McDonald's Rotterdam Binnenweg in Rotterdam Centrum

I’ve just visit this McDonalds today! My food was very fast done and also still hot. The staff were communicating with eachother how it’s supposed to be and also they had a nice tone communicating with me!!

Forgot pickles on both cheeseburgers 😡😔

Double quarter pounder menu (no cheese) and large fries... too sad for words (24 euros!)

Much quieter than other McDonald's (is that a word?). You're greeted with friendly service if you have questions, and the food tastes fresh. I've been here a few times now and not once have I received the wrong order or forgotten anything. We were quite amused by the sign inside saying feeding pigeons wasn't allowed, but lo and behold, a pigeon came in looking for food.

Hopeless service. If you spend 20 euros on food, you have to pay 50 cents to go to the toilet. Soon they will charge an entrance fee

As a customer, I waited 10 minutes until someone came and served me. I ordered four cheeseburgers. After another long wait, I received my order. The meat was raw and smelled expired, and fat was dripping from the packaging. When I pointed this out to the employee, she said it was okay and wanted to show me with her meat thermometer. I asked her to please redo it. She only took two of the four cheeseburgers I ordered and replaced them. The same disgusting thing came back. That's not acceptable. I then asked for my money back. She argued with me and said there was no refund. NEVER AGAIN

This place more often than not smells like sewage inside. Best to do takeout or take it as a sign to avoid McDonalds for the day.

The toilets are 0.50€, cash only, I have never seen toilets as dirty as these.

This fine establishment has the most immacculate food ever found in such establishments. The food came quite fast too and the servitor was fairly polite. This fine establishment is a very positive surprise considering the trench of a city it is in. The athmosphere tho fits the one of Rotterdam itself. Trench.

You create your order yourself from the vending machines and they bring it to your table when it is ready. The place was clean. Classic McDonald's, no need to say much.

I was sitting here quietly eating some fries, and suddenly the manager accused me of feeding the pigeons??? For your information, I didn't do that. Very very rude and very dirty. Better close this place and find another manager who can act normally and doesn't have an attitude problem. Don't think that pigeons are meant to be walking around everywhere. Update 12-01-2025: This restaurant has become the definition of ghetto and the staff are no longer as attentive as they were when I wrote the previous review. There was a man just USING DRUGS in the restaurant and diagonally across from him young people were sitting at a table trying to space him out completely. Meanwhile, the staff is just standing around and the manager is yawning. What fun. Best service I've ever experienced at a McDonald's. The Fish was out and there were new ones in the fryer. The guy who collected the orders and presented them, politely told me that it would take a little longer because the fish was still being prepared. Then you understand the catering industry and the guest, because the guest must always know that he has been seen. The food was also delicious, but the double cheeseburger had a little too much ketchup on it. But because of that delicious fresh Fish I take that for granted. :)

McDonald's is getting worse every time I get here. Big tasty doesn't exist anymore. Happy meal used to have fun little things... Nothing is nice anymore. The service is still pretty friendly.

I worked here when this branch opened in 1994. Back then it was a modern restaurant with TVs showing The Music Factory. Yesterday, after not being here for years, I took a look again. How dirty it was! The lobby was barely filled with people and yet I had to search for a table that was clean. The toilets were really too dirty for words, it looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a week. The food was also not warm and had to wait a long time for it. How much this restaurant has deteriorated in all these years, it's a shame.

Accidentally ordered 3 cokes (wanted 3 burgers), immediately stated at the cash register. The manager couldn't do anything.. got 1 coke and 1 bottle of water, that's it! what bad service🤦‍♀️

Excellent McDonalds in a busy location just on the outside of the center of Rotterdam. The location looks a bit small, but the building is quite deep. The atmosphere can sometimes be a bit grim due to loitering youth and junkies, but the staff cannot do much about this and pay close attention to this. Tables are sometimes dirty for a little longer. Service is generally fast and friendly and the food is just okay. Definitely recommended if you are in the area.

Super tasty food, everything is delivered hot and fresh. After enjoying my tasty menu, I also ordered a delicious ice cream. Delicious!

Slowest McDonald’s in all of Rotterdam. On a Friday night they only have 4 people employed. Such a shame.. more than half an hour for your food at McDonald’s is not okay. Keep moving to the next one if you are hungry but stay away from this one.

Nice meal. We were very hungry and with the coupons from the app we got quite a discount.
