McDonald's in Rotterdam Centrum

I was missing a burger and politely asked the lady at the cash register if I could get one, she stated that she needed the receipt and walked away. The next lady claimed I was lying because she said she did put the burger in it. Finally found the receipt, she grabbed it, tore the receipt and looked at me angrily and threw that burger down. In addition to an ABN lesson, the staff here can also take a social development course.

I buy my food here frequently around midnight and the food is really amazing. However, today around 00:00 the gentleman who was calling out order numbers must not be at the front desk, due to his poor customer service. It is during the time when the till roll of the machine next to the kitchen was finished and what we witnessed is incredible. Your valuable assistance in this regard is of utmost importance.

Double qp not tasty, cold. I don't think it's cooked properly. Tables dirty. Too few napkins.

You can sit there very chill and eat at your leisure in a relaxed chesterfield sofa with a view over the Coolsingel WHEN THEY ARE OPEN UPSTAIRS! Unfortunately it is often closed hours before closing time and you have to eat your food outside?!?! An incomprehensible shame, especially because this was a 24-hour McDonald's, which was built with 2 kitchens so that they can ALWAYS be open. Often the reason is that they have to clean, this is only possible if they clean as slowly as they prepare your food. This McDonald's is more of a SLOW food than a fast food. Even though there are almost always more McDonald's people than there are customers, hardly anyone does anything. This staff is hilariously slow, walks around aimlessly, has no structure or direction, and often customers have already left, for example to a Shawarma tent in Witte de Withstraat, when their number is finally called. Hopefully it will soon be a 24-hour McDonalds again so that you no longer have to stand in front of a closed door or have to eat outside.

It was quite good. Wings are phenomenal, and jalapeño rench sauce is quite something.

Recieved the wrong burger, the other burger was different from what was on the grill slip and the 9 box of nuggets had 6 nuggets inside.

The McPlant was served cold. Forgot a spoon for the McFlurry. In addition, we asked for a glass of water, the staff refused, saying that we had to buy it even though we had consumed it on site. Unfriendly staff which ultimately is like the food.

Terrible staff, toilet beyond category filthy Criminal

At times the food is not great, I mean its McDonalds. Sometimes its even tooo busy. However the vibes here are immaculate. Especially if u come after a bad club and you wants smth to eat. Coming here with friends is a good idea especially at night. Macies for the win🏅🏆 !! The only reason it gets 5 stars is the atmosphere at night 10/10

Nice little McDonalds in the middle of the city next to the town hall. Well, food is pretty much the same with every Mac. Not very many seats.

Knows as the most beautiful McDonald’s in Europe and it shows. The glass structure is a one of a kind building and the inside is as beautiful. However, as I’ve been here multiple times, there is a chance people sleep there too. It may not be disturbing but it feels a bit weird. Other than that, the service and food is great.

We were helped so wonderfully by the lady with glasses, she was really super sweet and the manager too... nice, friendly people... Delicious food!

Nice place but not so much attention for customers. I had to stand in front of an empty counter about 7 minutes while counter workers were busy with a casual conversation between themselves.

The place is very good, it doesn't get very busy so the atmosphere is calm, the food is very good! The workers are very patient and friendly, they only speak Dutch and a little English, but a little English is enough. The breakfast is very good and the coffee too. Of course, they run out of sweets quickly and they don't restock very often so I couldn't even try the ice cream itself. There was a boy with cornrows who was a little short, he looked like the manager, he is very nice and attentive to customers who need help, plus he understands English, he was very helpful when we went. And their bathrooms are very clean 10/10 (compared to other bathrooms this one stands out.)

Already second afwull experience here. 1. Ordered a food, bad customer service and home I realised I am missing 3 nuggets(ordered 9) 2. Was waiting 25minutws in total for ONE CHICKEN SALAD. After 20 minutes (my number 17th, on board already giving away 39, 22 numbers anove mine!) I asked for returned. Instead got PLAIN SALAD trown on table, no sous, no chicken ..(?!) no bag, no fork, no napkin. Just plain salad in box😒 I asked again for return of money. After was completely ghosted, was askong for anothwe few minutes 3 workers in total if finally someone can give money back . Meanwhile they brought back salad with sous. I reminded again that right bow I am waiting for money return. Was ghosted again. Manager ignored 3 times a workea who asked him to come to make a return. At the end manager was rude and blaiming a world that he dont have enough workers. I am sorry. I mean it. But there are numbers for a reason! Counting and following queue is easy. I HOPE SOMEONE FROM HR WILL CHECK CAMERAS AND WILL SEE MANAGER IGNORING CLIENTS.

The location is pretty legendary. It's nice for a quick breakfast in the morning. But for lunch or dinner it's generally too busy and the orders get messed up.

The meal was fine, but it took a very long time, even though it was quiet and I didn't have a complicated order (menu).

Very nice Mac community, the employees prepared the food quickly and put it neatly on the tray. There was a boy sitting in front of me, I think he was down, so I gave him chicken nuggets which he ate quickly and he spread the sauce over his face. Nice view, very cozy, would go again 👍.

Very expensive McDonald's, everything is very expensive, much more expensive than in other places where you can buy the same coffee for 1 euro 50. That is, here you have to pay a lot of money to buy coffee at restaurants with prices like in elite restaurants, the toilet is of course free, but the urinal is very close people wash their hands at the sink and urine gets there. I placed an order through Thuisbezorgd.nl. It took longer to arrive than it said it would. Drinks were spilled. TWENTY (20) Chicken nuggets were missing, but all the 3 sauces were there….. ????? okay. Instead of the chicken nuggets i got 2 sad chicken tenders that are smaller than a grain of rice. Fries were missing but the fry sauce was there….. ??? again, okay. Chicken salad had no chicken…… but the sauce was there!!! I called them to ask for the stuff. Conversation went somewhat like this; MC: “Coolsingel” me: “Good evening you’re speaking with X” and I explain the problem. MC: “What??” me: “oh what do you mean? what did you not understand?” MC: “all of it” Me: has to explain again MC: “yeah Thuisbezorgd doesn’t do re deliveries” Thanks! waited for over an hour just to get….. nothing!

Rude employees, who are not customer friendly and brush you off. The order was not delivered correctly; no sauce and straw. Then you speak to the employees about this and you are sent away. Please different staff than this incompetent behavior.

Small hip establishment with McCafe, without McDrive. Modern decor with only upstairs seating. Prices are much higher than other locations. Nice to sit outside on the wooden chairs.

It was really crowded. Staff had trouble keeping everyone calm. Apparently they ran out of mayonnaise, but they did not tell me when I collected my order. So I came home without mayonnaise which I did pay for.

McDonald's is always delicious.

Many partygoers come here who usually behave normally and have nice conversations, depending on what you are like as a person. I say go for it!

The food was cold . I sat upstairs. Because there was no room downstairs. My sister has COPD and had to climb the stairs. Moreover, eating the wrong food. Forgot coffee. Can you go back down again? Phew

I ordered a chicken nugget menu, but they didn't include fries. I said they had forgotten that but apparently it is suddenly no longer in a menu?

The worse McDonald I ever been to. Terrible service, dirty restaurant including tables and very slow delivery of the order. I don't recommend it.

Deze Mcdonalds kan er net mee door. Patat niet super warm. Personeel ook niet altijd even bijdehand. Tafels niet altijd schoon. Update: 4 cheeseburger besteld om mee te nemen. Wil je ze gaan eten, geen kaas erop. Het niveau is weer verder gezakt.

Ik bestel 4 kleine burgers om mee te nemen. Blijken de big macs in de aanbieding voor nog minder geld... 1.50 eu.. Toch blij en snel de zaak uit met de kleine duurdere burgertjes. You are what you eat;-)

It's McDonald's and fast food but the nicest McDonald's I've seen, and "the fanciest McDonald's in the world" according to Business Insider UK. The food is McDonald's but the all-glass building with views of Coolsingel district of Rotterdam makes you forget that. Designed by Mei Architects, I'm glad I came across this for some late night food while in Rotterdam.

Tegenvaller na 3 x bezocht te hebben is de conclusie...eten is een min punt lang wachten,meestal koude frites en onvriendelijk personeel.

Moesten bijzonder lang wachten op 2 ijskoffies en 1 milkshake. Boven lagen tafels nog vol met afval en alle prullenbakken waren vol en overladen. Niet echt gezellig zitten dus.

Midden in het centrum je zit altijd boven dan zie je beetje van alles... enige minpunt mensen.met kinderwagen die moeten of de kinderwagen beneden laten of ze moeten het sjouwen nr boven beneden is er wel buiten plek mr 9 van de 10 keer is het slecht weer in NL dan zit je wel met de gebakken peren.

Es ist einer der Schönsten McDonald's die ich bis jetzt gesehen habe. Ein Manko gibt es und zwar kann man dort nicht mit MasterCard bezahlen.

Geholpen door ongeïnteresseerd en niet service gericht personeel. Toilet stonk. Deze vestiging sla ik voortaan over. Overigens was bestelling wel snel klaar en warm. Toch nog iets positief!

Visited on a Sunday night, and had no issues with the service or the food (It's McDonald's....) But there was thrash all around and the eating areas outside was just filthy and discusting.
