WAITED OVER 2.5 HOURS FOR THE FOOD. CALLED AND THE ANSWER IS THAT IT'S ON ITS WAY. DIDN'T GET A CALL, JUST MARKED AS DELIVERED. WILL GO TO THE POLICE TOMORROW. REAL SCAM STORE! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

What fantastic burgers they have here! They're genuinely better than McDonald's and many similar establishments that also sell burgers. The staff is always very friendly; I can't help but give you the highest possible rating! Definitely try this place if you're looking for quality.

We've ordered from them over 30 times and always enjoyed them, but over the past six months, it's only gone downhill. We waited over an hour and a half, and they even reduced the portions of fries! This was definitely the last time.

Bad and bad service, unfortunately, the food was good. What terrible service from you! Talk to your employees, the owners, because they're just messing around, and that's how the business is going downhill. Give them instructions that when they receive something or have receipts, they have to read them very carefully. Don't just mess around like a headless chicken. And that they should call customers in advance if something is out of stock. But your food remains top quality.

I ordered a burger menu through Thuisbezorgd and it took over an hour for it to arrive and it was cold + my can of Sprite was only a quarter full??

Something went wrong with my order through Thuisbezorgd. I thought I'd ordered from Noord, but it turned out to be Zuidplein. I'd already been called by the Zuidplein branch, and they canceled the order over the phone. Since the Noord branch isn't far from our house, we walked over to place an order. I explained my situation and was very well helped by one of the staff members. My compliments! When I got home, I also enjoyed the burger and fries.

This place is awful to order from. Not only did it take over an hour for 1 burger to be delivered to an address 10 minutes away, but I had to call back twice just to get the same “it’s on its way” message. I wouldn’t be writing this review of both happy with this happens every single time from this place and I think it’s going different and I tried to believe in it, but get met with disappointment each time. If you are hungry do not order from here.

OMG I just don't understand the bad reviews at all!! First of all, really tasty burgers and hot crispy fries and twisters, of course it is not a high end Michellin star but just super tasty for what it should be! The portions are large and the price small. Always delivered super fast with a smile and good service. Had cold fries once because I think the shake came with the food. Immediately after I indicated this, I called with an offer for a free shake with my next order. Tip… instead of immediately giving 1 or 2 stars, you can also approach them in a normal way and give them the chance to make up for it! Burgers&Frites service is so friendly that I am legit 100% sure they do that. 9/10 would recommend!!

Amazing experience with Uber Eats: ordered, expected delivery in 15 minutes.. the time passes by and no updates.. I asked for updat through the app but nothing, tried to call the restaurant, nothing.. I decide to wait, after more than 1hr of delay I contact the assistance, they also try to reach this " restaurant" and no one answers.. I cancel the order and together with the assistance of Uber eats we make sure this place gets reported, an investigation will occur as apparently it is not the first complaint.. for the ones who " work" there: no one forces you to work here, or to do delivery in these apps. If you don't like it or you have no will or ownership, just stay home and don't ruin other people's dinners and nights.. just stay home, find another job or do whatever you want, but don't act like this. No one called me back, not even one message of excuse.. nothing. I really wish you to find something else for your lives because this is just not for you.

If you order from Thuizbezorg you need to wait more than 2h while we live 10 min aways. Gave a call after 1h, they said 30 min max. Very bad business model if you keep loosing every new customer.

Sjaak and Jaffar provided us with a delicious burger and fries last night after a night out. Even though they were closing, we were allowed to eat our food at our leisure. Ordering was easy at the pillar. Friendly staff and good service. Will definitely come back here.

There's something wrong here. Ordered two hours and fifteen minutes ago and called after an hour, it would actually arrive. After that, you can no longer be reached by phone, not even to cancel the order. Unfortunately, my experience at Burgers en Fries was very disappointing. What started as a promising concept turned out to be a huge disappointment in reality. Pros: The location has potential and is easily accessible. Negatives: 1. Extreme nuisance: Outside the restaurant there is constant noise from young people on electric bicycles shouting loudly and behaving aggressively. The volume is around 70-80 decibels, making normal conversation impossible. This makes the atmosphere very unpleasant and intimidating. 2. Dilapidated appearance: The place seems abandoned and chaotic. In front of the door is a pile of bicycles with heavy chains that not only block the entrance, but can also cause damage to other bicycles. 3. Mediocre food quality: The dishes were inconsistent in quality and far below expectations. Unfortunately, the service was also poor: complaints were completely ignored by the staff. Conclusion: Given the persistent nuisance, noise and poor service, I absolutely cannot recommend Burgers en Fries. The neighborhood is also becoming less and less liveable due to the lack of supervision and the presence of nuisance-causing young people. 3 weeks ago I was in the mood for a tasty burger and came across Burger en Frites. I had eaten here before, but that was a while ago. Drove by quickly and ordered a menu on the spot with a classic burger and 6 hot wings. Once we arrived home and unpacked everything... It wasn't normally a lot of food and it was also delicious! Especially the hot wings. And don't forget the twister fries were delicious and you can't eat them on your own. Definitely worth my 2 donnies!

The bread of both burgers I ordered were burnt... you can just taste the burnt taste in your mouth... the guys who worked there casually said that's how it should be... they tried to cover the burnt buns with sauce... I guess so af.. Service sucks

The burger is very average, not bad but quite forgettable frankly although it’s decently sized. The fries are extremely under salted but prepared freshly and are crispy and delicious. The portions and prices are also very reasonable. If the burger was a bit more enjoyable or exciting this could easily be 4 stars.

Bestel hier regelmatig via thuisbezorgd en ik krijg al-tijd supersnel mijn eten in hele goede kwaliteit. Vooral de twister fries zijn echt een aanrader!

Ik had per ongeluk het verkeerde adres staan op thuisbezorgd terwijl de bezorger daar al was. Was geen probleem en ze kwamen meteen naar het juiste adres. Veel te goeie service voor een zaak die ook nog eens schepre prijzen en lekker eten heeft. Thanks!

Eerste keer bij jullie besteld en mijn bestelling was NIET COMPLEET. het is NIET bezorger fout want het was een super lieve kleine jongen van rond 16-18 jaar. Ik heb derestaurant gebeld, maar kreeg een heel geïrriteerde man aan de lijn. Hij is ook nauwelijks te verstaan, terwijl ik zelf ook buitenlander ben. Volgende keer zal ik niet meer hier bestellen want mijn burger en friet zijn al koud na 1 uur moeten wachten voor compleet bestelling. Jammer

I waited about 30 min to get my order. When I asked a guy for how long I should wait (after 20 min of silence), he said he doesn't know when I can get my order. Food overall was not good. I took burger with falafel. And it was the worst falafel i've ever had. Do not recommend anyone. Do not waste your time. Milkshake was good. So, I will not come again. Overall impression is not good.

De hamburgers waren goed van smaak maar lauw en jammer dat je verplicht bent iets te drinken te bestellen. De milkshake smaakte naar kokos maar was meer dikke koude melk dan het lobbige van een echte shake. Wel voor herhaling vatbaar, althans de hamburgers. Die smaakte ondanks lauw beter dan Mac Donald
