Yesterday I ordered a McKroket and received a Filet O Fish in a regular bun with ketchup. You made my evening! You created a story I can tell to other people. I regularly buy stuff here, it's always delicious, and the service is great. Keep up the good work, I know it's hard during the promotional periods!

Not okay. Pigeons just wander in and defecate everywhere while someone wants to eat something. 50 cents for a toilet that's not clean (shoe prints on the seat)—I didn't know that was normal. And then everyone who ate something is now nauseous, which doesn't make sense either...

Got food delivery from the Dutch just eat app. Probably the most expensive mcdonalds Iv ever had but it was packaged very well and food was like I'd gotten it at the counter. We ordered our normal order we would get in britian accept the addition of bitter ballen and it was over €50

Message on display that order is ready, then wait 10 minutes until someone feels like giving the order. What a lousy service, staff not interested in the work, sad

When I came in it smelled like poop. There were very few people. The food is really bad, I bought an ice cream and it tastes really bad.

Order via Thuisbezorgd and McDonald's? Don't do that you will be scammed!! I ordered food from McDonald's via Thuisbezorgd, but it was simply never delivered. No meal, no solution, no responsibility of any kind. McDonald's indicated that they will no longer do anything once the food has been given to the delivery person. What happens next? Not their problem. Thuisbezorgd's customer service has now been replaced by a computer that gives you standard answers. No people, no empathy, and most importantly: no help. And because I never received the food, I cannot post an honest review via the platform. In this way, negative experiences quietly disappear from view. The attitude of the employee at McDonald's was especially distressing. There was no interest at all, no compassion, nothing. As if they don't care that you as a customer are left empty handed (and empty stomach). It feels like delivery has become a no-obligation gamble these days. You pay, and if you're lucky, something arrives. If you are unlucky, you get nothing at all and you can whistle for your money. Tip of the day: do you really want to eat? Then you have a better chance if you put on a Thuisbezorgd jacket than if you are just a customer. As long as this method continues to exist, I advise everyone against ordering from McDonald's via Thuisbezorgd. No service, no care, no warranty.

I initially received 5 chicken Nuggets in a 6 box, but the manager gave me 3 extra and my friends and I received free croissants, which was very nice :)

Atmosphere was normal, until I asked the employee and said can I go to the toilet and she said go myself but I can't go because it is locked and I got a cheeseburger, but it was still a bit RAW, I told the employee and said go away. AND WENT TO THE TOILET AND SAW PEE ON THE FLOOR!! I don't recommend it. Happy bad evening to me

DO NOT COME! I went to the bathroom recently and I saw 5 turds on the floor and I had gotten a bigmac menu and it was still completely raw. 1 star

I went with my family. I left almost 100€, and we have to pay for the toilette also???

Another half of the order was not included and what we received was cold. The fanta was really the tastiest.

The food was also fine. But: We ordered here via home delivery. Our delivery was not delivered after 1.5 hours. After contacting Thuisbezorgd, who referred us to the branch, we were treated super rudely by two of the employees here. The first one pretended she only knew English, then said something in Dutch and then randomly pushed us away. The second (the manager??) was disrespectful, thought it was a joke, therefore did not take us seriously, literally said 'it was our problem' and did not want to help us any further. If this is really the manager, then I fear for the future of this branch... The third, and fortunately last, employee calmly helped us and found our order. She was super friendly and sympathized with us. Big appreciation to her, you saved our evening!

McDonald's was quite disappointing today. The food was lukewarm and the quality seemed substandard. The fries were limp and the burger tasted different than normal, without much flavor. The service was also not fast, which made it even less pleasant. Not worth repeating.

Ordered via Thuisbezorgd. Would take 40 minutes. Still not delivered after 90 minutes. Called order lost! I was supposed to get a call back, but I'm still waiting for this. Paid, to be continued.... After calling twice and waiting for more than 2 hours, it was finally delivered.

No mcdrive, parking in front of the door is paid but cheap. The street where this McDonalds is located has deteriorated considerably in recent years, unfortunately, but McDonalds can't do anything about that. Food and service is always good here.

Employees kicked us out because my girlfriend had extreme circulatory problems. No customers there and the manager suddenly didn't understand us when I asked what address was so I could call a taxi. Completely ignored me when I asked for a paper bag and even had coins in my hand to pay for it. Terrible.

You have to pay €0.50 for the toilet (even if you have ordered food and are therefore a paying customer)!!! Really ridiculous!!!

What you can expect from a standard McDonalds

Disgusting! Disrespect for clients!!! Forgot the Melkshake! The crust is old and not salted and not warm. There are no straws for drinks! Arrogant, proud, self-righteous creatures work there! I ordered through Thuisbezorging and ended up being horrified by what I received!!!! Drink cups are dirty. Chicken nuggets are hard, raw inside and hard to chew!

I cannot understand why you cannot/are not allowed to use the toilet in this branch. By the way, is that allowed to operate a catering establishment, but not offer toilet service? And I don't accept the fact that that thing has been broken and under maintenance for months. I'll skip the Happy Meal at this hut.

Because the KFC on the corner is permanently closed, we walked to the Mac. Toilet was out of order, so washing hands (before eating) was not possible. Even though it wasn't busy, we had to wait quite a while for a fairly simple order (chicken nuggets, fries and milkshake). Because of this I had to rush back to work

When I came to town, I went here to quench my hunger and thirst. What I ordered was fresh and delicious, and I ordered the McSet (Big Mac, fries and Coca-Cola). I think I paid reasonably and you can pay by card. The service was friendly and fast. I recommend the McSet I mentioned because it is filling and tastes great ;) I would happily eat here again ;)

Got sick after a meal. This caused me to have a fever for 3 days. Food also felt dirty and unkempt. I'll never come here again.

Ordered a bigmac menu and happy meal via home delivery...on arrival everything turned out to be cold...a bigmac is never really hot so that is possible, but the hamburger and the fries were very cold, the fat on the fries was shiny white on the fries stay put, really nasty.. We called the branch on Zwartjansstraat, where the order came from, and was spoken to by Jeff, a very nice boy, who apologized and proposed to reimburse the amount of the happy meal. I thought this was a good gesture...unfortunately I never received the amount back...

They forgot my sweet and sour sauce and the milkshake was bland...otherwise good

I always get fresh burgers and nuggets, while for example at McDonald's Coolsingel I sometimes get preheated burgers or chewy nuggets, in any case McDonald's Zwartjan is one of the better ones in Rotterdam

Even though every McDonald's sells exactly the same thing, this branch was noticeably more expensive than many others in Rotterdam. McDonalds should not give their franchises so much freedom, which is why these types of stingy restaurants emerge

Bad service! Ordered via Uber Eats and only received half of my order. The only solution was that I had to come and get my 2 cheeseburgers from your store myself. Shame on you, unworthy of McDonalds. I will never order here again

Loud, filthy and awful staff. Not customer friendly and the place looks filthy. Not an accommodating place to eat your food.

No ice, machine was broken. Toilets were broken, still an old mess. Employees don't listen, we wanted to eat it there but it was packed.
