1 star, purely because zero stars is technically impossible. The business operations here are falling apart on all sides. On a regular Tuesday morning, the queue for the McDrive already stretches far out onto the road outside the premises, and inside, the chaos is complete. I had to wait well over fifteen minutes for a simple order (4x Bacon & Egg McMuffins, chicken nuggets, and fresh juice). It wasn't until the manager happened to ask if I had been served yet and I indicated I had been waiting for fifteen minutes that any action was taken at all. There is zero coordination among the staff. The packer has to constantly beg for products, and orders are simply passed on incorrectly: that same supervisor cheerfully called out the number '84' ​​in English instead of '48'. Meanwhile, a poster with KPIs hangs prominently on the wall. Free process advice for management: only start managing based on targets and dashboards once the basic operations on the shop floor are functioning.

If you want your food quickly, don't go here. Waited 15 minutes for the McDrive and other cars in the other line were all being served..

Ordered at 22:45, received food between 23:20 and 23:30. In between, orders that were taken later and were more than I had ordered; also coincidentally many of the same things, finished earlier. No receipt because the receipt printer was down; managed to read the code just in time because the order POS went haywire.. Asked twice, the second time to the shift runner on duty. It was just finished, during packing: a colleague says to her colleague "say sorry". A bit of a strange way of doing business in this place. Personally, I would have fired them all and put a completely new team in place, but who am I..

A lot of stress and tension in the kitchen. One man did everything he could to keep things running smoothly, but the staff were just winging it. Had to wait more than 15 minutes for 2 McFlurries 😂

An employee asked which school I went to. I study at the TU, what a bunch of freshmen.

Not fast food but slow food, never had a quick order, always at least 20 minutes. And almost always received the wrong order.

I was surprised to receive a reasonable quarter pounder burger during a late busy drive-through. It was hot and while my optical enlargement instruments were not able to detect any bacon on my burger, it was surprisingly tasty. Empanadas were nice too. Had the mustard sauce - not a good idea…

The morning crew is useless. It takes 10 minutes for them to take your order at the drive-thru. They barely speak Dutch and completely misunderstand your order. Then you have to wait another 15 minutes for your food, and by then half of it is cold. If you say anything about this, they get angry. The worst McDonald's I know.

Great location near a large business park

What a disaster! You come home with a completely different order, whereas we ordered 3 Happy Meals, we get 3 different menus. Disappointed children, so now we have to go back to fight the tide. Telephone accessibility is pathetic!

Received the wrong order at the drive-thru

I ordered a Dubber Quander Pounder and they didn't forget a double patty, which they did do at Vierhavenstraat Top.

Staff is friendly, try to keep things tidy and clean. From (probably) the manager about using the QR code on the table.

The slowest McDonald's I have ever experienced. It's the same every time at the drive-thru. Please do something about it; waiting 20 minutes for chicken nuggets is not acceptable.

Check your order, we were missing 2 things. The toilet is super dirty. The tables also don't seem to be cleaned.

It is such a mess around and inside this McDonald's, it's unbelievable. If you point it out, they clean one table where we were sitting, and then they do nothing else. Poor performance from the manager we spoke to.

Nicely renovated, ready to go again. Ample parking. Friendly service. Terrace. Difficult to reach by public transport. Otherwise, everything you'd expect from a McDonald's.

McDonald's twice a year is really the limit for me. The pictures are still much more appealing than what you get served. The Big Arch was really tasty, but they don't sell it anymore.

One of the slowest mcdonalds I've ever seen Tuesday 1pm, not even full. Quite chilled actually. But took me 15 mints to pick the order. Many employees walking around but not actual delivery of projects.

Just placed an order at the drive-thru, had to wait, and now I want to eat but I see that different things were given to me? The receipt shows what I ordered!!! I'm trying to call them but can't reach them! Very bad.

No air conditioning inside, it's 37 degrees outside. If you want to sit outside, it's a mess. Not exactly fresh.

im not happy with how my service was handled at all, today at around 7pm i drove past the drive, i ordered and was served by a blonde girl, kind of pale. she was very moody and seemed like she didnt care about her customer and just wanted to get it over with, not even a goodbye or anything. the food is good though a bit cold, but honestly if i were to be served by this girl again especially served cold food i would not come back.👍

Had to wait a long time for the food even though it wasn't busy. When we finally got the order, 4 items were missing. After the meal, a table companion ordered a milkshake, and after 15 minutes still nothing. This is extremely disappointing! Having a nice chat with each other is apparently more important.

It is really hot outside and according to that manager the umbrella cannot be opened so it is either eat inside or go back home, which is weird.

I have been coming here for years. I just spent 34 euros with two people, and it was full inside. So I went outside and was allowed to eat among the trash. See photo. All the tables were covered in milkshake. A bit of a shame. The photo is of one spot, but the whole terrace looked like that. Staff walk past regularly but show no signs of movement. This is the 3rd time I've experienced this here; we'll skip the next one. The food was delicious.

Poor service. We waited around 30 minutes for ice cream and coffee, only to find out they had been ready for a while but were never brought out. Staff did replace them, which I appreciated, but I didn’t really need two coffees and two ice creams.

Today we surprised our grandchildren with Mac at the airport. They were returning from vacation and were craving Mac upon arrival. There were four of us in the car. That is when we realized that we hadn't received everything we had ordered for €45.00. Fortunately, the items intended for our grandchildren were complete. We called about this and thought we could come by to pick up the rest. We were assisted by a lovely young lady. We showed her the receipt and told her what was missing. She reacted very customer-friendly and said it was okay, offered her apologies, and said she would send the entire order again. I was truly speechless; where do you still find this kind of service? This young lady is worth her weight in gold. So friendly and respectful. Even when I asked her name, she was modest and said she was happy to do it. Her name is Michaila. She really deserves a pat on the back!🩷 We also noticed that it was quite a team. 👌

Everything is sleek and fast. Nothing to complain about. But I'm really done with the fact that 2 separate cheeseburgers cost less than a double cheeseburger. It's such a waste that I have to throw away a bun every time.

While my order was being brought, a cola spilled completely over my table and me. That can happen, of course, but no proper apology was offered. My coat and shoes were soaked in cola.

Always love to try Mcdonald's in different countries. I love their breakfast here, a lot of choices and yummy. My favourite is the Caramel Macchiato, they also have an option for milk- Oat milk in the menu. Thank you.

First, I stood at the counter waiting for help for quite some time. Then a girl walks past the counter and just walks right past me arrogantly, even though she sees I need help... why? A moment later, her manager sends her to the counter. I ask her for a cherry coke. She looks at me questioningly and says that she only has cola from a special machine... huh? I had an egg sandwich without bacon for nearly 4.50 euros. However, I also wanted salt and pepper in a sachet with it. The answer was that they didn't have any salt and pepper. Unbelievable. I also ordered 2 extra sachets of mayo. However, they forgot to bring them to me... how? In short, a huge fail on the "service" aspect. I have never experienced anything this bad before...

If you are going for the Mario menu, don't bother. They give everyone a round plastic. Clumsy employees who spill the drink on the table are also an extra bonus

This is probably the dirtiest and filthiest McDonald’s I have ever been to. You stick to the floor as soon as you enter, and it is full of young people loudly discussing their drunken Tuesday night. By the way, it is now Wednesday afternoon. And as the icing on the cake, no one here seems to be able to aim, because there is urine everywhere in the toilet. The food was otherwise fine, but the fries were cold, hence 4 instead of 5 stars for the food.

A lot goes wrong with orders here, especially at the drive-thru. Always check your order; one or more items are often missing. If you discover something is wrong, the rest goes cold. If you're already home and something is wrong, your complaint won't be taken seriously.

Twice we didn't get any sauce with our fries from the MC drive-thru. Not giving people sauce with their fries is simply diabolical.

This is the worst McDonald's in the area. We waited 22 minutes for our order after paying for four burgers, fries, and a drink. After that, all the burgers arrived cold. The staff is also in no hurry. The order boards have no paper in the printers, and you don't get a receipt anywhere. I absolutely do not recommend it. I strongly advise you to avoid this McDonald's.

It was a good experience, the restaurant has two floors. The food arrives in good time, and the place is clean. The ordinary bathrooms are on the second floor. There is another bathroom on the ground floor for the disabled. Nice friendly staff. The parking entrance might be tricky, there are 2 entrances, be careful which one you take, one entrance is for drive-through orders.

New restaurant has been renovated looks nice but have been waiting for food for 25 minutes and is told it is busy now it is not so bad blah blah. This is really not possible and I will not go there for a while.

I haven't had such an experience at McDonald's in a long time. It was so clean you could eat off the floor. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was fantastic. Ordering was easy, and the food arrived incredibly quickly. Even the managers were hard at work with big smiles. They even stopped by to ask if everything was still to my liking. In short, this McDonald's is highly recommended! My son and I were both extremely satisfied!
