McDonald's in Rotterdam Centrum

My friend and I ate a muffin & egg breakfast, mine was delicious, my friend found a shell on the larger half of the food and was told by the manager that she ate too much, so they wouldn't give her another one back. pathetic regret and behavior

The other McDonald's on the same road has better taste I believe

They scream the number only in dutch and not even appears the number on the small tv, my order ws there for 5minutes while i was waiting to see the number on the screen. Never comer here agajn. Very messy in the kitchen

The interior was a bit messy, I thought the seats were dirty, but overall it was fine, no problems.

15-minute wait. Large fries were half empty, and the cola was empty. Ridiculous employees.

It felt familiar to go to McDonald's in Rotterdam again. The kiosk wasn't working, so I ordered at the counter. Unfortunately, they forgot to include the fries sauce that I'd paid for. So, the service was a fail.

I find it astonishing that the tables are already dirty just after opening time.

Our order was completely wrong, but we ended up getting the correct one with an extra McWrap we hadn't ordered. We told them this McWrap wasn't ours. The employee kept telling us we could keep it and that it was so good. During our meal, a hilarious display occurred: an employee interrupted us and grabbed the McWrap off the table. A truly remarkable experience.

Very dirty inside and super nice

I went there hoping to try a croquette burger that is only available in the Netherlands and can't be found in Japan.

14 balls for a portion of life-expanding American junk. You'd reasonably expect some service, I'd conclude. Nothing could be further from the truth, however: the preparation is incredibly slow for a fast food restaurant, and you're not even allowed to use the restroom. It's admirable that they realized they weren't capable of maintaining sanitary facilities yet still made the minimal effort to make ridiculous amounts of money by deliberately poisoning their guests. Otherwise, it's quite enjoyable.

What a s**t McDo! All orders are just signed off by the staff right away even if they are not yet ready so nobody knows when his order is ready and can be collected. Complete chaos with orders left to become cold. Nobody at the take out desk for 5 minutes with a full restaurant because he needed to prepare a flat white. Also no toilet available in the evening and full bins with food on the floor everywhere.

I couldn't eat there because there was no parking available. Such a shame!

Toilets no longer available while the restaurant is still open and you have to wait a really long time for your order???? This makes no sense!!

Supposedly certified gluten-free options approved by the Dutch Celiac Disease Association at this McDonald's, but now I'm stuck on the toilet all evening with screaming diarrhea. Thanks, McDonald's!

I had to wait half an hour for one lemonade and one coffee, while many people who ordered after me received their orders much earlier.

Food is fine. The tables are beyond nasty with leftovers still left on tables, sauce smears and food crumbs laying about. They do deliver the food reasonably fast. I would recommend to do takeaway instead of eating it in the restaurant if you do decide to order at this place.

Too much confusion, not even the entrance was well organised

This restaurant is incredibly slow. It’s my third time here before making a review just to be fair.

I liked everything, they salt the potatoes much more than in other countries, be prepared for this! The toilet didn't work in the morning, the ball was closed, this was the only disappointment, that's why I gave it one star lower. They made the order quickly, no delays or rudeness were noticed

The absolute worst. It's totally chaos. Lost orders, food served to the wrong people. No apologies. No professionalism. A disgrace of a place

We waited 30 minutes for our order. We were asked to hurry up three times.

Why is that girl pressing "ready" on all the orders that still need to be prepared?! It's so misleading, thinking it's not too busy, when nothing is ready yet. And no, it's not an accident; she does this often! Pretty crappy.

Disappointing experience. The food was okay, but the service was slow and the atmosphere was poor. My M-drink was more than half full of ice, and every table I tried to sit at was dirty.

Staff not really friendly, businesslike and impersonal, could not find a smile during the 20 minutes I was there. Furthermore, the Mac does not exceed its own image, uniformity, some appreciate that

What a filthy place this is. You can smell the stench of the toilets 20 meters away. Stinking homeless people sleeping on the benches and no one saying anything. The whole restaurant smells like poop, it looks like it is never cleaned. A piece of advice: walk 5 minutes further, there is a McDonalds that is 100x better.

We close at twelve but at half past eleven we close half the restaurant so that everyone starts to fight with each other. I regularly walk past and there is police at the door. They cause the problems themselves. Really the worst and most annoying mac in Rotterdam. Not that anything is ever done with this information. So be it.

It's a very cool little spot. Nice getaway vibeing with friends if living in the area, but food service is really great lots to do inside the area shop, and stop and eat guys

Very friendly service; food good enough; unfortunately I got the wrong tea and because it was so busy (on a Saturday..) I didn't go and exchange it. Otherwise, I enjoyed eating at the bar; with a view of 'shopping people' and the stairs to the station; quite a nice place to sit. Toilets were a bit messy, but it was also very busy; when I was waiting, someone just came to clean 😃 I would definitely go there again.👋🏼

Unhygienic situation at McDonald's Beurs The hygiene is really substandard. In both the ladies' and men's toilets, there is almost no water coming out of the tap. There is still soap in the ladies', but none at all in the men's. How are people supposed to wash their hands? Not only employees, but also customers must be able to wash their hands — especially in a place where food is served. In addition, the food did not look fresh. For such a busy location, this is unacceptable. Something really has to change, because this puts people at risk of getting sick.

The lady behind the counter did not even make the effort to mix the McFlurries. Just chopped the toppings and all on top of the half-melted ice cream and handed it over.

Tables are dirty and toilets are super gross and smell like shit. If you want to get sick, eat there but I highly advise against it!!!!

Had to wait ten minutes, and I was together with one other costumer the only one waiting there. The crew had only eyes for eachother and no one thought, maybe I should make a tiny little cheeseburger for the customer over here. And while i said at my order, take away, i didn’t get a paper bag. So many things that should improve here

The business model of this McDonalds is really sad. Every time I order 2x sauce and I never get it! Order 1263 from Monday 1416 from Tuesday 2882 from today to keep it with this week. Stealing €1.95 every time and being smart enough to put an employee behind the pick-up counter who doesn't speak proper Dutch. For such a large chain this is really sad. & the paper bags are also made of a cheaper material because they tear when handed over.

had to get cold food from someone else because he/she didn't show up. i asked for new food but was refused and had to eat cold food

Got thrown out because we were sitting there too long according to security. Me and a friend were there for about 3.5 hours. It wasn't stated anywhere that this wasn't allowed but security did say "You should go in a bit" and that we had to leave before 12 even though the restaurant is still open after that. We explained that we had just ordered food and even showed our filled trays. It wasn't so full that new customers couldn't sit down. When we talked about the situation, the gentleman came back and corrected us that we only had to leave if the McDonalds staff asked us to. Also, the gentleman was staring at us all the time. I understand that security has to keep an eye on people, but to fixate so much on a few customers who are doing nothing and just chatting and eating. All that while young people next to us were making noise and running around. If you are only allowed to sit there for a few hours at most, say so!

We only had 4 products with takeaway, these were 2 easy burgers and a coke, we saw the products ready for a long time but we did not receive it, we had to wait maybe 30 minutes for it and our number did not appear on the board, very bad, we could have worked a little harder.

Very busy, the food is very tasty, your order arrives very quickly, but as I mentioned before, it is very busy and not very clean.

I actually wanted to give 0 stars, but of course that wasn't possible. Wow, what a dirty McDonald's. It's not normal to have so many young people hanging around, who just shout and shout at you when you're not really looking for it. The moment you enter, the staff is also pleasantly irritated. My waiting time was 25 minutes for a simple order, which is not normal. Fries were limp, burger was just thrown together and I asked without pickle and still got it with pickle. The moment I said something about it to the lady behind the counter I got a rude mouth in return, really disgusting. Just be friendly or go home if you don't feel like it. All the staff look dead and like they don't really want to be there at all. They don't send away the youth hanging around in front of the door. Not a nice place to eat. This really needs to be looked at and all the pace and staff need to be looked at seriously because this is 10 times nothing. It's best to close this shop.

Dirty, bad service, Hamburger Royal with no tomatoes, no lettuce and no sauce

Today I ordered a Big Mac menu, which arrived in about 15 minutes. There was no order number printed on the receipt, so I approached a staff member for assistance, but they seemed rather indifferent. Eventually, I collected my food from a young man who was delivering the orders. Unfortunately, the burger was cold while the fries were excessively hot. The tables hadn’t been wiped down, clearly. To be honest, the place was in quite a dreadful state.

The manager is really rude. They made a mistake with my food and she did not try to help me, she only argued and told me I made a mistake when I did not.

One of the worst McDonald’s locations. Hygiene is very questionable, there’s dirt everywhere. The staff are rude and unfriendly. The wait for an order is way too long. As for the McFlurry – better skip it, you don’t even get half a cup of ice cream, and for that money, you could get a much better one elsewhere. All in all, a disaster.

It remains delicious at McDonald's

Very unfriendly staff. I was half past you at the checkout. You are just ignored, they don't even come to help. A tall Dutch gentleman also stood and watched instead of coming to help

Fries undercooked. Sauce is overpriced. McFlurry isn't what it used to be. Not a place I necessarily enjoy hanging out for too long on saturday night. With the current prices I don't see a reason to eat here unless it's out of habit? So many better options near Eendrachtsplein.

They didn’t let my grandma to the Toilet. She’s an old lady and they had no emphaty at all. Very bad and inappropriate service. I would never recommend.

All garbage bags. It was a big mess, after having consumed a dry, cold “burger” there was no possibility to use the toilet. According to one of the employees, this had been locked by one of the managers. This was not present and therefore we had the opportunity to still use the toilet. Worst McDonald's I've ever visited.

In my opinion, it is the most beautiful MCDO in Europe. In any case, visually. Because the staff was rude when I asked them for a glass of water… I will definitely go back there one day.

Fries were cold. People who were eating upstairs were sent downstairs because upstairs was closed 😑 Apparently the toilet is also closed, which is very inhospitable, people can no longer even go to the toilet. The toilet is not cleaned regularly. The toilet is often just filthy!

This morning, before 10 am, we enjoyed our coffee and cappuccino as before. Helped by very friendly staff at the counter. Hot coffee delivered to the table by a friendly lady. GREAT PRICE FOR DELICIOUS COFFEE!!!!! P.s. neat sanitary facilities.

I really need to get this off my chest. Yesterday at 11:00 PM I was bothered by some annoying guys in the shop. I was clearly irritated and told one of them to get away from me and leave me alone. Even screaming. Then they shout racist things. What upset me most is that the floor manager sees everything and does nothing. He didn't even send them away after they started swearing at me. Doesn't stand up for me and it looked like he knew these guys too. I am really very disappointed in you. Women's safety is not your top priority. Definitely going to work on this.

Toilet is clogged They run fast

had milkshakes here as a stop while shopping. the restaurant was huge, with lots of space to seat. we appreciated how employees held up people's numbers as well as calling them out, for anyone who didn't speak Dutch.

The manager has no leadership character. I placed a large order, a few things came, didn't go back, management is uninterested and says I don't have time for this!! Lozer people sends people with your food who can't even say good evening! It really sucks, you will always work in the mac and you don't even deserve to be in charge, yes, but I didn't do that.

What a miserable place. It resembles the Netherlands in 15 years from now. And we all owe it to ourselves. Especially the babyboomers who contributed in creating the country as it is now. People spit on the toilets everywhere trash. Unbelievable.

Worst McDonald's I've been to in a while. We first got a burger with the top bun missing, you already think how is this possible 🤣. Then we wanted to use the toilet and were refused. This McDonald's is open until 1 a.m., but they close the toilets an hour in advance (at 12 a.m.). Nice if you still have an hour to travel home...

I was scolded by an employee after I accidentally scanned the wrong QR code. After scanning 1 time, this lady was shouting from behind the counter that I was not doing it right. My girlfriend's MC Flurry had melted and there was only a little bit in the container. All in all, I did not have a good experience at this McDonald's.

Tables were very dirty, 1 employee had a big mouth with my 14-year-old daughter, including whether she had ordered food (waiting for her mother with food) and made rude comments about how she was sitting. She is in severe pain and is waiting for surgery.......... Food was okay, was super busy
