It's nice that they have a prayer room

The restaurant is nice and the staff are helpful, but how can it be considered halal when they serve bacon (which is pork) and it's perfectly normal for them to cut pork into regular meat? Despite this, the restaurant is nice.

I have never experienced a juicier burger or fried chicken than what I had at WAW Burger. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. In particular, a team member named Taha (if I remember correctly) stood out for his outstanding service. I encountered an issue with my order, and he handled it promptly and professionally, ensuring everything was resolved to our satisfaction. I will definitely return

Great business! everything halal

There were hamburger franchises lined up on the street, but there were a lot of people so I went in. It was delicious haha. However, the black server who served the server reacted so horribly that it was a bit uncomfortable, so I took off one star. The taste was good.

Unfortunately, the citizens are not as they were a year ago. The fat drips off. Wet and flat bread. Unfortunately it is no longer worth it for that much money. It is also cold in the restaurant.

I had a chicken burger with cheese and bacon , fries and a drink. I pretty good deal for less than €15. The bacon was a bit dry and the cheese wasn’t melted yet. Fries are delicious! Very kind service here and a nice cool interior. Just try it!!

I regularly eat with colleagues in the city. Of all the fast food restaurants, they have the best burgers here. Both the burgers and chicken burgers are very good. And I found the best milkshakes ever here. However, the music is often so loud that a nice conversation is not really possible

Nice environment and delicious food. If that's what you want, stop reading and go visit. The following is mainly about 1 aspect of the visit. I recommend not using the pole for English ones. Some uncertainties during ordering at the post. We set the device to English, and then it asks for "without onions" and "without pickle". Not really English, is it? It was also not clear whether the burger meal included fries, so we ordered them separately and then we received 2. At some point when ordering a meal, drinks only say "strawberry", "vanilla" etc., but what is it? These are probably milkshakes, but the Oreo wawshake (or something) cannot be ordered with the pole as far as we could see. You get a receipt with a number, but you can't read it anywhere, they call it out, which is also fine, but it was unclear at first.

Ordered the double spicy burger got it fast, the taste was great.

Worst ever experience. We ordered burgers and after waiting we got cold burgers. We asked them and they were just looking to there faces like its not there mistake. They finally replaced with new burgers and this time the burgers are cold again, bread is soft wet like watery. Couldn’t even take a bite. Very bad.

If you want to eat well, you have no decency. Then go eat at this chain. Staff antisocial by forgetting what order you had. Weird customers with no decency. Everything sticks, it's like a parking spot at MCDonalds. However, this feels more like a work station for people from the probation service and bailiffs.

I had a terrible experience, found a string of hair in my food and not pleasant and then got a refund. I don’t find the kitchen professional and clean. However customer support was friendly and negotiable. Kinda the burger and fries were tasty

Food is here awesome. We ordered crispy strips and mushroom burger meal. Chicken strips were mouthful and I need crispy. Mushroom burger was delicious. Service was great, someone keep cleaning the tables. No sticky tables, no flies. Plenty of space available fir different choices as well . Recommended.

Had a fantastic experience at Wawburger in Rotterdam! The burgers were juicy and packed with flavor, and the chicken wings were crispy and delicious – a perfect side. Generous portions, friendly staff, and quick service. Definitely a must-visit spot for any burger and wings lover in Rotterdam!

I have been in contact several times about ordering and the restaurant indicates that I have to arrange this with home delivery, the 1st time I ordered here, the last time because after the call they throw out home delivery, very smart, so do not order.

Food is good, but the service and atmosphere are not too bad.. sometimes the food is cold, if you send it back you will get a warm burger back. Make a mistake in the delivery menu without fries, and if you indicate this they give you the fries "from the house/for free"... while I really just paid for them. Initially the place looked very nice, however things turned sour quickly. The burger was wrapped in aluminum foil, causing the burger to be extremely soggy. Also, the fries were served cold. While the flavour of the burger itself was okay, the texture was completely spoilt. Yes, it's one step above McDonald's, but I'd recommend a real burger place 🍔

The prices have not gone up normally, that bread really needs to go back to the old bread wall, what is this yellow shit, and why if I have to pay a plastic surcharge, I get my sauce in a bag instead of a container.

It was my first meal in Rotterdam and the burger was delicious, which surprised me. The size was okay, well perfect for me. If you want a lot of food, get a double or something, but for me the normal size (which is just normal) was perfect. I went for a burger with mushrooms and truffelsauce, so I may was biased, since I frickin love truffels 😍 But as I said, surprisingly delicious for a (at least for me) random burger place in a for me foreign city 🥰

Very expensive for what you get. The atmosphere was also really shocking. The staff at the cash register who took my order was not friendly. I won't be back.
