I had a great stop at McDonald’s during a morning walk. I ordered a coffee, and it came out incredibly fast—piping hot and honestly tasting spectacular. Exactly what you want to start the day. The interior is spacious, clean, and fun, with plenty of room to sit and relax. One of the biggest highlights is how convenient the location is: it’s right near the tram stop, making it super easy to pop in whether you’re walking, commuting, or exploring the city. It’s also perfectly positioned near the stadium, which makes it an ideal spot before or after events, or even just to soak in the energy of the area. Convenient, efficient, and welcoming—this McDonald’s is a solid 5-star stop.

We waited 30 minutes before we could finally place our order. Then we waited another half hour for it to arrive. The final order was incorrect; the chicken nuggets were missing, and all the fries were cold. The milkshake had melted, and the Fanta wasn't fizzy anymore. We also didn't get any of the sauces. Next time, I'd rather drive to another branch than come back here!

NIGHTMARE, what a horrible place! EVERYTHING was DIRTY: tables, restrooms, overflowing trash cans. I had to wait an incredibly long time for cold food, only the fries were warm. The manager really doesn't have this place under control; it's utter chaos!

You can't order anything in Dutch, which is a shame in your own country. It's truly sad.

Ate here before a Feyenoord home game and had to wait over 45 minutes for food. Short staff? Inexperienced staff? Obviously, a lot of customers. A shame.

I waited 36 minutes for my order, only to have to ask again for warm fries, only to end up with lukewarm ones again (the burger was cold too, no fizz in the drinks). The burgers and drinks were all made asap while the fries were still frying, and the person who got stuck ordering had the burgers chilling on the counter for over 30 minutes. I'm sick of this location. I recently ordered 3 whole menus, a happy meal, and some loose burgers, but all the fries were missing. An extra drink was missing, and 1 or 2 burgers were missing. I left in a hurry, asked if everything was okay, and got back on the highway asap. I was really furious, did you think you were going to eat well, but no. There's always something wrong with this location. Step up, there are apparently enough people by the drinks and someone puts bread in front of you. You want to get angry because customers complain, you're under so much pressure that you only make mistakes.

The toilet was old, worn, and dirty. The tables weren't cleared. There was a lot of trash on the tables, and the floor was very dirty.

For the first time since I've been able to order from you, I received my complete order today. No cold, soggy fries or stale hamburgers, so I thought that was worth mentioning in the newspaper, so here it is. I hope you'll keep this up, but I doubt it will. I think it's a shame, and there's not much you can do about it. But it's also worth mentioning that everything was perfect today.

I placed an order through the ordering kiosk. When I went to pay, the kiosk was turned off and out of order... However, the amount had been debited. At the counter, they wouldn't give me the food because they said the order had been canceled. I would get my money back within a few minutes. After 10 minutes, still no money and no food. I asked if they would at least make our food. No, I had to call the main office. They weren't going to give me free food... free?? The money was, and still is, taken from my account and hasn't been refunded. After insisting, my food was finally prepared after 25 minutes. Unfortunately, it wasn't exactly what I ordered. Five days later, and the money has never been refunded. Fortunately, I did get my food. Then we ordered two ice creams. . Guess what??? No receipt, but the money was debited, and again, the order hadn't gone through.

It was pathetic! The fries were lukewarm (not fresh from the pan), and the steak looked like a piece of shoe sole (it looked much better in the picture, but that's always the case). And the service is also a thumbs-down. Verhage is much better and even hot.

It's a real mess here (literally and figuratively), and customer service is also nowhere to be found. And if you still want to give a child in your family a Christmas ornament, don't go here, because you'll probably end up with the wrong one. This was definitely the last time for me, and that applies to McDonald's in general these days.

Always a long wait when using the drivetrue

The kitchen was fine, but then it all went wrong... what a disgrace, this staff is a disgrace to McDonald's!!!! After two years, here's an update on this McDonald's. It's truly unbearable here; it's understandable that it can get busy on a Friday evening around 6 PM, but honestly, the staff doesn't care. Some guests, like us, had to wait far too long, and they canceled their orders and got a refund. We patiently waited about 45 minutes for our small order... no, this is truly a disgrace to McDonald's. Come on, get some work done, this is just not right... shame on you.

I've never experienced a McDonald's so filthy and chaotic. Trash was everywhere because the bins were overflowing. The furniture was dirty and sticky. We waited over 30 minutes for three ice creams and a drink. The drink turned out to be wrong, too. We were allowed to keep the wrong drink. That's the only positive service I can think of. The chaos seemed unmanageable for the staff... there seemed to be a complete lack of direction and leadership. I actually felt sorry for the staff... imagine working there and being embarrassed by the mess. This place needs a quick cleanup; new management, thorough staff training, and someone responsible for cleaning the restaurant.

You know what to expect at McDonald's. Unfortunately, there was no receipt when ordering. It was nice, though, with all those Feyenoord fans who arrived way too early because the match was delayed.

This McDrive is especially slow on Sunday mornings until 10:00. A 20-minute wait for a coffee and McMuffin.

This McDonald's is no longer a fast food restaurant. I waited an hour for my order. After another hour, I received the wrong order! How on earth can they take so long to process an order and still get it wrong? It's honestly one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The manager came over with an excuse, "Sorry, not enough staff." She could have handled that better. It's not our problem that you're short-staffed. Meanwhile, I watched them all work. They were all so slow, as if the orders weren't even moving at all. Took too long, and I was still late for my appointment. McDonald's Stadionweg should close the entire restaurant if this continues. Truly a slow food restaurant.

You're in the drive-thru and have half your order... you didn't even get a receipt, so I couldn't even get my money back. I understand it's busy, but damn, just do your job well, receipt by receipt.

Horrendously slow McDonald, if you want a coffee be sure to have atleast 45 minutes for waiting cause you won’t get it faster. Slow employees and most of them rude and ignored me when I was kindly asking if they could check it if somebody didn’t took my order by mistake.

We're giving the food 5 stars, of course, but not 1 star for the service. Even though it wasn't busy, every customer literally had to wait over 45 minutes. The children were able to enjoy themselves, thankfully, but the staff (manager) excused themselves by saying, "We're short-staffed." She was more focused on the staff than on her own work. Perhaps they should try offering the staff a higher salary? Luckily, we're more likely to visit Barendrecht than Stadionweg. They're quick there, and the service is excellent, even though it's always busy!

We waited 30 minutes for our order. The staff was unfriendly; plates were put out for us to order. It wasn't fast food, but a slow food chain. The iced tea was just water.

I'm never coming back here!! I just wanted a McFish fillet. I ordered at the cash register and asked for it, then a woman stood at the counter with her pants down and said, "Here, a fish fillet for you!" and the others started clapping. Terrible!!! Never again.

A filthy, unhygienic McDonald's. Orders took ages. Sticky or unclean tables. Floor covered in food scraps. Staff constantly on their phones. None of the staff wore gloves or had their hair neatly trimmed. What a terrible place!

A while ago (on a Monday) I picked up some food. I haven't been back since. The staff was unfriendly, with a long, sour face. I asked the "manager" a question, and she said, "WHAT?" And what I found absolutely DISGUSTING was that one employee was working in an extremely unhygienic manner. He's large, has a potbelly, and looks extremely unkempt. I don't think he washes himself after using the restroom. Every time he finished putting down a tomato slice, cheese burger, etc., he rubbed his hands on his stomach. His yellow shirt was discolored, rancid, and dirty. It wasn't even noon yet! I was so disgusted that I gave my food away. Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting to see!

We thought we'd quickly grab something, but our order was forgotten. We finally went inside to inquire, but no one seemed to be paying attention to our guests. Luckily, there was one employee who was paying attention and helped us politely. He immediately followed up, and in no time we had our order, along with extra food and drinks for the long wait. They should give him a big thumbs up 👍🏻

Always check your order, otherwise you'll be home and miss something. I do have to say, they'll make it right when I go back. But sometimes you don't feel like getting back in the car and driving there; you're home and just want to eat.

Poor service at McDrive Stadionweg in Rotterdam. They forgot to include something with my order again. When I called, I was told I could pick it up within two weeks. My daughter went to pick it up, but they refused to release it, only allowing me to come. Incomprehensible and unfriendly to customers. Making mistakes is one thing, but treating customers this way is truly awful.

Around 11:20 PM, I was helped by an exceptionally friendly, spontaneous, and service-oriented employee, Mr. Sirac, whose positive energy was immediately noticeable. This person radiated genuine commitment, was observant, and exceptionally attentive. Together with his colleague, whose name is unknown and who delivered my order with equal professionalism, they formed a team that took customer service to a whole new level. Their warm approach and smooth collaboration created a pleasant atmosphere in which I truly felt valued as a guest. Employees like these are invaluable and make all the difference. 30 minutes of waiting for one coffee.

Unfortunately, at this McDonald's, there's rarely an employee who truly listens to the customer. When I specifically order a burger without pickles, I expect just that—but instead, the onions suddenly disappear, leaving practically nothing but sauce. It happens far too often that orders are made incorrectly. I'm done with it for now and prefer to drive to another branch where they actually care about the customer and the order is correct.

Good McDonald's, McDrive a bit cramped

Absolutely terrible! I ordered a McFish menu here. The fish fillet was very thin and dry (not like I'm used to). The fries were cold and limp, and to top it all off, I got a warm cola without ice. I called about it but couldn't reach anyone.

Yesterday, June 8, I placed an order at McDonalds Stadionweg at 20:50:03, adding the seconds so you know which order it concerns. Once home, the order turned out to be incorrect. The branch was not reachable by phone after calling 6 times yesterday, so I forwarded my complaint via the general customer service of McDonalds. When the branch called back, the conversation was unprofessional; the employee did not even greet me properly with her name. I advise everyone to check the order thoroughly at the pick-up window. It often goes wrong there. Moreover, you only receive the receipt at the second window, while you already pay at the first window. Even if it is busy, check everything carefully, because as soon as you drive away, you are no longer entitled to correction or compensation according to the team leader. You simply cannot trust that your order is correct the first time. So check your entire order even if they complain or say sir, it is correct. No, it is often not the case. Even if it takes 10 minutes longer, just do it according to the team leader. She also confirms that it often goes wrong and that you can't trust that it's just right. In addition, there was a strange mistake with the chicken nuggets: 20 chicken nuggets were billed as 6 chicken nuggets with 3 separate sauces, with the sauces also having to be paid for extra. This almost equaled the price of 20 chicken nuggets. Oh yes, and they were the wrong chicken nuggets too. Mac D. Isn't cheap. That's not a bad thing either. I'm happy to pay a little more for quality. The ingredients that Mac D. uses are of good quality. bad service ever I ordered spicy MC Chicken I normally get MC chicken I go after an employee I ask can you change it she says okay 3 minutes then I have been waiting for 15 minutes she looks laughing with people as if the customer doesn't care about them then after that they helped 4/5 cars and the burger is not ready yet I asked for my money back they give 5 euros back unless I paid 11.15 for one menu I really don't recommend anyone to go to this McDonalds anymore

Do you have options for eating on site? As you can see in the attached videos, probably not. I went for breakfast several times on Sunday morning, ordered coffee and croissant, but each time they are not available, can't they just be removed from the offer since they are out of stock or you don't have them? In return, the lady offered me a burger. I ordered two coffees. One was for a person who is lactose intolerant, when I asked the lady which coffee was lactose-free, she looked at me and I guess she was talking. At least start cleaning up, because you can't sit and wait for your order, let alone eat there.
