Multiple times the order is incorrect.

bad experience – food cold and unfriendly treatment I visited this McDonald’s today. The restaurant looked very dirty, even though it wasn't busy at all at that moment. We had to clean the table and chairs ourselves before we could sit down. I didn't like that, but what happened afterwards was even worse. When my order was ready, my number was called. I was sitting close to the counter and immediately went to pick up my order. Unfortunately, the food was very cold and clearly not fresh. Therefore, I only returned the fries and politely asked if I could get fresh fries. The manager, a young man from Eritrea, refused this and said that I wouldn't get new fries because I had to pick up my order myself on time. He also asked why I had entered table number 11. I calmly explained that there was no number available to enter, which is why I had chosen 11. I knew my own order number and simply followed number 3032. Despite my explanation, he continued to refuse to give me fresh fries and said that I should just take my old fries with me. I found the way I was spoken to very rude and unprofessional. I did not engage in a discussion, but I believe that a manager should treat guests in a normal and respectful manner. I hope that this review is taken seriously and that the situation is discussed with the staff and the manager. It is not just about the cold fries, but primarily about the way a customer is treated. This was a very disappointing experience for me.

Today the service was exceptionally bad. The two girls working today were so incompetent it’s insane actually. For a cheesburger and 6 nuggets is waited 30 minutes…

One relevant point between paying a restaurant around or eating in McDo here is: 1) waiting 25min for 2 menus 2) having to pay additionally to go to the restrooms

A regular McDonald's. I have to say, the order taker was amazing.

I waited 40 minutes for my order. With me were two 5-year-old children. In the meantime, an old colleague or friend of one of the employees came by and was served first, while everyone else was waiting for their order. Now that my order is finally ready, I am missing all my fries plus a burger. I do NOT recommend this McDonald's.

The cheeseburger was lukewarm. I am certain it falls below the legal standard. I remember the old McDonald's. Everything was prepared with care there, unlike now where it's just thrown together with burgers that have been kept warm in an oven for I don't know how long. Dry bun (I think it was from the freezer too). No, it's mass production under the guise of: they'll come anyway and eat it anyway. The assortment is actually far too large to be able to make a product with such care and attention, as used to be done. If you run a restaurant with such a huge menu, any expert in that field will tell you that it comes at the expense of quality!!! And that is evident! They can't handle it. The restaurant is filthy, just like the toilets. Unworthy of McDonald's.

Waiting 30 minutes for 2 drinks and 2 ice creams is not normal

Had to wait an hour for our food after asking twice where it was; they hadn't even made it yet! The food was old, cold, and tough. The order was also wrong after that hour. The service is poor and there isn't a smile to be seen.

I regret to report that hygiene standards and the availability of public facilities in this country are unsatisfactory. It is unacceptable to have to pay extra for using the toilets, even after having purchased food or drinks, especially given the deplorable state of cleanliness of these facilities. The situation is all the more concerning as a fee was charged per child, which is contrary to our expectations of service.

I ordered a mcflurry and after waiting more than 10min (we were just 2 customers waiting) I got this: half mcflurry bcs Is almost empty. More than 4€ for this and almost not even ice cream inside… SHAME

Filthy McDonald's flies kept being swatted away from my food, and a fly in my lemonade. Additionally, the burger and fries were ice cold.

I placed an order at 18:17. It was 18:45 and I still hadn't received my order. It was 1 McCroissant with butter, come on. So I went downstairs and asked where it was. It was on the counter and was already ready at 18:22. Nobody wanted to bring it. Really bad. I didn't get any compensation or anything, nothing. And instead of butter, I got syrup.

A real disaster. Rude staff with a disrespectful attitude, cold food, and table service that isn't even performed. If you advertise table service, make sure you actually provide it. This was without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald’s. Never again.

Last July 11th, I experienced something bizarre at this McDonald's. My wife and I were returning from a concert and wanted to grab a quick bite to eat around 1:00 AM. After ordering, we were waiting at the counter when a very peculiar scene unfolded. Two young boys, about 17 or 18 years old, who were also picking up their order, got into an argument with the manager and a kitchen staff member after asking if their telephone order had gone through correctly. The reaction of the manager and the staff member was truly bizarre. The boys were actually threatened by both employees and challenged to come outside to fight it out there. The two boys did not accept the invitation but kept politely asking when their order would be ready. Personally, I found it truly too bizarre for words that staff members were threatening their guests with violence, so I decided to confront the “manager” about it. Mr. Manager, who looked very unkempt by the way, responded with threats once again. I indicated at the time that I did not appreciate this and that he had better go to the kitchen to help all his guests instead of threatening everyone. When I got home, I felt uneasy and could not imagine that, as the owner of a restaurant, you would want to employ such aggressive employees. When I got home, I started looking for the contact details of the McDonald's owner. Eventually, I found them on LinkedIn and sent a message. Unfortunately, I never received a response, which is why I am forced to post this review.

Is it normal for burgers to taste like paper? Because this is really extremely disgusting. It tastes like nothing but tomato sauce with pickles, and with the papery texture, I might as well eat the skin around it. Because it tastes the same.

I only saw 2 people working and had only ordered 4 items. It went wrong twice; I really wanted cheese empanadas and had gotten extra chicken nuggets. Looked in the bag and saw no empanadas, only nuggets. (Sharebox) Eventually got 7 empanadas or something. I wanted McFlurry Maltesers with strawberry. Got Maltesers with caramel.. I went both times and they resolved it. While I was eating my ice cream, there were ladies at the counter who also had complaints. Were ignored by the manager after arguing for a while. Would choose another McDonald's.

Intentional Mastercard gold is not acceptable for payment. Shame.

This afternoon I had to wait over 50 minutes for my hamburger and a cola, and when I went to pick up my order myself, I got a rude response from the cashier!

Well, we ordered an ice cream and literally got a half-filled cup!!! New rules but the same price, one thing is for sure I’m never getting ice cream there again, a waste of my money. McDonald's delivers, standard, basic, no nonsense food and beverage, it was very busy today but they still provided my order fast and no fuss. Seating was available regardless of the high numbers, queues were low. McDonald's 3 star.

Maybe the worst McDonald's ever. All the fries my friends and I had were ice cold and had no salt on them. My entire burger was made incorrectly, and it took more than 20 minutes for a new one to be brought. And we had ordered an ice cream cone on table service, and after 20 minutes it still hadn't been brought, so when we went to see where it was, we got an ice cream cone that had been sitting there for 20 minutes.

On the outside, the hamburger bun was dripping with grease, the water bottle was dirty with sauce, they didn't serve it on trays, and they unnecessarily used several takeaway bags even though we ate in the restaurant. After paying €1 to go to the bathroom, it was filthy, smelly, and full of urine on the floor.

First I got someone else's order, then I didn't get a straw with my drink, my fries weren't given with my order so I had to go get them, then there's barely any fries in it and then suddenly I take a bite and plastic comes out of the burger. Ridiculous!

Never encountered such a filthy McDonald's! Haven't mopped or cleaned in years. The food was downright disgusting too. Fries bone dry and the burgers tasted like rubber. Never coming here again.....

A management from this store is one big mistake

It was quite dirty, not a single table es cleaned. Food all over the floor, spilled drinks etc. Anyway, service was quite ok.

Instead of cooking ourselves, we unfortunately decided to go to McDonald's, which we later regretted. There was no seating downstairs, but there was upstairs. Both upstairs and downstairs overlooked overflowing trash bins, with lots of trash lying around. Upon entering, we noticed a milkshake cup had been spilled near a seat. After almost 40 minutes, it still hadn't been cleaned up. Food scraps were scattered all over and under the tables. Staff members walked past but did nothing to clean them up. Many people use the restroom without paying, crawling under the barrier. This is very annoying for people who do pay. It sometimes caused some frustration. I decided to place an additional order using the QR code and have it served at the table. After 20 minutes, I still hadn't received it. When I inquired at the counter, they initially didn't know what I was talking about. Later, they said the order still needed to be made. Finally, after some insistence, I got my McFlurry, but it was even smaller than a soft-serve ice cream cone. I was done with it, left, and definitely won't be back.

But buggers, everytime we get had and staff do nothing, only a few days ago YET AGAIN... hence pecked, so got him a cheeseburger and a strawberry milkshake, yet then still pushing for cash, said I dont have, so suggested I go to cash point!! I stated he could wear the milkshake real easy, to which he moved on to the next unexpected customer, had same in Las Vegas last month, but worse as the place stank of wet wipes and.. well fish like smell, put off food so left, but again no proactive measures by staff... McDonalds????

Disrespectful manager. Ordered via the app. After 30min no food was delivered. I went to investigate after 30min and was told we don’t do table service. The could have informed us earlier. The food was therefore cold.

Worst McDonald's ever. My order had been waiting ages to be delivered, so I left with a half-cold order. Oh well, I figured it would still taste good cold. When I got home, it was a real disappointment. The fries were half full and tasted absolutely not fresh. The Chicken Sensation had way too much sauce on it, and the Big Mac had a hamburger patty that looked incredibly old, dry, and broken, and therefore not up to McDonald's standards. Management was nowhere to be seen. There were a few people in white shirts chatting at a table across from the cash register, and there was a guy who couldn't even help people properly. They had brought the free hamburger vouchers from the Rotterdam Night Walk, but couldn't redeem them there. The answer these people got was, "Yeah, I don't know why either." If he had paid a little more attention to these guests and asked to see the voucher, he would have known they could redeem it at the branch at Coolsingel 44. Luckily, I directed them there, which they were visibly grateful for. I'll be going back to the Zwart Janstraat branch from now on.

My hot chocolate milk had been sitting on the counter getting cold for minutes, and it wasn't delivered until the order was complete... The wait was for 9 very slow chicken nuggets... Finally, lukewarm chocolate milk with lukewarm nuggets... No queues, not busy, more than 4 people behind the counter... Conclusion: Mac needs to buy faster chicken.

McFlurry is more expensive than at Beurs and only has ice cream with sauce without the crunchy stuff.

I was at McDonald's with my family on September 21st. I've never seen such a filthy and neglected restaurant. The service was terrible. After 15 minutes, my order showed up green as ready, but the cola zero without ice hadn't arrived. It took them another 5 minutes to complete the order, and as a result, everything was cold.
