrooms are on the second floor. There is another bathroom on the ground floor for the disabled. Nice friendly staff. The parking entrance might be tricky, there are 2 entrances, be careful which one you take, one entrance is for drive-through orders.

Everything took so long at the mcdrive, I waited almost 30 minutes for orders that should be delivered, avoid if you are an entrepreneur

New restaurant has been renovated looks nice but have been waiting for food for 25 minutes and is told it is busy now it is not so bad blah blah. This is really not possible and I will not go there for a while.

Honestly, waiting more than 25 minutes for an order, and then having it prioritized when there are hardly any other customers, seems a bit unfair.

Extremely poor service. I received an incomplete order twice, even though it was clearly stated on the receipt. I also had to wait over 20 minutes for my order, even though there were only 10 customers in the restaurant. I do not recommend this place.

You order food for four at the drive-thru. You order six servings of fries. You ask the young man at the window: "You had six servings of fries, right?" he replies. "Yes." You get home and guess what? No fries. How senile are you? It's always a hit with too little or no fries at this restaurant.

Yelena was very customer-focused and helpful. She made sure the table was clean. We had two orders (one takeaway), and she combined and packaged them immediately. She had a friendly demeanor.

Just placed an order at Drive. 1 cheeseburger 1 McMuffin 9 nuggets and 6 apple pies. Received 4 apple pies. Tried to call, but they acted like they couldn't hear me very well.

I haven't had such an experience at McDonald's in a long time. It was so clean you could eat off the floor. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was fantastic. Ordering was easy, and the food arrived incredibly quickly. Even the managers were hard at work with big smiles. They even stopped by to ask if everything was still to my liking. In short, this McDonald's is highly recommended! My son and I were both extremely satisfied!

There were young people with their phones blaring and the delivery service took a long time, but it was a bit busier, but not mega busy

This entire McDonalds smelled like a wet dog/toilet.

People have to wait over half an hour for their order. Before the renovations, it was much faster, and there was at least some atmosphere, but that's completely gone since the renovations.

I thought it would be open to change, but it's closed and open to cars.

The restaurant and kitchen are very clean. The staff is very friendly (not something you often encounter at MC Do). We did have to wait over 20 minutes for our order, even though it was barely crowded.

A nostalgic McDonald's for me. As a little kid, this was my highlight. I went back recently; it still has the same Mac drive, but it has a certain charm. Friendly staff.

Was okay, ready quickly, everyone says online open at 7am, everyone that is a drive thru store opens at 8am, also had to wait outside for a while, 6 minutes until they opened the door, we were late, the staff were nice, the food was good and ready quickly in a few minutes

Truly the most terrible Mac ever, I've had the same problem with this one for a year now. They take orders incorrectly, and you have to wait a long time at the drive-through. You're better off going to another one.

Fantastic, what a different McDonald's experience! A very sweet, attentive woman was constantly walking around. She helped people at the kiosk where they couldn't order. She brought us our food trays and, while we were eating, asked if everything was to our liking. When we were done, she even asked if she could take out the trash for us. Then she asked if our daughters wanted a glitter tattoo and a coloring page. Afterward, our youngest got to make an ice cream cone behind the scenes because she said the glitter tattoo was a bit painful. We've never experienced anything like this before, and it makes this the best McDonald's experience ever. Everything is also super neat and clean, fantastic.

It's just a McDonald's, albeit one with indoor and outdoor play areas. That's why we go there.

Had breakfast this morning. It was just fine, and the staff even gave us something nice with our coffee. The place has been renovated; we had no idea, as we don't come here that often. It's now very clean. The restrooms have also been renovated and are now larger and cleaner. Unfortunately, one restroom isn't completely clean, but that's just a snapshot.

⭐ 2/5 – Not ideal for a job interview I recently had a job interview at McDonald's Spaansepolder and ordered a cappuccino beforehand. It was served quickly, but unfortunately, without a lid, sugar, or stirrer. After I pointed this out, I was given the sugar and lid. When I suggested I stir the sugar with my finger, the employee thankfully brought me a stirrer 😂 What struck me about this location is that there are many young employees, some of whom don't speak Dutch very well yet. This sometimes makes communication difficult. On the plus side, parking was easy and the waterfront location offered a peaceful view. Unfortunately, the music was too loud, which made it difficult to have a good conversation. All in all, not a pleasant location for an interview; I wouldn't hesitate to do it this way again.

Fries cold and very salty, too salty, limp, but greasy! Nuggets are ice cold! And the Fanta, I don't know what happened to it, but yuck! It's a shame that the quality is good between 9:00 and 18:00, but after that, it's just awful!

Nicely renovated, ready to go again. Ample parking. Friendly service. Terrace. Difficult to reach by public transport. Otherwise, everything you'd expect from a McDonald's.

We had a cup of coffee and hot chocolate. A school class was participating at the time. It was really fun to watch.

Staff is behaving very rudely, they can't even say hello to you. They just throw the food at you with no comment.

I order a menu at the drive. Without asking do you want a medium or large she sells me a large. This is going too far. This is simply exploiting the customer. Outrageous!!

I was at the reopening of the Spaanse Polder branch and it looked beautiful and well-kept! The beautiful surroundings made the sunny day complete. It was fun to have provided the children's activity on this special day together with my colleague.

Nice and clean maccie! With plenty of space to sit, inside and outside by the water! Friendly staff and good cleaning! I always find the wait long when you order inside due to the busy macdrive. We also sometimes do home delivery from this location and that is also fine...it is still warm and of good quality. The promotions are fun and always up to date so you don't miss out. Parking could be better...quite narrow parking lot...you have to watch out for the trash cans! 😉

The parking lot is very small, when camping, we park on the sidewalk like the cars. Few people in the McDonald's, despite that, we waited to be served and a large fries was missing (there were 3 of us). The plus on the other hand is that on the terminals you can change the language and put in French

There were 6 customers in total, 4 of which had already received their food. With a request to make an adjustment, I stood in front of the collection counter and no one saw me. Mind you I am tall and wear bright colors. Waving, shouting, nothing worked, while 3 employees were working right in front of me. Straws? Double walking. You can't get it the first time, even though they are now made of paper. This also happened to a customer across from my table. And when you ask for things you get dirty looks. The female manager with a headscarf walks through the lobby, shouting and disturbing the peace. She also didn't seem very aware of what was going on. The food was okay, but the hygiene is very poor. There is a good chance that this is a franchise business and if the owner is reading this: I advise you not to play favoritism by giving people a management position because you "like" them or because you know them. Besides that, they don't make much of it. Also not professional at all to stand like a pole and be completely ignored :) Also bothered by this McDonalds? Then go to the branch on Vierhavenstraat earlier. This case can be a good example of that. Thank you

McDonald's located in the middle of the industrial area, very busy, very clean, friendly staff. We would be happy to come back and can recommend this without reservation.

Terrible, not recommended, took a very long time for food to be delivered, hamburger was smashed together. There is play space for the children, although this is very sparse inside

Ever got a burger. Something super simple, and I really had to wait ten minutes. When I asked where it was, there was confusion. Nah, I'll skip this one from now on.

After waiting 1 hour the order turned out to be lost. In between I was told they were baking now. Big chaos. Money back with difficulty. Completely worthless.

Worst McDonalds I've ever been to, super busy, every table covered in food waste, trash cans overflowing and the toilet completely covered in piss. Ordered 2 coffees and a McFlurry and did not receive it after 1 hour of waiting. Absurd and 11 euros poorer. I advise you to just drive 1 branch further.

Me and my friend ordered 2 coffees and 1 McFlurry, we waited 45 minutes for this and in the end we just left because it took too long. Toilets are super dirty, I have no idea what this is on the floor of the toilet but it's probably pee. Worst service ever.

Visited this McDonalds today after a visit to the cinema. After waiting half an hour we asked where the food was. “It's being made now” was the answer. Okay, go ahead. After another half hour I asked for the manager. Together with a whole line of other people who were also waiting for at least half an hour. Order was no longer traceable. We were now 75 minutes further. I then asked for my money back and drove to another Mac. That was a better experience. Never use this Mac again!

Don't say you're open 24/7…………..if you're not. Creating expectations and not fulfilling them… that makes people very frustrated.

Getting a milkshake with the family should be possible, right? 4 milkshakes..... How hard can it be?! They just screw it up! Ordered: 1 large chocolate, 1 medium vanilla, 1 large vanilla and 1 large banana... What do we get: 1 medium chocolate, 1 large vanilla and 2 large bananas.... This is too sad for words.... Then you walk back and they look at you with such a glassy look, as if you said something strange. But refusing to give us new ones we paid for! Incredible!

I paid today, but no one helped me and no one wanted to give me my money back. I was on the road and didn't have time to be difficult, but the manager apparently didn't care.

Genuinely disappointed, I live nearby so it’s the only macdonalds I can order at. I’m never satisfied with my order. The food is either to cold, fries are to little or they always forget an item, doesn’t matter if its a straw or a burger. They never pick up the phone and try to resolve the issue. I must say it absolutely hate this place.

The tables were dirty, drinks spilled in different places, trash cans so full that people left their stuff on the table and the toilets were filthy. It is also a pity that the children's play area is upstairs, making it inaccessible to people who cannot climb stairs.

Food took a long time. Burgers were cold. We missed part of the order. No toilet paper in the ladies toilet. No soap in the men's toilet. No napkins or straws for grabbing and not given on the tray.

What a horror tent. Long wait for your food. Fries were nice and warm, the burgers were cold and now soggy. Order incomplete, sauce incorrect, and no napkins Toilets (women's toilets no toilet paper. Men's room no soap. Spent 50 euros for three people on very mediocre food. This place failed.

I was waiting 23 minutes for meal, because i was ordering in German language ☠️!! Everybody who took After me , they have their meal before me! NEVER!!! And next time i ordered for 40€ and they gave me Only MCNUGGETS and Fries!!!!! Totally disapointed with that
