We had to wait over half an hour for our food. By the time we finally got it ourselves at the counter instead of having it brought to us, everything was already cold. We won't be coming back.

Unsanitary and dangerous hair found in fries at McDonald's Zuidplein Yesterday I went to McDonald's Zuidplein and was truly shocked by what I found. There was a human hair in my fries (see photo). This is not only disgusting, but also hazardous to your health. What makes matters worse: you can clearly see that the kitchen staff aren't wearing hairnets and aren't working hygienically. This is a fast-food restaurant where hundreds of people, including children, eat every day. Surely you should at least expect basic hygiene rules to be followed? We come here regularly, but this was truly unacceptable. This kind of negligence can have serious consequences. I hope McDonald's investigates this urgently and takes action, because this must never happen again.

We didn't go inside, the elevator was broken and an escalator didn't work. My sister walks with a walker, so it's a bit difficult to get up. Then we wanted to go to Bram, but those fries are awfully weak.

I love mac and cheese, but this one took ages to arrive. It was cold, and we ordered two cheeseburgers, and one came without cheese. I won't be going to this McDonald's again.

Fire the cooks! I always write burger without onions because I have an allergy. If the first time I saw onions in a cheeseburger and didn't eat them, then the second time I ate them in a Big Mac and felt bad. I take the order with me, I can't run back to complain.

The senior staff, in their nice shirts and trousers, were arguing loudly among themselves, unable to reach an agreement. The stout, bespectacled man and the dark-skinned woman behind the counter were especially vocal. When you have that kind of person as an example, you can't really blame the schoolchildren. I find it odd that when you tell the staff there are mice near the trash can, they say, "Oh yeah, we know that, so you do something about it." For example, leave the trash can empty, tape it off so no one can throw anything in it, and also put a mouse trap. Then you already know it's not being cleaned properly. Perhaps the inspectors should check it out.

It can sometimes be very busy when ordering, partly because it's quite cramped there. Sometimes there's a long wait for your order (up to almost 25 minutes, as I once experienced). In the restaurant itself, you can sit quietly and there's plenty of room.

The female waitress was breaking into the toilet and trying to open the door to the booth with a key. It was a nightmare. When asked what happened, she didn't answer and went into the booth herself.

It looked like glue or something. The table and chairs were actually quite clean. Ordering was quick and easy on the screen. From ordering to being at the table with table service took 15 minutes. The food was personalized, with drinks without ice and fries without salt. The fries were incredibly cold, but without salt.

You say you don't have a table service, so what are those number cards/signs for? What kind of amateurish service is this? That lady behind the cash register could also work on her customer service and friendliness.

We had to wait 30 minutes for our food, the fries were way too salty, the bread from the McCrispy was cold, the burger was cold from the Maestro Swiss Cheese and the milkshake was sickly sweet and had already completely melted. I won't eat here again.

Just a mac... That takeaway monitor/screen often doesn't work. It's not the greatest atmosphere, but you can get your food etc. ...and as with all locations, if you don't go during rush hour...you'll get your order pretty quickly...
